If you're in North Austin or Cedar Park this is the hotel to stay at. I have stayed at this hotel for work for the past 3 years and I stay here for weeks at a time. It has always been very clean but since the remodel now everything is modern and still very clean.when checking in make sure you talk to Kenny, he's the customer service guru. You got a problem,talk to Kenny, you want a good place to eat talk to Kenny. He is the man. And then we got Sabrina, she is new to me BUT she can make some good oatmeal ( I love oatmeal and no everyone can't make it right). She can throw down is the kitchen nothing has run out yet. So thank you for that. Great hotel and great staff

The hotel staff was good and our room was great. My family was going through a family tragedy at the time. The staff made our stay better

Where do I start, this hotel is awesome! Dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday- courtesy of Curtis 😀 plus drinks, wow. Free laundry, grills, pool, gym and amazing staff!! We booked our stay for a couple of days and have extended it for the entire trip. The location of the hotel is perfect too, near lake Travis and not to bad of a drive to downtown. I cannot express how nice the staff are, truly an awesome place to stay :)

Excellent staff: all professional and helpful. They recently remodeled, and the rooms are very nice and updated. Noise from the freeway can be heard from rooms that face that direction.

I hope that the experience that we had was unique and that others have a better time at this hotel than we did. Perhaps the hotel had an off-weekend. In all, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff pleasant. However . . . we did have issues.

No one greeted us at reception. We could have robbed the place blind! We had to walk around for several minutes before we found the desk clerk. Next, no soap in the bathroom. I was told that it was the hotel's policy was for guests to use the foamy soap from the shower to wash their hands. Really? However, I persisted. After 2 hours, and after she called the manager at home, the clerk produced a bar of soap. Similarly, I was told that it was NOT the hotel policy to put plastic cups in the bathroom, but the next morning I was able to snatch one from the dining area.

There is NO maid service on weekends - they do not change beds or refresh towels! In fact, our bed was not made up on Friday, a week day. Fortunately, we got back to the hotel early enough on Friday to talk to a manager-type who got our room made up.

The walls (and ceiling) are not sound dampened. We could hear the couple next door talking in normal tones and we heard the clods above us walking around and dropping things. When the people upstairs flushed their toilet, it sounded like our room was being flooded!

The air conditioner, located in a locked closet, was extremely noisy.

For some reason, breakfast is served at 7:30 AM on weekends, instead of the usual 6:30 AM. This makes no sense. On both days, I saw guests leave before 7:30 AM without having the breakfast they paid for. By 7:30 AM, there was a hoard of people crowded in the cramped dining area all vying for coffee and food. All the main food items (except the untouched biscuits and gravy) ran out within minutes. That's right - on Sunday, they served biscuits and gravy (yuck!) instead of real food.

So, we paid a higher room rate for the weekend, but got NO maid service and inferior food. I hope that the hotel re-examines their policies with their customers' needs in mind..

The hotel has apparently been recently renovated. Everything is clean and new looking. Breakfast is above average and the happy hours they host in the lobby are a nice treat with free drinks. Very pleased with this hotel at such an affordable price point.

Everything was great. Customer service was phenomenal and wonderfully priced. Just do not buy water from there.

Staff is nice. Rooms are good. Good neighborhood to get a run in. They have a Coke Freestyle machine.

The location is close to grocery stores, fast foods and restaurants. I love the room because it includes the small kitchen with all necessary ingredients appliances.

Some of the evening noises could be quelled but overall it's the nice place to lay your weary head

There's a little construction going on. It's a pretty nice place. It is a little hidden and the parking isn't great, but it was a good value.

Nic place to stay, suites have enough room and good amenities, also very centric.

Been here for over a month now. Staff is great, on point. No drama, no drugs, zero tolerance, and best of all they accept pets!

Economical, clean accommodations. Close to Lakeline Mall and quick access to 183.

Love this place. Stellar atmosphere for an extended stay. Great breakfast. Cool social hour. Convenient shuttle. And a 24 hour little convenience store for something in a pinch. Comfortable rooms. Not trendy in a refreshing way.

My apartment ended up getting flooded due to a very sensitive fire alarm / sprinkler system above me, resulting in said flood. I had very little time to find lodging, and needed a pet friendly hotel... and I lucked out! Staybridge came through, the night attendant (Brian) was so nice and really took care of me and my dog. Absolutely will recommend to friends, and if we ever need too - will stay again. The room is nice and clean, bed was soft, and Soonee was even given a treat when we arrived! Thanks again.

Seriously great. Awesome staff. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast. We did get a room with only half a toilet seat at first, but they rectified the problem immediately.

Room was excellent, the breakfast and snack selection in the lobby store is not stocked/run well at all....breakfast was 2 star at best.

Great place for lengthy stays. Quiet and out of the way of heavy traffic. Pet friendly too!

I really like this place. It is a no frills kind of place. For this place to be as affordable as it is I really couldn't tell. Free breakfast. Free dinner from M-W. Cool and low key pool. Staff is helpful and friendly. Just a really cool place.

The rooms. The rooms are situated for an extended stay. So the rooms have couches and kitchenettes with utensils,appliances and all you need to survive. There were two TV's in my room. The bedroom is able to be secluded from the living space. It's airy and light.

Overall I think you would enjoy your stay here. Very family friend ly and also good for business travel as HP and IBM have people staying here for business for months at a timevas well.

Good hotel for family stay. Breakfast is not good

The room was great. Service good and breakfast was good. Only issue was room was not serviced. We came back from our day out and no one had cleaned the room.

I was just visiting my family who came to town but was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It had a range for cooking but also offered a baked potato bar in the evening. I would definitely stay at this location if I was visiting Austin.

Location is on the highway, so that helps. I did have to do a lot of U-turns because of frontage roads, but that is to be expected. There was a mixup involving the room and Expedia, but the staff was extremely professional in helping me sort it out. Breakfast was fairly standard, which isn't a bad thing. Overall it was a perfectly satisfactory stay.

My parents are staying for two nights and they seem very happy with the room, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and service overall.

Workers were so nice. Rooms were clean and cozy. I loved my time here, too bad I couldn't stay longer. The breakfast was amazing and they had plenty of it, even for this late sleeper who went about 45 minutes before they shut it down, which at other hotels seem to be too late. They keep this place spotless. I will definitely stay wherever you are located. I'm very impressed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Service was really good. The breakfast was great, only complaint was the strangely laid out room. Awesome experience.

I stayed for for 3 months and it met my expectations and then some. The rooms are nice and the maid service is great. The breakfast every morning got a little repetitive, but again, I was here for 3 months, so a few weeks stay would be fine. There is a nice pool out back, the gym is fine, and the washers and dryers are free and easy to use.

The biggest positive at this staybridge (and the difference between an average 3 stars and the 5 stars I am giving it) are the people. The front desk staff was amazing. They always welcomed me back after a long day and wished me well in the morning. When I was sick for a few days, they brought me a complimentary breakfast/lunch a few hours after the breakfast bar closed. They gave us umbrellas when it was pouring out and they even gave me a stamp when I needed to mail something... They PEOPLE were amazing....

Odd and Unpleasant Experience. Ants on pillows.

Woke up for a brief second at 8AM to something bothering my neck, I grabbed whatever it was and heard a slight crunch but did not think much of it because I was still pretty tired. I went back to sleep for a little bit but then woke back up abruptly again. when I looked around there were ants all over the pillow and coming up from behind the headboard and I had gotten bit on the neck.

I didn't investigate, maybe a previous resident had left food behind the bed or something, however still probably should not be that many ants on the second floor that quickly.

Stay Bridge moved us to another room and there were no ants the following night at our 2 night stay so that was a relief. At least it wasn't bed bugs I suppose.

The place is pretty nice but could be maintained a little better I think.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms were also nice. The only issue I had was that my room did have a rather large cockroach in it. When I called the front desk, they apologized and moved me to a different room, which I was grateful for. They assured me that it was an isolated incident and that they don't have an inherent pest problem.

Fantastic place to stay. The free breakfast and Monday through Wednesday night dinners are great! The staff is awesome!

Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast, and a courteous, attentive staff. What more could you ask for? I've stayed here a few times and am always happy with this hotel. If you're staying in the area, you can't go wrong.

It wad in a great location. Easy access to major roads. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.

Our Lean Six Sigma Public training is often held at this hotel's conference room. We receive great service and appreciate doing business with a local establishment. Students who travel in for the classes enjoy staying here and find the on-site meals, shuttle, and in-room kitchens very convenient. The staff is extremely accommodating!

First time staying here, nice appearance on the outside, nice clean rooms on the inside. everything was to be expected except for the breakfast. The eggs tasted like powered eggs. The waffles taste like a very cheap brand of mix that you just add water too. The canadian bacon tasted like SPAM. Thank goodness they provided a few Bananas, Oranges, Apples and a few more items. Overall very good experience. Breakfast was lacking.
