The location of the hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from Broadway with multiple restaurants close by. The rooms were pretty nice with comfortable beds and a separate living space. The nightly social was fantastic with free food and drinks.

I was recently a guest at the hotel while in town on business. The hotel is perfectly positioned within walking distance to dinner and entertainment. The staff was courteous. My room clean and spacious including a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The manager's reception was a nice spread. My only critique would be temperature control in the lobby and dining room where it was extremely warm.

We arrived later in the day around 8:30pm and left the vehicle with complimentary valet. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. We stayed on the 5th floor. The hotel in general was dated but well maintained. The room itself was small, with a large king size bed and very clean. There is a moderate walk (about a mile) from the hotel to Broadway. Breakfast was good as well. The only mildly irritating aspect was the shower, which allowed water to flow out of the shower area on to the main part of the bathroom floor near the toilet. This caused the floor to stay wet for a while after a shower, despite the second drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Not sure if this was just our room or all of them. Either way, this is a very minor inconvenience. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Very clean. Walking distance to everything. The staff was wonderful. They offered to help my brother in law when his wheelchair screw was loose. The maintenance guy couldn't fix it but got us a replacement to use until we left. The Valets were wonderful. Offered help to get him in the car. They didn't see us as a inconvenience but helped! That makes a world of difference for my sister and brother in law when they travel. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location.Right in the middle if everything. Rooms are very nice. Awesome free social gathering/happy hour. Fantastic service. Manager on duty was kinda rude when confronted with a slight problem. Manager did not need to be there representing the hotel. Staff engineer was a great help. Did everything the manager should have. Valet parking is nice.

This place was great and Becca at the front desk was SO amazing. Her customer service was some of the best I have seen in a long time. We went to Tennessee for work and stayed there on a Tuesday, went to another hotel in different city on Wednesday and came back to stay on Thursday. Becca was a breath of fresh air when we came back. The customer service at the other hotel was non existent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (especially when I was just expecting bagels and yogurt), the happy hour and dinner at night, AND all of the employees that worked in their kitchen had such great personalities. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!!!

Room was clean nice, but dark. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, and the staff was helpful and courteous. It's a short walk to Broadway, so a good location as well.

Was in charge of the dinning area, and boy let me tell you, he was very hospitable! he kept the eating area super clean and talked with all the guests as if they were his long lost friends.Did I say that this man is amazballs.

Clean, comfortable room. Our room faced the inner atrium which was ok, though not preferred. Keep the curtains closed.. Check in folks were friendly enough, the gentleman taking care of the guests at breakfast was awesome! Tip the guy folks, he earns it!

Loved our room, hotel is beautiful. Quiet part of town but a quick walk to anything you might want to do on the strip. Great Staff! Highly recommended.

Nice hotel near downtown attractions. Clean, big, and comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff. Only issue is that the room was a little warm and the air conditioner only went down to 68. Other than that it was a good experience. Would recommend.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. It is nicely located downtown and just a couple blocks from all of the music bars and activities. Parking is valet only and will run $35 per day...not including tips. There is a fitness area and there is no pool. Ask for a room with a street view otherwise you will get the parking garage or the inside atrium which isn't that bad. I would recommend the 6th floor and rooms 603-9. There is a pizza place that delivers to the room and it was pretty good actually. The hotel manager will provide you with their menu upon request at check in.

We had a spontaneous weekend trip to Nashville and it all happened because Homewood is pet friendly. We took little Maggie the suite overlooking the lobby, which was festivly decorated, and she made herself at home. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very welcoming. Valet parking was worth every penny and deserve as much praise as they could get. Definitely coming back for our next trip!

Excellent experience. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff was very kind, room was spacious, internet was fast, complimentary breakfast was better than expected... we will come back for sure! Did I mention hotel location was a 7 minute walk to Broadway? Perfect for a weekend away with my husband.

We just were in Nashville a few days ago, and had a great time!!! But I gotta say David from the breakfast staff in the morning is awesome!!! What a wonderful guy , very helpful, funny and took great care of us ... our kids couldn't wait to see him each morning... loved our stay!! The manager Sean was also so wonderful and made sure we had a wonderful time , Great place to stay and amazing group of staff!! Thank you guys for making our trip to Nashville a wonderful time.... We got there and I had issues with my credit card, the gentleman working (I wish I remembered his name) was so patient with me behind my panic kicking in, and when his manager Kevin walked out he was equally as patient and was able to help me get it figured out with a smiling never leaving either of their faces. This will definitely be the hotel we recommend to everyone we know traveling to Nashville. Could not be more impressed!!

We started off going to the wrong Hotel. It was raining and not fun walking around. Walked in feeling wet and our moods upset until Paul helped us check in. He was extremely welcoming and friendly. I would recommend staying here as long as Paul is at the front desk.

We were very happy with the room. The hotel was within walking distance from most places. The service was outstanding, the staff was extremely helpful with their recommendations. We will definitely come back here.

Had a good stay as a family. Large room overlooking the Courtyard. Very close to Historic district and easy walk to food. Close walk to Music City Center where my husband had a conference. No driving necessary for downtown enjoyment. Bring your walking shoes instead!

Nice older hotel. Has been remodelled. Room was fairly spacious, clean, well appointed and has a full kitchenette. Bed comfortable. Good shower pressure and always hot. Breakfasts were very good and manager's evening reception had a variety of food and drinks. Price is average for the area, my opinion all in the area are over priced though. They have no swimming pool but if you're here for music, business or convention you're probably too busy for that. And if you're spending time on Broadway for live music it's about a 4-5 block hike all uphill on the way back to hotel. My calves are hard as granite after 5 days of "the hike!" So that's a positive (I guess)!

Very good food and service. Great place to stay for a medium term stay. The server Quincton Griffin is amazing and had a smile on his face everytime.

The location is a little weird, kind of in a crowded area but not bad. I didn't stay there just went for a meeting and everything was lovely so I assume the rooms would be as well. The front desk lady Kennedy was the nicest of all the staff there. She was very friendly and considerate.

Clean rooms of comfortable sizes in a very convenient location (walking distance to happening parts of town). Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Main complaints are that our room has no external windows, and there is no free parking. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.

Hotel's in a tastefully renovated beautiful historic building. Large rooms and attentive staff is what I remember from my stay here. Oh, did I forget to mention the breakfast ? It's downright fabulous !

My fiancé and I stayed here after being recommended it by his grandmother. We usually pick pretty boring and cheap hotels as we aren't too picky but this hotel was such a treat for us. The staff were amazingly friendly and gave us a map of the area so we knew the top go-to places. Being from out of the country this small act was so helpful to us. We never would have experienced some really great things if it weren't for the staff. The staff told us about everything from valet services to free breakfast in the morning. We walked in the door of our suite and had our breath taken away. It was so cozy and we enjoyed everything about it. Even the air in this hotel smells fantastic. Seriously, I wanted to bottle up the air and bring it home with me. When I come back to Nashville in the future I will certainly stay here. It's worth every penny.

The rooms were clean and exactly what you would expect from a Homewood Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic.

I typically veer away from hotels that sounds like an extended stay but this was a Hilton so I gave it a shot! Very nice! Staff friendly. Nice rooms, although a little tight on space. Valet is $28/night but that's to be expected downtown. My only complaint would be the water, low water pressure and just barely hot. Overall, I'd stay again!

Professional, courteous, and pet friendly. Valet service was great and convenient. Has free breakfast and happy hour (including hot food, cold, drinks, and liquor). Right in downtown and can walk everywhere. Gold benefits given and great service overall. Loved staying at this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast and dinner were great. The desk manager went out of his way to help us. Daisy was very helpful to us also. The kitchen was an added plus. The Urban Market several blocks away was a pleasant surprise.

Let me start by saying I would give this hotel 10 out of 10 stars if it would let me. As a previous manager of a high end hotel and resort, it is every managers dream to have employees as enthusiastic and helpful during the guest experience as the 706 Church Street staff.
Day 1: Miles, without hesitation let me borrow a phone charger for the evening since I left mine at home which kept me connected for a very important conference which I was attending the next day.
Day 2: Food was impressive and well attended, also I got to speak with a very genuine bellman about local history and my favorite TV show "Nashville" which was filmed in part right next door!!
Day 3: All the nearby bars were closed and again without hesitation I was provided with a delicious wine night cap to watch some baseball in my room.
I will be back to Nashville again and will not look anywhere else for where I choose to stay.

P.S. The elevators are extremely prompt, I don't know how they do it.

Absolutely wonderful. We had a group of 18 friends from all over the country meeting here for a reunion. The hotel staff went above and beyond to be accommodating in so many ways. The location of the hotel is great for walking to venues, the hotel hot breakfast and light dinner were tasty and the rooms were very nice. Everything was very clean.

First time staying at this Homewood Suites and I like it very much. Very spacious rooms and polite staff. Parking is limited to valet only at $28 per night but that is cheaper than overnight parking at the public lots across the street. Breakfast was good with everything I expect from a Hilton hotel. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and had all the amenities you'd expect in a suite. As fans of ABC's Nashville It was a nice surprise to find the facade for Highway 65 Records in the ground floor of the hotel.

Good location, convenient to Broadway. I was there visiting friends on the 4th. The hotel had a cookout for overnight guests, seemed pretty welcoming of the hotel.
