The drinks were great. Service was pretty good, attentive. Bar area was nice, bustling. Would have liked another TV, but all in all a great hotel bar. Plenty of space but also some nice nooks and crannies. ;)

Great choice for our stay in Laredo, Texas, as should be expcted from the Hilton chain of hotels. I have to say the indoor swimming pool is extremely appreciated... it can be pretty hot during the summer here. Outstanding amenities and impeccable service. Bilingual, (Spanish / English), as one would expect due to the proximity to the border. Haven't tried the Ambassador Restruant, yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

The room was fantastic and the house keeping was also great. The front desk on the other hand.. it took 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged. The second day i tried to buy water from the little concession stand... they took so long I just left 2 dollars on the front desk. I would stay here again but I would have to lower my expectations for service at the front desk.

Hi, I am Max Pámanes. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Laredo is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Probably I will go again, but it depends on my family and the reasons that I will go. Embassy has some nice suites and also the hotel has nice food and staff which help me any time.

The rooms are pretty good, but the door couldn't open so I asked the lobby if there was someone else. They told me to strongly pull up the handle and push... Awkward. Then the restaurant needs attention from management. They took almost the hour to serve . I asked for a steak sandwich that tasted like carton, it wasn't seasoned at all, the bread was dry and hard to bite. The waitress told us they had a big table of 10 persons and that was the reason of the delay. Come on... Just 10? Then we asked to split checks and he gave us a lecture about requesting splitting checks before ordering. At that time we were the only table of 3. It was almost empty. Finally, the checks arrived and we put the dinner on each room of ours. A friend of mine didn't add any service and the waitress asked him "didn't you like the service?" So he was forced into tipping the guy. In the other hand, the service at the front desk was very good as well as the shuttle driver's. I think the hotel needs to revamp the restaurant and take a better care of quality of service in that area, usually we go out to dinner but after a day travelling we were expecting far more. ROOM: The room TV is average but the remote control is outdated with hard to press buttons. On the other side, the complimentary breakfast was very good, always a pleasure to enjoy. One last thing I'd like to add is the lack of 24 hours coffee service just like Staybridge or other hotel chains offer to customers. There's nothing like arriving to the hotel and have a good cup of joe. The coffee at the room? Not good, not convenient. Shuttle service? Yes, excellent complementary service. Would I stay again at Embassy: yes.

A very nice hotel. My room was equipped with a separate living room. There were two television sets. If you have children, they could watch different shows. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I got a made to order omelet, and crispy bacon. The staff is friendly and courteous. It stands next to a local mall. I highly recommend this place.

My first home when I moved here! Stayed with them a little over a month while I settled in. The staff is courteous and friendly. Breakfast is good and open bar from 5-7 every weekday.

Been staying here for many years. Its a great family place with delicious breakfast included and served daily. It has standard breakfast offerings as well as beans, tortillas, salsa, potatoes and made to order omletts. These are not the typical reheated frozen food options hotels tend to offer but are homemade! The suit is spacious and I never feel cramped.

A very nice hotel with wonderful rooms and ubication. It's breakfast included is well prepared and also very tasty. And it's in front of the mall, so you can go shopping whenever you want

The room was great for a suite, the AC was a little loud when it shut off, the hot water took a while to get to the 6th floor. I was almost done with my shower before it really got hot to where I had to turn it down. Breakfast was great.

We went to a convention here. While here didn't do much but I did see the bar area and bathrooms. They were clean and inviting. I watched a little bit of the Cowboys game. Looked worth staying with my wife here for our anniversary coming up.

Everything was neatly placed and cleaned. The environment was welcoming, and the atmosphere of the rooms left me relaxed.

Stayed here in premium room... Cost was an additional $50.00... Provides you with snacks... Received four sodas... Two bags of chips.. Two water bottles... Two candy bars each day for that $50.00... They won't allow you more... Rooms are not as clean as they once were... Breakfast is not as good .. Staff is not accommodating... Going downhill

Hotel bar and restaurant service was very slow, took forever to get in food and drinks orders, forgot the sauce on my steak. Front desk was super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. Food was actually really good, just lacking in the service department. Overall not a bad stay and definitely one of the better choices in Loredo.

Attended a business meeting at the hotel. The room was clean and lunch provided was very good. The only concern is the meeting next to us was very loud.

Located just 2 miles to the border with México, this is a low priced, very good motel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is good enough. The building itself is a bit old, but very well kept. Our bathroom had some minor wall damage, but since it was very clean, we didn't care. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

I love Embassy Suites, their rooms are always clean and neat, definitely worth the stay. They also offer complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Ideal location, close to the mall and other stores and popular restaurants. The staff goes out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay.

Since I booked online I had no trouble getting to my room. But there were some problems. The bathroom door lock was not working at all and the A/C was pretty weak. So I got switched to another room and all was fine. Finally the breakfast there was really good. And the pool was great.

They offered a free happy hour which included 2 free well drinks or 2 beers. They also offered a free continental cooked to order breakfast. The rooms were extremely nice as well as all other amenities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. I am not disappointed and will only be staying here on my future trips to Laredo.

We had gone to attend a cousins bridal shower there & it was amazing. The wait staff was polite ... My aunt had rented a room there as well. Omg! We never expected the room to be huge. So much space. Very peaceful

The Best Western San Isidro was exceptionally clean quiet & comfortable. The room was beautiful the pool was wonderful & all the staff were welcoming & very nice! From the minute we walked in to the last day. We cannot commend this hotel enough

Hotel is very clean and well run. Free drinks during happy hour and a good breakfast buffet. Only complaint is the low flow shower head but that's in almost every hotel.

Awesome foyer with breakfast buffet and bar. The suites are perfect size and feature two tv's, a microwave, fridge, safe, etc. Everything was clean and in working order. Happy hour featured free alcoholic drinks, and the breakfast buffet was the best free buffet I've ever seen. They have a cook there to make you fresh breakfast tacos or omelettes just as you like them. The nightly price was very reasonable for all of this!

I don't understand why all the Televisions are tuned to the Fox news channel, this is supposed to be a place where you can relax but it is not happening here....please change the channel to sports or anything but that. I was told the manager tells employees to tune to that channel... Not good for your guests.

The rooms here are huge. Nice kitchen set up with a big fridge so you don't have to eat out. Very comfortable and super clean. Complimentary breakfast is a little odd in the fact that you microwave your own food. But there is plenty of it. Will try to stay here on all my trips to the area.

Had a great time with my husband here at Embassy Suites. We were very stressed out from a long day and a bad experience at another hotel, and the staff at Embassy Suites were very kind and professional and made everything so pleasant! The rooms were nice and clean and they even upgraded our room at no charge! When we come back to Laredo we will be staying here for sure!

The location is really good because it is behind the shopping mall. The rooms are nice with a background of business. The service was good, including the breakfast and the happy hour.

I love Embassy Suites! It has the most comfortable beds to sleep in and the most beautiful rooms. Then their morning breakfast is so mouth watering.

Quality and service fall well short of Embassy Suites brand name and reputation. Rooms are clean, nice atrium area with waterfall. Front desk staff not helpful nor friendly, expect to find the hotel's amenities on your own. Pool water was not clear so cleaning and filtering was an issue, didn't affect kids fun but something worth noting. The food also fell short of the norm, pizza appeared to be a pre-prepared crust vs. handtossed and the jalapeno popper appetizer was definitely not freshly made. Recommend to go out and eat locally if you want excellent food at fairer prices. The food at the Hotel was very expensive yet lacked the quality of a gourmet meal Hotel rate was more expensive, about double, than other local hotels but with little amenities and service to justify it.
