Annette at the front desk was very friendly. This hotel was a great hotel. Housekeeping did a good job every day to keep room clean and comfortable.

Location was a good area. Rooms where very spacious. And the service was outstanding.

We went to the Phoenix Homewood suites for a night before departing to Sedona. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. There were pre dinner snacks on the house. A nice touch. The included breakfast was fresh and filling. Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. Would recommend!

Overall had a very good experience here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful as well as there being breakfast avalible every morning and dinner available most nights during the week. The location was very close to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix as well as being close to some beautiful hiking trails at Camelback mountain.

I would give 5 stars but I was disappointed by the size and quality of both the pool and the fitness center.

Would stay again, would recommend.

The location is terrific and room very comfortable. We were greeted very warmly by Jennifer and felt immediately comfortable. She is a terrific representative of the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but we had 2 rooms with 2 showers while traveling with 2 teens. One shower's temp control did not work the entire 3 nights of our stay. No update from staff after raising question twice. This aside we would return to this location if traveling in this area again.

Stayed here attending Elevate Music Festival at GCU. It was easy to get to, good breakfast, very friendly staff and the room was nice. Enjoyed our stay

I was lost in a sense and the hostess lady was so helpful, kind, and nice! I really like the the way the place looks.

Second time staying at Homewood Biltmore. Solid 3-star level accommodations. Not fancy, but suites were good size and in good condition. I tried the breakfast this time and much like the room, it was good. Eggs, bacon, oatmeal and coffee for me. Nothing fancy, but got the job done. Staff was friendly and i think Homewood is definitely worth considering if you are looking for mid-level accommodations in this part of Phoenix.

A+ Very nice hotel rooms! They actually feel like a home or apartment! Clean and comfortable, these rooms have a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stovetop and sink, dishes and silverware as well! Small table to sit at for meals or computer work and a nice living room with HDTV. Full bathroom and separate bedroom with closet, dresser and another HDTV. Very impressed! They also have a nice free breakfast as well!

Nice place to stay for the week. We have the flexibility to dine out or prepare our own meals in our room. The space is sufficient - bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room, and desk area. They also have a good breakfast in the mornings.

What an incredible hotel! I feel like I'm staying at home. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is extremely polite and the breakfast buffet is delicious!

The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and well stocked. The fitness room is just a treadmill, a bicycle, and a few medicine balls though, but this hotel is conveniently placed by the 57 highway. Its about 15-20 minutes from Tempe, scottsdale, and downtown phoenix. Theres a whole foods, trader joes, LA fitness, and a bunch of good restaurants acrosa the street; very convenient! Would definitely stay here again based on location alone

This Homewood Suites, one of the Hilton Hotel Brands,is for extended stays.
It offers a very convenient location situated ,next to the on ramp to the R 51. The State route 51.is connected to the Interstate (I)10 , 202, and 101 from which one can get to any part of Phoenix or the surrounding cities that comprise the Valley of the Sun.
Directly across the street to the North is a host of various Nationwide Grocery, Retail electronics and and Liquor stores. Also a Nationwide Gym and a post office to name but a few of the businesses services guest may avail themselves of . Guest have free dinner..Mon-Thursday and Breakfast is offered everyday and is substantial enough to perhaps carry one through the day.

I picked up a colleague at the property. I sat in the lobby for 15 to 20 minutes. Seemed clean, newspapers available for free. Guest took advantage of free breakfast. I would stay if I dis not have family in the area.

This Homewood Suites is newely renovated and beautiful. Our family of 6 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. The pool isn't huge but it's a good size. They provide towels for the pool. Plus there's complimentary breakfast every morning and an evening reception M-Th evenings. Our family ate dinner at the reception, and it was surprisingly good. This is a great family hotel. Right across the street from a Whole Foods.

The check-in process was seamless, expedited, and came with a smile. Welcoming me to the hotel, thanking me for my choice, and providing directions to every detail of my stay. Hector was the team member that performed my check-in and he was at the front desk many other nights of my stay. Very informative and always smiling, he knows his job very well and his method of delivery increases your confidence in him and the information provided. As you settle into your room, all the conveniences of home are a part of your stay. A kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, and place-ware you will need to prepare any type of meal you please. A living room with a comfortable sofa, arm chair, ottoman and large screen television. Windows that open which allow fresh air when you feel the need. A bedroom that also has opening windows as well as a very comfy bed, another armchair, full length mirror, closet and another flat screen television. A vanity that is separated from the bathroom and shower area. There is not a room with a bad location. All are quiet and the night of good rest that you seek will certainly come. The breakfast was different almost every morning of my stay. The breakfast staff very cheerful even at 6:00 am. My stay was not an average one of 5+ nights but rather consisted of one stay of 13 days and then another of 15 days with a week away between them. Each day that I passed through the front area, it seemed that Rhonda was always there and with a great big contagious smile. Having experienced some troubles of my own, she assisted in every way possible. Most people are problem oriented in that they address the problem and leave it at that. Rhonda is very much a solutions oriented person and helpful in eery aspect of your stay. Those moments that I did not see Rhonda, Annette was there in place and came with the same helpful attitude, always with a smile, and always with a funny little line to bring a smile to your face. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review, it is the feeling that makes home and the staff is great about creating that feeling. Jenn will be at your call in the late evening moments and will provide the support you need for just about any situation that can occur. 24 hours of sincere and genuine hospitality are within your reach. Parking is plentiful, well lit, and safe. The hotel location is walking distance to grocery stores, pet stores, fast food places, restaurants, auto detail just about any thing else you may need for your stay. Minutes from downtown, Fashion Valley Mall, Sky Harbor and Camelback Mountain. Whatever your likening, you are center to it all.

No restaurant but they serve breakfast & dinner, which is included in lodging costs.

Comes complete with kitchenette, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, tea bags, pots, pans & refrigerator.

A standard rooms also have 2 tv's (one in living room & one in bedroom), sofa bed, 2 seater table (for dining or working), full size bathroom & toilet, multiple closet space, extra towels, a pillow & a blanket.

This location was recently remodeled/updated so it's more aesthetically appealing now. It has a pool with a bbq grill & outdoir bathrooms. It has a small basketball court & a room with a few exercise machines. It also has laundry facilities but I suggest purchasing laundry supplies at one of the nearby markets. It does have a gift shop where supplies are sold but it is moderately priced.

It is centrally located & near a bunch of stores, restaurants & bars.

The rooms were nice, was like staying in a nice apartment. The free breakfast was very good as well. I recommend the hotel

Stayed in a one bedroom suite for one night, while in town on business. I really like the location of this property... easy walk to several restaurants. Also an easy walk to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. The property is well maintained, both inside and out. My room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and quite comfortable. Speaking of the room

Very nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Large rooms with smart usage of space. Social events with free food and drinks every evening. WiFi is slow, but at least it's free. Near a lot of retail and dining, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Fry's grocery store all on the same corner.

I stayed at this place on the recommendation on my friend who has been in this hotel multiple times before. We took 2 rooms and got an Amazing Service, Rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very good too. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for access Camelback area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. During my stay the hotel was undergoing renovations and managed to get one of the newly renovated rooms. Due to the renovations some of the hotel services were a bit displaced: Front desk and dining area for breakfast were in temporary locations and the lounge was completely inaccessible.

While the rooms at this Homewood Suites were spacious and top notch, I have to warn you this location is currently undergoing an extensive makeover. The noise wasn't troublesome for my family but we were located on the opposite side of the building. The Wi-Fi had serious connectivity issues in our building. So if you plan to do any work on your portable device make sure to get a room in the main building.
Which at the time of this review, is unfortunately where the majority of renovations are. On the plus side both the staff and contractors were nice, friendly and professional.
The pool is smaller and more enclosed area than the Homewood at Fashion Center (a few miles away), but once again the rooms are more spacious and offer a quaint atmosphere.

Very nice establishment. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The second thing was how clean the property is. While I was there they had a wonderful late afternoon buffet out. You are within walking distance of some many things - great place!

Hotel room was pretty big, with a separate kitchen, living area and bedroom. Staff was great, giving me an early check in with no hassle. Downside was the rooks were a little old and in need of some repairs, like the shower head.

Our recent stay in September was very nice. The facilities were excellent and the service was tops. The Breakfast and Evening meal was a very rare treat in view of the rates. Our entire stay was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend This Hotel to anyone.
