Nice clean large rooms. Location to our event was a little far. The hospitality was good and they have a nice hot breakfast.

Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and we couldn't hear noise from the neighboring rooms. There are lots of store fronts and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely return to this hotel if we are in the area again.

Very nice rooms. Good water pressure, plus overhead rain fall head as well as regular showerhead. Our shower doors wouldn't stay closed unless you stuffed a towel in between. Clean.

This hotel was in a great location for an event we were going to. Breakfast was delicious and I liked that they didn't serve the same food for the two days we were there so we could get some variety compared to your typical hotel breakfast.

The service was excellent. We had a noise issue in our room and the night attendant did much more than I expected to resolve it for us. Also the nightly dinners are super. Great pool. Went with the family for a mini vacation in the cities. This was one of the highlights.

A good location. Nice rooms. We booked suite room for 4 friends. But they had sofa bed for two people which was not comfortable to sleep. They should consider upgrading their beds.Their complimentary breakfast was good.

This place is awesome!! Had a great stay breakfast each morning although they do have a problem keeping hot food hot. Evening happy hour was great! Nice selection of food.the room was the best. We had a 2 room suite with a kitchen and living room. It was great to have 2 bathrooms with 3 women needing to get ready every morning.

Generally comfortable suite, small but manageable kitchen for those staying longer in the area. Perfectly situated around restaurants, a grocery store and even a late night bar. Reasonable breakfast served daily and snacks and drinks served during week days. Would stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay! Wonderful staff, clean cozy rooms, suites have direct TV which was great. Pet friendly with a fenced in potty area in the back of hotel. There was a man that worked there by the name of Bill, I'm not sure if he was a manager but if he isn't, he definitely should be!! It was so helpful and so considerate. They also have free drinks and food Mon-thurs 5-7pm which was great and also a fully stocked cooler with free bottled water. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there. If I ever need to go back to that area for anything, I will certainly be coming back there!

This is a GREAT hotel!! Highly recommend! Friendly staff, clean, nice rooms, spacious, many amenities. Nice breakfast in a very nice space. Denise is awesome in the breakfast area, Alex is a great front desk, friendly face to greet you, and Louis is another great guy. Rooms are spacious with a full kitchen, nice living room area and big bedroom area with sink outside of shower area so easy for multiple persons to use the space. We felt very much at home. Fabulous experience!

Best Hilton property that I have visited. Typically stay at Hilton Garden Inns during my business travels, which are very nice. Homewood Suites are as close to home as you can get. Incredible service and amazing rooms. Thank you!

My friend and I arrived around 4:30PM to check in yet the room was not ready until approximately 7:15PM on the 30th of December. We've received compensation for the inconvenience. Besides that issue, our stay was wonderful! The housekeeping staff were kind and friendly to us and the staff at the desk were empathetic and eager to assist us in multiple ways! The area that this hotel is located reminds me home: Dallas. I am definitely going to stay here the next time I am in Minneapolis! Thank you guys for the hospitality!

Comfortable, clean room. Really good breakfast, with a lot of options. Convenient location with a grocery store and many restaurants as well. A great location for business travel or families.

Had an excellent stay here!! Value was incredible. The staff were friendly & helpful to a fault. The free breakfast was delicious, and I still can't believe they do free happy hour during the week!! We got 4 free meals for 5 people while we were there, and that sure does add up.

The staff from the manager to the food service staff, house keeping, and maintenance guy I chatted with in the elevator, have all been very friendly and helpful. Even accommodating to a late check-out. Great value and service.

I have stayed here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. The room and hotel were both very clean. The room was great - spacious and comfortable. All amenities worked well. The complimentary breakfast and social hour were much appreciated and the staff at those events were very friendly.
The location of the hotel is great. There is such a range of food options within walking distance (maybe a five minute walk to the furthest restaurant in West End), movie theaters, shopping, grocery store - very close by! For work, everything I needed was right close by.
I will always be sure to give this property a look when traveling to the metro Minneapolis area.

I stayed with a friend in a suite here. The bedroom and living room separation were just a little too small for my taste. Staff was adequate, and the decorations and accommodations were nice.

We stay here every time we come home to visit family! Feels like home at this point. Always a great staff and clean.

Suite had a full kitchen, 2 queen beds and a pull oit sofa bed. The rooms were clean and spacious. A complete and varied breakfast was served each morning in the lobby and was very good, but placement of basic items could be better managed. The desk staff and housekeeping staff was very polite. They have a well maintained pool that is open from 6:30 am until 11:00 pm. It was also kept clean, with plenty of towels and even several balls and pool "noodles" for play. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return. I would also recommend it to others.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Terrific staff. Really nice rooms. Better than average hotel breakfast. Fresh coffee and complimentary water any time. Great location. Across from grocery store and shopping mall. Easy highway access. I will stay here again. Highly recommend. I am selective! And I look for good value. This is unbeatable.

Nice kitchen include suites in the west end. Newer with more modern rooms. Amenities are limited and food while free for breakfast and limited dinner is dull and minimal. Good friendly staff and nice location to restaurants, shopping and cedar Creek lake.

Stayed on Friday July 7 and Saturday July 8. The gentleman on the desk at 9:30 PM was extremely friendly and professional on both nights. Housekeeper was very nice. Hotel is quiet and clean and well located to freeway .

Very kind staff. Big clean, reasonably priced rooms. Plenty of parking. Generally very low effort on my part which was nice. Across from a grocery store so that was super convenient as well.

Great location in a nice, safe, neighborhood. Easy to get to, rooms with full size fridge/freezer, stove/ oven, and microwave, with grocery store right across the parking lot. There's a pool, no hot tub. They have gas grills in the back for you to use. Plus, a dishwasher I the room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future!

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Bed is very comfortable. Love that Hilton allows its reward members to check in online before your stay. They even let you pick your room!

It's like most Homewood Suites. This one does a small evening social with some snacks and drinks instead of dinner. It's within walking distance to a nice shipping center and several restaurants.

Homewood Suites is our favorite hotel to stay at in general, but we have especially enjoyed the Homewood Suites in St. Louis Park, MN each time we have stayed there. We like it enough that we always choose it each time we visit Minneapolis! The staff are always friendly, the rooms are always clean, we've never had any issues with there being too much noise or anything. In fact, we've really never had any issues at all! They're also located right in the middle of everything, so you can totally walk to dinner, coffee, the grocery store, or whatever else you might need during your stay. We highly recommend it!

Enjoy staying at Homewood Suites and this facility is very nice. Within walking distance of some nice dining options. Spacious room but not quite a suite - it was more of an open layout plus the kitchen.

Had a problem with the Wi-Fi in the room and I spent a good 20 minutes with tech support, who tried very hard to fix the problem, but I still couldn't connect to the internet until the following day. Another issue was the disappointing evening meal option they had one night, with their Asian food selection: not very appetizing.

Everything else here was great though, and I'm still a Hilton fan!

With a 4.8 star rating we figured it would be a pretty great stay. First of all my kids were super excited to go to the indoor pool, it was so overly chlorinated the whole room was full of chlorine fumes we could only stand to be in there for a couple minutes. Also the food is not 4.8 star food, I'd give it 2 stars at best. The hotel room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. So overall if you want just a place to stay this is a great hotel but if you want to take advantage of the amenities offered it is not worth it.

We had one room at Homewood Suites in Minneapolis. Overall we had an awesome stay/experience. Check in was fast, employees were really nice, room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed.

Good service, included breakfast and light supper, good kitchen and facilities, just make sure you get a suite on the west side.

This place is awesome. The rooms are clean and tidy, and are beautifully decorated.
The service offered to guest is excellent, specially the hosts at the booking counter (Scott, and Ryan) make you feel special and are extremly friendly & helpful.
Will be coming soon to stay here for another business visit in August 2014. It would be wonderful if the property manges to put up some indoor games (pool table or Foosball). Not all the guest may like to hit the swimming pool or the fitness centre. The indoor facility will help guests during those extremly cold weather days.
