Stayed here a couple times. Rooms were spacious, newer and clean. Sometimes it was difficult finding someone to help you at the front desk as they'd often be away, but the the people were always very nice. Second time staying here was good too except the shampoo bottles in the shower were completely empty, we had asked for a morning wake up call and never got called, and the pull out mattress was filthy and covered in dog hair... :(

Came here for a business trip. I must say I have stayed at multiple Stay Bridge locations and one thing that sings unanimously with all of them is the excellent level of customer service. Whenever an issue arose they took care of it with no questions asked! Also the free breakfast and dinners (M-W) add that extra touch that just send it over the bar. I will definitely come back to this location! You guys have made a loyal customer out of me!

Stay here for nearly 2 months and quite enjoyed it. Happy hour evenings are nice touches it's on Monday to Wednesday, alcohol as well. Had the 1 bedroom suite, nice and roomy. Fashion mall is across the road with bars and restaurants, didn't like that a shuttle sat outside most of the time, only for airport runs. It's a short walk across but in the heat wasn't great. Pool is nice to relax in.

The hotel has a very friendly staff who help to ensure the hotel is running well. Along with this, the rooms are very clean and well put together. I love staying here and stay here every time I am in Phoenix.

My family loves staybridge! Perfect for families. I travel quit a bit for work and always look to stay at one first. This is the first location I've been at that serves a later breakfast though and haven't been able to eat before heading off to work. Breakfast and dinner are definitely worth it if you're not on a schedule.

It was very clean. Front desk staff was outstanding. Having work done at house we needed a close hotel. Thought I lost my purse front desk girl at check out was outstanding and said she'd call if found. Great news I found it under blankets. Pool was super clean and refreshing too!

Beds were fresh and comfy. AC was awesome! (Arizona heat!) Continental breakfast was incredible!! Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

We started staying with staybridge about 6 years ago. If you stay with anyone else your paying too much for a room. The rates are good and the rooms are even better... free breakfast and social night during weekdays. Well worth the money.

Rooms were clean. Service was great. Full fridge and mini kitchen were great (never got a chance to use them). Bed was super comfy. Location right off 101 so easy access anywhere.

Room was top drawer! The bed was comfortable . The kitchen was well appointed. The staff was very personable. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. I can't say enough good things to cover the stay!

Excellent customer service. The staff here is accommodating kind and thorough. The rooms are roomy as the kitchen knives are very sharp. Lol. Been here 5 minutes started dinner cut the neck out of my finger and was blessed by the staff with bandaids and kindness.

This extended stay hotel was the most accommodating place we have stayed. Every single employee that we came in contact with went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious with the ability to close off the bedroom area from the kitchen and den. The walls are very well insulated so road noise is not an issue. Eating and shopping centers are just around the corner with plenty of walking/dog parks nearby. Thanks to Wendy the fantastic manager, Abbey the guide to the best eating places, and Elijah, Randy and Chris for their great and special services. Cannot forget the superb job and great personalities of the cooks/hosts/hostess DeRoy, John and Melissa. Thanks for keeping our stomachs full!!

Our rooms were never serviced, we needed to ask the front desk for fresh towels, wash rags, and soap, there were hard pieces in the breakfast eggs, the fire pit wasn't working properly, the front desk was often left unattended, the elevator was ridiculously slow, and I found a bug in my bed on the last day. Aside from all of that, the building was nice, the rooms were spacious, and we got a great price. I don't think the pros are enough to outweigh the cons, so I'll be avoiding Staybridge in the future.

My brother is staying there. Close to my place in Chandler. I was very impressed. Large, modern suites. Clean, with lots of amenities. My brother & sister-in-law just rave about it & how nice, friendly & helpful the staff is! I will recommend it to all my out of town visitors!!!

Free dinner with beer on draft and wine, and free breakfast the next day? Clean and beautiful suites? Free laundry machines? This has been a great place for us to stay.

My family loved our stay. Our AC went out, they help us get a room right away. The front desk was very nice. The room felt like a cute little apartment. Everything was clean. We liked breakfast, add donuts and more fruit. I 100% recommend staying here!!

This hotel is very clean, very spacious, and has a pretty good continental breakfast. We had a large group and got a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our needs. Also, the staff we encountered were very friendly - especially the sweet woman who runs breakfast! She was a doll! If you're wanting to stay in Phoenix proper then this is far off, but if you're looking for something in the burbs that has great amenities and is close to anything you might need, then this is a great stop. My only complaint is that the construction started very early in the morning and was impossible to sleep through. You certainly can't blame the crew for wanting to beat as much of the heat that they can, but if you're looking to sleep in then you'll want to call and get a status on the construction. My stay was July 2017.

For an extended stay hotel in the 'burbs, I have to give Staybridge Suites Chandler mad props for maintaining an awesome property, and one that you can actually stay at comfortably for an extended period.

The rooms are all very spacious, tons of power outlets all around, lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen so you can actually cook, comfy bed, and everything is super clean and well maintained. The work desk is very well designed and the chair is comfy so you can actually sit and work for hours. Their daily breakfast is delicious and they have dinner and adult drink offerings (free) on certain weeknights.

The location is good - a few minutes from anything you'd need during your stay.

The staff are all sooooo nice and so helpful and they go above and beyond for their guests.

I visited a friend who was staying at Stay ridge Suites. I only saw the lobby and the pool area. It was very nicely decorated and seemed to have several amenities. My friend said that they were very impressed with the rooms and enjoyed their stay.

I liked this hotel, prices are fair, we had suit, it was clean, wide, you feel the hospitality of the team. The whole team are great. Breakfast is nice, they have complementary dinner, it was good. If I have to return back to the hotel I'll definitely choose this one.

Great location, near the Fashion Mall. I was there as a short-term business Guest of Googles, so in those couple of hours it seemed clean and well run, with an easy access parking lot!

This Looked like a very nice place to stay. Upon entrance to the establishment I was greeted warmly by the concierge and also by the appearance of the place. There was water and coffee available right in front and the rooms looked very nice. Good size rooms, well furnished as well as nice decor. I would deffinately recomend this place if you are not too concerned about price.

Great for extended stay hotel. Rooms are very nice and free happy hour on Monday-Wednesday is a bonus!

Great shower. Great bedding. Towels are OK. Very good breakfast. The evening happy hour are nice. The shower gets very hot, but not scalding hot. I'll happily stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Attended a business training at this hotel. The conference rooms were clean and well organized. The water pitchers in the room were refilled regularly. There was even an after hours snack/Happy Hour the hotel provides. Great service!

Our insurance placed us here when we were out our home for a flood. From the time we walked in to check in the staff was very friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasure staying here. The only thing I would recommend is the housekeepers doing a lil better job with the light clean in the room with pets. Other than that everything has been excellent. I would definately stay at Staybridge when I travel.

Location is great! Only 20 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. It is just off the freeway. A shopping mall down the road and near lots of convenient places to eat! The rooms are great. And the staff is really friendly.

Awesome employee by the name of Kim. I traveled all morning on little sleep and was exhausted. I called to see if I could check in early. She followed up with her promise to call me back when my room was available and had everything set and ready when I walked in with a chipper, friendly, And caring attitude. She was awesome!!
