Business trip. Overnight guest. Very impressed with the room size, quality of fixtures and appliances. The king size bed was fantastic pillows were super soft and I got a great night sleep. The bathroom is upscale and clean. The hot breakfast was adequate but very tasty. The Atrium nature of the hotel is very open and impressive. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and a golf resort and spa. Overall a fantastic experience.

Embassy Suites Hilton is as good as it gets in Lexington. Full service hotel with all bells and whistles. Rooms are crisp and neat with everything you need and some. Free breakfast buffet with omelette bar that adds value and the touch that other hotels lack. Staff is very professional and ready to help with anything you might have forgot or need. Embassy Hilton wins.

The air conditioning was terrible in room. Several of my colleagues and myself are the horrible way overpriced dinner that made the majority if us very sick. We had to leave our conference early due to stomach issues. Steak was not cooked anywhere close to request. We were told limited menu but in reality plentiful salmonella. Indoor pool was so cold that you could not swim on July 31st it was ridiculous. I would have been happier in a Motel 6.

By far one of my favorite hotels to stay in, just not exactly easy on the wallet every time. Great location, excellent room's, and awesome staff. I highly recommend Embassy Suites in Lexington

Spacious! Room was large enough to accommodate 4 line buffet dinner, 150+ guests, live band, dance floor, cake, displays, gift and welcome tables with room to spare. Host was allowed to self decorate room, which was gorgeously done. Restrooms were just inside banquet hall and very clean. Food was flavorful and quite tasty. There was enough Wait staff to accommodate multiple table requests at once. Wait staff was on their job ensuring all guests were please. Made for a great evening spent reuniting with friends and family.

This was a great hotel stay. Great staff, spectacular rooms. Seems like the rooms have been updated some time in the past few years. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was super above average.

This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable , with a large screen TV in the sitting room . The room I had cane with a small sink and a refrigerator.

We reserved a meeting room for a client meeting and the staff helped us with getting everything setup including the table, chairs, and audio visual equipment. This is a nice place to stay when you're in the Lexington area.

Impressive lobby and room had a living room and a lockable door into the bedroom. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Be sure to ask the person making omelets to also make you a chocolate chip pancake!

First time staying at this hotel. I was rather impressed.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel self is actually very clean. I appreciate the fact that my hotel room was clean.
Room was good , not great but good. The only issue I had with my room was that he did not cool down very well. I kept checking the thermostat to make sure something wasn’t set on the wrong temp or setting, but I guess certain rooms not cool down very well. I stayed hot till about midnight and then it finally cooled . I have seen other reviews saying the same thing so maybe something that management should look into. Even a small room fan in the rooms that are staying hotter would be helpful.
Bathroom was a little small for my liking.
The continental breakfast was good.
Getting a fresh omelette was a nice touch!
Overall a good hotel and somewhere I stay again and recommend !

Classy hotel. The suites are quite nice. Food is excellent. The customer service is above expectations. Atmosphere and ambience.... relaxing, elegant yet not overstated. You can’t go wrong at this hotel!

I only stayed overnight, so I didn't get to enjoy a lot of the amenities, like the pool and such.

I arrived at 10:00 PM and went to my room. It was clean and had all the usual Hotel stuff, ice bucket and such.

The suite was spacious for a single person traveling light and fairly comfortable. The room was very quiet, I never heard anyone in the lobby ( my room was on the first floor ) or outside. I say just fairly comfortable and only gave it four stars because the bed was just a little bit too soft for my taste.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A decent breakfast, will stay again if I'm back in Lexington.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Room was nice and very clean well layed out. Hotel itself was quite and very clean. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. King bed we had was comfortable . Pool are was very nice and clean. The lobby was very relaxing with the fountains. We will be having to make frequent trips to Lexington and this hotel will be our go to. The only downside was our room was on the warm side and we had a hard time cooling it. The pool water temp was very cold.

The lobby is very nice. The breakfast is wonderful with fresh pancakes and omelettes. The free drinks at night are nice, but the snacks could be better. The rooms are dated. Need a bigger tv in the room. The beds are just okay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Great hospitality and a wonderful continental breakfast. Not very impressed with the restaurant food... They don't bus their tables right away sometimes so it looks bad. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, but could be cleaned a little more thorough. I liked the fact that they have a guest laundry room, but it's awful. This place could be a five star if they stepped it up a little bit more.

Updated decor in rooms. VERY comfortable beds, walk-in showers with glass sliding door. Chair-height, super flushing toliets. Five floors of clean hospitality. I like the in- room amenities such as providing a soap tray on the bathroom vanity for the soap. This hotel chain strives to exceed the expectations of their guests--and they do! A hit breakfast. I enjoy the free made to order breakfast line; oh, and the daily Manager's Receiption!!

Right off the highway. Big, comfortable room. Good food at on-site restaurant. Full bar. Pet friendly.

This place is really awesome enjoyed it a lot rooms clean and comfortable the only thing I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub to relax in.. they have a swimming pool but no hot tub :/ really wanted to relax with husband .. while watching children swim. Came here to visit during cold weather and there is was snow outside, other than that I would give it 5 star. Has a restaurant conveniently here .

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the airport, and interstate. The hotel is very nice inside and out, and the grounds are well maintained. There is a bar that obviously has drinks, and offers appetizer type foods. Staff is very attentive, and friendly. The hotel had free drinks, alcoholic and non, and snacks each night we were there for a couple of hours in the evening. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. And the beds, and bedding were very cozy. For breakfast they had made to order omelets, and pancakes as well as offering a full buffet of eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins,etc. I was very pleased with my stay, and would recommend this location to others.

Amazing hotel. Staff are very friendly and willing to help the guest get the best expierince possible. The room are big with a bedroom separate from the rest of the room. Bed are very comfortable and the hotel is quite at night so a good night sleep is easy to find. I would recommend this Embassy location to anyone visiting the area.

This was the first time my family and I had the pleasure of staying at this location and we had a great experience! The hotel is very easy to find and the staff was very helpful and nice. We arrived in Lexington two hours before check-in and they were very gracious and gave our room to us early! The lady at the desk asked for my Hilton's reward card but I didn't have it with me but she volunteered to look it up and then gave us a quick tour before we headed up to our room.
The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. My son loved having his own room with the bigger TV and the pullout sofabed. My wife and were very happy with an actual king size bed that was very comfortable down to the pillows!
The hotel is very nicely designed much like their other property at Lexington Green. The atrium is a nice touch with all the plants creating a nice atmosphere.
Before leaving we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with made to order omelettes and pancakes! Overall we had a great time and we got to experience the 1st snow of the season while we were here and the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas so it made for a nice memory!
I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again in the future!

It was a nice hotel for a conference. There was plenty of parking, it was very close to the interstate and fairly easy to find. The food was very fresh and the staff did well to replenish it. Overall I was pleased.

Everything was great except the sofa bed sheets and bedding were dirty. Found a long hair and the blanket obviously wasn't washed. The restaurant staff were great. Breakfast was good. Even had a made to order omlet. Guess the sofa bed was an oversight on the part of housekeeping.

Embassy Suites Lexington features a gorgeous interior, professional service, and delicious food. Towering ceilings, abundant greenery, and running water create a open, luxurious atmosphere the moment you step inside the lobby. The room was clean and well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The room service was quick and the food tasted delicious. We've kept coming back to this location year after year and it's no surprise why.

Nice hotel, clean and we'll appointed. Happy hour drinks are great, food however is lacking (if one has to suffer this is certainly my preference). The place is starting to show it's age however and really needs some update (the carpets would be a good place to start) hence the Los of a star.

i did not stay here. I attended a meeting but the service was great. The food was so good for appetizer type food and it was beautiful. Embassy suites are hands down my favorite chain to stay in.

I was working as a DJ for a wedding here. The first thing to say, is the staff was amazing. There was a delay with the previous group, so I wasn't able to get in the room until really close to the start time. The staff was Incredibly helpful in making sure I had what I needed. On top of that, the facilities were absolutely gorgeous. This is a great place, and I look forward to coming back.

Very nice hotel, and not pretentious in any way. This is one of the larger Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The lobby has nice fountains, and a daily happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely nice and served delicious food. We did not have one complaint about our stay.

We had a KAC convention this weekend and they picked a great hotel to host it. Rooms are nice and bigger than anywhere I've stayed before. The hotel came with complimentary breakfast that was great. I'm fact each meal we have eat here has been great. I would definitely suggest anyone I know to stay here of visiting Lexington.

This is a nice hotel. The atrium is spacious and the restaurant and bar offer good food. The rooms are pleasant and it's a fine place to have a conference. I'm glad I came.

Amazing hotel. Great rooms, nice amenities and a great breakfast available. Only complaint is the rooms stay hot no matter how low you set thermostat. Was sweating with thermostat at 65. Other than that I loved the experience.

My little sister recently had her 10th birthday party in one of the rooms. It was a super secret spy party and the staff was absolutely amazing in helping her feel like she was actually going on a mission to find her presents. They're super sweet and helpful. Amazing hotel and staff. Will stay again.

Very nice. My only gripes are that the pool was hard to find, the air conditioner cooled the main room of the suite very well, but not the bedroom when the door was closed, wi fi signal was spotty in the bedroom and the fold out couch was lumpy, kind of noisy in the main room with the fold out couch.

The hotel was in a nicer part of town and was very beautiful and well kept, inside and out. Gorgeous views of treelines and pond fountains for a perfect ambiance. Loved the indoor jungle theme with the I door fountain as well. The staff was very professional and super courteous while still maintaining a down to earth, sociable, and all around pleasant attitude. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Excellent service. I was in a lecture for Amway products. The bathrooms are neat, all of the place is clean and beautifully decorated. The air condition is at the right temperature, nor warm neither chilling.

I attended for a conference that included meals, but did not include staying overnight. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and the food was pretty tasty. I especially enjoyed the sound of the fountain. The conference was heavy on female attendees -- as was the conference next door -- so I thought it was pretty considerate for them to temporarily convert the men's room for women's use. The bathrooms were cleaned several times a day so that was nice also.

I felt somewhat disappointed here, was the lobby beautiful...yes, the staff was friendly and our room was clean however the room was dated, no USB ports and the room felt very cramped. As a silver member I've stayed at plenty Embassy Suites, in fact I prefer Embassy Suites due to the spacious rooms. I have a family of 5 and the room was very small and so was the bathroom and for $180 plus tax, I was expecting more. The room felt like I was at a Hilton Inn more than an Embassy Suites, just didn't feel like a "suite". I'll be staying at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta airport in a couple of days will review it as well!

For an Embassy Suites, it's good. It felt clean and well kept. We ate at the restaurant inside which was alright. The BBQ ribs were dry but everything else was ok. We only stayed one night so I can't really comment on the maid service other than our room being clean and stocked. Definitely nicer than some other Embassy Suites I've stayed in.

Location was great. Easy access to highway. Check in very easy. Room clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Stayed here when I graduated UK in 2014. The staff were so accommodating, they even lined up to shake my hand and congratulate me as I left for my graduation ceremony. Room service is top notch - I highly recommend the Green Derby Burger. Breakfast was also great. Overall, I recommend this hotel to all of my friends travelling to Lexington and is my go-to hotel.

Beautiful hotel, with *all* the perks. Best free breakfast I've had. Rooms are slightly dated, but very well maintained.

The good - beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great BBQ chicken wings, and very clean.
The bad - arrived at 4:30pm and room wasn't ready. Decor in room vary bland. Without knocking, Housekeeper unlocked door and walked in at 9:30am. Maybe my expectations were too high, but breakfast was disappointing. One omelette cook / long line. French toast "sticks" instead of fresh pancakes/ waffles. This is an expensive hotel - room for improvement.

Staff was very nice and the place was extremely clean. Breakfast was way better than most and the cook was fast. The omelet guy (pretty sure his name was Philip?) was lit. I only stayed for a single night so I don't have a ton other than that.

Location is easy to get to from the Interstate. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Bar and restaurant are nice. Lobby is nice with the fountains and such.

I got married at this hotel in November. It was beautiful! It was truly a magical wedding and Susan did so much to ensure everything went according to my plan, as well as my parents' who were footing the bill. The space of the ballrooms was an excellent fit, and the food was awesome! My five star rating is solely on the work of Susan (the in house coordinator) and chefs, as they truly did a great job.

A few things need some fine tuning though. They accidentally let my grandparents check into my bridal suite. It was awkward. I had to ask my grandparents to then move to a different room (sorry grandma!) so the girls and I had enough space to get ready. They took care of the issue, however, it was lazy on their part.

The top layer of my cake was taken home /thrown away by an employee during our reception. (we were going to save it)

I didn't get a chance to go to the bar, but my guests did. The bartenders were rude to my guests. They were tipped well (before the wedding day even occurred) by us, and by our guests, who are all bartenders /bar owners! I was astonished when they closed it down at eleven when we asked them to stay open until midnight (a cost we had agreed to pay for).

Like I said. Wonderful wedding. Gorgeous even. But my biggest concern was the bartenders. That was not good. I definitely recommend getting married here. Have your reception and dance the night away! But keep an eye on your cake and your bourbon! I grew up at Embassy Suites hotels. And my new husband and I have made it our home away from home as well.

Went to Breakfast with Santa which was a charity event. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean and good atmosphere. For was fine but it was donated so not a reflection on the hotel. Good event for families and for the charity.

Very nice. Went there for a wedding. People working at the hotel were nice and the rooms are decently sized with the bedroom being separated from the living room, which is nice.

We attended an event at the Embassy Suites in one of the ballrooms. The interior of the hotel looks nice and the ballroom was set up well. The event was also catered by the hotel. The food was below par and not worth the price we paid.

The location is great, very easy access to the interstate and easy to find. The temperature levels in the meeting rooms was very inconsistent, in the same session it would be freezing and then get extremely warm. The food provided was okay, but not the best.

Just entering the front door you know this is going to be a great stay. The front desk personnel, some of the best I have ever encountered! The rooms were very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying at this facility to anyone. When returning to Lexington, I will be coming back here to stay! Thanks again😊

The staff was very professional. The food was good. The meeting room was a bit chilly so if you attend a meeting there wear layers.

I'm with an organization that rents out their conference room once a month. They set everything up for us, chairs and tables as needed and provide water. We've been there for the past year and feel like it's a nice place to have meetings. The staff is friendly and the facilities meet our needs.

I usually stay at Marriott's but need to reevaluate my loyalty after staying here. Room rate was good, breakfast was fantastic, staff was kind and the rooms were clean.

After 24 hours at UK hospital with my son who has suffered a brain trauma we arrived to find the staff exceptionally courteous. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and offer encouragement during our time of distress. This property always will be our first option when staying in or near Lexington, KY. Everyone I encountered who worked there was extremely friendly. The breakfast bar comes with eggs, bacon, etc. but you can also get your breakfast made to order. The breakfast bar staff was nice and not rushing people out the door at closing time. My room had all the amenities, was spacious, and most importantly clean. Overall, a great stay.

Oh. My. God. This was far and away the best experience I have ever had at a hotel anywhere. There was a slight complication at check in, but Craig, the guest services representative got us taken care of immediately. We started our stay at the complimentary happy hour with snacks and cocktails which were delicious! Once we finally made it to our room, we were blown away at how clean and spacious it was. The shower was like one you'd expect to find at a high end spa. There's half a kitchen which we took full advantage of and the beds were so comfy I didn't want to leave. The property itself is located conveniently next to the highway so going anywhere is a breeze. The next morning we got to take advantage of the breakfast, which I expected to be instant eggs and sausage patties, I could not have been more wrong. Their excellent kitchen staff made us omelets on the spot and they were DELICIOUS! I have no reason to be in Lexington soon but I may come back just to stay at the Embassy Suites!
