We chose the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago North Shore Deerfield because of its reputation. The main hotel/casino is beautiful and fun so we weren't disappointed. The suites are very large and comfortable, however, the lighting in the suites is terrible.

It is a wonderful stay. Rooms are great, the inside scenery is beautiful. The staff are so sweet, kind and accommodating. Made me feel at home.

Wonderful stay expereince! The entire staff were professional, considerate and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious, highly recommend.

Have stayed here for many years. Nice room. Excellent service. Terrific made to order breakfast. And the price was under 100.

Great place to stay!! Perfect location for the Naval Graduation. The two room suites... the free Breakfast & Happy Hour puts the cherry on top! Friendly staff too! We loved this place!!

Nice staff, rooms were clean and really large. The continental breakfast was really well stocked. You can have freshly cooked omelets from the wait staff. Location is a little tucked away off the main road.

The hotel is clean and a pretty standard Embassy suites. It’s a good location. The bathrooms could do with a remodel.

We had a light that flickered in the bathroom and asked for them to fix it. It didn’t get fixed but we didn’t chase it either.

I do have to agree with the reviews about the front desk. We arrived back to the hotel in Friday night with 4 police cars and a fire truck out front. We were hesitant to enter so walked to the front desk to ask if it was okay to go to our rooms. The front desk clerk acted like there was nothing going on. Asked why we were asking and proceeded to tell us she had no clue what was going on. Then let us know it wasn’t happening on our floor. She was not the most reassuring person. Would have appreciated someone more friendly.

Breakfast was not the best. Really greasy bacon and potatos and the eggs were over cooked. But the evening reception was always nice.

The hotel itself has been fantastic. I'm staying here while in town for business and greatly enjoying my stay. The room is fantastic, I've had no issues with the service here at all. I give the hotel four stars instead of five because the gym has been consistently dirty and putrid. The area around the hotel is great, just about anything you might need is within 10 minutes of the hotel.

Location was close to the Pipe City Lacrosse tournament. It was a bit dated and showing age, but the room was comfortable. We received an upgrade and it was nice to have a suite with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had a large living area so we we could entertain after our games were over. Kids could hang out in the room, too. Vanities outside the bathrooms made it easy to do hair and makeup while other family members used shower. Good experience. I really like the digital key.

This was a pretty nice hotel. My room came with complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. I have no complaints.

Nice hotel for the otherwise dull place. Large Lobby with a restaurant and a small bar. Hot Breakfast with make to order omelets. Evening snacks with free beer / wine every weekday.
Large size rooms along with a living room. They also have 2 & 3 Bedroom suites.
I am a business traveler a stay here every 2 to 3 weeks. Its probably the best if you are in Deerfield area.
The only complaint I have is with their front desk staff. They haven't been as welcoming as usual Hilton's are.

Checked in to a dirty room but we moved to a nice room. Day 2 part of the AC outside broke because it was working so hard and we came back to a very hot room. It's 10pm and we are waiting for it to cool down. Everyone's been really nice but I was hoping for a nice Father's Day Weekend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The check-in process was very fast and efficient. When returning to Chicago, this will be our hotel "first-choice", without a doubt.

Great price compared to similar hotels in downtown Chicago. Clean and well maintained. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Less than 2 miles to Metra's Lake Cook Station where daily parking is only $1.50 and train to Chicago is only $6.75.

Large clean and comfortable rooms. Neat Laurie and good help. Pool was good sized. The elevator, while fun for kids the first time was a bit slow. Parking lot was in rough shape and it is pretty close to the highway so ask for a northern side room.

We stay here all the time and they are always great! The rooms are cleans, The beds are comfortable, The common areas are nice.We see some of the same workers for over 10 years. I met the GM John on the elevator this trip and he asked how my stay was and he really cared about all details! Embassy Suites you have a great Manager and you need to give John a Raise!!!

Family friendly hotel with a very nice heated pool, breakfast, nice spacious rooms, and top notch staff. Will definitely stay here again. Great location near a lot of retail and restaurants as well.

Location is convenient to the highway. Rooms are very large and well kept. Breakfast in the morning has a plethora of options including cooked to order omelets and pancakes

Nice basic hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is very good and the overall hotel is clean. Nothing is walkable but many different areas are very assecible (downtown is less than 30 mins and even Milwaukee is about an hour). This is our second time staying because it's a nice place to stay if you're going to be moving around.

Usual Embassy Suites experience: the suite room, the reception and the breakfast including a la carte. Located at backside of a business area with easy access, and has it’s own large parking lot. The atrium and public area is renovated not too far back. A more contemporary layout. Stayed here 2 nights over a weekend. This place appears very popular with families and groups.

Love the digital key. I have stayed at most of the major hotels around this area and they are all different and yet the same. Omelette station at breakfast is great. Evening complimentary reception is ok since I prefer not to drink and the light snacks are really light (compared to the Residence Inn)

Regina is the best associate!! She really helped make our stay far more enjoyable and her hospitality and customer service are top notch!! Dinner at the restaurant was great and we appreciate that they are very kid friendly!

My experience was rather limited, as I was there to pick up my client for house hunting, however with everything that I've encountered there for that short time was great. Staff was really friendly and smiling! Greeted me immediately. Amenities such as the lobby and what I can see of the cafeteria looked clean.

We stayed here for one night while attending my brother graduation and the room was great. Very spacious and super clean. Breakfast was included .The location was nice

Conveniently located, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. The happy hour is not to be missed. The hotel has recently improved its snack offerings, making them healthier. The breakfast is delicious, with an amazing omelet station. The rooms need updating, which is the reason for 4 stars.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. The hotel room does get a bit cold at night in the winter, but there are plenty of blankets. The continental breakfast is expensive and only ok.

Many favourable qualities . Only twenty minutes to the airport (when no traffic) . Spacious, clean, well- maintained rooms. Room is larger than expected. Would definitely check this hotel for availability when returning to the Deerfield area.

Best hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were big and nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff at the front desk were friendly, and the food was top notch. And it was free! The pool was just the right temperature and twice I had it all to myself. The hottub was just the place to go if you need time to relax. And not to mention all of this came cheap. I'd definately recommend staying here!

The front desk clerks are pleasant to work with and attentive to your needs. The hotel is nice but needs to be updated. The breakfast is bland and lacks variety. Despite the friendly restaraunt staff, the food is not good. The rooms are clean, but like the rest of the hotel, needs a major update. Overall, my stay was slightly above average and I'd stay again.

My wife and I were in town visiting some friends and did not plan on spending much time in our hotel. However, once we arrived we were left in awe by the wonderful service and beautiful atmosphere this reasonably priced hotel had to offer. We spent every afternoon from 5:30pm to 7:30pm enjoying their complimentary drinks (beer and cocktails included) and snacks. This hotel will be a must whenever we have the chance of staying in the area.

Very comfortable room including the bed! Actually got a decent night's sleep the first night, and that never happens for me. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is second to none but the lady who makes the eggs is as salty to the guests as her food. 😕 The happy hour is great! The bartender (Salvador) is fantastic. Big suites. Excellent workout room and pool.

Saturday night visiting from out of state for a 60th wedding anniversary with family and a few of us gathered here since one of the group had a room at this hotel and it was deemed to be the nicest with a large open gathering area. We sat at a single table in the large open area. At 11:00pm the bar closed, they put up ropes across all the entrances, and then an employee came over and asked us to leave because they had to clean and setup for breakfast the next day. The place was basically empty and already cleaned up. Although the worker was very polite, that didn't feel very welcoming.

Nice rooms, beds nice to sleep in. People who worked there were very nice and helpful. Restaurant was over priced. Breakfast started to late every day when we were there so never got to take part in that. Fridge in room would not get cool. Pool area is small and not good ventilation (felt like a sauna all the time)

Great hotel. Nice room. Good restaurant and other dining amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. With a good business room and other conference rooms to be mention. Would definitely stay again since it was reasonably priced.

We visited friends and had a few drinks and went swimming. The bar area was nice. The swimming pool seemed over chlorinated and the pool deck was really slippery. Several people in our group fell.

Some of the staff was great and some was... not. Excellent front desk and bar staff during the afternoon open bar, but breakfast staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. Pillows left much to be desired and for some reason they booked a conference that had loud music every night Tuesday through Friday (which is odd given that their primary customers seem to be business folks).. not an overall bad experience but definitely could have been better.

Location is convenient for local offices, the rooms are comfortable with super nice beds. Great place to come for a few nights on business.

Our room was right off the atrium which is used for breakfast and Hospitality events. Great location, food, and staff! We loved it and arereturning in a couple of weeks for a wedding.

Exactly what I had expected when I booked this hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is located right on a major highway so the side of the building facing it is a bit noisy. If you want a more quiet room ask for one away from the highway

I had a bit of a issue with my credit card when I first arrived and the staff was very understanding and patient with me and they were very nice. I booked a king suite it was very nice clean spacious everything in order I had no problems except after taking a shower the handle on the shower got stuck in the water continue to run but that was immediately fixed by a staff member once I called to the front desk. The room is very spacious and you can make it either private or very open to other people in the hotel because there is a Windows for the room with shades and each room has a TV and phone you can control your own heat and air. I'm currently using a voice texting app to write this review so I will fix it later I currently had a very long and detailed review and as soon as I was about to post it Maps delayed and stopped and also delete the pictures that I tried to post along with my review which I'll try to post later but overall it's one of the best hotels I've been to and I would recommend it and I will be going back again as soon as I possibly can

We took our kids for swimming lessons. The private instructor uses the embassy suites pool to help the kids with one on one swimming. The hotel is always clean and fresh towels are always ready for my boys.

Everything perfect. Good food, nice service. It could be nice to have plugs for Europeans as well. Not only American.

Easy to get to location. Great room, very helpful staff and delicious complimentary breakfast buffet. Fun pool for the kids and really enjoyed the central square inside.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and do not hesitate to help you in any way. The breakfast is nice...Pastries, beverages, hot buffet, as well as a made to order egg station. Rooms are decent. The couch and chair in the living room area are not the most comfortable by any means. The hotel is only a few minutes from the nearest Metra Train station that will take you right into downtown Chicago.

Incredible hotel. Neat pool, happy hour with nacho bar every(?) night, the suites are reasonably priced and fairly large, perfect for us with the kids. Only complain is the shower heads are average height (I'm 6'6" so used to it)!

This hotel takes care of everything! I'll start with the negative thing, since it's important. This hotel is hard to find and get to. If you can navigate the confusing streets and lack of direction, you're golden.

Once you're there, the rooms are large and luxurious. Almost everything about the room will make you comfortable. The bathroom only has a shower and no tub, which made it difficult to bathe our small boys.

The happy hour drinks and snacks are great, but the breakfast is really good. Everything you could possibly want and it's free for guests.

Room was always 62-66F, colder at night. It was September. The front desk said their heating system was shut off until the weather got colder and to open a window or they could move us to a warmer room. Will stay at a more modern hotel next time. Nice room otherwise. Reasonable breakfast.

Easy to get to location right off the interstate. Clean hotel, that could use some updating in the rooms and hallways, similar to the updating the lobby has already gone through.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite on the pull-out couch. It was so comfortable! The room was spacious and the service at the hotel was incredible. They take care of you from the moment you book, before even entering the doors. Would definitely recommend to the traveler looking to relax.

A nice hotel at a good price. Breakfast was always good during the two nights we were there. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location just off the tri-state was a plus. I would recommend and stay here again without hesitation.

My family and I stayed here last year, my son was graduating from the Navy. It was the one of best hotels I have stayed at. Everything was clean, pool area was nice a clean, the staff was great, the ambiance is wonderful, the open area in the middle of the hotel "wow". Like the happy hour (need better finger foods) and the breakfast was awesome. It was not too far from the Navy area, for the graduation. Located not too far from downtown Chicago. it was great!
