Front desk attendant was poorly trained. Bed had hair in it, implying sheets might not have been changed. When checking out, attendant did not even ask how my stay was.

Fairly gross remodel. Not the fault of the staff but who Hilton paid to do 2017 remodel was awful. Highlight of fails are shower caulk job growing green in the holes and room number signs that make no sense. Hotel design and workout room awesome. Dinners and all staff are still friendly and superb.

Excellent! Great service, comfortable beds very roomy suites. Tasty breakfasts a good variety. We will definitely stay here again. There were 11 in our family. We got 2 suites.

Another sub par experience with Hilton, the staff was kind and attentive when asked, but seemed aloof, the room service was sporadic, with many days of no towel service, dish soap and conditioner must be asked for at front desk, and meals were below average, with reheated and bland food. I would have hoped for more. The rooms were very nice, but service was lacking.

This one is WAY better than the one downtown. The room was huge, thick walls, breakfast was bleh but the luxurious hotel room made up for it. Also has a pool and lounging areas for work.

Spacious suite, very clean. Adjacent shopping is very convenient. Easy access to highways. Busy location, but hotel is set back from road so it's quiet. Breakfast was a fiasco. No coffee, no bacon, no syrup. When coffee came the sugar dispenser was empty. No idea what happened there, maybe short staff that day since it was still early.

Room was recently renovated. We stayed over night and were overall satisfied. Breakfast was decent.

Great sized rooms! Small kitchen with appliances. Clean, comfy and roomy! Just thinner walls for bringing toddlers n kids.

We had the Whirlpool room. Very clean,modern and the kitchen was cute. A few dishes were put away dirty and there w as only 1 fork. Other than that, it was nice. I will definitely be back.

Staying here alone while my home is repaired (frozen pipes led to sheetrock, insulation, floor damage and extended stay). Staff is thorough and attentive. Plenty of closet, drawer space. Comfortable bed. TV in both rooms.

Plenty of electrical and USB outlets, free (if Hilton Honors member, membership free) Wi-Fi seems adequate for me (I bought low-end laptop rather than move computer from home so I can't compare with high end PC on home network) but also has enhanced networking for a fee.

Comes with good (hotel complimentary) breakfasts and complimentary light supper buffets listed as "evening socials" which include hot dish, salad, drinks (including beer and wine) 4 evenings/week.

It's not home, but at home I have to make my own bed and prepare my own meals (there's a full kitchen in my suite for when I have to make meals here) and pay for my heating, so it's not a bad substitute at all. And my insurance company wonders why I keep saying "Take your time." :)

Clean, very pet friendly. And staff is very friendly. Best thing was to see the general manager helping housekeeping. They were short staffed as the result of the blizzard.

The rooms and lobby were recently redone and are beautiful. Staff is polite and respectful. Coffee is also great!

The room wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be but the breakfast was awesome, the shower got very hot which was a plus and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The only things I think they could improve are the internet (it was very slow) and the bed, it was not very comfortable. I would stay here again though.

The hotel was situated right off Main St in Glastonbury. The location was perfect to all the conveniences that one would want; grocery store, book store, Starbucks, highway access, dining, etc. If the weather is nice, enjoy the outdoor patio area. It's right off the breakfast/lobby area.

The hotel itself is clean and modern. I think it must of been recently refurbished. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast is included in your stay. Nice variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt, waffles, coffee, tea, eggs and other hot entrees. The breakfast staff does a great job keeping the area clean and making sure no one goes hungry!

The rooms were clean and large in size. We had a studio that had a kitchen. The bedroom and living room area were separated by a workstation and TV. The rooms seemed pretty soundproof because I didn't hear anyone else nor any noise from the highway.

There's also an exercise room with mostly cardio equipment and stretch mats. We'll definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

The front desk was more than accommodating in getting us set up with a room for a friend's wedding. Room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

After the refurb it's a nice place to be for a longer stay. If we had a corporate rate I would stay here rather than the Garden Inn next door. Breakfast is better there, but so many rooms have noisy A.C. and although it too has been returned recently for me it hasn't made the same impact as it has at the Homewood.

Both suffer a little with poor sound insulation, but it's not terrible. Choose a room at the end of the corridors, the 01 or 00 rooms. The photos are from 513.

Very attractive and the layout has a spacious feel, but the furniture is not configured ergonomically for working at a table. Both the dining table and the desk are too high to be a comfortable work-space. We asked for a lower table but our request was not satisfied.

Really happy with my stay here. Nice and polit staff, always ready to assist. Good and quality breakfast in the morning and evening snacks. Neat and clean suits, nice housekeeping. Overall good experience.

Updated rooms with kitchenette. Some staff are friendly while some aren't. There are only two elevators and one of the elevators is often in service. The gym is small but equipped with good machines. The outdoor pool is really small.

The manager Keisha is awesome as well as the housekeeper, Wanda. I ALWAYS enjoy my stay with this hotel which is regular. The staff are friendly and willing to do what is necessary to keep the guests happy.

Great hotel, room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious for being buffet style. Only complaint is that the elevator is obnoxiously slow, wait times were 5-10 munutes just for it to show up. Used the stairs for most of my stay.

This Homewood Suites is actually my second favorite in CT that I stayed at but still does not mean it is up to par. I am diamond member and found the plumbing to make an excessive noise when the toilet was flushed (literally sounded like a barge coming down the river). This would wake one up at night as you would hear your neighbors as well. The doors to go outside stick and are quite hard to open if your hands are full. Last, the workout facility is just mediocre at best. But the hotel is relatively new and has a nice lounge area.

Wow, this property has it all! For our clients in the entertainment industry, things like kitchenettes, free wifi, free breakfast, a convenience store on property, and a pool are very welcome on a long tour! Thank you for always being a great stay!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and beds comfortable. They are renovating rooms currently so I can wait to see what the new style looks like. I also love the outdoor pool, it sure beats a hot and stinky indoor one.

Excellent conference room area. Food was fresh and free every morning. The staff was very accommodating. Excellent temperature control. Near all of the major eateries and a whole foods. The rooms were also nice and comfortable. Parking was simple as expected. Would recommend to anyone having a conference.

Very easy to find and get to from the airport. Located in the nice city of glastonbury where there are many food options and a large whole foods right down the street. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are well maintained.
