Best place I have ever stayed. Jen in sales and Tracy the mgr are such great people. Clean and nice always. The food is good. Love this hotel.

Love Staybridge Naples. Nice size suites, kitchenettes, full size fridge, nice pool, free breakfast every day , dinner and drinks Mon - Wed.

Nice stay with nice rooms. Everything looked clean and front desk was helpful. I loved how spacious the rooms were. Continental breakfast was decent with everything that you need and a bit more. The pool is not big and mostly crowed. Mosquitoes at sunset bothered a bit. Overall i would stay again cause of room size

We stayed here for a weekend and we couldn't have been any happier. You can't beat complimentary breakfast and cheap prices on drinks at the pool. I do wish the pool was a little bit bigger and more kids friendly since it goes from 3 or 4ft to 5ft but it wouldn't be fair to lower one star for this reason. So if you have small children you might want to consider a different hotel in the area. Other than that this hotel is great and 5 to 10min drive from the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants.

The rooms are nice, the chickee bar is a great way to relax. Free wine and beer during social hour. Free breakfast with diy waffles every morning. Our pups were welcome and had a great stay.

This hotel is all suites. Its nice having a full refrigerator, microwave and sink in an actual kitchenette. Considering this was one of the least expensive hotels in the area I need to be, it was very nice, clean and had a super-attentive staff. The hot breakfast included was decent and they acknowledge people may want to take back to the room instead of eating in the common areas and provide plasticware, styroform plates and trays. Would definitely stay here again if have to stay in area.

Our King suite was over the breakfast bar but that noise didn't bother us. The pool was a bit noisy after 10 but we drowned out the screaming kids by turning on the air conditioner fan. Free meals were great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is near the very upscale Waterside Shops outdoor mall. Cool Clam Pass beach is also pretty close. We would love to bring our kids next time and stay in a family suite.

I took my family of 6 here and we loved it! It was clean, staff was nice, the beaches were beautiful. The only thing I would say is that the prices to park are ridiculous. $30 every day to park at beaches. Hotel is great though.

Nice hotel. Bfast menu remains almost same during the week and no options for dinner. Monday & Tuesday they serve light snacks in eve and happy hours too. Hotel has self laundry service. But stay is great and very helpful team out in reception and especially the GM step out to help me in a difficult situation.

Our first time visiting Naples. We really, really liked this hotel! Our room was a good size with a full kitchen, counter stove top, full sized fridge with freezer, dishes and even a small dishwasher. A nice sized pool. The breakfast in the breakfast room was the best we've ever had at any hotel! They have a laundry room as well! Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and it's a place that families could stay and save money because of the full kitchen.

I had four nights there and everything was fine. The room was spacious and had everything you need for a nice time there. Breakfast is typical American with plastic all over. I would book it again.

Had a nice week there in April 2017 with my family. Suites are very spacious and the kitchen are quite good equipment. Enjoyed very much the service for having personal barbeque. Everything was prepared and grill already heated up. Thanks a lot for this great week there. We´re coming back....

The hotel was ok. The site was nice and updated. They upgraded our room but we're stingy when we used our points and only would give us one water. Normally will give u two if you have someone else. Later we needed toothpaste because we left it and again would only let us buy and not give a complimentary one.

Check in was straight forward, allocated a room at the back of the hotel. Large room with small kitchen area. Sink, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and hob. Walk through wardrobes into ensuite. Large shower but water pressure was disappointing. Nice pool area with small pool, hot tub and bar. All three nights between 5.30 & 7.30 there were free food and drinks (beer, wine and soft drinks). Food was tacos first night, pulled chicken second and burgers third night. You can sit in the dining area or the pool area by the bar. There is also a hot breakfast each morning. For some reason we didn't get a room clean on the second day but apart from that everything was very good.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The stay was very pleasent, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the pool bar was great too. Overall I would love to come back here

Excellent attention, very comfortable rooms. Mo-Tu-We there is free food and beverages in the afternoon. There is a nice bar by the pool. Breakfast is good.

I stayed here long term, the kitchens in the rooms were really nice so I could make my own food. I also really enjoyed the patio area with the fire pit, grill, and bar. Overall the front desk associates got to know me by name. The elevator is a little sketchy, the first night we stayed there, it was out of order and there was a rumor someone got stuff on it. Since then I've taken the stairs, no big deal for me, however it may be a concern for people with mobility issues.

This is really a great place. Mon thru Wednesday free bar and food 530 to 730. The place has Great rooms. The best, really. Clean, really Clean. Never worry about bed bugs. Worth the money.

Such nice huge rooms!! Almost seems like a large studio apartment. Very clean with a large bathroom. It also gas a small, but very functional kitchen.

Enjoying our three day stay at this lovely facility. Very pleased with our room. We've made use of the free laundry and enjoyed the breakfasts. Our room is at the very end of the building but we can easily reach the front area through the pool area. Nice clean and inviting pool. So pleased we're members of the IHG family for wonderful room rates.

Great hotel for a stay in Naples. Best was the attention and the room distribution, and the number of outlets. Worst the fact that the AC unit was in the room and though very silent I could still hear it.

All the staff members was very friendly. We was greeted by Ms. Tracey at the front desk that started the wonderful chain reaction to are 3 day stay. We had a great experience from the room to the food, the bar, the pool and other outside activities from our agenda.

I stayed here for one night and was impressed with everything, the room was clean and huge. The facilities were clean and nice. The breakfast was satisfactory but busy. The staff were friendly and personable. Definitely would stay here again if I was in the area

The rooms were big and clean but the room I had on the 4th had ghost ants! Which are the worst. They arnt just after food they will crawl on anything. And our towels smelled awful. I came to relax and the people next to us and across kept going from room to room and kept their doors propped open with the lock!!! They shouldn't be allowed to do that. I was woken up to children and adults yelling and clapping at 730 in the morning. I called the desk but still kept up the noise. Also requested more towels but never got them. Besides that nice location big room. Just hope your not next to a large family!!

Great value! I stayed with my wife and 2 kids. The pool is great, the room is huge and full of accesories. The bed provided an great night. I would definetely go back.

I stayed in this Hotel around 11 days in month of April 2015, me and my wife enjoyed allot during our stay. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. The service is good, Room maintenance, Food etc

Lovely hotel with good sundowner meals and a nice pool. It is a little ways from the beach but you can still manage to walk if you like.

Service staff is very professional, clean and cozy environment. I would visit again. Tiki bar is my favorite.

Decent hotel overall. Big clean rooms with full kitchen. The problem is that the beds are as hard as a rock!

Love this place! The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious! Spent a lot of time by the secluded pool which was quiet most the time and very relaxed. The Chickee bar was my favorite..good drinks, great service! Very nearby there were decent restaurants, grocery store and Walgreens

Stayed here a wk ago.....I have to say this is a pretty nice hotel to stay...home away from home, love the fullest size kitchen with everything to your comfort....not to mention the buffet breakfast....hats off to the lady that runs the kitchen she is excellent....from cleaning tables to making sure everything is always filled up....Love this place but my only discomfort was the soffer bed in the suit needs changing like yesterday....please throw that out (Rm220) springy and just old and awful....very friendly staff....would recommend to a friend....DJ.

Just checked in Friday and so far this place is wonderful. I love that its close to the beach and shopping . Rooms are great and good size. The pool is warm and nice size. The house keepers and front desk staff are super nice .

The Staybridge had been great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room is huge and most importantly dark and quiet making it one of the few hotels I've been able to get a successful night's sleep in. Breakfast is good, on par with other free hit breakfasts. I believe they offer a dinner social Monday through Wednesday as well, looking forward to trying that during my next stay.

Clean, great people... only downside is there is only one elevator... which is a problem at busy times.

Nice hotel, friendly and very attentive staff. Room was a nice size with a kitchenette. Our only issue was the uncomfortable bed and pillows, we stayed three nights so not being able to sleep comfortably was very annoying.

I spent three nights here a few years ago and I thought it was great. My suite was large, clean and pleasant. The free breakfast buffet was quite good and the breakfast area was very nice. The outdoor pool area was large and comfortable with a Tiki bar and grills if you wanted to cook out. Easy parking and a professional staff.

Located right in the middle between downtown and the perfect Vanderbilt beach.. Friendly service, great continental breakfast, cheap drink of the day, nice pool area.. We had no idea what to expect and left very satisfied.
They even lend us some beach umbrella and chairs without us asking.
Overall, great experience..

Good place to stay

We stayed here for a week right after moving down to Naples while we were waiting for our house to be ready. It was conveniently located in the heart of Naples and close to the beach. The entire staff was very helpful especially Steve, Lisa and PJ. Happy hour is great- lots of people stop by and free food! I highly recommend this hotel and the great people who work there.

Nice pool and clean, updated rooms. Free breakfast in the morning is a definite plus when your on vacation and we loved the mangers reception on Tues, Wed and Thurs - free beer/wine/pop and a light meal. We had a 1 bedroom suite for 5 nights and it worked perfectly for us traveling with our toddler. She had the main room to herself at night and the bathroom was off of the bedroom. I gave the hotel 4 stars. I took off a star for a shorter than average shower, yellowish water in the bathtub, and the pool party that took place after 10 pm one night.
