Beautiful hotel. Great location. Close to anything and everything. The pool area had a nice eating area you can grill out. The lobby and eating area inside are very well maintained. We enjoyed the evening service they provide. A lot of seating area and even a separate room so the kids could go and not disturb anyone. The rooms were beautiful. Separate living and kitchen area. I highly recommend and we will definitely return if we are in the area.

This is our second time at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Mahwah. We love coming here when we go to the NY Renaissance Faire. The rooms are perfect for our family of 3. There is a wide variety of options for breakfast. Normally this is not so for a complimentary breakfast. So it is nice to see. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was a slight plumbing issue and they were to our room within minutes to fix it. Although we were not there for business it seems like they have a nice set up for business travelers. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Friendly service, clean accommodations. We stayed for one weekend night at a great rate. Pool was modest size but clean. Hot breakfast was standard but well stocked.

At this point into our trip the hotel has been amazing. We needed to extend our stay and that was done without any fuss or issue. We got our complimentary water. The room was ready to go and comfortable with our first night there being one of the best we've had at a hotel.

I was here because I was apart of a wedding. The wedding party had to stay here. Where the bridesmaids and bride were getting ready the AC was broken which stunk because it was so hot. The door also wouldn't stay open with the magnet at the bottom which was irritating. Despite all of this I would be back next time I am in the area as my room didn't have these issues. It was so nice to not hear too much noise unlike other hotels I have been too. I would recommend.

Homewood Suits in Mahwah is a great hotel! It is tucked away a lil further from the highway which makes for a nice quiet and peaceful area to relax. The suites are really nice and come with cooking utensils if you want to cook your own food. There is also a really great breakfast every morning . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent option for stay in Mahwah, nice breakfast. You can get lot of variety of food to eat in breakfast and evening snacks. Perfect location for coporate visitors, away from traffic and crowd. Shopping stores are not too far as well. Had a swimming pool and gym for workout. The staff is really caring.

Great suite especially for the money the pictures shown are the website ARE what you get but is bigger than shown a family with a teenager can use the king suite with pullout couch without a problem. Every room has privacy. All utensils are clean and the dishwasher works well. Associates are very nice. NO PROBLEMS here. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!

A great place to stay the night, especially if you have a family with children. They have a good complementary breakfast and well above average fitness center. If you're in the area and need a hotel suite, get a room here!

We loved the spacious rooms. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 kids. Service was very good and friendly. Parking and WiFi is free and works perfect.

Totally recommended for family visits especially if visiting the Watchtower Headquarters in Warwick. Very near and nice restaurants in the area of the hotel.

Great location. Friendly staff and a good hot breakfast. Only drawback is that the hotel is of wood construction. The floor joists are noisy if someone on the floor above has kids or gets up in the middle of the night. Stay on the upper floor.

Loved the spacious and clean rooms. Also the kitchenette was nice which included a big fridge, stove, microwave, dishes and utensils. Also their service was exceptional. When we arrived earlier than expected and needed a room as soon as possible the male guest receptionist in the front went far and beyond to get us a room. He also treated my kids so special and later courtesy called us to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. Now that is exceptional service. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I will be staying here again.

Rooms were spacious & clean with living room & kitchenette which is a plus. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.. service was exceptional.

Nice rooms, but no ice machines. Good exercise room, but they weren't equipped for breakfast for all the crowds of holiday guests.

Location is very easily close to where I am working so this made for an easy drive. Also the hotel is near alternate restaurants. Room was clean and we'll kept, cable TV signal kept dropping out while watching Logan and The Kingsmen, especially during the action scenes which was off-putting.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. I have limited mobility and the ADA compliant room was a pleasure. It met my needs but someone traveling alone and using a W/C might have difficulty using the kitchenette. My stay was pleasurable. I look forward to another trip there next year.

Stayed for a very short time at the hotel, but it was great. Very clean, staff was courteous, free breakfast, and I love the comfort of the beds and pillows. I honestly have no complaints, everything was great. We didn't eat much in the way of breakfast, but the bagel and coffee we had were great!

I stayed here for about 2 weeks for work and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast each morning and light dinner fare with drinks during week-nights. Rooms were clean and spacious, with fully functioning kitchen if you choose to cook at "home". I did not venture out into the pool but saw some other guests using the grills outside. Highly recommend staying here.

My family had a great weekend staying here for the NY renaissance faire. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property was clean and the staff was super friends day and helpful. We had a premium suite with snacks included and asked to swap out some of the drinks. There was no problem doing that. They even filled our cooler with ice for us when we were leaving. Breakfast was good as far as hotel breakfasts go, but the staff was slow refilling hot items on the Sunday. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year for the faire

Great service and very comfortable accommodations. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The staff is attentive and helpful. They do a hot breakfast daily that is pretty good and they rotate out the items so you don't get tired of what's available. We used the shuttle to get to the train station several days and they were fast and friendly. The management here is top shelf. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room that we got we noticed had really loud and vibrations under the floor. We informed the front desk and without hesitation they gave us the new room on the 2nd floor. It was much quieter and enjoyed the night sleep. The pool is outdoor but it's heated to nice comfortable temperature so kids enjoyed the swim. Breakfast was nice and plentiful with different varieties.

A great, great stay. A 3-star hotel with 4-5 star service. The manager, David, and the rest of the staff are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I was travelling with my 80 year old father and it was perfect (stayed 4 nights). Great room - very quiet and clean. Comfy beds and a great breakfast every day. I used to live 1 mile away from this hotel and can tell you this is BY FAR the best hotel in the area. Kudos to David and the rest of the staff for running a great property.

The rooms were clean and they were accommodating. We arrived before our rooms were ready, but they made sure we had a space to relax and were comfortable.

1st time here. Great accommodations!!! Loved the set-up! It actually has two flat screens in the room. One in the living room area. And one in the bedroom area. I was able to cook on a stove top. The rooms do not have an oven!!! I was ready to bake---i couldn't... But, i still loved it. It had a sofa bed, also. And i loved the fact that you could lock the door between the kitchen and living room area. This is a great place to stay. Loving the fact that i found it! And i can receive points on my hilton honors account... i'm always resting in the morning, so i can't tell you how the breakfast was... But, it smelled great throughout the building...Like my cooking the previous evening... mdp

Two night stay for a field hockey trip. Me and daughter. Had a two room king suite for that had a sofa bed, full kitchen, desks, large flat screen and bonus charger ports in the bases of most of the lamps. So nice! 3 Bed was comfortable, if dressed in old style polyester comforter, it was firm but not too. Shower was nice and hot, large sink with unusually nice mirror. Breakfast was varied and tasty with larger than expected choice and very good coffee. We like to be on above ground floors so I asked for a change and it was cheerfully given, though with a good warning as it was the last upper room. If you are a particularly light sleeper, stay away from 302 as you can hear every bit of check in. Quiet back street location otherwise. Very little close by but delicious delivery options available from desk. Courteous and efficient staff. Nice well appointed exercise room too. WiFi was fast enough to game on even, a rarity in hotels. A very pleasant stay for the price.

I have been out here for work at an extended period of time. The staff has been very nice and accommodating they even let keep my stuff here for storage when I went home for Christmas. Thank you!

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The last two times the rooms on the bottom floor by the doors smelled of smoke so they moved us with no hassle. Debra at the front desk upgraded our room for free this time. The breakfast is very good for a hotel breakfast. A lot of options. I will be staying at another location for business several times more this month and hope it is just as good. The room rates are very reasonable for the size of the room and hotels around her and upstate New York usually won't accommodate our family even though our three children are all under the age of four.

Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast could use some improvements. Ran out of food and silverware but did refill after about 10 minutes.

We love to stay at Homewood Suites when we travel. It's nice to be able to cook quick meals in the room and keep our things cold in a normal size fridge.

The kids were semi-disappointed that the pool was outside (and cold), and we had to request towels for the pool each of the 3 days we were there, there were never any out at the poolside.

One of our bathroom doors didn't shut without quite a bit of effort, the kids couldn't close it at all, and it seemed like a case of the building settling more than anything else. The exit door on the side of the building was similar in "shifting" in the frame.

Rooms were quiet even with outdoor painting and work happening.

Breakfast was a hit with the kids, and the adults were pleased too. Dinner was hit or miss, but everyone found a little something to eat.

Overall, a pleasant stay and decent experience. Will continue to stay at Homewood Suites in our future travels.

I can't help but rave about this hotel! The room was more like an apartment. Large, roomy, clean, inviting. Has a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove top. Also stocked with dishware, flatware, pots & pans. They even have a wine bottle and can opener! The free breakfast was great. Lots of choices to choose from.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had meetings there for three days and they did a good of making sure we had everything we needed.

Located just far enough from the main roads, this hotel was nice and quiet. Very clean. Staff was courteous and professional. The included breakfast was also very good.

Comfortable with good food

We've had a great experience since check in. We reserved a two bedroom suite, it was super clean, staff has been very friendly. We traveled with four small children and there was more than enough room. Great central location, plenty of restaurants around. Free complimentary breakfast was much more than we expected, it was delicious. We also got a great rate for the room.
