Since this is an extended stay hotel the rooms are nicer that they have full kitchens and full size fridges. The place is clean and nice. Prices were less expensive than normal hotels in the area. Highly recommend.

Travel often from Florida to New Hampshire. This was the best hotel we have used while "on the road." Staff was friendliest ever encountered. Will definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great stay here while we visited Hershey Park. Our room was very spacious and the included breakfast was good. I left some clothes behind in our room and the staff was great about finding them and mailing them back to me. Thanks again!

Lovely place with friendly staff, a big breakfast buffet, a full kitchen in the room. If you travel to Harrisburg on budget or contract work, it's a cozy place to be. Business center is a separate room with 2 computers and printer, the light has a timer, so you gotta move around every 30 sec or else it will shut the lights off. Laundry room and fitness are free for use. Few minor negatives are construction and hallway smell. there is road construction right out in the front, I think one time I was blocked for few lights at 5pm, and you can hear the construction noise in the room. Convenient of kitchen means people going to use them and the hallway and other guests have stuck with the smell.

We stay here almost every year! Very nice and always clean. Love the 2 bedroom suites. They have breakfast (which sometimes they have something special served) and if you want to call it a dinner which I think they call it something else. They have served things like lasagna! Over all lots of bang for your buck!

I had several minor issues. When I was given two room numbers on my key, I tried keying a room that was occupied. Fortunately, the older gentleman was a good sport, and even told me to come back if they double booked. It was realatively quiet. My room was super clean, minus some stains on the bed skirt. I was shocked to find dishes and a dishwasher in my room. A mini-stove and a nearly full-size refrigerator would make this a great 'week stay' place. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a broken secondary lock on my door. I reported it to the front desk, and it was repaired in under 30 minutes. I was shocked to find out they offered a free evening meal that includes free alcohol. Neither the evening meal nor breakfast were worth talking about, but I didn't knock my rating based on that. I'd certainly stay here again, but I'll take groceries the next time! Oh, and take the stairs the elevator is in a hurry to go nowhere ;)

Nice motel, seems to be clean, comfortable and neat rooms. The management and staff accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast served daily. Only one small complaint, the door to bath tub toilet required adjusting it was out of alignment. The other small issue was the bathtub was very slow to drain. I suggested to the front desk to try to clear it by plunging or snaking. The front desk said they would notify maintenance right away.
This was my second time staying here and both visits were pleasant. I'll be staying again the next time I'm in the area. By the way for those of you who own electric vehicles there are two charging parking areas with two cords on each post.
Last thing, the hotel is less than five years old. Google maps will show that you reached your destination even though you'll be several hundred feet away. You can see the hotel even though it won't show that you're actually in the parking lot. I don't think you'll regret staying here, have a great day.

We stayed here overnight. The rooms were nice, fairly spacious. The hotel staff was also friendly, and there is complimentary laundry but you need to supply your own detergent or buy it from the lobby. No big deal. The major downsides are the delivery food options for the area the hotel was in.

Our company made a mistake with it reservation. The staff was super accommodating and helped us out until we could get ahold of our office the next morning. Kitchen staff was very nice. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

My fiancée and I stayed here because we were attending the annual farm show at the exhibition centre. It was lovely and close to where we needed to be, not more than a 15 minute walk. The staff were friendly and approachable. We definitely recommend this place as a nice location to stay, particularly those planning on visiting the farm show.

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast left a little too be desired, but was appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience here. I would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was an enjoyable stay.

I was in room 108, which is near the elevators on the first floor. The rooms are well furnished and equipped for a short or long stay with the kitchenette. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and I was able to find gluten free options - eggs, oatmeal, fruit.

Usually stay here a half dozen times a year. Mon-Wed drinks and food available for dinner. Breakfast usually pretty good. Nice overall hotel.

The room was clean and nice. Why only three stars? The heater made a terrible sound every time the heat kicked on. Not much sleep because of it.

Overall room layout and amenities were a little older but comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast selection, and the in-room kitchen was well maintained and modern.

The staff was courteous and professional. Our room was clean and spacious. Would of given the hotel a 5 star but bathroom sink did no drain properly and room needs TLC.

Clean & friendly, great for 1 or 2 night stay but lacking for long term stays (for months). There is only 1 small sitting area outside off of the dinning room, this hotel is 5 stories & sits on 2 1/2 to 3 acres; you would think they'd have benches all over the yard area to sit on. The parking lot is the other thing, there isn't enough parking spots for rooms ratios; so if you work 2 or 3 shift you will end up parking on the grass some where around the parking lot.

Staff was fantastic!!! Checked in Saturday and desk manager Joseph I think his name was (sat around 5 on 10/28/17) was the best host Ive ever encountered!!. Place is nice....clean...well run.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Indoor pool area was really nice for the kids and their breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, I would say we had a great experience there.

The happy hour/dinners are so cute during the week! Saved us a decent amount of money feeding our big family! Only problem: way too many animals, not really the fault of the hotel. I grosses me out just a bit but we had a great time.

Great place for family or corporate meetings.swimming for the kids and workout for the adults separated by a glass wall. Top end breakfast for the whole family before you goto Hershey park which is approx 20 minutes away.Friendly service and great rooms.

Immaculate room, spacious and well equipped in a modern new hotel. Good hot and cold breakfast in a large comfortable dining area. Friendly professional reception and access to social activities that may coincide with your stay. This goes on my list for repeat visits.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Upon checking in I was greeted a warm hearted welcome from two front desk reps. My check in time was quick and easy 5 minutes at the most. Being from Cleveland I didn't know what to expect or what even to do in the area the two reps gave me a bunch of guides with fun attractions which was very nice. Also there was free dinner and breakfast, a full course dinner and breakfast. which was super great for me because I had a family of five that save a lot of money. also the rooms have a fully equipped kitchen which was also a plus. Everything was clean, room, tub, pool, bed etc. I have no complaints if I ever came back I would defiantly stay here again.

Stayed here while traveling for work and I'll say this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, as well as utensils, glasses, plates etc. All the employees have been friendly and courteous. I'd definitely stay here again!

This was the best stay since Mexico! We arrived early- I think the desk clerks name is Franco/Frankie? In conversation, I learned he is from Texas. It was no problem checking in early. We were exhausted from traveling and finding food when we arrived. Franco( is what I will call him) was an Angel and made sure we were comfortable. I inquired about buying beer as I discovered Pennsylvania is one of those states that only sell in Bars and distilleries( I think the Giant grocery store is licensed to sell it as well) He gave great advice and directions to have our needs met. Giving us a list of restaurants to go to or order in. He remembered my name and acknowledged me each time he saw me. The other employees were friendly as well.
The beds were very comfortable. I am going to call and see what type of mattress pads they use as it was like sleeping on air. Our room was very clean.
They have a pantry were you can buy pop, candy, water and a few toiletries. Prices were very good. The pop was cheaper than the carryout up the road.
Breakfast was great as well. Buffet with many selections.

The back patio is very peaceful with tables and chairs, 2 grills in the event you want to cook out. The only issue that has nothing to do with the hotel/suites is restaurants- from what we experienced, it took a bit of a drive to locate a place to eat. But Franco and his guidance with the food delivered solved that issue.

There is an indoor pool that is very clean, A gym and washer/dryers complimentary for use.

I will stay there again if I find myself in harrisburg- I will look for the chain in other areas I travel too. Thank you Staybridge for providing such a wonderful stay!

My work put me up in this hotel for training and I am not disappointed. The concierge was knowledgeable and willing to assist. I arrived on complimentary fajita and wine night. It was fate! Also, the bed is incredibly comfortable, shower was warm and the food was great

Stayed here for 3 nights for business. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Good pressure and hot water in the shower although the bathroom sink had very poor pressure and the drain kept backing up. Rooms have a small upright fridge with separate freezer which was very useful for leftovers and keeping drinks cold. I would stay here again.

Nice clean room. Two minor complaints. Bed was not the most comfortable and they need darker curtains. We were on side facing a parking lot complex and the lights there kept our room bright. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. I'd stay again but on other side of the hotel.

Spacious clean rooms , comfortable beds, free breakfast and the occasional free dinner including wine and beer. One of my favorite hotels when on business. The that kitchenette is always a plus as well.

I was staying with someone I was helping. The rooms were very nice. Had a stove and coffee pot. There was a social with great food. We also had complimentary breakfast in the morning. Nicest place I have ever stayed.

I stayed there for 3months for work contracts. The place was very clean, and they serve hot breakfast every morning, not only that the Serb hot dinner 3 days a week with red + white wine. Yummy

I liked it. They have free breakfast every morning. Everthing was good, all the people were very friendly and nice. Only thing I would suggest is don't get room 208, it's right behind the elevator!! Mistake, so much noise, constantly!!!

Breakfast buffet was OK, they had a weekday social hour at dinnertime with light meal options. Free fountain soda,which was nice. Rooms are clean and spacious, furniture isn't super comfortable. Kitchenette was nice, more for an extended stay.

Trains coming by late at night and trucks next door honking horns and making lots of dust, I have bad athsma and almost died. But other than that the stay was great, service excellent.

Staub ride Suites Harrisburg is very convenient, comfortable foe the professional extended stay, or family accommodations. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, appointed with more than enough conveniences. Beds are comfy, plenty of pillows, and staff always available for your needed extras. Full buffet breakfast and included bonus. We will stay again!

Very nice experience. The room was very nice. Breakfast had a lot of good things to choose from. Wifi internet was slow. Overall I had a great stay.

Food staff was amazing! Plus food was quite delicious too! Pleasant maids who were great to take care of our room . Cordial personnel on their entire staff. Check in was a uneasy cause we were earlier than expected but staff let us in earlier cause of a tired tired child. They allowed us to check out of our room to accommodate our work schedule which helped with nap time! Nice place & I will use this hotel again in the future.

We just stayed there while taking kids to Hershey and other local attractions... it was a great find, clean and had suites with a mini kitchenette ... free breakfast! Staff was very helpful and friendly... reasonable priced and kid friendly

We had a small reunion weekend there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the laundry staff were friendly to guests. We all remarked about how nice they were.
It seemed as if the entire management staff was helping to keep the dining area cleared and cleaned during Sunday breakfast. The TVs in the breakfast booths is a fantastic idea.

On the downside: The breakfast sausages and eggs were like tasteless sponges, probably due to freezing and microwaving and the kitchenettes in the rooms did not have basic bowls and measuring cups. If you get a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette, it should be ready for you to make a couple of basic meals, like pasta with spaghetti sauce and a salad.

We take an extended stay at the Staybridge Suites annually during the farm show since this place opened. It is in an excellent location vis-a-vis the Farm Show. The suites are clean and large, hot breakfast daily, and they are pet friendly. Through the years, there has been some deterioration in amenities: there's not a set of 4 of anything in the kitchenettes, the pottery is of lesser quality every year, breakfast began to be served on paper plates, then we lost real silverware at breakfast, and this year, we couldn't have plastic knives at breakfast but could only saw our food with the edge of our plastic forks. Meh, at least it is only a walk across the parking lot to the farm show!

After reading all the reviews I could, I was a little apprehensive but decided to go with this hotel because the reviews were mainly positive. I am so glad we did book at this hotel. We chose a two double bed suite. The room was a very nice size. The small kitchen area (which we did not really need for 1 night stay) was great and had dishes and pots/pans if we needed them. There was a refrigerator that had an ice maker which did come in handy. I was very impressed with how clean the room was. I am very skeeved with staying in hotels but I was very comforted when I walked into the room and saw how clean it was. To top it off, the free breakfast in the morning was above my expectations. I thought they would throw in some bagels, muffins and donuts but boy was I wrong. It was well stocked with eggs, breakfast sausage, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles and more. I would definitely stay again.
