So friendly and awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. WiFi is great too!

Love their quiet rooms and design. Most of the rooms have clean built in kitchen. Bathrooms have plenty of space reminder of small studio apartment. However, they are under staffed as most non-full service hotels are. One or two person working to resolve check-ins, selling pantry items, resolving guest issues and answering phone calls. Inefficient process are expected at front desk area. This hotel is big enough to staff minimum of 2-3 personnel at all time. Breakfast is complimentary and was chaotic and weekend were worst. Overall though, hotel was clean and friendly atmosphere just staffing level was not.

Clean hotel and rooms. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Price was right. Recommend staying if you need to stay close to airport or going on cruise. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Also they have a paid shuttle tk the port as well.

Nice hotel. Very clean but very rude hotel staff to include Diane the General Manager. The hotel is incredibly stingy with pool towels. They never restock the cabinet which holds pool towels and when guests ask the front desk for pool towels they are told they have none clean. I then ask for bath towels as an alternative and although they did provide them they were very rude and not happy about doing so. The employee then told me to pick up all the dirty towels on the pool deck. I told her they were not used by us and she rolled her eyes and walked away. And NO I did not pick up the other guests dirty towels. Gross!
Another issue we had is that we specifically booked at this hotel and paid the higher nightly rate as opposed to staying in a Hilton or Marriott brand hotel in the area because of the nightly complimentary snacks and drinks that have always been served. This is our 3rd year choosing this hotel. However, up on checking in we are told they no longer offer the snacks and drinks. This was a disappointment. Had we known this upon booking we would have booked elsewhere.
This hotel has definitely gone downhill in the past year and we will not be staying in the future. It seems as if it under new management.

Love this place. I would recommend this Hotel to family and friends. They have really great customer service, and I like that after work I can visit their bar and have Happy Hour prices

Had a great stay here during Rolling Loud weekend and the hotel was quite welcoming! We arrived around noon and had our room ready as requested in advance. The one bedroom suite was VERY spacious and ended up being less expensive than a standard two queen room. Had everything you'd need to stay any amount of time - full kitchen was awesome! Beds were great, housekeeping was timely and unintrusive, and the bathroom was one of the biggest I've ever seen in a non-luxury hotel. Breakfast was pretty good as well for a free hotel spread!

Beautiful room. Super helpful and friendly staff. My mother and i stayed for 5 days and we had a great time. We'll definitely be going back

Front desk staff helped with luggage storage and early check in, the suite was large, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are excellent including a pool, laundry, computers, and store. Would absolutely stay here again.

our flight was cancelled and Delta put us up in hotel for the night.it was spring break and hotels were limited. I was concerned at first but quickly pleased by the attention and hospitality. starting with the hotel shuttle driver to front desk, we were treated with a friendly smile and very helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour the night before were a pleasant surprise. looking forward to finishing construction and having walking options for dinner and shopping. would stay there again if had to..

Value for money was poor. I would have expected much more for $280. The bathroom nozzles were about to fall off (and one did). Everything about the hotel was worn. I’m not sure why this place got such raving reviews, but I definitely would not repeat.

The staying was great. Rooms look like small apartments. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and full fridge. They're also pet friendly.

Great service very clean and the omellet was delicious ! But I walk to the next hotel to drink a glass of wine and eat and I got best service ever by Al Perez amazing I will totally go back again.

The Hyatt was slightly overbooked. They did not have our room ready at check in time. Therefore, my husband and I had to settle for a room with double best instead of a queen/king bed. The complimentary breakfast at the Hyatt was good and had a lot of breakfast options available. It is a short walk away from some shops and great places to eat. It is a wonderful place to stay but is very busy and cannot always accommodate what you originally asked for even months in advance.

Beautiful hotel and room in a good location. It was near the beach, shopping, and sightseeing areas. The staff was friendly, and the room was large, comfortable, and clean.

I stay here often for work. There are rare occasions when I arrive that everything in my room is functional, but usually something is broken. Last visit for example, the suitcase stand was broken...

That said, this is still one of the best hotels in Fort Lauderdale, which doesn't say much for that state of hotels in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is very friendly though, and they have a nice free breakfast.

Wonderful experience during a very emotional time. We booked rooms for close to 30 people gathering for the memorial of a family member lost after the hurricane. Not only were the rooms reasonable, but booking directly through the hotel was the most affordable way to go. Everyone was so hospital. From Maylin who helped during the chaos of the booking process, the personable housekeeping ladies, the late night security guard who allowed us all to be together on the pool patio a little after hours, and all of the amazing front desk hosts. You all made our stay warm and stress free. I can not thank you all enough!

Wow wow wow. . Only way to describe it is "affordable luxury with cozy comfort" beautiful hotel with all the amenities of home. Down to a dish washer! Totally worth it. My new favorite hotel

We got displaced after hurricane Irma and we ended up staying here for a week which was comfortable during that stressful time. It has great service from the staff, along with comfortable rooms. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and all the basic needs to make a quick meal in the room. The hotel is close to FLL with a shuttle that goes to the airport and the shopping area right across the street. Very good breakfast with full hot breakfast with an omelette station. The afternoon has very good food and cold beer and wine.

Great staff. Room was AWESOME. Great location to local restaurants. Daily breakfast is hot and varies. Laundry facilities were clean and reasonable. Desk offers quarters. Pool was clean just didn't get to enjoy it.

Very quick pick up from the airport. Free breakfast but they don't make the omelettes for the first hour breakfast is served (which sucks). Nice happy hour and clean rooms. Good for a quick layover.

I've stayed at this location quite often. It is in a close proximity to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood airport. There are many venues close by within an extended walking distance or short shuttle ride. It's a solid three star choice.

Fantastic for a multnight stay where you like to be able to cook and relax in your room a bit. A very modern feel. Wonderful staff and rooms. Great pool. Very relaxing environment. Wonderful perks like a free dinner happy hour.

There were 6 of us so booked a family room with two bedrooms and a kitchenette because it was less than two rooms and nice that we could all be together.

It's quiet and clean for the most part. Just don't understand how in this day and age there are no electrical outlets next to the bed. Most places at least have lamps with electrical outlets in them. No place to charge devices next to bed.

Extremely clean, quiet & easily accessible from the airport. Also, only a few minutes from the convention center. Full breakfast was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend & stay there again if in the area.

Location is perfect, convenient restaurants and the beach is within a ten minute drive. Service is perfect the staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are updated with plenty of amenities. I plan on coming here again next year.

The location is conveniently located next to the FLL airport. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living, and bed room. Great look although some places showed wear and tear. The service was amicable and well mannered. Amenities include heated pool and gym. Overall a great place to stay when in Fort Lauderdale.

Stayed there for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Can't say enough about the staff, especially the front office. Kitchen was well stocked with the basic items required, although we barely used it, as they had a great breakfast. About 1/2 of the mornings, they had a custom omelette station, where you could choose from egg white or normal eggs, along with ham/cheese/onion/spinach/etc; I also loved the waffles. 4 nights a week, they had a "social" in the evening; basic pizza or wings, along with 2 free beverages a person (I had 2 tall glasses of beer). I also ate dozen of cookies, as I grabbed one every time I passed by. Between the socials (4 nights a week), the included breakfast, we didn't use the kitchen much. Room was great, and very comfortable. They did what they could and included everything to make it feel like it was your "house" with all of your normal convenience, plus housekeeping. If I had any complaint, it would be the laundry (cost $5/load, in quarters, older machines; compared to rest of place it was a let down and belongs in a 2 star venue). We enjoyed our time there, and would like to thank the staff.

Really nice rooms with well designed kitchens and a couch/desk area that's good for setting up shop and getting some work done. Also free booze and snacks every night from 5-7. Hyatt House is an interesting concept in hotel design and I hope it catches on.

The suite I stayed in was large, fully equipped & very nice. The staff was very friendly & attentive. I will stay here again for future business trips. I highly recommend.

Truly a home away from home! I stayed here with my family of 7 for a week and was wishing we could stay longer. The location is great, only about 4 miles from one of the best beaches in the U.S. The rooms were excellent and a perfect fit for our needs. The pool was really nice, just wish we had the chance to use the grill they have for guest use by the pool. I will say it's not perfect though...although the hotel shuttle is complimentary (like a lot of hotels) it only takes you within 3 miles. Unfortunately there are a lot of good shopping centers and beaches within 5. If they changed that you could get to more restaurants, grocery stores, local attractions and BEACHES. However, I will add that we did rent a car so this lack of service really went under the radar. We didn't know about their week night meals and free beer and wine...until we got there . THAT WAS AWESOME! (we missed the thai lettuce wraps though...you need to rotate that more frequently like once every week so everyone can try, and when we mean everyone we mean us ;) Also, when we arrived at FLL airport all we had to do is call the hotel and in less than 5 min our shuttle had arrived. Very convenient. Thanks to Hyatt House and all their very friendly staff for a wonderful stay from our family of 7. Hope to visit again real soon. :)
