Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Room was a great size with a nice view of the city. Great amount of sunlight during the day. The staff definitely did a great job of making sure the room was cleaned well. Will surely stay again next time we are in town.

The facility itself is above standard, however, it has absolutely NO parking on the premises. There are five spots in front and twenty one in the back lot. If you aren't one of the lucky two dozen folks, you end up parking in the street.... hopefully not in a metered pay for parking spot. The sister Hampton Inn across the street has a very LARGE dedicated controlled lot. Unfortunately, Embassy Suites guests cannot use it.

I like clean and it was very clean. I liked the security of my room. At the 3rd floor a key card is required to reach 4-7 ,that was awesome. It was quiet and rather large as well we stayed in 627. The view is great.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel was within walking distance to lots of points of interest. Would be glad to come back!

My family and I loved staying here! It is such a comfortable and quiet weekend away from the city . I love that there is a restaurant on site as well as nearby areas I can walk to if I need to buy any snacks or water. I wanted to shoutout Ms. Francine for her hospitality the moment we arrived at the hotel. She went above and beyond our expectations and we greatly appreciated that. Whenever we called for extra towels and blankets, there was no hesitation when receiving them. I also want to shout out Tosha for her hospitality as well when checking out today! Keep up the great work! ❤️ We enjoyed our stay.

After driving 18 hours with 3 kids under 3 we had an amazing stay at this hotel. The open bar with snacks, wine, & beer was an absolute life saver! As was the amazing free hot breakfast (plus omlette bar). The room was very quiet, comfortable, and clean. We loved the fact that there was a pull out sofa in the front sitting area with a door that closed our bedroom off from the toddlers. I did stick my toe in the pool which was clean, almost warm, and quiet. An amazing thank you to Kelly Q at the front desk! Even though they were short staffed, she booked my room quickly, saw to our needs, and even held/quieted my 2 month old baby! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Unlike most Embassy Suites this one doesn't have your typical open atrium in middle surrounded by rooms. This is laid out like a typical hotel. The rooms are typical embassy suites sizes. The room we were in is among the most updated, and well maintained E.S. rooms I've been in.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I didn’t have any problems at all. The staff is friendly and very willing to be of assistance. The breakfast was my least favorite part, though. There weren’t too many options to begin with, and some of those options weren’t very tasty anyway. Would recommend to a friend!

Great size room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Happy hour wasn't anything special, but we didn't feel that that was such a big deal.

Went to a restaurant that had good food. There was also desert. Lots of glass. Like windows everywhere. The desert was good. I can't remember what it was. I suppose it doesn't matter. Boy am i funny.

Stayed one night and really enjoyed my experience. The suite was very comfortable and had a nice view of the city out of the huge bedroom window. The location is nice, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and things to do nearby.

Toilet was broken in room never fixed despite asking desk, check out stood in line for 20 minutes (one person ahead of me) before giving up and leaving key on desk. However rooms were nice, clean and lobby was beautiful. Staff were hit or miss, spoke to some great guest services people and some not so great.

Edit: since coming home hotel has now charged us twice and would not correct it. Hilton 1-800 customer service however was super friendly and helpful. Hopefully they resolve the issue soon.

Edit 2: hotel called and resolved billing issue appreciated how promptly they corrected it and made up for the exchange rate fees on card by waiving parking.

Ample room in the suites. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I wasn't too impressed with the two dirty washcloths left inn the bathroom. Pool and exercise room was great. Breakfast was better than expected, great omelet bar.

The room was great. Hotel staff was nice. A little late on check in and down to the minute on time for removing breakfast. Hot tub has been filled in with plants but the pool was nice.

Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Hotel is in good shape, room was spacious and provided with necessities. Hotel is location right in downtown which is pretty convenient. Valet parking only but its fine. One thing i cant stand is the housekeeper didnt come even when there was the tag “housekeeping is required” on the door handle. Did call and get some fresh towels, but hope the housekeeping team could be more careful next time.

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. The young man who made the omelettes was entertaining and made a really good omelette. The steak restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a little small, but the fitness center was very reasonable. They do charge a $20/day valet fee - besides that there is only metered on-street parking - but the service was very quick and you didn't have to worry about searching for parking downtown. A really pleasant stay overall.

From the valet parking to the clean beautiful QUIET room this hotel was worth every penny. The extra security feature of needing a room key to allow the elevator to access the floors above the lobby was a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub were also clean and were a great way to end each day. Room 801 offered wonderful views of downtown at night

Staff was impeccable. Very helpful and breakfast selection was great. Very clean would go back.

Nice facility. Very attractive. Nice complimentary cocktail hour. Complimentary breakfast too, which looked good, but had insufficient seating. Room was clean, but right off elevator bank, which could be heard all night long. Elevators require room card to access guest floors, providing good security.

Stayed for my anniversary. Lovey hotel, great location. Staff was nice. I do have a complaint in that we ordered a bottle of champagne and strawberries with chocolate to celebrate... For the cost it was less than good. There were 7 of the tiniest unripe strawberries I have ever seen, and a plastic cup of melted chocolate. It's not a serious gripe, and was actually funny in its absurdity, but it was below expectations. Overall i enjoyed my stay. The view was great. Breakfast was nice, omlettes to order, a hot buffet, and standard cold fare.

Not cheap by any means, but as rarely as we stay in hotels it was worth it. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved the room set-up, hospitality of staff, free continental breakfast, window of time where they have free drinks at the bar, awesome fitness center, and pool area complete with a late-night hot tub dip. Tons of stuff to do downtown now, too. They just needed some bibles in the rooms for someone looking for something worth reading.

Clean well laid out rooms. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The only negative is the "queen" beds are actually full beds so there isn't a lot of room for two people.

The hotel staff was polite and professional. My overall experience was positive from the moment we checked in. The front desk was always manned and helpful. The house keeping service did an excellent job, the valet service was super quick and friendly. We loved the made to order breakfast and nightly happy hours. Our room meet our expectations and had a great view of downtown. I would come back!

The staff is great. I am staying here for the wing festival. They've been absolutely amazing to do things for my 6yr old daughter. They've even suggested places to go amd things to do. Great place to stay

Decent hotel for Buffalo in my opinion. Very business hotel looking with very professional staff. No complaints whatsoever. Had very good interactions at check in, with valet service, and with room service. Location is good as well as its close to the few attractions of Buffalo.

I stay at Hilton properties quite a bit, and this is one of my favorites! Very clean. Great staff & amenities.

Got there and the valet was quick on their feet and got our car taken care of for us. Check-in took a little longer than expected but I'll chalk that up to us having 7 people spread out across 2 rooms. The rooms are great quality. They looked very similar to the online pictures. Nothing felt low-quality. Checkout was a breeze. Great hotel overall. Friendly staff and good service

I attended a professional training at the hotel. The space was comfortable and accommodating. I also had lunch at their restaurant Sear and thoroughly enjoyed my meal!

Rooms at Embassy are large and comfortable but the devil is in the details. I found the room so-so for cleanness. There was a ring of slimy mold growing down from the grab bar in the bathtub. We brought it to the attention of the management and they tried to clean it but with limited success. I've come to expect the lack of vacuuming close to the bed etcetera but this was a bit beyond. Disappointing for a few hundred a night.

Very nice hotel. Great location lots of restaurants right in the area. Staff is very nice. Valet parking only but we found on street parking which is free on the weekends.

Beautiful sweets. I like that you have the Hilton Avenue request a digital room key which lets you open your room through your phone. To get a Corner Room see some great views of downtown Buffalo. Rooms are comfortable and you can adjust the thermostat to your liking. The bed too comfortable and the amenities are great

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Buffalo. Our room was fresh and clean with a great view of downtown. The valet for the car was extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this for your visit to Buffalo whether business or pleasure.

I've had mixed results with the attached steakhouse - Sear. But I don't think it's really connected with the hotel.

Clean nice sized rooms. I had no issues and enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable. Good all around.

This hotel was lovely. Everything was so nice. The people were kind and helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature. The food was delicious, and the staff knocked it out of the park. We had a wonderful stay.

Upscale hotel in the heart of buffalo. We stayed for 1 night in a queen suite and it was very spacious for the 6 of us. They offer free drinks and snacks in the evening and have an amazing breakfast spread. The staff is courteous and polite. Great experience, overall!

I've stayed here multiple times and had a great experience. They recently revamped the restaurant and I had a surprisingly good experience there. The food and service was great and the bar had a nice selection of craft beer and wine. Also one can never go wrong with the complementary happy hour and breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. In making my reservation I requested extra pillows and that was fulfilled. The attached restaurant has good food and the managers social at night was a nice addition. The morning courtesy breakfast was the best around. All in all a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Embassy Suites on Delaware in Buffalo. The room seemed pretty new. The bed was comfy. The lobby is very nice. The included breakfast was very good. I'd recommend this hotel, especially if you need a bit more room than the average hotel room.

Really nice space and wonderful lounge/parlor set up to hang with friends instead of crowding into a hotel room or sitting in a corporate feeling bar. Rooms were comfortable and spacious enough, but a little rough in the details - could use a touch up in the next year or two. Would definitely recommend.

The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nothing to write home about. For a Saturday they only had 2 check in people. It took us 20 minutes to check in. It should. It take that long. Parking was 10 for the stay. They do have a garage to park in. This was nice.

Great front of house staff, very kind and helpful. Room was wonderful, clean and well-stocked. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. Housekeeping does a great job in resetting the room and making sure you feel comfortable.

I've stayed at the Embassy Suites Buffalo 2 times now, and both times I've not been disappointed. The place has beautiful rooms, awesome location right in the heart of downtown Buffalo, and the friendliest staff you could ask for. For what you get here, the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

We stayed here 20 years ago with our children and came back just as a couple. Top notch hotel - view of the Falls was excellent…both the Canadian and American Falls. Bar atmosphere is great. Staff is very attentive. The overall experience was fantastic.

Overall we had a great stay. Check in was great, staff very friendly. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was very nice although seating was limited. My only complaint is that the beds are not that comfy.

The receptionist was welcoming and quick in getting me my room keys which was nice. Bartenders were knowledgeable and quick with their service. Location in Buffalo is close to many restaurants and bars downtown which is always a bonus.

The Embassy Suites Buffalo fit my needs. I wanted a comfortable bed and some oatmeal in the morning. They provided that. Their complementary breakfast buffet is very good. However, their Happy Hour buffet was just chips and salsa and some wine, which I also enjoyed, but there wasn't much to it. The room was nice and the service was nice.

Room had a great view and was well equipped for the price. Bar has a great scotch selection. Only negative was the water pressure in the shower, but it was in the top floor.

Spacious rooms, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very good.

I gave a 3 star because the room was clean however the ironing board and iron were still up in the room and it appeared as if the beds had not been changed. The sheets were very wrinkled and hair was in one bed. The pillow case and comforter were stained.
It appeared that maybe they did not change the linen. I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone from house keeping to come up and they changed the sheets

Also one last thing. The carpets in the hallway are dirty. They are very stained.

I was a guest at a wedding there. Everything was seamless - the open bar was handled very smoothly, even moving from the upstairs lounge to the banquet room. The room was gorgeous, the patio was lovely. The temperature was perfect for dancing but not too cold to be sitting at the tables. The only reason I take one star off is that the food wasn't prepared as well as I'd have expected for a nice place like this. My steak was very tough both to cut and to chew. But the staff was very friendly and I was surprised at how well they blended in and yet were there with whatever you needed. The place was clean and spacious, although we could have used a bigger dance floor. The groom's father said the bartender had his drink ready for him every time he went up there. That always impresses me. :) All in all, a very pleasant night!

Rooms are big suites and beautifully furnished. Beds are comfortable and pillows are nice. Breakfast was bigger than expected with made to order omelettes. Employees have been great. Highly recommend with five stars.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. All of the staff is very friendly and very attentive. Everything in my room is cleaned and replenished when I return in the evening down to the sugar packets used for my coffee. I will recommend Embassy Suites Buffalo to everyone in my office.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience but what stuck to me the most was the excellent customer service I received. Unfortunately I lost my watch during my stay, but when I called to inquire at the lost and found department my call was promptly returned by Ron and the watch was shipped out to me. I also received a follow up call to make sure I received my watch. I was definitely surprised and grateful from the honesty of the staff. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting buffalo because the location is also an ideal spot!

Best hotel towels I have ever had! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful to a fault. Love the free breakfast omelettes. The large windows in the rooms make the already-huge rooms feel even more spacious. Very centrally located in downtown, with quick access to the major highways.

I wanted to take the time to review our stay at the Embassy Suites in Buffalo, the service was out standing, smiles and attention at this hotel deserve more than five stars! Our room was clean the free breakfast was awesome and the managers reception was very nice.The staff is beyond helpful, and always had a smile on their face and seemed more than eager to help with whatever we requested. we thought the price of this hotel was a huge value and if we every get back to Buffalo we will definitely stay there again. Wonderful experience!
