I only booked this hotel because online it said that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle. I figured I would use it to go to the airport. There was no shuttle. I had to get myself an uber. The rooms are very outdated. They need a major upgrade. Morning breakfast is basic. Nothing special. Very dissatisfied.

Wifi is very slow and intermittent. Other than that, the bed is comfy and the pool is nice. Basic hotel room.

Nice hotel close to Westdale and Cardinal staidum. Rooms are clean and there are amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Rates were reasonable and front desk staff was very helpful.

Nice double room allowing for family to spread out a little bit. Full kitchen which is a great cost saver versus eating out. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, nice pool.

This place has a lovely and very quiet room. The staff are quite accommodating, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The pool is nice and the workout facility is certainly as much as you need to just touch things up :-)

The rooms and hotel overall was nice. I wish they had adult only hours for the pool and spa because they were always swarming with kids. They share the pool with the holiday inn right next door so it is VERY crowded.

Nothing terrible. Odd smell in the bathroom, tv in bedroom didn't work. It's just older, so expect that when you go and you'll love it.

Great location, within walking distance to a lot of places anywhere else is a very short car ride. The rooms are a bit dated, but what they lack in looks, it's made up in the great service, and great location. Overall, I would definitely stay here again especially if the rates were a bit lower.

The front desk staff housekeeping Food Service workers has been some of the most Pleasant and great people to spend the last 2 months with I'd like to thank everybody on staff for making my stay Pleasant in this inconvenient time. Great place to stay. We have been hear a month the staff are so friendly when something need to ne done they are prompted to get it done.

Excellent rooms and friendly service. Weekday social meals in the evening is a nice touch. Constant coffee access is a major plus.

Ok hotel. Ends up being a looooong walk to the Gila river arena. The biggest problem is the bed was very small. Supposed to be a queen size, but it was a full sized bed. Staff was nice.

This place is awsome! Nice cozy beds, modern appliances, LG TV's in all the rooms. Kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes amd they provide dishwasher and regular dish detergent. The pool was very nice and warm with a waterfall. The pool ranges from 3 to 5 feets. Hot tub huge also. Anytime you are in Glendale/Phoenix I recommend you stay here.

The suit I stayed in was very nice. Clean from top to bottom (I checked) the room had a very nice kitchenette, they also provide cups and glasses of different styles, bowls, plates and utensils (pots and pans to use on a two burner stove)just as if you were home. You can wash all the dishes with the provided dish washer or by hand, they provide both detergents. The bathroom was nice. The only thing that did stand out was the door slightly rubbed the front of the toilet as if they remodeled and made the doors to wide? Comfortable bed, had a hideaway bed as well. All around great room for the nights I spent at Staybridge.

The building is great and the rooms are quite nice. Breakfast every morning is your standard "hot" hotel breakfast fare with eggs, sausage or bacon on alternating mornings, a waffle maker, various juices or coffee, bagels, toast, cereals, and fruit. They offer beer, wine, and light dinner fare Monday through Wednesday which is pretty tastey and is convenient if you don't want to go anywhere when you get back to the hotel those evenings. I took two stars off for a couple of reasons. The first is the TV. Some channels come in crystal clear but the majority are so fuzzy they are barely watchable. When I informed the front desk my first night here they sent maintenance to "fix" the problem. They guy showed up within five minutes and basically restarted the TV receiver four times and said that was all he could do and that did NOT fix the problem. Everyone else from the group I'm with have the same problem. The other reason was the 15 minute wait at the front desk one morning for the attendant to drop off my laundry. Overall though this is not too bad of a place.

I love the entire hotel. But the rooms are especially amazing.

The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub and sun tanning area. Grills for BBQing are provided with utensils. Rooms are spacious and have full kitchens. Also the shower head is positioned high, which is nice for taller people like myself.

Staff was very nice, pool was clean, rooms were comfortable and clean, and the free lunch they offered was great. Would recommend visitors staying there. Its close to the casino and shopping centers

We have chosen the Embassy Suites Downtown Houston, since it opened. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms is superb. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, as is the evening reception. We would recommend and have recommend this hotel.

Crowed, damaged rooms, small breakfast area and crowed because of the surrounding arenas, but the pool and fire pit are great, but crowded. The their sister Hotel in Mesa is 100% better.

This is a great Staybridge - Food and drinks were delicious, and the staff was friendly. Overall clean and comfortable. Walking distance from a mall and outlets with restaurants and shopping.

This by far was THE BEST HOTEL I've stayed at in my life. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. If I called for something the staff got on it quickly. I actually remember Cynthia the staff who checked us in. She was nothing short of amazing. The food was delicious and the it was in range of everything you needed. I was there for a family reunion and my family raved about it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is well equipped, beds are comfy, and the ac is holding a steady 62° very well while it's 115° out!

They messed up our booking initially but did provide a reasonable solution and gave us a discount. Overall a nice place with nice staff.

My parents have stayed at the Staybridge in Mukilteo Washington, I feel the Glendale Staybridge is nice but not as good as Mukilteo. The TV is difficult to work, the shower drain runs slow, and there are no grocery stores within a mile. The food in the morning and night is so-so.

This was the cleanest motel I've seen in a long time. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were awesome. Not to mention the fabulous breakfast. Will return here next trip around

Everybody was very nice and the room was perfect. We actually got upgraded for free on a Monday night football night!

Recently had the opportunity to go to Mariners' spring training and chose this hotel for 2 nights. The very best part are the employees - friendly, confident, skilled in their positions - from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff to those handling the breakfast buffet - they make their guests feel very welcome. The pool area is beautiful, too! Highly recommend this hotel to families or couples alike!

Perfect! Although being hungover and hearing *knock knock knock- roomservice* is annoying although I only had 5 minutes until check out. We could purchase beer and pizza from the desk after 2 am which was nice.

Had family staying at both properties, loved the full kitchens saved on food, the pool was wonderful, staff very friendly, this is great for business travelers working on projects that will be in the area for a while with breakfast and the evening meal three nights a week.
