The hotel itself can be tricky to find at night, since it's behind other hotels. The customer service is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again.

This place was really nice for the family, convince, and price. It's located right on International Dr. and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The morning breakfast was good also but there are so many people we had to get in line. The room we got had to bed rooms. One had a king size bed with its own bathroom and closest. The other had two double beds with its own bathroom and closets. And the main room had a small kitchen with a pull out bed sofa. Great price for how big it was. The room would sleep at least 8 and yes it was clean. We will stay here again

Excellent location in Orlando on international drive. Comfortable multi room arrangements with breakfast and social hour. Pool in the middle effective at blocking out the hot sun much of the day.

I loved everything about this place! For starters, the breakfast is great. I had a full breakfast every morning. I'm talking about waffles, donuts, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, hot cereal, cold cereal, you name it - it was on the menu. And it was all part of the stay. No additional finances needed to eat breakfast. The place was clean and lovely. The customer service was great. This has become my new go to whenever I'm in Orlando.

Great place at a reasonable price with the best location in prime time Orlando. Their suites are lovely and I would recommend this hotel even over the embassy suites that's too big for my taste but totally separate decorative styles and catering yo a more business type atmosphere. Homewood is cozier and their breakfast buffet was amazing . Pedro at the front desk made our entire stat with his delightful smile

Great location to Universal (able to get an Uber for less than $15) and in walking distance to a ton of eating options. Super clean rooms and the free breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Universal.

Awesome vacation and great hotel stay in this place for 3 nights. Hotel check-in was a breeze with Hussain doing a very quick service for us. My special word of appreciation for Javier, the wonderful gentleman who went the extra mile to help me during the stay! As an Indian vegetarian family, we needed plain yogurt for my son’s dinner but couldn’t find a store nearby that had the one I wanted. Javier helped us by giving us his cup of yoghurt (brought for his dinner).... How nice of him!!! 5 stars for his act of kindness. Great Hotel and memorable holiday. Will come back again very soon.

The staff here was great! My room was great! It had a stove,fridge with freezer,microwave and dishwasher. The room was very clean. The location is perfect. You can walk to so many things!

This hotel is in a great location on internationals drive not far from a lot of the theme parks like Sea World universal studios and a short distance do you Disneyland as well . Hotel has a nice small size pool for families and is very kid friendly. The breakfast was great and complimentary. I would recommend this hotel again it is very economically good

The location is perfect. It is near lots of entertainment and restaurants that are in walking distance. There is the bus (trolley) that for a few dollars will transport you up and down international drive all day. The theme parks are all within a short driving distance. The room we stayed in was spacious,clean and everything was in working order. The was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and utensils. We had complimentary snacks replenished daily. There was a couch and chair on the other side of the room. The bedroom/bathroom was in the next room. Breakfast was free and there was a large selection of cereals,breads fruit/yogurt, warm items (eggs,meat and potato choice)and a waffle maker. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and in fact my husband has already requested to stay here again next time we come to Orlando.

My stays at Hilton properties are usually pleasant, and Homewood Suites Orlando was no exception. They took great care of me and provided excellent service. The room was clean and overall the hotel was in great condition. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning and the happy hour in the evening were wonderful! I enjoyed having a full suite to myself. Everything was clean and updated nicely. The location is also great and central, especially if attending a conference.

The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first since it sits behind the main string of restaurants and attractions. Plenty of parking especially when you park around back and use the side entrances. Slightly small rooms for a homewood suites. I wished the closet was larger as home wood suites targets longer term guests. Breakfast is a pretty standard hot hotel buffet breakfast. The evening social is lacking, but it's nice for a quick snack before dinner especially if you skipped lunch.

Arrived last night after a long flight and transfer, bit of a mix up at reception, but everything dealt with quickly and professional with lots of smiles. Room is great, nice and clean, bed comfy (apparently, I got the sofa bed) fridge is huge in kitchen area.
Situated on I drive, it's just a 5 minute walk from Olive Garden, and lots of other food outlets , Bahamas Breeze is the closest and was packed, we went to Olive Garden, 15 minute wait for a table and we were in, lovely food, great server.
All in All, a very positive start to our holiday!

This hotel was great. We went for the theme parks in the area and it was conveniently located to them. The staff was outstanding and the free breakfast in the morning was excellent. Our stay went great and would definitely stay again.

Nice and comfortable. Not so hectic as you would think based on the area... but the parks aren't closed yet for the night! But it seemed quiet enough all weekend. Breakfast included - that's always nice!

Loved this hotel!!! Would definitely recommend it and stay here again!! We had a premium king suite. It was beautiful!! Everything was clean! The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly! I was surprised to see snacks & drinks in the room but they were free. They featured a free hot breakfast which, could have been much better. They also have coffee 24/7 in the lobby area!! Beautiful pool and hot tub! I really wish that we could have been able to stay longer, it was a really nice place to stay!

Very accomodating and friendly. We had a two bedroom hotel room and it was absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable, water pressure and temperature were great, my husband and I couldn't hear my children at all while we slept with the two closed doors between us. That made everyone happy. Carolyn did a great job tidying up after us, she is very friendly and kind. It was convenient to be able to have a full size fridge to store drinks, snacks, and some meals. Walking distance yo several restaurants and a drug store. I highly recommend this location.

The only issue we had, was not the hotel's fault at all. Many times our lyft drivers could not find the hotel because of its placement. It wasn't an issue when we were returning to the hotel but twice drivers cancelled when they couldn't find it to pick us up. They must ignore the GPS after turning into the parking lot because several drivers came straight to the hotel with no problem. Since it was beautiful weather, we usually just walked to Denny's to make pick-up easier. Again, this is not the hotel's fault or issue. Just wanted to mention it to make other travelers aware.

My mom's flight got cancelled after a cruise and she was stuck to stay in Orlando for 2 days before the next available flight. My mom travels maybe once a decade so this flight cancellation was quite dramatic. Living in Ottawa, ON, there was little I could do except find her a place near the Airport (at her request) that was comfortable and relaxing.

I called the hotel and not only did the staff took really good care of her but also sent a shuttle specifically for her at the airport (I realize that they have one 24/7 but after explaining the situation to the Service Desk, they sent the shuttle driver at the airport and look for her specifically).

Anyways, I realize that this might not mean much for most but for a loving son not being able to help her, these guys went above and beyond by making sure she was well taken care of.

Can't really give 5 stars for actually staying there but this 5 star rating is for the superb staff and amazing service they provide to my mom.

We expected more of a Hilton property. There was trash piled up at the elevator and trash strewn through the halls. The free breakfast was not what we thought. Eggs were chewy, no bacon, watered down milk and creamer. We usually love Hilton properties but they could have been better with a few simple things.

Great apart - hotel on international drive Orlando. Has lots of extras breakfast and evening meal Mon - Thu with beer or wine on tap. The rooms are spacious and has hob, big fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Daily housekeeping with products provided. Daily shuttle to all Disney parks. Lots of restaurants and poi round the corner, with 2 outlet malls at either end of I drive. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good experience overall, but some mistakes that really disappointed. No sheets for pullout bed provided as requested on arrival. Torn pillow on the couch and towel rack came off the wall first time I washed up. Things were fixed quickly, but shouldn't have needed fixing.

Excellent hotel with comfortable bed, spacious room, full kitchen, table for 4, couch and chair, very spacious bathroom area with a closet and everything you need. They have a great full breakfast and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great location with many choices for dining, shopping and attractions all in walking distances of just take the iRide bus to get to outlet malls or SeaWorld. They have shuttle buses for Disney and Universal. I highly recommend this hotel .

Nice hotel well maintained. The engineering staff was a GREAT help with an HMDI cable. Sadly I did not get his name. Tall, younger and bi lingual. He was only surpassed by the front desk during a medical emergency. Ms Martinez and LaShandra both were incredible. They assisted in calling an ambulance, helped with the patient and even assisted me in staying calm. I cannot say enough good things about these two women.

This hotel is amazing. Marie went above and beyond for my granddaughters birthday|first Disney visit. She even helped my mother with directions to get here from Jupiter. We got an amazing room and they even added very special touches for the Minnie mouse fan. Thank you to the whole staff. Especially Marie.

The Homewood Suites is a very clean hotel. The hotel rooms are spick and span, with no mess in sight. The free complimentary breakfast was great, and the dining hall is massive. The best part of this hotel is that it's in the middle of the action, everything is in walking distance. If you come here you will, with out a doubt, have fun.

I would like to say that I had the most wonderful time. The employees were fantastic,my son got sick in the middle of the night. Room 212 they didn't waste time in getting me new sheets,towels etc at 1in the morning. Very friendly place to go too.

This was my first Homewood Suites experience. The location is convenient. Centrally located near Orlando attractions and restaurants. I did attempt to check in half an hour early. This wasn't possible due to my room not being ready. What they failed to mention at that point was that I had been upgraded from a single king suite to a double room suite. The suite was oversized but I'm not complaining. Upon entry was a small kitchen with a 2 burner stove and full of dinnerware and cookware. To the right was the entry to the king suite and a large bathroom. Across the living area was another room with 2 double beds and an even larger bathroom. I have to mention that the room was meant for wheelchair accessibility. They do offer complimentary hot breakfast that include scrambled eggs, potatoes, hash, pastry goods, fresh waffles and beverages. During the week they host evening socials where food is also provided. The only reason I give it a 4 is that some of the breakfast was quite cold and there were some things left in the room by housekeeping. Nothing big. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

It was difficult to find the location, but once we were inside, everything was fantastic! Rooms were clean and beautiful, the pool and hot tub were well maintained and fairly quiet at 9pm. All the service was more than adequate.

One of the three Marriott hotels in the international drive area with free hot buffet breakfast. Quality of hotel is good, however there are things to be improved. Elevator is extremely slow. Room is well furnished with full kitchen, but house keeping is not satisfactory, attendant did not pay attention to refill facial tissues and towels. Breakfast area is spacious, however the management did not think well in food placement in a way that guests can pick up utensils, plates, cups etc in a convenient way, so often when there is a crowd in the morning, one has to squeeze into people to the corner just to pick up utensils and condiments. Those things should be placed near the outside for easier accessibility. This could be better thought out and rearranged. One good thing is the evening welcome home reception that serves snacks and drinks. The swimming pool is surrounded by building from four sides that block the sunshine into it, I bet the sun only shines into the pool around noon time and the rest of the day it is shaded.
Overall it is a good hotel in International Drive area that is close to anywhere.

Room was clean, kitchenette prefect size for the weekend, breakfast with hot and cold options, workout room had many options to help keep on routine, pool perfect size and the amount of tables chairs and umbrellas suited every one there. The front desk ladies were spectacular. Ms. Linda is graciously helpful and Ms. LaShonda my boys loved!!

Much better experience this time. Room was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. The eggs at breakfast were not great but everything else was pretty good.

We stayed here for an entire week and we can say it was our home away from home. Probably one of the best hotels I've been in a long time. I'm not sure if it was recently updated, but the entire place is pristine clean. The common areas and the rooms. The suites are pretty updated and very roomy with full service kitchen (Sink, refrigerator, stoves, microwave, toaster, coffee maker). Our room came with two beds and a sofa bed. That accommodates 4 people, but with an extra air bed you can add another person. The building has a guest laundry area and a good equipped gym. Pool it's pretty basic (Squared with a few chairs), but good enough for our stay. My kids loved it. Free breakfast every day and a free light meal in the afternoon from Monday to Thursday. Every single employee was courteous and answering with a smile and always trying to serve us. If I have to complain for something (And it's hard), the refrigerator didn't have ice maker. I had to go to the second floor to get ice. Our room was located in a place with quick access to the parking lot and the pool via the elevator. The location cannot be better. You have the entire Orlando Pointe area walking distance. Sometimes we went places just by walking 10 or 15 minutes. There are so many things to do around, we spent many days just staying around. Will definitely come back.

Had a quite wonderful stay last Thanksgiving for 2 nights, approximately $90 per night. The room/suite was spacious, quiet and comfy. Everything inside looks well-organized and mind-pleasing. It would get very crowded in the breakfast area in the morning but I guess that's mainly because it's free. All the staff are nice and helpful. Great location as there's only 5-minutes walking distance to the Orlando Eye attraction complex. Mildly more expensive among all the hotel choices in the surrounding area but I believe it's worth the money spent.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We stayed in a suite with a king bed and separate fold out couch. The price was great for a spacious, comfortable, clean and modern room. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze, as was booking through their website. We only needed to stay one night, but I would be very happy to stay longer in the future. The Continental breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I love that the bedroom had a door between living room and bedroom. The bathroom was huge with a big lighted mirror great for applying make-up, and the shower worked great. The location is wonderful too, many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance or a quick drive. Will definitely be looking for a Homewood Suites for any future trips!

We stayed in a suite for only one night. Very large rooms. Shower pressure good. Shower heads are high. Large pillows on bed. Free hot breakfast. Quiet rooms. We like this very much and it is close to parks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a family hotel and we were there during a school holiday week so we expected some kids and some busy times at the breakfast buffet. Both were managed well by the staff. The rooms are well built so noise was never an issue.

Every staffer and the front desk was professional and accommodating. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the convention center but closer to more moderately priced restaurants. Would stay here again if we needed to be om I-Drive or near the convention center.

The room was clean and very nice. The front desk person who checked us in was very cool, I think his last name was Torres. Unfortunately the last thing you want when returning to your hotel at 2 am is for the toilet to be clogged. After notifying the overnight help desk I was given a plunger and spent ten minutes doing it myself. After finding that it didn't work, we were told to wait until 7am until the maintenance guys get in and that we could not switch rooms because they were at full capacity. Only after our conversation did they relent and offer us another room. Now at 2:30 am were packing up and having to move to another room on the second floor. 150 dollars for one night and a lot of hassle.

Nice and Clean, rooms are very nice and include, kitchen, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a convenience store in the lobby, very nice!! Breakfast area is clean, same with pool area. Definitely a Hotel I would recommend.

Great location. Great staff. Clean room. Very reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in the area. I stayed here for one night after working in Daytona Beach for the week, so I would be closer to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I do not live far from Orlando, in fact I work within a few miles from this great hotel. As we were at different conferences last night we chose to find a hotel equally between them. As it turns out we were 3-miles from both of our destinations.

The room was clean, blah, blah, blah... But it does not demonstrate what we felt. The rooms were recently redone stated the staff, well maintained and had a great feel to them. We slept well, felt very safe in the environment, were able to quickly get Uber transportation, and had one of the best and diverse breakfasts available.

As we left to attend our different conferences we knew for a fact that we will seek this hotel out due to return on investment costs and satisfaction. Thank you all.

Located on international drive and right in the heart of tourism. Room is standard one bedroom suite with all you would expect. Breakfast and evening receptions are popular. WiFi is a little slow but serviceable.

Very comfortable place to relax. Service was outstanding the rules were amazingly comfortable I slept like a baby. The breakfast is a full breakfast for free. I will definitely be coming back.

This was our first time visiting this hotel. WOW... love it!! When you check in you are greeted by welcoming staff, breakfast is always good, you get free dinners from Mon-Thursday which I have never heard of nor been offered and we travel quite a bit. Housekeeping was good BUT if you have your "SHHH" sign out and then take it off your door, I would suggest you stop by the front desk and let them know you are out and about and would like housekeeping to attend to your room😉 .
THE STAFF: The absolutely best staff I have ever encountered in a hotel!!!! Everyone was great BUT there was one young man, David that was the sweetest guy. You never saw him without a smile and a good morning or hello how are you!! David became my morning sunshine!!!!!! He was never to busy to stop and make you smile while having a quick conversation!! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing 10 days and thank you David for that smile and kind heart!!!!

Pleasantly surprised! I have a high standard for cleanliness & wasn't sure what to expect here, but our room was very clean, updated & probably the most comfortable room we've ever stayed in for our family of 5. Having 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area & full kitchen was wonderful! The free breakfast was a nice amenity too. More than just a continental breakfast, had plenty of hot items also. Not the best food, but not bad either considering it was free. I loved the oatmeal w/ toppings. We will definitely stay here again!

Homework suites Orlando Int'l is very accomodating, friendly staff and very good food for a well fit price. There are many stores nearby to walk and share with family. Very nice and clean!

Arrived on a Thursday night. The suite was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Easy shuttle access to Universal theme park. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good quality and helped with food cost. A major issue is the elevators in certain areas were too busy and seemed malfunctioning at times. I would guess because some were shared by the housekeeping team, who seemed very busy.

Fantastic hotel! I work for a Hampton Inn and I stayed here on the employee program. I loved how they had slips of paper with info about their amenities (Then you don't have to ask the front desk anything) The room was great, awesome amenities, great location. Would recommend for anyone! I also love how they have a fully equipped kitchen.

Overall a great hotel to stay in. The pool is visible from every inside room so that you could keep your eyes on your older kids. Continental breakfast is included and the area is kept spotless. They also provide dinner and free wine on weekdays. Don't forget to tip the dining/breakfast staff!

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites on International Drive and I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone going to Orlando. I stayed for 2 weeks in mid July, the rooms were cleaned and freshened everyday. There was complimentary breakfast each morning and a complimentary evening meal for guest plus a drink these two never failed as they were always delicious. The staff were fantastic and so friendly and always there if you need anything especially Pauli the Manager. he will go out of his ways to make sure you have a great stay. Our room did not disappoint and we could not have asked for more. The pool area was always clean and never too crowded. The hotel is close to great places so anyone looking for Comfort, relaxation, a clean and hasslefree trip to Orlando Homewood Suites is the one I would HIGHLY recommend

comfortable beds, great views, a delicious breakfast, and a great variety of TV channels were many of the things I enjoyed upon relaxing in the hotels. it was placed in the center of all the action. I will be sure to return.

Our week long visit to Orlando had us staying at Homewood suites and I'm glad we picked this hotel. We arrived late Saturday night and our check-in was easy. The room we had was nice, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious spread from Mickey Mouse pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread/jam and fruit. The pool was well maintained and clean. On week nights they have dinner and drinks and that was lovely too. Good food and great service made this one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The location to the itrolley was very convenient as well if you wanted to get around international drive without driving! Pauli, you and your team were very attentive and on point in caring for my family and me. My little ones especially enjoyed their Marshmallows thanks to your caring service. Keep up the great work!
