Very nice room. Two bedroom with attached baths. Refrigerator and kitchen. Very good spread of breakfast. Good quality.

This hotel has all the comforts of home. I like going on vacation or a business trip and being able to come back to the hotel and relax in home setting. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful. The location is close to everything you could possibly need.

Rooms and area was extremely clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall.

I didn't stay there but I was visiting my in-laws that were. The front staff asked who I was visiting and if I knew the room number then they called up to verify and gave me a card so I could get there myself. Everyone was friendly and the room was very nice. My wife and I have considered using it ourselves for this very reason

It's a good midrange hotel. Had a 'suite'that was an extended room with sleeping, sitting and kitchen area. The desk and chair were poor for long periods of work. The shop was very limited in what it sold. Breakfast was good and they provided a free evening meal which was basic, but good. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

Excellent location. Stayed for work. Rooms were spacious with a full kitchen with available groceries pick up. I didn't attend the evening dinners, but it's nice that they have them for guests.

Such a beautiful room. Great for families with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed. An absolutely fully equipped kitchen. And right in walking distance from food, Starbucks, and Newpark mall.

Decent hotel. No real complaints. Large rooms with kitchen, full TV lineup, dinner almost every night. Dinner was basic cattle food - but if you don't mind ground beef etc you'll be ok.

Bed's are so UNCOMFORTABLE.......The breakfast is a buffet but...the quality of the food & juices offered is terrible. The best thing there is the Cucumber Water & Strawberry Water. The rooms are comfortable. The beds are Torture.

Rooms were decently sized and very clean for my overnight stay. Front desk was kind and very helpful.

Location is fine and easy enough to get to. The conference room I was working in was adequately set up for me by the time I arrived, including pitchers of ice water, glasses for the water, and paper pads & pens for my guests. The temperature was pleasant in the room, and never seemed too hot or too cold. The front desk staff seemed to be on top of everything, and very helpful should something happen out of the ordinary. My only issues with the room involved pest control and sign locations to guide guests where they need to go. The conference room seemed to have a little bit of an insect issue as there was at least one relatively large spider living in the window's Greek blinds, and perhaps the cause of that was the fact that there were either one or two very large flies flying around the too. I suppose the spider might have been a natural cause-effect kind of thing, but the insects did pester my students and me. The second issue involves where signs are located to guide guests where they are trying to go. During my conference room rental, I must've had at least three different people try to walk into the room because they must've been trying to find something else. The sign for my conference room was on the wall outside the room, but where it was placed kind of excused the accidental walk-ins because I doubt that they saw it my room was in use for something else. Eventually I removed the flyer from the moderately out of sight wall placard and taped it to the door itself, using tape that was given to me by the front desk. Other than those two issues, I thought this was a decent establishment

My husband stays here for work, he is a long time extended stay customer, they are friendly and the place is clean and home away from home place.

The 1 bedroom suite with fireplace is a great value. Especially if you're staying a few nights. The mini kitchen has most of the essentials to not have to eat out everynight. (Including pots pans, untencils, but no plates and bowls though) The free buffet breakfast is the best part about our stay. Not just a lot of variety, but the food was actually tasty. Staff was super friendly. We asked for early check in and late check out. Our room was ready early and it was not reserved after us so we got to extend our stay so my daughter can take full advantage of the pool. Overall a great stay at a clean and friendly family hotel!

Stayed here after a surgery at Stanford Hospital. It's a bit of a far drive, but the rooms are nice and clean. And all the staff are nice.

Good hotel, could use a little renovating here and there.

I've had the worst experience going here. I didn't feel welcomed here. More so felt belittled, discriminated against. All while having to deal with the tragedy of my house catching fire. The General Manager showed no compassion, made us feel like we didn't belong there.

I have ate here a few times. Every-time has been a great experience. Food is delicious, service is great....bread at the table is yummy.

Rooms are enormous, very nice and spacious. My only complaint is the fitness center is so small and doesn't have good equipment at all. As an extended stay hotel, I would've hoped they have a better fitness center for long term guests.

Clean place, good breakfast and dinner. Mall right next door. BJ's across the street. Park with live events next door. Pool was very popular, looked like someone was having a party there. I like homewood suites because the breakfast and dinner is included in the price and the food is actually pretty good most the time.

So far so good. It's a bit of a drive into my work location in Mountain View, but the staff is friendly and professional. My check-in was flawless and my stay has been trouble free.

Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping was great and very responsive to our needs. Kitchen was clean and very utilitarian. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

This Homewood Suites property is pretty good, and costs pretty low compared to the other hotels in the area. Even though it's adjacent to a major shopping mall in the area, you won't hear the noise, so enjoy the peace and quiet. The service is the typical high standards set by Hilton, and everyone I've found so far has been courteous. The rooms could use an update - there's lots of 1990s design choices on display in the room. Don't worry though - the TV is modern, and there's plenty of plugs and USB charging ports to power your devices. Plus, I was to get the "mountain view" suite, but I was sent to the suite facing a nature preserve with lots of trees - which to me is an upgrade. Overall, this Homewood Suites property has a lot of "bang-for-your-buck" if you're willing to stay on the other side of the Bay.

Location proximity and pricing work but for a Hilton property, rooms are dated. Aside from LG tvs, I feel like I'm in 1985 up in here.

I stayed here recently on a business trip. The suites are spacious and comfortable. I was even upgraded to a suite with a fireplace for free! There is a large tv in both rooms and in the living area. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. There is a grocery list on the refrigerator door. List the items you need and they will buy they from the grocery store for you for no additional service charge. What a great service! They serve a delicious breakfast and dinner for free! The menu for both is rotated and is posted on a calendar in your room. The pool area is pretty and all access doors to the building are secure. I would stay here again and again.
