Our experience at the StayBridge Suites was overall quite disappointing to say the least. Upon arrival in Miami we waited over 30 minutes, at night for the Airport Shuttle. Once we reached the hotel we were “greeted” with a Front Desk Agent who gave us blank stares and seemed as if she didn’t want to be working. There really was no sense of hospitality. We then proceeded to go to our room, through the messy dining area, which had trash over the floors and tables. We reached our floor and instantly could smell cigarette smoke on the carpets and through the halls. The room at first glance was quite clean, however occasionally our rooms didn’t get cleaned. Our floor for the first few nights were also very noisy. The Kitchen Area was a very nice touch and useful for our family. Breakfast and the Social events were limited, but great! The area of the hotel is great and quite close to a lot of stores, restaurants and the airport. It was a bit difficult sometimes to find parking outside the hotel at night. Overall, it definitely is not the worse hotel, but also not the best.

Pros: Very clean, everyone was really nice and helpful, breakfast was great! There was bacon, eggs, french toast, waffles etc....but.......you have to hold the toilet handle down the entire time or it doesn't flush and 3 out of the 6 machines in the fitness center were broke, 2 of the 4 washers were broke and 1 of the 4 dryers were broke.....we would have paid a little more and booked something else honestly....

Great location in Doral; shares a parking lot and grassy area with Holiday Inn. No issues with room at all. Clean, comfortable, and came with a nice little kitchen. Dinner is available 530-730 m/t/w, and breakfast lasts until 930 on weekdays which is nice. Not a lot of room to walk your dog outside, but this wasn't a problem. Pet fee is $75 for 4 nights or less, $150 for 5 or more. They're currently doing some minor renovations, though it's not interfering with anything for guests.

This place is Awesome!!! From the friendly staff to the free breakfast AND dinner with BEER and WINE from Monday to Wednesday. You cant find a better place to stay in the Doral-Miami Area.

Mostly friendly. Boy at front desk when we got here about 1:45 in the afternoon did not try very hard to be helpful but the rest of the staff has been much better. Laundry room needs work. Hallways have a distinct musty smell but rooms (we have 1 and my parents have one) do not have a musty smell. Parking too limited. I have always liked the Staybridge floor plan for rooms. Easy walk to The Fresh Market. View from 9th floor is good except Holiday Inn spoils it if you look down and see their trash. Tacky on Holiday Inn's part. See picture. They piled up more after that. One night stay before cruise.

Good attention the only thing I can say they have to better is the cleaning in the room because sometime the housekeeping don't go to the room or she came to late.

This place was pretty good. Decent location. Kind of hard to find because it is tucked back behind a bunch of other stuff. Parking lot is small. Elevators are crazy slow. They ended up getting stuck. Hot water was good. A.c. wad good. Staff was really nice.

Great staff.. Service...and a relaxing and quiet area. Rooms are large with a kitchen..and icredidbly well kept. Highly recommended-!

Really nice hotel! Very clean rooms and friendly staff! They have complimentary juice and water. Also they have free dinner three times per week with beer and wine! Cool!

An excellent and affordable place to stay in Ciudad Doral in Miami Florida. You will need a rental car if you want to go to the beaches.

Great place .pet friendly , staff super nice,shuttle bus to the Miami airport. Breakfast and dinner included. Clean and you will find too many tourist from Colombia,Perú an Venezuela. It's clean but not fancy.

On checkin the 20-12-2017, room 810 was left in the name of my son in
law, Alberto Berenblum, who made the reservation for me. It was only 5
days later , 25th, that it was changed upon me informing desk that my
family had tried to phone me , but I WAS NOT REGISTERED.
Suites are comfortable, but no housekeeping service on weekends.
unless you specifically ask for it.
Breakfast quality and quantity 6 out of 10. They do not replace broken
equipment- the electric toaster has been damaged 5 days ago ( ONLY HALF works automatically, other half one has to hold down manually
for a minute or 2 while bread toasts. No action taken by maintenance.
Orange juice ran out 2 days ago, they simply annulled dispenser, so you
have to chose another juice or beverage.
Finally, space allowed for breakfast insufficient last hour. They are open

Great meals for breakfast and dinner. Good location... walking distance to several restaurants and City park.

The is by far one of the best hotels in Doral, FL. They offer a complimentary breakfast & dinner dinner with great hot food accompanied by non & alcoholic beverages in the evening for @ 2 hours. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and has beautiful decor. There is a pool, basketball half court, cabana, washer/dryer facility and gym. This is my go-to hotel when in Miami during the week!

The Staybridge Suites in Doral, Miami is a great place to stay at. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean.. they serve us breakfast everyday and dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday..we really have enjoyed our stay here so far and we have and additions two more weeks..

Pretty nice place. Cons- Weight room/laundry room door handle was broken. Only 1 elevator was operational. So the wait took a while. The back door was also broken and didn't close completely, so no need for the key card. Pros- free laundry, good breakfast, free dinner for the early part of week. Having basically a full kitchen helps save some money from eating out.

Parking was a little tough. Good service. Breakfast was fresh. Road very busy at peak hours

This was a fun hotel. The breakfast is perfect and the social dinners are perfect. You get 4 stars because the maids used my killer 3 LBS of Shiz tzu to not enter room and clean it.

The staff at this hotel is awesome. They people here are really nice and caring and treated me like family.They made the month long stay very pleasant. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the breakfast selection is good and they also offer a nice variety of afternoon light meals 3 times a week.

I am staying here for two months on work and so far everything has been really decent. The hotel has a fair breakfast but also a simple manager's reception M-W in the evening time with some food, and beer and wine. The front desk staff is friendly, has handled me receiving packages from Amazon with zero issue, and the room is quite comfortable. The couple maintenance items I have brought up with management have been addressed very quickly. This hotel is near a lot of dining, with a Miller Ale House next door. It's a convenient spot if you need to be in Doral for personal reasons or for work.

Could not be happier with my stay. I travel the country and to Miami regularly. This is without question my new favorite place to stay when in Miami. 20 minutes to downtown. Complimentary food and drinks at night as well as breakfast in the morning and a really cool patio outside. Newly updated rooms with very comfortable beds. Clean!! And for $150 a night you can't beat it! Don't hesitate to stay here!!

Staying here for several months every week for three nights. Overall friendly staff, clean rooms. Only issue is the corridor outside the elevators sometimes smells from the guest cooking . They need to install automatic air freshener and better exhaust system. Otherwise great hotel.

Clean, nice, everything you could want in a hotel. It seems though that the Holiday Inn was a better experience for us.

This is a remarkable hotel. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. Walmart is nearby. There are a lot of restaurants walking distance.Location is great. I will definately stay here again.

Decent, small but nice and clean. This location shares some of the amenities with a Holiday Inn that's next to it. The H.I. has a bar and restaurant with decent food but there is also a Miller's Ale House that's about 100 ft away with great food and a lot of bar area.

Nice place,even better since the renovation. Great breakfast and 'social' . My only gripe was the tired washers and dryers (but they're no charge)

I have been traveling with my family of four during last july and we have been in the Staybridges Hotel for 6 nights.
I general was a good experience but my complain should be about the cleanless and service in the room.
The furnitures are dark brown wood and when the light is coming through the window you can see a lot of dust on them and you can see when you move the curtains lots of this dust in the air and this is very bad if you have some allergies as my wife.
Also one night we came back to the room and nobody cleanup it and when i went outside to talk with the cleaning lady, some cuban lady, she complained in spanish telling me that she was not payed to to this and she made me a favor because this job should have been done from another lady who was there in the morning.
The breakfast is fine and the swimming pool area is shared with the holiday inn and sometimes is full of people.
Location is fine just close to a small park where you can do some sport in the morning and nearby to a walmart where you can shop for food.

I travel all over.. This is breath of fresh air. The staff is phenomenal and amenities are great!

Great service. Continental breakfast is a plus, they even served an occasional evening meal, complete with adult beverages!

Arrived at the airport at 5 and called for a shuttle. After 45 min, I called back and they said there was a communication problem and the van wouldn't be back until 620. Im freaking hungry! Further comments to come
