We stayed over at Novotel in Paris for only one night on our way back to the UK from the south of France and were really impressed with the whole overall stsndard. The room was clean and well set out and the beds comfortable and a lovely roomy bathroom too. From our experience we would certainly stay there again on our next visit to Paris.

The Hotel is very confortable and nice designed. The Hotel workers are very friendly and you can bring your dog to the Hotel for 12 euros every day thats really cheap in Paris

Service is very nice, the rooms are awesome with the view of the eifeltower, close to the subway and many restaurants nearby, getting a taxi isn't a problem since they go by all the time. The restaurant is good, quality food is very good. They have a wide variety of wines and other beverages. There is no lock to the toilet or the shower, which is confusing for swedish people;) As I said the subway is approximately 500 meters from the hotel. It's the yellow line which can take you to almost the whole Paris, with some changes. In the room you get a water bottle as a "compliment" from the hotel witch is nice, and you can drink free coffee and tea on the room. The breakfast is about 18 euros, but offers a wide variety of dishes. For example scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants and waffles. They speak a little English but not to well, that goes for the whole city. But all in all, would definitely go back to!

Hotel very nice. Management and staff s amazing. Minus one star for a very small toilets that are separate from h the shower.

Room was very cosy, providing a fridge, warm shower with good pressure, comfortable bed and smart tv. Staff were incredibly kind too, and the resteraunt was pretty standard.

It was 5 years ago since I was with my family here but the memories of this Hotel were still remain as one of the wonderful experience in our life,
The staff from the reception, restaurant and room service we're very accommodating, helpful and kind, the foods are delicious from different kinds of France specialty, I would proudly recommend this hotel whenever you go to Paris with friends, families or alone as it is near to the Eifel tower just a few station and you will reach the world famous Paris Tower, they were also some fancy restaurants on your way from hotel to the city and after a tiring day
You will welcome by a friendly staff at the reception and 5 star room service .

Nice hotel good location but thing is you won't get option of dining here . And most importantly they keep their restaurant closed on Saturdays and Sunday for lunch .. I have never seen this anywhere

Location is a little further from city center than I'd like. It's a out 2 blocks from the subway. Overall the room and amenities were fine

Hotel molto confortevole. Silenzioso e curato. Stanze un po' piccole ma con molti confort. La colazione (internazionale) è a buffet ed è molto buona. Servizi nello stile Novotel, quindi livello medio-alto. A 5 minuti dalla fermata della metrò (linea 4). Consigliatissimo

A 4 star hotel located close to the Metro station line 4. It is a bit far from the Eiffel as you will need to change metro twice. There no major shopping centre or eatery within walking distance from the hotel. I would give it a three star.

For a 4 star hotel it comes short of expectations. The lobby had a modern twist, with good seating areas. The staff were friendly with decent english. The room is lovely with a contemporary vibe and plenty of USB ports, the wifi has amazing connection as well. However they did not really provide enough condiments when making coffee/tea and were inconsistent in providing other items such as shoe polish and the air conditioning did not really help. I've been to hotels lower than 4 stars that are still able to provide lotion, shower caps and other things that are useful. The hotel restaurant is overpriced, the breakfast buffet was for a decent price with under 18s eating for free and adults for €18. However the actual buffet itself had very limited options and was not very nice. It had the option of making our own eggs, with no area where we could wash our hands so we could possibly contract salmonella! The lunch and dinner is also overpriced with limited options. A gym was also complementary, but is quite small with only one of around 4 different piece's of equipment to use. On the first morning at around 7 the fire alarm went off, confused on where to go, we along other guests tried to figure out where the fire exit to outside was. When we got back into the lobby, the staff were just as confused telling us everything was alright and that we can go back to our rooms without and explanation nor apology. Would overall give a low recommendation.

Great place, well situated at about 15 minutes with tramway from Parc Expo porte de Versailles. Very helpfull team, a beautifull room and a great breakfast. 6 minutes away from the nearest metro station.

Ask for a room wich is remodeled. They are much nicer than the old rooms

Gutes Hotel mit ordentlich eingerichteten Zimmern. Familienzimmer etwas klein für 4 Personen, aber für Paris noch erschwinglich und einigermaßen verkehrsgünstig gelegen, wenn auch keine Top-Lage.

The restaurant for the breakfast is not so big and only automatic coffee machines are available for hot drinks.

This was a nice hotel that I stayed at when I visited Paris back in 2013. Nice rooms and convenient as it is close to a metro station. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Paris.

This hotel is not far from a Metro (line 4), next to the periphery highway, but quiet inside the hotel. The room is clean, keep clean along my different stay (among 3 or 4 year I come there). The admittance is well done always with smile and a very good concierge. The restaurant provide a good view of different French...

Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Paris. Nous étions en voiture, mais les transports en commun sont très proches. Il y a un parking privé en sous-sol, chose rare à Paris !
L'accueil du personnel est parfait (hôtel et restaurant). Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner.
Les suites "Exécutive" sont très adaptées pour une famille de 4 (à 6) personnes. Nous étions au 7ème étage, côté Paris, le panorama était magnifique. L'isolation phonique est parfaite (intérieure et extérieure : donne sur le Périphérique). La propreté est impeccable, le minibar offert et réapprovisionné chaque jour, la cafetière Nespresso et la bouilloire sont bien appréciables. La literie est très confortable... bref rien à redire !

Great hotel south of the city centre. 500m to the metro, line 4 running the whole day long. OK room but the toilette did smell urea as many streets in Paris. Small but great breakfast.
