Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for history and art buffs due to proximity of Revolutionary War sites and art museums. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

This hotel is very clean and luxurious. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a place to stay in the area. They offer complimentary breakfast with a lot of options and they have an excellent Fitness room and a well-maintained and clean pool. This is by far one of my favorite hotels I've ever been to. They are also dog friendly.

Excellent front desk service, friendly and helpful staff. Room was VERY clean. No bugs.
Needed extra bedding for the pull-out sofa bed, the girl at the front desk was very accommodating to this and every inquirt. Requests were promptly satisfied.
I was surprised that they didn't offer/have complimentary toiletries such toothbrushes and toothpaste, combs, etc like most of the IHG properties where I've stayed previously.
They do, however, have a small commissary where you can purchase the items, but they were out of toothbrushes.
We are Very pleased with the modern quality and excellent condition of the building, the decor, the amenities, and the overall cleanliness of this hotel.
We choose to stay overnight as a last minute decision, was able to book online quickly, and check-in was a breeze. Parking is a bit tight up front but ample spaces were found on the back side with no problem. Hotel was at capacity with only one room left tonight.
We'll probably stay here again on a future trip.

My wife, myself, our two kids, and our two dogs unexpectedly ended up here for 4 nights after our Airbnb reservation fell through. James was really friendly and helped us get a room that worked for our family during our time visiting Philly. All the employees we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were better than expected.

Everything at the hotel is amazing. The staff was helpful My overall experience was great and I can't wait to go back next year.

Good clean suites hotel close to some shopping and restaurants. The staff was quite helpful, even with a check in at 1am, and again when my wife was dealing with our 3 year old have cut his head. One thing to watch for is google map directions, as it took us in the back way through some residential areas and the loading dock of the nearby Costco

My party and I spent the night at the inn for a wedding at a nearby venue, and we were all taken aback when we opened the door to our room and saw something that wonderfully outstripped our needs for such a competitive price. The accommodations were actually one of the best hotel experiences I've had, relative to the price! It was great!

Overall a good hotel. The employees were very accommodating. I went looking for milk in the evening to make a bottle for our little one, and they got some from the fridge in their kitchen for us for free. The next morning for breakfast, we had some trouble with the automatic toaster, and the employees were more than helpful. The wifi connection was not easy, and required many attempts. This was the fault of the parent organization IHG, which has a faulty portal for authentication as a member. They really need to work on this design, especially for people that don't use a browser that is insecure (I have a masters in cybersecurity, and an affinity for opensource operating systems - e.g.; they can't blame it on "user error", but I can blame it on poor web-authentication design.)

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean however the mattresses are worn and sag in the middle and both I and friend woke up with aching backs. The room was noisy off season (early March) and I would not want to stay when hotel was full. Location is good and off the main road.

The Wi-Fi was strong in my room so that was a definite plus. The rooms themselves were spacious. There is a kitchen area and a small fridge for those who don't want to spend money eating out during their stay. Beds were very comfortable! I slept like a baby on them. Bring a fire stick if you actually want some T.V though!

Had a great stay here at Staybride suites. The double beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for me and my family of 5.

Lovely 2-bedroom suite! Check-in was a breeze, and the lobby is gorgeous. We brought our cat and were delighted to have such a warm welcome. Often pets are frowned upon and it was refreshing to have such a nice place to stay with our kitty! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Of all IHG hotels, I love the Staybridge the best, gorgeous as always, forgot they have community dinner, was nice and good as well. Loved the 4 oversized pillows, they cradled me as if sleeping in a cloud. :) Always a great recommendation.

We experience a black out during our stay and the staff was so wonderful, even getting coffee and donuts for the guests.

Staybridge Suites is a great chain of hotels. Always clean and the staff is friendly. They're particularly good for longer stays due to the things they offer. Such as a kitchenette in most if not all rooms and a breakfast selection that is actually good. Not just old bagels on a counter somewhere. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Free washer & dryer just bring your laundry detergent. Free breakfast every day of the week. Free dinner Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & 2 different beers on tap ( all u want) rooms cleaned daly

We always stay here when we're in the area because it is very dog friendly and has clean comfortable rooms.

Clean and in good condition. However very noisy with next door neighbors. The sharing of the door doesn't work with me.

Front desk service was A-1..Thomas checked us in..since I never stayed there before he went over all they offered. I in Philadelphia for a track meet we stayed 3 days ..the breakfast was great...the place was clean I don't know how because you never saw a cleaning cart the staff moved like ninjas because it was a baseball team along with our track team and the place never had trash sitting out. We did a cookout for the kids and the staff helped set up and take down extra tables outside..

We Loved our stay. We felt very welcome, everyone made sure we were happy and had everything thing we needed. Staybridge is not like any other place, the best of everything. We brought Daisy, our cat, and had a great stay. We definitely would stay there again.

The room was extremely nice and fair price for what I paid. I only stayed one night but I got a great nights sleep and would certainly stay there again if I needed to. My room came with a queen size bed, kitchen area with all needed appliances, and a nicely sized tv.

The room was ok. Requested room away from the elevator and got one sharing a wall with the elevator. The room air conditioner was fairly weak. Overall not impressed but didn't hate it either.

Very nice rooms. My air conditioner was noisy and they moved me to another room right away, very good service. The breakfast is nice, with real eggs and even strawberries in the fruit salad. The pool seemed like a good place to hang but didn't try it. Bed was confy and the kitchen functional.

It's a good hotel with good breakfast, dinner on Mondays through Thursday's, and a pool. But the wifi sucks here. It never works for my laptop so I always have to put up my hotspot.

Wow, what a great hotel! My partner just landed a new job in the area and they put him up in this hotel for the next few days. We took the bus (#37 to 119) from the Philadelphia airport and arrived 1.5 hrs later ($4.50 fare one way). It was a scenic route, we saw the industrial area of Tilicum give way to the industry of Chester, and finally open up to the suburban/rural-ish rolling, lush hills of Concordville.

The Staybridge is situated near two shopping centers, one premium (Anthropologie and J Crew are anchor tenants) and the other is anchored by Home Goods and Target. The hotel is within walking distance to these shopping centers and other amenities like a day spa.

The front desk associate was customer focused and attended to our specific requests. Breakfast is complimentary. The suites are spacious, clean, and modern.

This is an exceptional place to stay. As a former consultant who typically stayed 4 days per week on the road I notice the little things in hotel operations. For example, I enjoyed the gas fire pit that was lit at night, the building engineer's enthusiasm for recommendations for ways-to-improve the experience, a very complete breakfast served with attention to detail, an office center where the printers have paper and work, and each employee displaying a clear interest in how well we were enjoying our stay.

I am a business traveler staying in hotels more than 300 nights per year, a few comments with regards to this hotel....I am a member of the hotels rewards program having achieved a platinum elite status..this is the highest level that can be earned in the IHG program after staying many many nights per year...this property was disappointing in that it would not upgrade my room to the next level even though a one step upgrade was available if I paid "extra" for it...so I would have to say if you have a choice gather your points with Marriott as this hotel chain does not honor program promises.
I have been staying in a studio one bedroom for about 20 nights so far and when compared with properties of similar type I would say this room is small. Additionally the hotel performs a "light room cleaning" during the week..meaning they do not put coffee cups/dirty dishes in the dishwasher, towels have been left piled on the bed or desk, the iron board is not put away, absolutely do not expect bed linens to be changed or the floors cleaned/vacuumed as a part of the light cleaning.
The property is newer and the staff is friendly.
