Always good staff great internet

Location is great. Lots of options to dine nearby. Rooms are nice and currently renovating. Kitchenettes are stocked with dishes and pots and pans to cook with. Great for extended stays.

Great location, right behind a gas station and McDonalds. Close to the airport and lots of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have kitchenettes with dishes, utensils, and cookware included. There is a feee laundry facility as well as a fitness room and gym. Free dinner is served Monday through Wednesday. Polite staff. Overall a great bang for your buck.

Love Staybridge!!! In all the Staybridge Suites that we have used have always been great! Always Clean and Spacious. At this particular location it's no different. Rooms are nice,clean,spacious, and today a big blessing.

Great staff and great hospitality. Can't ask for much more in Laredo. Could use a refresh in some of the rooms.

Friendly and courteous staff, no issues checking in, nor out. Had a brief problem with the key becoming prematurely deactivated, and there were no cots. Otherwise, a fine experience.

If there's one thing I've noticed about the IHG properties, it's that Crowne Plaza and Staybridge locations are real hit and miss. The service at this location is great. Staff very friendly. But the location is old. Grungy hotel rooms, mold here and there on the bathroom tiles, etc. The rooms are nice though, if you can overlook those issues. The bed was very comfortable, and the free meals throughout the week are a definite step up from the 'free' hot breakfasts at other locations. Give this location a try. If you don't like the room, ask to change rooms.

Decent rooms, but low-ish water pressure. Rooms were clean when entering. Breakfast is average. Wifi is slow.

Rooms are very big, clean, high ceilings, and have a full kitchen. The pool is nice as well as the gym. Breakfast every morning, and dinner Monday through Wednesday. The staff is friendly and they offer room service. This is the only hotel I prefer to stay at in Laredo, Texas.

Very Impressed with room size, cleanliness, front desk staff. Easily accessible off the hwy. We were evacuated out of Corpus Christi, TX due to Hurricane Harvey. This was the closest and only place available. The price was a little more than I wanted to spend but they have a full buffet breakfast. Room has a mini kitchen, pots, pans, etc. Great if traveling and if you are staying here long term for work/business/pleasure. If I was in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

This mama's favorite part is the free dinner ( cheeseburgers, bratwurst dogs, great mini salad bar( and of course free beer and wine :-)

Good clean rooms, but some of the staff are very unprofessional

The only problem is the parking lot...nobody mention you need to pay extra $24.00 for the valet...they give to you the option to go to a public parking cross the street and is $10.00 and is NOT in and out.every time you go out you need to pay.

I have spent a few years staying here while one business. This place is consistently comfortable, welcoming and clean. They staff always go out of their way to provide every comfort imaginable. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is over-the-top excellent with hot items, homemade pastries and fresh fruit.

Awsome place!!!! Save your money because you will not want to eat breakfast any where else!!! They go above and beyond.

Hotel rooms are clean an spacious. The managers' reception is a great time to mingle and enjoy free beverages. There are not a lot of things to do around the hotel. Definitely need a car to enjoy the area.

Clean room and bathroom, social hour is what makes the stay amazing. Free food and free beer. Yeah buddy. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel the front desk staff as always have been friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The wifi while not blazing fast is usually sufficient for streaming movies. They have a managers reception Tues, wed, and Thurs with free food and wine and beer.

We had a baby shower here and it was super clean, big enough, staff was always making sure we didnt need anything.really recommend this place.

This hotel is absolutely great! It is well kept and it is also in a great location.
There's plenty of restaurants around and it is really close to Lake Casa Blanca.

Rooms were awesome! Very clean. Kitchenette was equipped with cooking utensils, glassware, plates, etc. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had more variety than I expected.
