Fantastic hotel, dinner and drinks Monday thru Wednesday is pretty good. The staff was very nice and I didn't have any issues during my stay.

Very convenient location for my work trip. Nice area with parks, stores, restaurants and a movie theater, and convenient to the interstate. Many of the doors seem to stick a little, but the dinners were good and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained.

The hotel is very clean and easy to access. Stephanie the general manager and Tri extremely helpful, and respond to your concern or need immediately. I travel often and this hotel has the breakfast whether you like it hot or cold the options are good and the coffee is terrific. The perk I like is the evening dinner they serve three nights a week. Great place to stay.

Hotel is clean and close to shops and cinemas and reasonably priced! The staff were competent and professional. Theres a movie theatre in the hotel too for guests.
Continental breakfast and weeknight dinners were delicious! Overall really great experience!

This hotel DOES NOT deserve a 3 1/2 star rating. THEY DIDNT change the sheets when we ask them to. We left the room so this could be done. After we came back 5 hours later, we ask the person at the front desk why our room was not cleaned. She said we had to wait for someone to come and do this because they DIDNOT do this daily. Then they said that a DONOT DISTURBED sign was on the door. It was not! So we had to wait again to get our bed made. This was very inconvenient for us. We will not stay here again. They do not deserve the 3 1/2 star rating. It should be 2 stars.

The hotel was good, with friendly service and spacious room. No complaints with the room or stay but one negative point - there was a very weird odor/smell everywhere - elevators, hallway, lobby etc. Rest everything was fine. Breakfast was nice with many options as well.

My stay at Staybridge Suites Sugarland was Great!! All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I stayed there 2 nights while attending business meetings and didn't want to leave!The complimentary social M-W with free dinner beer or wine is also a really great addition coupled with complimentary breakfast with a great selection of items to get your day started.My wife and son also really enjoyed staying in this hotel. This will be our go to away from home accomodations anytime we visit the area.. Looking for comfortable lodging with friendly staff? This is your spot! Worth the rate( which actually was pretty good too!!)

The place is beautiful. If I have to be honest, some of the people at the front desk could use better training with how to make guests feel comfortable (I, as well as others, often get this feeling like we're disliked b y them based on how they look at us and their tone when dealing with guests; I think it is both a personal issue on the workers' part as well as a training issue, but I am merely seeing the guest side of it so it's important to remember that). The maids are all so sweet, and the food is always delicious, and it's always so clean.

The bed slept so good. The room was like an apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff very helpful.

The hotel is in a retail area, but a bit quiet because it is behind a strip mall and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is fine. It seems clean, but only at the surface. If you look closer, the rooms appear dirty, the halls and elevator always have garbage lying around and there's only "lite" housekeeping services (which means only towels are changed and they make the bed).

The breakfast is average and barely warmed, but it rotated, so there is some variety each day.

For just a couple dollars more there are much better options in SW Houston.

Hotel and staff were great, but the noisey neighbors across the hall were horrible at night. Kids or adults slamming door and running down the hall constantly!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations Staybridge offered. The location is great, as it is situated close to shopping and eateries. The hotel does take a little navigation to get into the area it is nestled in . The hotel is very clean, organized, and maintained, and the rooms are modern offering; usb charging station throughout, internet access, and upgraded beds and furniture. This location offers a well outfitted workout room, theater room, pool, and grilling area. There is a pantry located in the lobby for basic needs, and the hotel offers a very nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is well lit and does have a live security guard patrolling. Our stay was pleasant, and we will be staying with Staybridge in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Staybridge Suites. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are well kept, the beds are good, and the service overall is excellent. The channel lineup for the TV is one of the best I have seen in comparison to other hotels; however, the Internet may not be as good. Regardless, it's an amazing hotel!

Like: close to highway and shopping center but no noise nuisance. Free parking. Decent fitness room with dumbbells, cable machine, and treadmill. Dislike: room has appearance of rundown, nonchalant front desk person. Doesn't feel as new and clean as the one off I-10. Equipments in fitness room look a bit dated. Room has old room musty smell. Slow Wi-Fi 😕

This hotel is very clean and kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you want to cook it has everything you need but with free breakfast and dinner snacks there is hardly the need!

Room was large and had every amenity you could need. Everything exceeded expectations especially the kitchenette. It had everything you could need except for a oven.

Modern, clean, and friendly. As a business traveler I stay in a lot of different hotels; this one is one of the top hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast was good, room was clean and modern, amenities were more than satisfactory. Just a really great mid-level hotel to stay at. Highly recommended.

Nice Staybridge with an outdoor pool facing west so you can enjoy the sunset every afternoon!

So i thought this place is gonna be good, but i never thought that this is going to be an amazing one, attention to detail from kitchen to restroom is just great.

I rented their conference/ party room for my baby shower. Everything was really nice and clean but the manager or whoever was on duty made us leave an hour early for some unknown reason. They didn't stick to the contract. They came in and announced it in front of my guests. It was very embarrassing.

Nice hotel, as usual with the staybridge. The one breakfast I've had so far was better than most other hotels. The only downside is the beer selection during the cocktail hours. Bud light and coors light aren't that great. Most staybridge offer at least one local beer.

Our stay ayvthis hotel was enjoyable. I like that the rooms are spacious. I was surprised that there was a full kitchen with a stove top, a dishwasher and full sine refrigerator. Tje room is cæesn and the housecleaning is great. The hotel overall is clean and well kept. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. They also serve a dinner 3 days a week. There is a large comfortable theater room and a nice gym. The location is great, it is in a shopping center with several top named stores and restaurants. Me and my family stayed a week and enjoyed it very much. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend it to our many friends

All has gone well. Had an early morning and was able to grab some fruit to take for breakfast. Room was nice temperature. Nice pillow selection. Room was well cared for.

I stayed for 4 nights, I really enjoyed it. Their stuff is the best. The owner was turning around, and down to earth. Stephaney F.D. Manager, is the definition of hospitality. Breakfast was very good and healthy, Maria at the kitchen, making it even better by providing everyone with their extra needs, plus the cleanliness and professionalism. I felt spoiled and at home.
