Very nice place with quiet and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was good as well. I wasn't there long enough to use the fitness center, pool etc. There are several places within a few minutes walk to eat. I'd stay again.

Nice hotel. Close to shops on 5th ave. Bar was great. Good food. Front desk was very helpful, polite and efficient. Great pool area even had water sports rentals next to pool.(boats rental etc..) covered parking was great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed and bath also comfortably and nice balcony. Only complaint was complimentary breakfast was super crowded. Go early! Not many tables to sit at. We ended up taking our plates to the bar area. Overall..... we'll be back and would recommend to friends and family.

I definitely enjoyed my stay there! Victor and Richard were beyond helpful and nice. I had an incident with my car, and the keys were locked in my trunk...these guys were nice enough to help me unlock it.Would definitely recommend this place!

I love this place. I’ve stayed twice in the last couple of weeks. It’s new and beautiful. The rooms are tastefully appointed, modern and clean. The pool is a wonderful infinity pool right along side the river – it is worth the price of admission itself.

Breakfast was excellent. Great made to order omelets. It is a bit of a madhouse trying to fit everybody in down there but it’s worth it.

I actually preferred the individual rooms to the suites. Suite had an uncomfortable pullout sofa to sit on, so depending on your needs it may or may not be worth it. If money is no object, definitely pay up for the river view. It’s awesome.

The only complaint I had is that it was a bit of pet hotel. I had dogs barking to my left and to my right, which was super annoying. But I blame that on the owners leaving their dogs alone in a strange place, not the hotel.

The restaurant menu is a little limited and service was spotty. Great one day, and then next to non-existent the next. But it didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the hotel too much.

Overall, a peaceful, enjoyable place. It’s close to Naples downtown and not far from the beach either. I would definitely go back.

You will find comfort and a little luxury away from home. I found the staff to be professional, and willing to take the extra step to accommodate their customers needs. The buffet breakfast encompassed a nice variety to choose from. The lobby was very inviting.

Love coming here! This is my favorite place to stay for a stay-cation. The location, the pool, the restaurant and bar, the staff. Everyone and everything is lovely about Hyatt House! I have been coming here since they opened and I'll keep coming back.

We are locals that enjoy "staycations". The location is great, rooms are nice and clean but service and food are horrible. Way over priced. $18 for a burnt hamburger is a bit ridiculous. And it wasn't just one hamburger that was burnt it was all of them. We have no problems paying high prices for good food but this is a bit ridiculous. Sat at bar for 30 minutes before the bartender even Acknowledge our presence. We had to search for a server to take our lunch orders and had to hunt them down to be able to pay our bill. Very disappointed.

Clean and moderately comfortable, beds weren't so great. Pool area is nice. Housekeeping was great. Not much character but a decent place to stay for the money.

I stayed over and the service was pleasant. Very clean and staff members were very courteous. Beautiful hotel rooms pool are well-kept. Complementary breakfast was good. They even had a made to order omelette station.

Great hotel!!! Staff is helpful and accommodating. Rooms and hotel are clean. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge and microwave. A/c works well. Great place for a family vacation or a couples getaway. We come often and love it!! The managers Jay and Patrick are always around can answer any questions or concerns.

Great place to take the boat out of. Friendly staff and clean establishment. Has a good view but would benefit from a good top bar, they might be able to see the beach from there. Enjoyed myself, would go back.

This place is magnificent!! Nice size rooms with great views. And then you get complimentary breakfast every morning of your stay. And the breakfast is not just muffins and coffee. I am talking omelets, french toast, assorted breads and bagels and cereals. With great tasting fruit. Coffee and assorted herbal teas.

Clean rooms, great front desk and room service. Only complaint room service stops st 10, which in my opinion is to early.
I stayed in a sweet, accommodates 6 comfortably with the two queen beds and pull out couch.

I travel quite a bit for business and have stayed here 3 times this month alone. The rooms are an average size and impeccably clean. Every staff member I have encountered has been fantastic. The restaurant.... ehhh. Breakfast and the burger were good but for 18$ a burger should be better than good. The crab cake might as well have been dumped out of a can and sprinkled with bread crumbs and the wings, although large, were completely ruined by the sauce. I ordered them hot and they were terrible. They were sweet, and tasted like they tossed them in a sweet Asian chili sauce. Additionally, they were gooey and just flat out horrible. The restaurant claims to be open until 11:00, but after calling at 10:30 and finding out it was too late to order, I officially am done eating here. Again, the staff and rooms were amazing but I would not eat here again.

This is a very nice hotel and looks very up-to-date and modern, good breakfast, very friendly and efficient staff...sometimes it's noisy with the pets on the first floor but this shouldn't be a problem if you go up one floor

The rooms here are really nice, and service is great. The location is really close to downtown, but far enough away to be mostly quiet. My only issue is that the mattresses are a bit hard and/or uncomfortable, but overall it's a nice place.

This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor and awesome amenities. We were there only for a quick stay overnight, and we are sad we didn't get to enjoy it more. There's a beautiful view of the water, a nice pool, and omelet bar for breakfast, and the room was beautifully appointed and comfortable.

The best stay for a pair of seniors with a dog and no car. The location is excellent, a short free shuttle ride or a ten minute walk to downtown. Hot breakfast is substantial and delicious. Try the individualized omelettes including egg whites.
The staff are professional, cheerful and go way beyond the call of duty.
We're tea drinkers and the carafe smelled of coffee, so they got a whistling kettle for our kitchenette!
The shuttle makes several stops on the hour to the beautiful beach, stores, galleries and restaurants. The driver even took us to the library!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to land a tranquil hotel scenically located smack dab in on 5th ave. It’s within walking distance of some of the cities best restaurants and sites. There is a marina area attached to the hotel in case you’re into water activities. The staff is extremely accommodating and the rooms look amazing.

Nice new modern hotel. Great pool area which is under flt path but depending on airport demand you can still chill. Plenty of space in the room let down by lack of good storage and clothing hanging space. Room also showed signs of wear in broken panels, missing door closers and rubber seals of patio door.

Staff really helpful especially the maids.

I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend, It's located in the middle of everything which is great and the price of the rooms are very fair. On site parking at cost. Not far from Marco island. The beds where not bad.

The hotel is actually very nice, it's our second time here because we enjoyed last year's stay. However the cleaning is a complete disaster. Our cleaning staff never changed the sheets on a five night stay, actually did very little in terms of cleaning at all. Most of our time here we had a do not disturb sign so most days we didn't even bother with getting the room cleaned and when we did we left a $10 tip and were hoping for somewhat decent service. Totally disappointed. There was a questionable orange cleaning fluid spilled all over the carpets and actually even in the drawer. I stepped all over wet carpet upon coming back to the room. And aside from the same stained sheets being tucked in it was hard to believe anything had been done. Stains in the sink in the bathroom etc. I don't know that I want to come back after this. Honestly probably not and it sucks because I love Hyatt. Of all Hyatts I've stayed at throughout the years this service has been the worst.

I grew up here in Naples and having this beautiful Hotel here is a beautiful addition to our growing city of Naples. Easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, shopping and even close to my JTB Design Boutique and Art Gallery. We recommend this hotel to many of our customers coming into see our art work.

Great place, good location! My room (king suite on the 1st floor) was very nice. Decent food at the bar.

Breakfast was SLAMMED and they were out of several things. Forget about getting time at the toaster.

This is the 2nd time I've been here and it is definitely a great hotel for a good price. The style of rooms makes you really feel like your at home. Unfortunately, they only have 2 two bedroom suites and the queen room are just regular rooms but still more spacious than at some hotels. I stayed at a river view which was nice to watch from your window or balcony.

Positives first: The room was very clean and freshly updated. The bed was comfortable. The location was nice. It's just over a mile to the beach so definitely walkable. The beach there was very clean. The breakfast was really good also and the omlet bar is a nice touch.

We had a few bad experiences that really put a damper on our vacation: We arrived way before check in around 6am so understandably the room was not ready. The staff at the front desk took our name and said they would call us as soon as the room was ready (we did not ask for this, they offered) which we thought was nice. They never called. We came back from the beach around 1 and stood in the line of people checking in and our room was ready thankfully but we didn't like the unfulfilled promise.

Also on the third day of our stay we asked for house keeping to make our room. They did a great job but forgot to give us new towels which was fine. Everyone makes mistakes. We just went down to the desk and asked for towels and they said they would have some sent to the room. They never came. I ended up just taking one off the house keeping carts the next day.

There was also some miscommunication about the time breakfast starts. The front desk said it starts at 6:30 but when we got there the ladies setting up said it starts at 7. I still couldn't tell you when breakfast is supposed to start. Also the dishes are pretty dirty and the cups all have a film on the inside which may just be from going in the dish washer but it made me not want to use them.

Also you have to pay 12 dollars a day for parking or 16 for valet which was not disclosed prior to arriving which seemed ridiculous.

Really this would have been a pleasant stay if not for the staff at the front desk and the price. The front desk staff were very rude and didn't seem to care and for the money we payed for this trip I would expect more. (The rest of the staff was always very pleasant) Also the parking not being included in the price seems shady to me.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone or go back. I think we could have found an equally nice hotel for less. They make it sound like a resort but it's just a very average hotel that looks fancy.

Stayed in late july 2016. The room was excellent and the staff was super friendly. The free breakfast was phenomenal. Close to the airport but never heard a plane while in the room. Parking was extra but was easy access and very secure. The shuttle was very convenient and used it more than our own vehicle.

Definitely would stay again!

My boyfriend and I came from Tampa for a long weekend and loved this resort! We spent most of our time on the balcony and pool. We even kayaked! Love love love the rooms here and breakfast with great service. We hope to return!

If you are planning a trip to Naples, the Hyatt House offers everything you need in a hotel. Very professional staff always available to help you with any need or question you may have. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Our view from our king suite with kitchenette was spectacular. The Hyatt House is pet friendly and it was a huge relief knowing we had upscale accommodations that allowed us to have our Sheltie in the room. We will always return to the Hyatt House in Naples on future visits to southern Florida.

My Stay was great. I had a one bedroom suite. It was very comfortable. However, after my stay, I was charged $250 smokers fee, in which I do not smoke. I was never informed of this charge during the reservation with expedia, nor at the hotel. I did not sign any paperwork that even explained such a charge. I even discussed other charges on my card, at check out that appeared outside of my billing. Never once was I made aware of any other additional charges could occur. I informed the hotel and they refused to remove the charges. Not happy with the secret charges

Easily the best Hyatt House location in the chain. This is almost a full service hotel. The view rooms are well worth the small surcharge. The public spaces and pool are very modern with great water views. This hotel is ideal for longer stays with a kitchen, dining area, living room and semi private bedroom in the suites. True one bedroom or two bedroom units are also available. This hotel opened in March 2016. Hint: check in first if you arrive late, the parking garage elevators are guest key locked between
11 P.M. and 7A.M.

Stayed here with my husband and son for 2 nights. Rooms were lovely. Spacious, clean and big comfy beds. The wifi reception was good in rooms and around resort. The pool was heated and a good size. The small beach area was pretty.

Much more than we expected, very modern, impecable, clean, outstanding decoration and design. Manager was very helpful and was on top of everything, staff was very nice and friendly. Bar tenders are fantastic and always trying to do their best for their clients. Location is perfect, food is very good, lovely pool area. I will come back!

Loved it even though we weren't downtown. Great view of the river. Easily walkable to 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Have a shuttle if you don't want to walk. Would book again.

I walked through the hotel for a boat rental I had on their dock. They were just cleaning up after breakfast and the food looked amazing. The property is so beautiful and the pool was really nice

This new hotel is lovely. Great amenities and an excellent location with close proximity to the best of Downtown Naples. The meeting accommodations were great as well.

Room layouts - especially the bathrooms were a bit odd, with doors opening on the wrong side and tight corners. Food in conference room was horrible.

Will go back for all the other amenities and the great sleep I got!

Really a pretty nice place. Great pool area and lounge with a bar and nice view of the marina. Every room has a patio.

The hotel looks nice and it is very well located. Walking distance from restaurants and busy streets.
The problem with it was that they charge you a $12 daily fee for parking. I mean, you are already paying around $270 a night...sounds cheap to charge for your car resting on their parking lot right?
Also, as beautiful decorated as the lobby and pool area are, the rooms are just meh. We found toilet paper in the toilet still, hairs that weren't ours in the sink and they leave you a tiny bottle of shampoo and another one of conditioner for your hair and that's it. Not even enough for a half bold guy, seriously.
Pillows were atrocious, the two sides of the pillow cover rubbed against each other as all the filling goes to the sides, so you end up with your head sustained by the matress and completely uncomfortable.
Breakfast was great though. Really good coffee and lots of food for every taste. Plenty of seating space and clean plates and silverware.

Very beautiful clean and modern rooms. My suite had a full kitchen. Quiet and relaxing place to stay. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool, fire pit, and amazing walk around the marina. Kayak and bike rentals on site. Great place to get away and relax. One star less for $15 self park fee. You shouldnt be charged for parking yourself.

GREAT hotel! My wife and I stayed two nights in their largest waterfront studio! The rooms were clean and modern. My wife didn't think try were cozy due to the modern style, but very nice rooms none the less!

The breakfast was fresh with a good selection. I recommend getting the made to order omlet. The pool is very nice and open late. The docks behind the hotel have seating and even a bonfire pit.

The best part of our stay was the customer service. Very friendly and accommodating. If you're in town I highly recommend you stay here!

Well, I choose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, it's true it's brand new, just opened in March/2016.

I stayed in the Specialty room with a nice view but the AC was not working at all, requested a switch of room, I hope this one works at all.

But the worst I see on this hotel is the Front Desk staff they forget most of the guest request, they are not paying attention the the things.

Wireless Internet Speed is reliable and they provide nice speed for download and upload, about 30 Mbps for each. Is free for everyone as well.

Breakfast is acceptable and good variety for full hot breakfast.

Great place to meet people from all over the world. Socializing is high-spirited here. Great for business, great for play. Location could not be better. Most BEAUTIFUL and relaxing place in town. Complete entertainment!

All good, but terrible pull out bed mattress.
Can't believe they saved on this and used the cheapest mattress possible, that you can feel every single spring. Thanks God the pool was great and it helped to heal the damage caused by terrible sleep experience.
When people book a 1 bedroom apartment they expect to use the sleeper bed. This needs immediate attention.
Other than that hotel was very nice.

My friend and I had such a wonderful experience from the time we got there until we checked out. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very easy to navigate. The service was exceptional. I loved the flooring in the suite kitchen area. Speaking of kitchen...it was awesome! We wanted for nothing! The view was beautiful and very peaceful! Loved sitting on the porch and watching the storm come in and also the sunset! I would recommend to everyone!

What a beautiful hotel! I got a standard room and was expecting just that. Instead, it was like a small one bedroom apartment. Honestly, it was nice than a couple apartments I've lived in. There was a cozy living room, a kitchen with modern appliances and dishes, a separate bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door leading to a little patio, and a spacious bathroom. All of that, combined with tasteful, modern decor and high ceilings, made me feel instantly relaxed and a bit disappointed that we were only staying one night.
The pool and bar area were also beautiful and overlooked the river. In fact, there's a dock that runs along the pool area where you can look out at the water or sit by the fire pit at night.
The location was perfect, too. The restaurants and shops were all within walking distance (and I was walking in tall heels), and the zoo is just minutes away.
A continental breakfast is served in the morning and was delicious. The options were pretty typical, except that they also have an omelet bar. I didn't partake of it, but they looked like pretty good omelets.
Finally, the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
