I'm sure this hotel is great but I didn't have a very good experience due to the fact that I'm working overnights and they had construction starting at 8 a.m. during the day. They are also pretty booked up and my room smells like smoke so they were unable to change my room. And again because of the hotel is going to be in a relationship I had a light socket that was left with wires hanging out with the four boys that was kind of feeling up.

Good Homewood. Evening reception was just ok. There's not much around here for dining.

Room is very nice and spacious. Modern furniture. Hot breakfast was not good at all though. Watery omelettes and sausages, 2 waffle makers, and a plate shortage...not a good meal at all.

I love this place. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The rooms were beautiful. Just like having an apartment with a kitchen, livingroom & bedroom. They have a wonderful dining area that you can get breakfast and dinner for free with TVs to watch while you're dining. I hope one day I can visit it again. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a cozy atmosphere.

The rooms are awesome. Breakfast and a social hour in the evening makes for an awesome time.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast is horrible, like maybe there is only a microwave to cook in. Eggs from outer space, potatoes soft squishy bland sponges. Yogurt was the best option. Bacon was used to wash a car. Wish they cared.

Great room, very nice facility, and right off the freeway but not so close you can hear the traffic. Would rate higher if the pool was bigger. Gym was nice, and hot tub was big, also, the basket all court was a plus! Would definitely stay again.

Good prices, located between san francisco and napa.

The staff is friendly. The included breakfast and dinner is not bad. The area is clean. The only issue was the very slow internet that kept on disconnecting every five minutes.

recently stayed for three nights. No internet connection in the room since the first day. I reported to GM immediately, but nothing happened. I requested to change the room, but they said bad internet connection in every room and asked to use the internet in the lobby. Satisfaction is not guaranteed there.

Katie the manager on duty was exceptional and accommodating! There was a very large group that was checking into the hotel during my check in and she remained calm and helped me and the other guests as quickly as possible with a smile! Later that night I had needed some toothpaste...she also supplied mouthwash and a toothbrush. Thank you Katie for making my stuff comfortable!

The hot tub was waaay too hot it really hurt but the employees were friendly. I liked the pool but you should decrease the amount of members that should be allowed. I liked the gym. The food was good and the room was clean.

Served it's purpose. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Living area was large enough to feel right at home.

They double billed me. I asked for them to correct my credit card and they didn't. They owe me $190.00. and then when I first checked in they wanted a credit card only instead of cash. I didn't have a credit card. But I had a prepaid card.

Clean room. I guess kitchen was being renovated, so had to go across the way to get breakfast. Courteous and accommodating staff.

Had a reservation for a two bedroom two bath. Got there and found out they didn't have any left. Got a one bedroom for the price of two...

The suites are fantastic. The bed is large and comfortable, bathroom is spacious, vanity and closet are great. The suite has a kitchenette that is appropriate and a nice living area. The fitness center is decent, pool and hot tub are good, outside basketball half-hour and grills. The foods for breakfast and evening are great. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were super clean, and loved the furniture. The hallways are super long being the only downside, but either way. Awesome hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. On the cheaper end of the spectrum but they had hot food that was not bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super busy the weekend I stayed so no parking available but just lady me park at the front (thanks) roundabout. Nice hotel and service was great.

Had a suite on the first floor near the ice machine. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently had an exit neat the parking lot. The staff were all very nice and attentive. Would come back again

Clean rooms, near the freeway, great staff...change in menu breakfast items day to day, free umbrella when it rains, very comfortable stay. We would come back.

Shouldn't lie to get gas to stay there. We were told there was a separate King room it is right in front of the pull-out couch there was no privacy at all we told them we had six people staying in one room they ran out of rollaway beds after I had asked 2 hours prior and I had to squish six people into two little beds. Breakfast was good and it was clean that's why I would rate it to Stars

However it's been nothing but exceptional.. CLEAN ROOMS/GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMFORTABLE BEDS/CLEAN BEDDING/ELEVATORS WORKING/GREAT PRICE.. I wish I could stay on more til my flight in morning..

After spending months (June, July and Aug 24) traveling and bouncing from hotel-Motel-sleeping in car-Motel again I finally found
this slice of heaven!!! The assistant General Manager, Nick, is my Hero!! My 11 year old Daughter has sacrificed so much this Summer because of me and when I was telling Nick about her new need to be independent he went out of his way to make both Pre-Teen and Mom happy by putting our room across from the pool, gym and on the first floor so she can have her freedom but stay close enough for Moms comfort. This simple, thoughtful accommodation blew me away!! First, most his age would simply be annoyed by my over sharing (I can be a little socially awkward sometimes) But it's the little things like this that sets this place apart from all the others. As I was dragging 500 lbs of luggage myself while Princess was lost in the world of social media another employee here stopped to insist on helping me 💚 as well as walk us around and show us the pool, gym and give us the inside scoop on all the goods here. Honestly, this place under promised and over delivered! It has been the worse 3 months of my life and right now sitting in our 1 bedroom suite I can finally release and relax a bit. Homewood suites for the first time in months made me finally feel home again.

It was amazing the customer service was grand and the food was exsquisite. I would recommend everyone i know to visit them at least once a year.

Stayed in a two bed suite on memorial weekend. Older hotel with ok wifi. Beds are smaller than you think, a full size each. Couch converts to a bed as well. Shower and toilet are fine, small tub but hot water. Breakfast served downstairs till 10am with eggs and sausage or bacon and toast/pastries/bagel. Close enough to Napa and parking is free.

Incredibly nice,very clean . Great price and very large rooms. Staff was a little annoyed at our multiple questions but overall excellent hotel,will deffently stay here again .

Room was spotless, bedding was super comfortable, well stocked kitchen unit, great walk in shower. My husband and I were very pleased. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the girls serving breakfast. Great continental breakfast too. Would definitely stay again when visiting wine country on a budget.
