I’ll lead with this, you won’t be able to use your cell phone while inside this hotel. We were told for reasons unknown no cell phones or any kind work while physically inside this hotel which I think is outrageous. Sprint, at&t, t mobile and Verizon you name it they don’t work. Other than that our suite is clean, a/c is cold. Tomorrow we will find out about the breakfast. Beware your cell phone will be rendered useless while staying here. Very expensive paper weight basically.

This hotel was fine. Nothing terribly special. The pool was nice, and the free breakfast was pretty good, although the scrambled eggs were over salted. The parking was a bit scarce when it got late. The front deck staff was quick to respond to requests.

They had a great pool.. very accommodating to adding an extra night. In order to help me stay an extra day to help my son move in UTSA. Family had a wonderful time.. will definitely consider this location in the future. Had a king suite with pullout bed in the couch. Wonderful breakfast buffet! Kids loved it. It was hot.. fresh and they were continually making sure things were ok.

I have a family of 7 and they offered a very spacious room at an excellent price. Staff made you feel like family. Our room had an icemaker in the fridge a small cooking range and an excellent microwave. We almost didn't want to leave! They also had a free breakfast buffet in the morning with an excellent selection and dining area. Me and my family will definitely be coming back! And the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend you give Staybridge Suites a go! Thank you!

Room was perfect! It's like a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 people or more. It was like a home away from home. I will stay again!

Check in and check out was was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet worked better on Sunday. The female staff kept the buffet area clean and moving. Wish there were more options for food but it was hit the spot for the kiddos.

I am a hotel snob. But I was going to spend the day at Fiesta Texas and just needed a shower and a bed after spending the day in the hot Texas sun at an amusement park. This place fit the need for location and price. But it was nice.. much nicer than expected for a budget hotel. Granted it wasn't the Valencia, but I didn't pay that rate and was happy with the choice.

Very clean and comfortable hotel to have long stays. Comes with tasty breakfast and dinner as well. Ruby is an excellent cook and she looks after her guests with great care and kindness. Always a pleasure staying here👍👍👍

I was able to get SeWorld package deal and this hotel was included in that package. We drove up on Friday night if Saint Patrick's Day weekend. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. They were able to point us in the direction of local eateries and grocery stores since all their rooms come with kitchens it helped us save in eating out. Anything we needed that staff was ready and willing to help us out. Especially the morning person Samantha. She was so great when I was trying to book my reservation with all my questions. She answered all of them, if she didn't have an answer she got it, if she couldn't she directed me to the right person to speak with. They also offer complimentary hot breakfast and there was a great selection. I will definitely be coming back here when I book my trip for Six Flags this Summer. Amazing customer service.

Good value, friendly and accommodating...provides a local area shuttle and are very accommodating with the service, excellent breakfast and coffee, included Monday-to-Wednesday evening food and drinks social was a nice surprise. Could at times hear upstairs guests' footsteps. Good wifi. Equipment in the fitness area was in good working order, with water, cups and towels available. Little critter in the hallway one morning was a bit of a surprise.

My husband and I were staying at the Staybridge Suites near La Cantera Mall and Fiesta Texas! We thought we new what great customer service looked like, but have found that the bar has been completely reset! They are absolutely the most wonderful people you can possibly imagine! They know us by name!! That right there says so much on its own!! Laura, Chris, Precious and their wonderful female manager (sorry I don't remember her name off hand) all go so far beyond the standard that our stay here has been completely amazing! Honestly better than ANYWHERE else we have EVER stayed! The location is perfectly situated next to 1604 and I10 that it's easy to go anywhere in SA! There are so many great restaurants, grocery stores, and department stores close by, too! You don't even have to drive! Just take the shoelace express to CVS, a convenience store/gas station, Subway, Taco Cabana, Whataburger, McDonald's, and Bill Miller's!! You can even walk over the Shops at La Cantera!! The location of the Staybridge Suites truly is perfectly in the middle of it all so that it's occupants can take advantage of everything!! Of course our rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the dinners are delicious, and the amenities are gorgeous and functional too!! My husband and I have enjoyed our stay here so much that we are kind of dragging our feet when it comes to finding a new apartment! We plan on staying here for a while because we feel so at home!! When I realized that we started calling our hotel room home, I new I had to right a review! There really aren't enough wonderful things I can say about the team here! Like I said earlier, they truly do take it to the next level! 😄 Thank you guys so much for everything you did for my husband and I during our stay!

This place has an outstanding team and great services. They saw that we had two Saint Bernard's and moved us to a larger suite and provided us storage space at no extra cost. They had availability at the time during our 3 week stay, and made it happen for us out of the goodness of their hearts. Staff were very friendly and personable. I would recommend this specific place to everyone. The building is about 4 miles from Six Flags, and 15 miles to Sea World, and was conveniently located 10 miles near the new home were waiting to close on.

This is a nice and clean hotel in a good location. I have stayed here a few times now and really like it.

Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing but it's about what I expected for the price of the hotel. The CVS next to the hotel is convenient.

I recently had my baby shower here and I will recommend for any one holding a small event such as!!! The staff all together were wonderful people. Such great service and kindness. Very Clean. Front desk was not always attended with no way of contacting anyone. Sign indicated they were out helping guests and would return shortly. Hot water took a very long time to get to my shower. 15 minutes ... I hated wasting water so cold for the first ten. Courteous. Comfortable rooms. Good location.

When we reserved, website said shuttle bus goes anywhere in radius including Fiesta Texas. On arrival, we were told the shuttle bus does not go to Fiesta Texas. Never saw the shuttle bus operating.
Otherwise, great stay. Food was great, room clean and fresh with great layout.

The room was great. Was way more than I was expecting for what I paid for. The location was also great. Not only less than 5 miles from Six Flags and good food, but there is a CVS right next door that you want walk to. The front desk clerk was very helpful with finding food. Unfortunately, the place she suggested was not very good, but we chalked it up to it being our taste buds, not the restaurant. Now, I will say I was disappointed to find that even though the Six Flags website, where I booked the room, said there was a shuttle they actually stopped recently due to too many complaints about traffic. Also, we had two switches in our room that did nothing and two lamps that did not work. Lastly, but very minor, it seemed HBO and Showtime was not working. Overall, great stay and would definitely stay again.

Bed was nice and comfortable to sleep in, and the breakfast was on point. I can't ask for more when we are away from home.

The room was clean, except for the bugs coming from the tub drain. The receptionist took care of the bugs, once we told her. The pull out matress however definitely needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a good place for my family to sleep and have breakfast in the morning.

Room was nice. Found a dead cockroach but ir was dead so gg. We were very loud but no noise complaints, ergo, thick walls or deaf neighbors, either way, solid.

Easy access off the highway. . Front desk says there's a bar nearby so you have to have a parking permit. . Plus many warning signs of keeping your vehicle locked an taking things into your room. . Room was very comfortable

Great team at this Staybridge! Ben and Melissa are the BEST! I work for a firehose testing company and travel all over the country for business. I am committed to staying in IHG hotels and have stayed in hundreds of Staybridge/HolidayInnExpress properties. I knew I would be coming back here for any San Antonio trips when I first seen Melissa today! Her and Ben were at a property in Las Cruces NM that I always stayed in. Ben always makes great hamburgers and hotdogs atleast once a week and Melissa has always been very kind and caring to all of the guests needs. The rooms are always spotless and the hospitality is second to none. Thank you very much. Best teamwork I've seen at any given hotel..

Araceli was amazingly helpful! I called her earlier in the week to ask about a crib and having 2 rooms close to each other so our baby monitor could reach. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Very refreshing service

We stayed in the suite with two queens which is an excellent choice if you have small, noisy kids or a relative who snores. There is a door between the bedroom and living area. The sofa bed wasn't super comfy, but for small kids it's not a problem. The queen beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Free breakfast was nice and staff were happy and professional.

The staff at the hotel were kind but our room was not ready when we arrived at 4:50 pm (even though checkin was at 4) and we had to wait in the lobby. The room was jice but we ended up checking out early as there was a lot of noise in the hotel and our 1 year old could not sleep. Overall a nice hotel though.

Nice comfortable suite, very clean and odor-free. The air conditioning unit in our room was leaking however, and I found a silverfish in the bathroom. Signs of an older hotel, but we still enjoyed our stay

I attended a sort of training event for work which was held in the Alamo Room. The front desk staff was friendly, and the parts of the hotel that I saw were clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my brief time here and would consider coming back for a personal stay.

This is the perfect place to stay. Literally a few minutes from six flags. We stayed there for 6 weeks to relocate to San Antonio. The manager is very nice. The staff is helpful. The food is great and I even met the owner who genuinely cared that we had a great stay. I have a special needs daughter with Autism and everyone that worked at the hotel were very kind to my daughter and patient. The hotel is very clean. Highly recommend this location!!!

Air conditioning WOULD NOT let us turn it off. And breakfast wasn't that great. The hallways were like a maze going all different directions. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and spacious. It was nice, but very cold.

This property is my go to hotel. I am often in town visiting six flags for business and leisure and this hotel is conveniently located to the park and the mall. The staff here is always.friendly and helpful. The room

AWESOME!!!! The staff at this location is GRADE A+. Our family was displaced do to some unexpected home repairs and the staff made us feel like we were in their home. From the time we walked in the door, there was southern hospitality that met us at the front desk. We have become rewards members because of this staff and will continue to use this hotel chain now. We are a fan! The Browns!

The stay was great. The suite was better than expected for 5 adults and 2 kids. They offered us dvds to borrow, and the breakfast was good. Will definitely be returning.

Brittany Steward and her crew were amazing. This location is not only a great spot, but my stay there was marvelous both times. I would recommend this to not only the governor but also friends/family if they refused to stay at my house.

I just got back from six flags with my children. The staff members went above and beyond! Being a single mother with two children is hard enough and not being from the area. They made sure that everything was taken care of for us. They even shuttled us to nearby places. That was truly nice. I really recommend staying here everything that you want to do is really close. Six flags, Sea world and even the mall. This is defiantly a family friendly place. 5 stars all the way in my opinion!
