Staff was very nice but the rooms are definitely in need of upgrading. The headboard is peeling and beds are a little lumpy. They didn't leave extra toilet paper so I had to ask for some at the front desk. The lake view wasn't much to see but the sunset was worth it. At a $100 a night it's not worth it. Don't think I'll be staying on this property until they give it some TLC.

I love this hotel and its location. Very clean and cozy. It's a mini one bedroom apartment.

Great hotel however, with the Pandemic we're experiencing the Grab n Go breakfast was less than desirable because there was an unreasonable limit of individual meals given. I was with a group that made up 6 but they only wanted to give out 2. Exception made to give 4.

Pretty good for my first outing since COVID, no food service or restaurant. But there was some packaged items for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was in line with what was offered. Room was updated and comfortable. Staff was helpful and understanding.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the free drinks in the evening was great. Very nice quality hotel the only problem was that the housekeeping staff took all of our towels on the last night and did not replace them. We had no towels in the morning before check out.

My boyfriend and I stood at this hotel for the first time, and it was a great experience. Some cons that we noticed, was the balcony. It was covered with bird feces and the floor had mildew. It was also very small, and you have a clear view of your neighbors balcony. The second thing was our AC. We froze because the highest our room went was 70 degrees. We did get extra blankets though. The pool was pretty small, and the rim around the pool had some mildew as well. For the pros, the service was excellent, and our room itself was very clean and smelled fresh. Housekeeping did a great job at making sure our room was clean all the time, and bringing us extra towels. The hot breakfast was pretty decent with made to order food items. We enjoyed the treatment. Free WiFi worked like a charm and we had no problems. Overall, this location did a great job and had many perks.

Went there for a training, our hostess got a room with a conference room connected, which was great! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, clean spaces, and the food was good. Loved the bar area downstairs, wish I could have stayed and hung out for a bit. Looked like a fun way to unwind.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We have a suite with a king bed and quenn sofa bed, there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room as well that came in very handy. My family and I stay here while we dropped our daughter off to college and it was fantastic. The entire staff was amazing and the free breakfast buffet was very good. They also have happy hour in the lobby where they offer select drinks and snacks to the hotel guess free of charge. The parking can be a little tight but they do have an overflow parking lot. I'm very pleased with my stay and I'd definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this location for work and it was great. Lauren Texas was absolutely AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help me and never failed to provide the best customer service. Everyone was very kind and seemed happy to work. The shuttle was great, took me to work everyday and picked me up everyday as well as took me to dinner. The shuttle was on time. When they said they would be there, they were there. Very clean rooms, very well stocked. I never had to ask for any towels, toilet paper, soap, nothing. I highly recommend this hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. It is in olderr facility and showed its age in a few areas. There is a musty smell in the room that fades if you're able to open a window or run the AC. It's nice to have a small balcony area off the room. Plenty of meeting space for businesses and gatherings in the area. On site food was good, but service is slow. Room was clean and start timely during my week there. Overall good experience.

This is an older Embassy Suites. My room felt small and cramp and there's an "old" lingering musty smell. The bathroom door handle was loose and almost impossible to close and securely latch.

Several signs prominently displayed warning that no outside food or drinks can be consumed in any common areas including the pool. Never saw a notice like this at any other Embassy Suites (I've eaten takeout pizzas in the lobby several times with my family at other Embassies and Hilton properties). I understand this kind of policy for alcohol, but takeout food is petty.

Otherwise it a nice property with an above average gym and top notch made to order breakfast station and high quality buffet. They could make the breakfast so much better if they used real coffee instead of a concentrate mix.

The embassy suites was a great venue for our industry meeting. Parking was good. The facility was spacious. The room was comfortable. The sound was good. I would recommend this as a good event space.

Good hotel in Boca located right by I95, corporate parks and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good had a nice variety of food and staff was friendly. I received a corporate rate so for the money I spent I give it 2 thumbs up. I would stay again for short travel. If you're looking for more amenities at hotel like big pool area and things for kids, it's probably not the best choice. Business travel definitely.

We had a great time at an event held at this facility. The only issue we had was we asked the wait staff on several occasions for different items and they never returned. Then I met Raul. I asked for the same items like salad dressing and a refill on my tea and he returned. He is the best waiter on staff and he deserves accolades for going over and beyond making this night memorable. He is the epitome of what great service looks like.

Great casual atmosphere! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was my families first time eating there and they explained the menu and gave suggestions. Food was delicious!

It dated, they gave me the presidential suite which was 2 levels, but not very fancy, very antiquated. Felt mediocre. The bed was comfortable, the shower was part of a soaker tub and felt odd.

Spacious rooms but not best cleaning. Includes a good and diverse breakfast. Great price.

Hotel is beautiful. Great location in Boca Raton right off I95. The pool/hot tub were pretty big and in a nice area. We seen a 3ft iguana running around outside near the pond.

Breakfast was amazing. Free drinks and snacks at night if you're into that. About 15-20 minute drive from a couple public beaches. Would stay here again.

Embassy Suites is a lovely place to stay at. The elevators are fast with a nice view of the court room. I had my room on the 7th floor and the view was great. I had the suite room. I couldn't find anything bad about the room. The free breakfast in the morning is awesome. I did wish that they stated they made pancakes and omelets and not just omelets.

This is our home away from home. You don't need to leave the hotel. Free parking, internet, happy hour with full bar and we especially love the great breakfast with fresh omelets. The staff are excellent, no matter what area. I have been a Travel agent for over 25 years, so we can be the worst critics since we visit so many places. Even though I have business in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, I still choose this location because we never have any complaints. My mother is a neat fanatic and she raves about this location. Do yourself a favor and stay here and it's very convenient to the highway, great restaurants and malls. Happy New Year!

I am a Hilton honors member and this hotel is a great option for anyone visiting southern palm beach. Renovated lobby and restaurant area looks amazing. Great location, great staff.

Just arrived 2 nights ago and am working 13 hrs/ day so haven't had a chance to eat breakfast or enjoy the evening food and drinks yet, but the bed is very comfortable, love the duvet on the bed, reminds me of Europe! And the front desk folks are very friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was vandalized Sunday November 12th at least seven cars had their Windows smashed in that makes me a little nervous as I'm staying there for over 30 days.
The food on Saturday morning was delicious and the service was excellent. Other than a few minor cleaning things my over all stay is top-drawer!

This was my first time staying at this location. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel and my room were clean upon arrival. Check in was quick. The two room suite was roomy with a very nice bathroom that included glass sliding doors for the shower. There is no tub, just a large shower. I could hear the commuter train going by, but it only bothered me the first time since it is so short. Breakfast included made to order eggs and pancakes, plus all the other expected fixings. Overall I really liked this hotel. However, housekeeping came much later than I expected, after 3 PM. Another surprise was how dark the parking lot was at night. It was definitely darker than I expected. The hotel's location required making u-turns to get to the interstate. I would stay again without hesitation.

Our room had a string musty odor and the housekeeping crew was not very punctual. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay with the complementary breakfast and happy hour being outstanding. Overall nice stay.

Late checking in Lauren was super hospitable. The breakfast chef preparing our omelletes he was awesome serving everyone with a big smile. The lady in the breakfast made sure our dirty plates where picked up. And our housekeeper was very nice. Thank you all! Please share with the line employees.

Rooms were very spacious and customer service was excellent. The breakfast is by far the best I have ever had that was complementary and omelettes made to order. There is also a happy hour at 5 that includes free beer, cocktails, wine and snack with your room. Hard to beat. Could have been a little cleaner though. There was some renovations that were being finished up which may have contributed to this.

Booked 2 rooms for one night due to death in family. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Housekeeping that did our rooms on the 2nd floor did an outstanding job. Everything was clean, neat and presentable. Hotel and our rooms had "no" foul odors or musty smell at all. The 2 room suite is a big plus. Excellent location to say the least. Great breakfast, great happy hour, and food as well.

This Embassy Suites was great! I came here because my AC was not working. The room had great AC and the bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in. They serve dinner until 10 and they have room service until 11pm. The rate included breakfast. My room was a suite, two rooms, with fridge and microwave. The lead chef is very clever. I like what he did to make the bacon so crisp and flavorful.

They are clearly going through some remodeling but it still looks beautiful inside and the rooms seem to have been updated since the last time I was there. Loved the bathroom. Great sink and shower. Fantastic breakfast in the morning till 10:30. So many options. Very comfortable stay!!

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are a little updated but they're working on that. floors 7 & up are being renovated and I assume the rest will follow. Hotel staff is very courteous and attentive. The hotel is very well kept and secure, I'm really enjoying my stay here.

Quiet clean suites with modern quiet decor. Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was good quality food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beds are firm but comfortable even somebody who likes a soft mattress.

Rooms were spacious, breakfast and happy hour hosted by hotel were both very pleasant. Gym, pool facilities were both clean and adequate for a basic workout. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and hotel location was convenient for everyone we had traveling to it for our large event.

Highly recommend. Embassy suites hado fantastic room, and everyone slept comfortably (3 teenage boys and mom and dad). Free breakfast was awesome and helped us get a great start to our days. Would stay again.

It's not the best nor is it the worst. Mediocre would be putting it nicely. They are doing construction at the moment. I hope they get around to finding things like the sliding door to the balcony in my room. The bottom part of the window has separated from the track and basically had an opening to the outside that is about 1/4 inch wide. And yes I am talking about the window having a gap from the frame. The service areas aside from the front desk seem understaffed and uninterested. Kind of reminds me of the movie Get Out. Maybe they're signaling for help.

The service was amazing. Everywhere we went in the hotel, we were greeted. The room was very clean and fresh for our arrival and we didn't have any probkems at all.

Great room for our family of 6. Soft pillow, clean room, & nice heated pool. Staff was super friendly and had a very nice open be manager's reception with Shirley Temples for kiddos and snacks like chips, pretzels, salsa, etc. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, breakfast meats variety of pastries and baked goods & egg dishes, French toast, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal & cerealsplus your choice of juices, milk, coffee & sodas. This is why Embassy Suites are our favorite!

The cost was very reasonable. The free breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly. They brought me towels at the pool. The one issue is that they did not clean the pool.

This hotel stay was excellent! I had recently stayed for a week and the staff were great. Regina was very friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel is newly renovated and the room was great. very spacious and very clean. The room also came with a beautiful view. I will defiantly be returning to this Embassy Suites.

Old. One day we didn't get maid service. Very damp and smells terrible. Our first room smelled like smoke. I'm pregnant. So we asked to move. The.maid service came at 4:30 and towels smelled moldy. The breakfast flavorless. The good thing is the beds are clean and comfy but the ac works terrible in the room. If I had to visit again and stay in Boca. I wouldn't stay here.

This was a business oriented Embassy Suites much more so than others I have visited. It still worked well for a family getaway though. While the suite was quite small compared to others, it was well-appointed with premium bedding and a fabulous bathroom. The walls were a bit thin as we could hear the lady next door coughing. The lobby was definitely contemporary in design. Managers reception was without some of the nicer food items but it was a full bar! Breakfast was as good as any Embassy offers. Pool not heated but they did have a large hottub. Free parking a plus. Complimentary premium internet fast enough to stream a movie. Overall I recommend this property and can see myself returning in the future.

Decent Embassy Suites, with location convenient to i95, but a little dated given rayes

The room was nice. Smaller than expected but nice. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The Cook was rude, slow and didn't cook breakfast as requested on both days we stay. The snacks during wine tasting were not desirable. The bartender who took individual drinks could have been more informative especially since we asked him what was available. The maid didn't clean our room (not sure why we didn't put out service sign) We called for towels & replenished services and she acted as if she didn't want to give them to us when she arrived.

It's closing 09/16 for 4 months(ish) while they do renovations. Currently it's a fine hotel. The staff are good, no complaints. But it does have a center courtyard that's noisy, and there's a train that rumbles past and blows it's horn at the crossing, and there's the freeway construction on one side of the hotel that can be noisy. The suites allow you to close the door to your sleeping area so you don't hear the courtyard. That's good. Free breakfast is good. Complementary reception with drinks and snacks daily 5:00 until 7:00 is good. The water smells like it comes from a swamp, but I think that's just Boca. Otherwise, great hotel.

Once you get past the dothraki speakers of front desk ( I'm talking to you Tim)Everything else is great. The pool is heated, the breakfast phenomenal and you can't beat free happy hour drinks and snacks.

I enjoyed my stay. The dining area had been remodeled recently and looked very nice. The rooms were nice overall but the carpet could have done with a cleaning, as I noticed a couple stains.

I love Embassy suite, especially the one in Boca, my son is starting college in FAU, Embassy is 9min away from his college, so we been spending a lot of time there, love the staff, they are super friendly and very helpful, the rooms are always nice and clean, the breakfast is amazing and happy hr is the best, Gary the bartender makes so really good drinks!!! I highly recommend Embassy Suit in Boca Raton

The last time I attended an event at The Embassy Suites in Boca Raton, Florida was about 5 years ago. I would not have thought about hosting my own event there, until I went back on Saturday, May 21, 2016 for a Bat Mitzvah. Not only was the banquet room converted into a hot, South Beach-esque club, but catering now offers a turn-key event. Food, servers, decor, entertainment are ALL included and provided in-house. When entering the 'party' room, I felt as though I teleported to Miami and walked into the hippest club on South Beach. The passed appetizers were delicious, as were the buffet stations. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an updated, energetic venue in Boca Raton.
