All staff and front desk people were impeccable. I stayed here in January 2006. I came to Paris to bury my fiance at des Batignolle. In my highly emotional state, you made me feel at ease as I went through my grief. Will I return and stay with you again? Yes! (Cant set proper year of 2006)

We loved our stay here. It was on a quiet street in a nice area. Andre at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small - but cozy. I’d have given it five stars if they included breakfast as part of your stay.)

This hotel was the best we've stayed in out trip to Europe.
The front desk guy was very helpful and polite.
Hotel was close to everything and got my "10" for cleanliness.

This was a perfect little hotel! The rooms were a little small, but they were clean and the bathrooms were fully functional. The room has a small closet which has a small safe which was perfect for our passports. The staff at the front office was amazing, if we had a question they had a quick response and always had good suggestions for dinner and things to do.

The hotel is located in the very center of Paris, and it gives easy access to the metro, RER, the many museums and monuments, restaurants and bookstores. It is located on a small and quiet street which is definitely a plus. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again during my next visit.

A gem close to everything. Although the rooms are very small, as is everything in Paris, it is relatively recently remodeled and the people are wonderful Definitely made you feel welcome.

First upon check in Luis was a wonderful concierge. Great first impression of our first trip to Paris. The hotel is so cute only several rooms per floor. A double bed, nice size closet and little bathroom. One cannot compare the size to that of a North American room since that is not where we are. The room is perfect with a little juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Also it is Nice and clean. What more could one ask for ! We would definitely recommend this hotel. Close to The Notre Dame, metro stops, and just over an hour to walk to the Eiffle tower! Perfect location.

Incredibly small showers, uncomfortable bed. Nowhere near 4 stars. Good breakfast, and front desk.

The location is excellent, clean room despite not really big, average continental breakfast. I would have rated 4 stars because there is no gym and it is something I like to have, I’ve rated 5 because of the service. I had an issue with the safety box and a lady from reception - I don’t know her name - has been excellent in solving it in less than 5 min from the moment I called.

Excellent location. 1 min from a metro and less than 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. Hotel and our twin room were small hence not 5 stars but very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was substantial for what we consider continental with scrambled eggs and sausage and cold meats and cheeses along with usual cereal, yoghurt and breads.

Great hotel and well located near Notre dame. Staff are lovely and super friendly. Breakfast is a buffet served in beautiful old wine cellar. The room we had was perfect, a big bed and spotless. Would definitely recommend.

friendly staff and a renovated room (#206) that was larger than expected (but certainly not as large as North American hotels). clean, environmentally responsible and close to Notre Dame and lively area while being quiet itself. mini fridge and kettle with tea and coffee in the room while breakfast is included when booked directly with the hotel. Breakfast was continental style - nice variety of breads/pastries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, eggs and sausage with juices and water, tea and coffee. elevator could accommodate two comfortably or one with luggage.
my only criticism is that the beds were too hard - but I found that common in France. my travelling companion did not have the same complaint so perhaps it is a matter of preference.
also be aware that the bathroom has a separate radiator that can be adjusted as it affects the overall room temperature.

Good resonably priced hotel easy to tour paris from. A little dark and unassuming outside, but nice on the inside.

Great location if you want to be near Notre Dame and historic Paris. Quiet street. Our room was new and clean. Hot water kettle with tea and instant coffee in the room. Needs a night light, like most rooms in Europe. No microwave or fridge. Lots of great, affordable restaurants nearby.

Good quality for the money. Great location to visit Paris. Rooms are small, but it is not unexpected in Paris. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to crash after a day of site seeing. Btw, there are many good restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Very comfortable, well maintained hotel. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Queen bed room spacious enough not to feel cramped. Good storage in closet and bathroom. Book at the hotel's website for the best rate and to have (a delicious and substantial) breakfast included.

Room was incredibly small. We requested two single beds, and we hardly had enough room to push them apart. However, the location is amazing, and we were able to see the tower of the Notre-Dam from our balcony.

Hotel is at great location. Walking distances to Notre Dame and major attractions. Also close to bus stop and metro. Great options of food and reasonable price. If you are looking for Halal food, its a 7 min walk diagonal to Notre Dame.

The rooms were very nice and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. This Best Western was ideally situated in the Latin Quarter and was a short walk to Metro and Ile de la Cite. We skipped the hotel breakfast and walked down to a little cafe, bought some crepes, baguette and coffee, then proceeded to walk down to the Seine. While eating our breakfast on a bench, we had beautiful views of mornings in Paris with views of Notre Dame.

Fantastic service, good location, exceptional staff, clean rooms. Great experience. Easy walking distance to the Metro, the Ile de la Cite and the Pantheon. Good places to eat nearby. We left a piece of jewelry in the room by accident. Andre the concierge was quick to respond to our emails and had it found and shipped out to the USA quickly. Rooms were a good size, perfectly comfortable for two people. Bathrooms were spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and the hotel is off of the main street.

Would stay here again. Specifically for how nice the staff was.

En zona muy tranquila a pesar de estar pleno centro. Personal muy amable. Habitación perfecta. Lo único negativo es que el acceso a la habitación desde recepción no es muy bueno, hay que pasar por una zona exterior y en el ascensor cabían dos personas escasamente.

Un tre stelle meritate con qualcosa in più. Ottima accoglienza, stanze parigine (piccolissime ) ma di buon gusto e funzionali. Centrale per visitate la città e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione RER. Sufficiente colazione, manca la frutta fresca e non servono cappuccino. Unico neo la scorbutica cameriera della sala colazione al limite dell'ineducazione.

This hotel has a fantastic location, friendly stuff and really nice rooms. It is close to everything, yet tucked away in a very nice and quiet little street. The stuff speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast is great, best croissants ever! Would definitelly stay there again.
