Great location cross the street from a shopping mall and easily accessible
Great service,clean and spacious rooms and staffs are very friendly.

I can honestly say it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The service was incomparable to any other place that my family or I have been. Definetly deserves a 5 star rating.

Very good hotel for the extended stay in US, Good Reception, Good breakfast and good snacks for three evenings, good swimming pool, Nice car parking for the stay, near IL59 and near mall and complex of shopping and other requirements

We have stayed at this location many times and have been impressed with the property as well as the customer service. We had planned on staying 2 nights. The property is being renovated and we were given one of the renovated rooms. It was no different and hardly newer and cleaner than what we would expect from a renovated room. The front desk personal were not friendly and helpful as usual. We found out that the property will be a Hilton once the renovation is completed. If this is how the property and staff will be, we will likely not stay there in the future. We cut or stay short and went to another hotel. Very disappointing.

I would recommend this place for location, not only close to railways station, but also to road 59 : you can walk to Red Lobster or Chili's without much difficulties, allowing quick food after long plane travel.
Breakfasts are correct, complimentary food served several days of the week as well as a few drinks, as there is no regular restaurant offerings each and every day.
There is a small pond allowing walking or running around, as well as an inside pool with jacuzzi and a small gym, with very few people using it.
An outside small terrasse with bbq is fitted on the rear of the building, quite enjoyable as weather permit.
I have reserved the larger room, including a kitchen as well as a sofa, allowing for cooking or heating of food.

Tub did not seem particularly clean; continental breakfast did not remain fullong before it was due to close; beds are not comfortable. I could feel the springs. But ... They allow dogs which is why we stay there once a year. Budget motel.

Room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait 30 min. Room was fairly clean, a few rips in the carpet in various spots. Housekeeping came in at 3 times between 8am-9am. Even though our room had the do not disturb sign on the door.

It is a really nice hotel and the added advantage is :

1.       It is walking distance from the train station which goes to Chicago downtown.

2.       It is right by a beautiful lake with a running track around it.

3.       It has a kitchen in the suite which would be really beneficial for people who prefer home cooked meals.

4.       They have evening socials on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and can even cook veg Indian meals when there a sizable no. of Indian guests staying at the hotel.

5.    Flat rate limo service (At competitive rates to the airport taxi) for pickup and drop-off at the airport.

A Group of my friends and I stayed at this hotel to meet up with mutual friends around the area. This hotel was in a very good location. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, close to food, entertainment, and our friends. This was one beautiful hotel. Like with all places there were minor issues with room but it was nothing that didn't make us not want to come back. We hope to be back someday soon!

I had a wonderful time at Aurora/Staybridge this past weekend, The check-in went smoothly and my stay was awesome, of course breakfast, the pool and the hot tub are my favorites. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable of the workings of a 5 star hotel . There were a few minor issues and they solved them without delay and very much to my satisfaction. The hotel is nestled away from the busy Rt 59 traffic, but easily accessible to all Naperville/Aurora have to offer. Can't wait to be your 1st guest in one of the newly renovated 5th floor suites. Ok place to stay, it serves all the back needs. If I have to complain, the pillows are not a standard width they are shorter. The TV is not in a very functional spot either. It's a little run down however they are renovating.

The hotel is going through some needed renovations right now, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the included amenities are amazing!

Whenever someone gives this hotel a poor review I wonder if they have even stayed here. This is my 4th time at this location, my husband's 5th. He comes to the area for work regularly and we have never had a stay of less than 4 days. The staff is incredible. Extremely helpful and always going the extra mile. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast is fantastic, and while I've never had one of their dinners they smell great when we walk through the lobby. The location is pretty amazing too as you are minutes from almost any chain restaurant you could want. This place is fantastic and I always feel right at home.

One of the best hotel i ever been to.Very nice place to stay and the people who work there very nice and always helping when need help would love to come and stay there again
