De internationale standaard van Green Globe voor duurzaam toerisme is een certificeringsschema waarvoor hotels moeten rapporteren over hun duurzaamheidsprestaties in hun supply chains. Het volgt zijn wortels terug naar de Rio de Janeiro Earth Summit, in 1992, waar 182 staatshoofden de Agenda 21 -principes van duurzame ontwikkeling onderschreven. De normen zijn een verzameling van meer dan 330 compliance -indicatoren die worden toegepast op 41 individuele duurzaamheidscriteria - deze kunnen worden onderverdeeld in vier thema's: • Duurzaam beheer • Sociaal/Economisch • Cultureel erfgoed • Milieuklanten kunnen hun CO2E -voetafdruk berekenen, de financiële kosten van de financiële kosten van die CO2E, en volgen hun prestaties van energie- en waterverbruik en niet-recyclebare afvalproductie. A beautiful place! And wonderful experience at this great resort CONSTANCE EPHELIA! Special thanks to the wonderful team who made us feel like home and treated us at their best of abilities, Many Thanks to Sebastian, Sophia, Alexander and Darius and many more. Will miss this place. Will be back soon for another great holiday. 😍😍😍

This is one of the best hotels that I have been to. The Beach Villas are fantastic. Extremely spacious and 10 steps from the beach.
We arrived late on our first night to the hotel and there were cold platters prepared for us in the room.
Staff are generally friendly, (you do get the surely ones like the foreign managers in the main restaurant, but this attitude is out weighed by the helpfulness of the Nepalese House Keeper, Anthony at the Helios restaurant and the Deputy Head Chef Jonas.
The only real negatives are the prices for the beverages and being in a mangrove, the infestation of insects, although they do fogging each day. As regards the beverage costs, it is unbelievable that water is given free in the rooms, but in the restaurants they charge 70 Rupees per liter. I was also charged 40 rupees for Granadene Syrup. Seybrew is 105 Rupees, etc, etc.
Small negatives which detract from a wonderful resort.

Amazing place and suites for all types of travellers although some solo ones may feel a bit on edge but after a while you blend in fine. Amazing facilities and things to do pretty much an all in one for someone who doesn't want to venture out or wants some time away from everything. Highly recommended and will go back again!

Beautiful resort. Hire a cab from the airport. Ask for a ground floor room close to the pool. Avoid the Chinese restaurant
