Close to several places. Something for everyone around. Initially had a small problem with my room but was able to get it solved. Fantastic staff!!!

Pretty Average Homewood Suites. Choose this hotel because I've always had good experiences with Homewood Suites....and it was directly off the highway. It was ok...not one of the newer/nicer Homewood Suites, nor was it like some that have become worn down. Room fine, everything worked and was clean. Breakfast...well, they have the waffles! But the scrambled eggs were really bad..powdered version w/swiss cheese..didn't taste good at all. And the Sat morning I was there, the breakfast area was packed with kids, and they just made a mess of the breakfast area...felt bad for the people that had to clean up.

Been a guest here before and I can easily say I'm willing to continue to come back. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is helpful and cheery. Very nice hotel.

Clean spacious rooms, convenient interstate access, good breakfast, quiet at night. Great experience and will come back again when business brings me to the area.

Twice a year I attend a board meeting in Indianapolis IN, and every time I stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the free breakfast is a true breakfast, and the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. I am not required to travel a lot, but when I do, I'm grateful that my home away from home is here.

Staff were very friendly! Loved the suites! Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was nice. Did not arrive until after reception was over and it was not offered over the weekend. Location was literally near everything!!

We worked with Tai Trent Wayne and her staff to secure a courtesy block of rooms at Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW for my daughter's wedding. We were extremely impressed by Tai's professionalism and friendliness. Everything went smoothly and our guests were very pleased with their stay. Thank you for this positive experience!

Our stay was very nice, we enjoyed our visit very much and will probably be back. The only thing I would suggest is another waffle maker as they only have one and the line was crazy long.

Spent three nights in a suite, and had the most relaxing time. The breakfast was better then most continental breakfast's. The pool was perfect and the spa was a delight.

Great customer service and room. Nancy who was taking care of everyone at the evening reception /dinner is a real asset! She made our visit much more personal. The only negatives were that they only have one luggage cart and the toilet seat was wonky.

Great place, great people, great management. While staying here you'll be in good hands, they're always going to take good care of you and your family for the entire duration of your stay.

Room was very nice.had a kitchen with a frig and stove/microwave with utensils and glasses.middle room had couches and tv.room had 2 queen beds and TV.very professional atmosphere and room.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen area— the coffee was cold so had to microwave it. And when I went back for another cup, it was out. And I seen several people working in the kitchen.

Cleaning, easy to find, friendly staff, and with the dinner and breakfast included well worth the price.

Plumbing needs work! Took 15 min to get a consistent temp in the shower and the toilet was gurgling -getting water sucked out of it as if a breather pipe was blocked somewhere - intermittently all night. Otherwise it was fine.

Great place to stay. Clean room, big shower, free WiFi. Breakfast sucked. Eggs tasted like cardboard. Sausage corn dogs, not good. How about real link sausages or pattys? Freshly made omelettes? Coffee sucked too.

Very nice hotel. The room was large and modern and everything worked well. The service was friendly. Would definitely stay at again and recommend. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Rooms were clean, spacious enough for our family of six. They were great about our sons service dog. The indoor pool was great for the kids and the complimentary dinner and breakfast buffet was great! They were very helpful and welcoming. Wet will be staying at Homewood sites from now on when we travel.

Overall our stay was really nice. The room was big and beautiful.. very clean. The one staff person we met was very nice and attentive.

The reason I've given this hotel a 3/5 star review is because the reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. There was SO MUCH chlorine in the hot tub that you can't even sit in it for more than 5 minutes without your eyes burning and turning bright red. When we left the pool area, we were all completely shocked that we could still taste/feel/smell the chlorine in our lungs and in our noses. My nostrils literally burned for the rest of the evening. It did clear up my sinuses... which I guess is a plus. The chlorine levels in that hot tub were definitely at dangerous levels. I took a shower that night and still smelled of chlorine and could still feel the burn in the eyes, lungs, and nose. I woke up the next day and again could still feel and smell the chlorine on and in me. It was horrible and I'm sure it was at unsafe levels.

Unfortunately, we left the hotel very early in the morning as my aunt was having major surgery that day so none of us were really thinking about the chlorine situation. I will be calling the hotel this afternoon to let them know of the situation.

This is very good for a 2 or 3 day visit. Great service and a good location with food places very near. The rooms are very nice and clean.

The x-tra money is really worth the price. Very spacious rooms and highly professional staff.

Very clean place. The staff has been very helpful and attentive. I like the kitchen in the room and it's very clean. So far it's been a good experience. Haven't slept yet. We'll see.
I only gave four stars because I wanted to use the pool but it looked like it needed some attention. You can see this place from the Interstate but it is a little tricky getting here. Otherwise I would recommend this Hotel.

The room was nice. My only complaint were the blankets. The main blanket seemed to be a bed skirt. Other than that, very clean.

We were supposed to spend the week, however due to pool/spa problems and poor customer service we've decided to try another location. Upon arrival both the pool and spa were closed. When we came back from dinner, there was no one at the front counter so my husband used the nearby phone to talk with someone and was immediately put on hold. We learned to pool had reopened but the spa was still closed. It was a task to get creamer for the coffee in the room and my daughter found a half smoked cigar in the window of our room. We went to see the pool before leaving for the day, however it was still dirty with a bandaid, hair, ponytails and even a paper clip in the pool! The spa was still closed however it did look clean.

Room is clean and spacious, however, the staff was not very accommodating. There was a continuous beeping outside of room coming from the smoke alarm but when I asked them to look into shutting it off, I was told that there was only one person working at hotel and maintenance had gone for the day so there was nothing they could do about it. They offered me ear plugs to get through the night instead of switching my room....thats right ear plugs!

This hotel is a little out of the way (a couple winding turns to get there), but once you're there it was very nice. The rooms were spacious, the bed was one of the best I've slept in, and I typically have trouble with hotel pillows; not here.

Overall a very well, and aesthetically well put together hotel.

I stayed one night, and it is enough to leave it in my GPS for another trip in the future.

Attended GenCon in July, 2015. Blown away by how nice this hotel, and for a bargain price! Only negatives were their shop was poorly stocked. Other than that, simply FANTASTIC!

I stayed here for one night prior to taking the NCLEX at a nearby testing center. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. All of the staff I had interactions with were very accommodating. So far as even allowing a late check out so I didn't feel rushed after my test. The complimentary breakfast included a wide variety and was very tasty. I would recommend this Homewood suites again.

Our entire soccer team ended up here when the "tournament required" hotel was deemed unacceptable on numerous levels by both players and the paying parents. The staff here was fantastic!! Not only did they quickly make arrangements for the group, they even posted Good Luck Team pages on each door! The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool and hot tub were well cared for (but not soundproofed for a group of 11-year-old girls.... sorry 'bout that), the breakfast was great, and we made good use of the common area (which was also not soundproofed enough to contain our parents and coaches.... sorry 'bout that too). We could not have asked for better treatment or accommodations during our stay in Indy for the Fusion Fall Classic soccer tournament. The excellent care provided by the staff of Homewood must have made a difference. The girls took 1st place in the top U12 group!! Thank you!!

Check-in was only 2 minutes. The room was absolutely fantastic as everything was in complete order and well taken care of. The family and I decided to use the pool but I couldn't find any towels so I decided to ask the gentleman at the front desk. He wasn't there as he was assisting someone else out in another room. As soon as he heard my footsteps waking up to the desk, he shouted out to help me immediately (exiting his conversation helping someone else being very polite to them). I told him the simple issue of no towels and he obliged. I couldn't make it back to the pool sooner to turn around, taking my shoes off, as to notice him walking out of the room smiling at me. I nodded to him as he exited the room and turned to my wife asking her if those towels were there the entire time. She said he just brought them. Not only could he carry 100 perfectly folded towels but he also used amazing ninja skills. My hat's off to you, sir. Amazing stay. Thought I'd just share a pointless story. Bottom line is that the staff are so very helpful with any issue.
