Breakfast was great. Fresh omelet station. Staff was nice and room was clean. The pool was down and dirty :( It appeared to be down for some time due to a big hole being dug up around it. Overall, the stay was nice and I loved being able to fix a homemade dinner.

I enjoyed the stayed. The beds are so comfortable didn't want to get out of bed. Staff very friendly. Will return soon.

This place is simply AMAZING. It is home away from home! They have bowls and plates in the room. A nice bar with an amazing bartender! The pool is very nice. It's in a great are there's amazing restaurants around. It's quiet and peaceful.

The location was convenient to where I wanted to go. The room was a decently spacious suite. The personnel were nice and assisted me with a key card issue, which is what drops this from a 5 to a 4. Overall, a solid option especially if you intend to stay for an extended period of time.

Great stay at the Hyatt House on Katy Fwy. The manager Michael was so accommodating and very friendly. Raphael, Cherl, Candi and William were so helpful and courteous. The rest of the staff were exceptional as well. Will return when I come back to Houston. Thank you guys!!

Nice, spacious suites with kitchens, desk, and two TVs with HD and a great free breakfast, including omelets made to order.

You can stay here overnight or for months, depending on need. Plus they have a bar with a daily happy hour and a pool with a working jacuzzi and propane grill. And there's a laundry.

The rooms are nice and the breakfast was great,for a Friday and Saturday the price was under a hundred. I’ve had less for more on a weekend,it was a nice surprise. It’s pet friendly

The room is great. Emily is the bartender and she is awesome. Bacardi (front desk) is professional and friendly as well.

It's a really cozy place with great rooms. The staff are amazing and are willing to do everything in their power to satisfy your needs. It gets a bit chilly at night but an overall great deal.

Wonderful from the beginning to the end!! Did not want to leave. If you have trouble finding a place for 6 people go to Hyatt House. They have everything you need to cook with and even thing you wouldn't think you need until you realize you do. Rooms are so clean and inviting. 😀😁

It is very clean and nice. The breakfast is awesome and the people who serve are very nice. The rooms are very large and spacious. We were in the area for 3 days and cooked all days. The park behind the hotel is wonderful for jogging or walking. I wish there was a door in the back fence to snick out to the park as needed. try to get a room in the back building because the front side can be noisy due to the frontage to I10.

Our room was in very good condition with a very nice shower and fixtures that looked like they had been installed recently. The room itself was in very good condition, with a kitchenette large enough to allow light cooking while we stayed. The air conditioning worked very well and the bed was comfortable. It accepts pets and there is plenty of areas to walk them; they have a special sign to hang on the door to tell the maids not to come in because of the pets. The staff is top notch, and both friendly and helpful. I was very happy with our stay.

We were evacuated from our home in Sugar Land Texas due to Harvey. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. They stayed there for a week with little break to help the guests and never complained! WOW! Thank you. You made a very stressful time better.

Great staff but problem with corporate. 26th of August 2017 the day we suffered a hurricane and recent list of our brother. We made reservations for 2 bedroom suite so we could be together and on arriving to the hotel they didn't have any available and couldn't accommodate us we called reservations and spoke to the supervisor who said she was sorry and that was it ... This again on the day of the hurricane and death of a love one. The staff did find us a one bedroom and was very patient with us even though corporate didn't look into any of their other properties for us nor try to accommodate us in any fashion ... What terrible service and lack of concern.

The amenities for the price of the rooms are amazing. But what is even better is the kind of top notch service that I received from the staff, such as Sylvester Bowden, Scott Meeks and others. My rental car had some mechanical issues in the parking lot and Sylvester helped me not only jump start my vehicle but also followed me to the nearest Enterprise (15 min away), driving behind my car to ensure my safety and made sure that I made it safe to the location. This kind of exceptional service is what drove me to write this review. The breakfast at this hotel is one of the best that I've had as well and they switch out some of the items on the menu everyday with freshly made omelettes served as requested. I absolutely loved staying here and I would like to thank the staff for going above and beyond to make my stay incredible!

This hotel is clean, modern and excellently priced. Rooms have full kitchen minus oven and spacious layouts. Gym and pool are decent. Breakfast is fantastic with all normal hotel items and a manned omelet bar.

Hotel is extraordinary clean. The front desk host Raphael was very helpful.

Plenty of restaurants close by and top golf close by too. Clean rooms and a nice bar and patio in the lobby.

I loved this hotel! I loved the full kitchen and the room was very cozy! The free morning breakfast went well above my expectations! I could not have been more happy with it! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!
The only negative I could even say was the bright light coming in through the window made it hard for me to sleep because I like a dark room. But other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Not quite as nice as Hyatt Place, but extremely accommodating. When I asked where I could charge my electric car, they provided me with a map of their facility with outlets clearly marked.

Right off I-10 and easy to get to. Clean rooms and staff is always ready to help.

Great room. Everyone was nice.

First room had issues z damp, musty odor very loud dehumidifier that would not shut off and no chest of drawers. Night staff was not able to help, and would not let me change rooms, said they'd send maintenance in the morning to turn off dehumidifier. Morning team was amazing when I followed up. They moved me to a better room and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate this, but gave to give a 4 because the room I was out in was not habitable to begin with. Hopefully the room will be brought up to oar. My new room is great!

"Full kitchen" is not actually a full kitchen. I bought tons of food to bake... Only to realize the oven was actually a dishwasher. Smh.

Hyatt house in Houston was great, decent sized rooms and they look very modern. I stayed there one night and everything was great but the AC vent was hitting my face the whole time. Idk who put the bed in that spot but other than that. I like it

Allowed me to set up my father-n-laws room, the staff was courteous and friendly, the rooms looked very nice and well kept and clean. I felt happy knowing that my father n law will not disapprove and enjoy his stay :)

Room is clean. AC is temperamental. Annoying feature is the bathroom vent on same switch as light. It is loud, and bothersome while getting ready.

I travel a lot and was so happy when I checked in and got to the room, very spacious. I've never had as many amenities in a hotel without it being an extended stay or large long term suite. Extremely clean, I wish I could stay in a place like this everywhere I travelled.

The location is kind of sketchy, not well lit, and the hotel had a old smell. The training room isn't well equipped (most of the weights have been stolen). The rooms are good, but I don't feel good walking in and out of it.

The Best thing I Like was the Host Carl he treated everyone like Family he was the the Sweetest Ever!!!!! The Breakfast crew was very nice too. My room was very Comfortable and there was everything I needed in it.

My family and I stayed here for about a week and enjoyed it. We had a clean room and everything worked. They had a variety of breakfast choices that changed almost everyday and those on staff were nice and helpful. Would recommend it.

Excelente , all that you need and the people is very helpull, clean room, big rooms, nice bed, complete kitchen.. what more do you need? :)
