This hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Bankside. A 15min walk from either London Bridge or Waterloo stations. The rooms are compact, but functional, which makes this such great value for staying in this location. Beds are fitted tight against the walls, but are super comfy. Public areas have a great vibe, with a good bar (reasonably priced drinks) and designated work area if needed. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, easy to walk to the sights and subway nearby. The best thing about Citizen M is the staff, they are kind, helpful and downright amazing. They truly went out of their way to help with all my questions about getting around. If you are looking for a hotel that treats you not as a customer but as a friend, this is the place.

The hotel is very nice, clean, modern and has nice utilities. The stay was just extraordinary. But more than anything, the staff was extraordinary polite and made you feel valuable guest. Highly recommend!

Interesting hotel. Cozy rooms and a great space downstairs for working or lounging. The ambassadors are really nice as they treated us to two free drinks for NYE.

I really like this hotel. On the pricey side, like all London hotels. I paid around £140. But the novelty, the food and the downstairs lounge/library/bar area is a pleasure to hang around in. The rooms are small, but again, the attention to detail and novelty of the iPad controlled lighting blinds and TV are fun and practical. If not on a strict budget, this is a pleasure to stay in, and the location is excellent.
