I wanna rate this hotel a 5-star rated! I stayed before and it was a great experience that I had in this hotel. This place was so relaxing. The amenities that they had were excellent. The room where I stayed was so neat and spaciously clean. The breakfast that they served was so delicious especially the pancakes. The pool area was so clean and big as well. The hoteliers were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended hotel!

Our stay at this hotel was good. The front desk was very accommodating, clean rooms, and accessible to the shopping area with a lot of restaurants nearby. And also, booking was convenient online and no hassle during the check-in. On the other hand, the staffs were very nice, they often asked us if we need some drinks and they also suggested foods to try, overall the experience was amazing. Thank you!

This place is absolutely perfect! The windows open wide, so we enjoyed many hours over our 3-night stay. It was so relaxing. I feel homesick for that room, and we are 100% going back next year. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect attention to detail in our room as well as the breakfast room. Highly recommended!

This is my go-to hotel when I visit Los Angeles. The hotel is always clean my room is always immaculate always fresh towels you know anything you can ask for they have it. They have a restaurant downstairs they have great food there's also a bar and they have complimentary happy hour every day starting from 5 to 7 p.m. they have complimentary breakfast every day or every morning shall I say with omelets to you know freshly made to order it was awesome swimming pool doesn't close till midnight so my son was totally occupied. I love the embassy LAX North

Interior is nice, breakfast bar was great with eggs ordering station. The staff was friendly and helpful. We experienced issues with the air conditioning on the 8th floor, but it wasn't terrible. It was about 80° in the room overnight, but the staff provided us with fans to stay cool. (They offered to change our room, but we had already unpacked and had kids that needed to get to sleep for Disney day).

Nice rooms and a complimentary happy hour so you want a cocktail or beer? Breakfast had lots of choices and you can be A real pig if you want. LAX is just down the street if you need to fly out in the morning you will be super close.

For an airport hotel it's very good.
People are nice and rooms are good.
My bedsheets had a smell to them but they probably missed it or cut a corner .

The rooms are very clean with very modern amenities. The main foyer is beautiful with a waterfall and very chic seating. The breakfast is also amazing with omlets, cook to order eggs, fresh bacon and buffet style food as well. Couldn't ask for a more comfortable, affordable stay.

I do love this hotel & the convenience to the airport. Rooms are large, spacious & clean. Breakfast is good & is usually busy... especially since most of the people are hurrying to get to the airport!

My only disappointment, is that they had A LOT of rooms open when I got there; but as a gold member they still didn't allow me early check in. :-(

All in all, this is a good place!

They have a Happy Hour with free drinks, nachos, veggies with dip from 5:30-7:30pm. In the morning free breakfast which includes fresh made omelets, fruit, pastries, cereals, juice & coffee. Best to head for breakfast early!

The room only gave me a 3 star feeling but the staff was pretty great and the room worked perfect for what I used it for which was a graduation after social with family for some drinks and laughs..We also had a luncheon in the atrium which was $39 a plate but it was alot of food! And it was good! I thought everything overall was a little pricey but I think of it as where I live I pay $800 to rent a really nice two bedroom house, the same two bedroom house in LA might cost you $2,800 a month.. so in other words to get what I got that's what it cost in LA..

Location was great. Busy location with LAX being right there. Very modern decor, room was bigger than expected. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Staff not so friendly. But had an overall great stay.

Great Hotel, super close to LAX. They offer a decent breakfast which included in the price. Service is awesome and the rooms are equipped with anything you need. Clean and modern. Prices can be a little expensive though.

Stayed in room 611 on the Premium Floor where you can get "unlimited" snacks and drinks (that's if the vending machine was filled / actually gave you the item). Staff was wonderful. The room was great. The only issues were the pull out couch was very worn in. I know pull out couches aren't the most comfortable mattresses on Earth but you can tell it was time for a new one. The only other thing was when the heating / cooling turned on it would make a startling sound. The pick up / drop off / shuttle area is a bit small and you need to quickly load and unload your car as to not cause a back up. The biggest plus is a small balcony outside of the rooms which is a nice touch cause not all the hotels in the area have that option. Overall, the hotel is great. No hotel is perfect but I'd definitely stay again.

I often meet people here for meetings or put clients in this hotel. It’s a clean nice hotel! Surprisingly good service as well. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Some of the carpet could be replaced but not a big deal. All and all a good place to stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Embassy. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. Also, the atmosphere was quite pleasant. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

The location in relation to the airport was convenient, especially since they had a free shuttle service. We waited quite a while to catch the shuttle (tip: look for shuttles displaying embassy suites north) but once we got on it took only a few minutes. Check in was easy, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was really nice. The room was spacious, the hotel itself was easy to navigate and the staff were very friendly. The cocktail hour featured some snacks and free drinks from 5:30 - 7:30 P.M. The morning continental breakfast had everything you'd expect, but also had a made to order omelet station. The shuttles had GPS tracking, so when we had to plan our trip to the airport the front desk staff were able to assist us in planning our return to the airport.

We stopped here for a quick layover between flights. The reception was welcoming and the hotel seemed to be recently renovated. They had a great lounge and happy hour offered to all guests. The room was great met all expectations we had from other embassy suites! Clean and sufficient!

This airport is located right by LAX. The interior architecture was a bit old-fashioned, but it seems like the interior finishes have been renovated. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. I stayed for business and would stay again. They also have a robot Butler that delivers room service and store items which I didn't get to try, but the staff seemed stoked about it!

AC didn't work and kept blowing warm air. The room service robot is cool but kinda slow. Rooms and lobby are nice. Breakfast is good

I had breakfast here recently along with a business meet up. Amazingly spacious, open, well-lit lobby. Nice meeting rooms with full amenities. Well staffed and wifi on par with other local properties. Parking garage is below ground; no valet or concierge that I was aware of. Gift shop, small baggage storage, and 24-hour shuttle service to nearby LAX.

Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. Our rooms were quiet despite being nearly in the landing pattern of LAX. Complimentary happy hour and free hot, made-to-order breakfast options were on point and amazing! One downside is that the hotel charges over $30 nightly to park onsite in extraordinarily small and insufficient lot. I would recommend this hotel for anyone without a vehicle, and would steer those using on their own transportation to book elsewhere to save on costs.

Nice rooms. The AC is noisy. The robot they use to deliver toiletries is pretty cool. The hallways are kind of cold. The breakfast is very oily. Service is good though.

Fab hotel with a robot named "Winnie". No more waiting for housekeeping to deliver to your suite. For a $2.00 fee she can have it there in a jiffy. And the free breakfast if fab. They will even make your omelette any way you like it. Parking is $30.00 but its worth it.

Very welcoming staff when you arrive. This hotel is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this location. The rental car locations are within a few minutes walk aswell.

Stayed for a business trip for a few days. I arrived early and they didn't have my room ready for me, but they were willing to hold my bag. Interior is a much modern Embassy Suites with a modern waterfall and eating area. Rooms are typical of what you'd expect at Embassy Suites. Only a minor gripe would be that the shower heads don't have as much water pressure compared to the nearby Hilton. Breakfast was excellent and not too long of you siow up early. I would stay here again for the right rate.

Stayed a night on the top floor. I love the two rooms suite style rooms, there were 5 of us staying there and it made it feel much less crowded. We also had a problem with an uber driver, and the people at the front desk were kind enough to meet him at the front when we were away from the hotel. Very positive experience.

Thank goodness this establishment has such an amazing Breakfast and free drinks from 5:30-7:30pm. I did notice that they do not have any regard for individuals with valid disabled parking permits. I gave notice to the worker and management about someone who was parked in a handicap spot yet there wasn't any enforcement of state policy. McDonald's has better WiFi than the hotel

Spacious rooms in convenient location. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower and the free breakfast was a bit basic. There is also some small street noise depending which way your room is facing.

Overall an average stay. We had a room on the eighth floor and could still hear street traffic. Airplane noise was to be expected but it would have been nice if the room was more soundproofed in light of its location. I could also hear the person near door snoring at night. Check in staff was not as friendly as expected, but the check out guy was very nice so must be hit and miss. Breakfast was OK and the rooms look nicer than the average embassy suites.

The room was clean, the staff professional and polite. I ate at the internal restaurant and the fettuccine Alfredo was amazing. Spent only one night bit will book there again.

I like the idea of Embassy Suites and this one was fine. First room smelled like smoke and AC didn't work but they fixed quickly. Second room was fine though they clearly hadn't gotten to it yet on the returns - busted couch, loose bathroom fixtures. Dinner at the restaurant was adequate.

The hotel was clean but the beds were hard and the pillows too soft. The suttle from the airport took forever! We continued to see shuttles for other hotels mulutple times. We stayed on the suit floor which did have it's perks. Vending machine items were free so stocking up on water and snacks for our venture into LA was awesome. Breakfast was free and tasty but a little too salty for me. Great place if you need a retaliation car there are multiple places right across the street

My kids and I absolutely LOVE this hotel and our room and its view was perfect... Brenda and Lourdes was also very helpful and they made me feel very comfortable . I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for your hospitality guys!

The rooms were fine, not huge, but reasonable. But the reception service was amazing! We were traveling with three children and the staff were happy, helpful and very accommodating of our needs. Everyone was friendly and offered useful suggestions so we could get the most out of our stay and tour. I can't speak more highly of the service. The restaurant had good quality dinner which for fussy eaters is great, quite upscale. And again the wait staff were friendly which is appreciated. The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly.

After checking into 631, had to change rooms twice to 605 then 612 due to defective plumbing. Walking into first room, light switch did not turn on light bc lamps were turned off. Had to trip around dark room to find a lamp. Missing and loose light bulbs in room. Went to charge phone but the outlet wouldn't hold the plug and plug just fell out. Reported issues to night front desk. Checked in with morning front desk about issues and was told they saw no notes by the night staff. Always looked forward to breakfast at Embassy but breakfast this time was substandard with tasteless fruit and watered down juice. Hotel is definitely showing age.

We ended up with a very late check in due to our flight being delayed. When we arrived at 11:30 p.m., the young man at the desk was very helpful and got us into our room quickly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The full breakfast the next morning was a perfect way to start the next leg of our journey home, no need to eat expensive airport food. The airport shuttle was convenient and appreciated. Well done, Embassy Suites!

Top notch service!! Everyone was very nice. The dining area is beautiful. Shuttle directly from the airport. Was in my room literally 30 minutes after I landed. Excellent place to stay that I would recommended to everyone!
