My room was a bit dirty and smaller than expected. Kitchenette countertop was sticky and filthy. The carpets are just horrible. Obviously my personal experience does not reflect the entire hotel and all its rooms. This is just what we had to deal with. The staff was a bit rude when asking for help/ extra towels etc. But I would have given this review 4 stars if the room itself was decently clean.

We found this online. It's a good value. Friendly staff and a clean spacious suite with good comfortable beds and nice linens. Being sensitive to odors, there were none. Breakfast was impressive with custom omelettes and many other choices served in the courtyard. I'd return.

Stayed here before and the staff are always nice and courteous. The rooms are in need of some sprucing up as they are a bit old however we enjoyed a good nights sleep and it was quiet. Breakfast is always good as is the evening reception. We always like coming here whenever we are in the area!

No daytime coffee or reasonably priced concessions , no food for any guests. Big hotel. What's up with that? Chairs are old and baldy stained! Happy To say for events and stays service is great! Needs to have a few more rules for guest's children who tend to run wild without parental supervision. But I like hotel and convenient location.

The concierge Arthur was incredibly nice. Delta lost my bag and he was kind enough to give me a toothbrush and extra snacks to help me out. AMAZING SERVICE, beautiful rooms, just incredible hotel. Good food.

Very nice and clean suite! Had a king sized bed with a TV in the room, as well as a separate sitting room (great for getting laptop work done). Staff are friendly and supportive. Was given a voucher for a complimentary drink between 5:30pm and 7:30pm, along with complimentary breakfast vouchers. There is a small pool and hot tub, but I didn't bring my bathing suit. Overall, stay was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Oh, there is a sink with the vanity mirror in the bedroom so that helped immensely when one of us had to use the bathroom and the other just wanted to brush their teeth.

James the banquet cook was extremely nice and helpful during my stay. Also during my breakfast Fernando came over and helped me get my food and was pleasant towards me. Overall a good experience and great atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating!

We stayed in room 215 which is a one bedroom suite. Was surprised that our bathroom only had a shower, but not a tub. This didn't bother us as both members of our party are able to use a shower without a problem. The room is located right above the check-in desk and entry to desk. Every now and then if someone was yelling you might have heard them, but typically couldn't hear exterior sounds. All staff was friendly and polite, especially during the managers reception and during breakfast.

The hotel is very nice inside. The pool area is small. They do snack time which is nice and not cheesy. The breakfast was very good. We did have a big issue, but the manager Brittany went above and beyond to handle the situation. From check in she was AMAZING! I was in a bind and she did all she could to help. Highly recommend because of her. Lots of security walking around do need to work on being friendly.

It's so refreshing to walk into a hotel lobby after a really tough day to be greeted by someone who has a great big smile and who actually cares about making your day better.

best hotel around the local area. the only complaint is the walls in near the hallways aren’t as thick as i would like but i had no trouble sleeping. the breakfast was also nice as there was a lot of warm foods and pastries. juices, soda, and coffee are also all provided. there is also a chef that is able to make fresh omelets for you which is a great addition. i also enjoyed the bar and restaurant at night. the scenery inside is also great as the water features and seats are all well designed. the room itself was what i’d expected from most hotels and was clean. i only stayed for one night but i would definitely come back to this one if i were in town again.

We checked and we got a room on the first floor which allowed easy access to the parking lot, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the lobby, but close enough for a short walk to Ellingtons. Room 117 does have a few issues. When the heat turns on it's makes a loud noise each time in the bedroom. Also the thermostat is off by 10 degrees cooler than it is (at least with the heating). It's confirmed cause my travel alarm clock let's me know the room temperature and it's pretty accurate. The room was large and nicely decorated and the beds were heavenly on my back. You are welcomed with a variety of snacks, candy and drinks. Every night there is a reception and free breakfast in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was good. My only complaint is the french toast and pancakes we're soggy (we went first thing in the morning when they opened) and the English muffins we're dry / stale. Overall it was a nice stay and I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing get away.

The complimentary snacks and drinks at dinner time and the breakfast tasted great. There were kosher food options as well. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub worked well. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is a beautiful place and I really enjoyed the waterfall. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.Thank you.

Stayed here for 4 nights and I liked this hotel. The rooms are very nice and spaceous. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and one of the better hotel breakfasts I have eaten. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. My only complaint is the amount of noise from other guests (especially kids) in the atrium/lobby area. Up until 9pm and later, there was just a constant stream of yelling, screaming, loud talking, and running. The bedroom area of the room is far from the door and is soundproofed well, but it can be very noisy.

I stayed here over Xmas and you can tell it's recently renovated. The lobby has lush vegetation and even a small running stream throughout. The complimentary breakfast is pretty standard but above average in that it has to order omelettes and my favorite, potato fries. The actual rooms are of good size w the beds separating the actually living room w a door for some privacy. Personally, the pull out couch wasn't that comfy. Overall, good experience and would recommend again.

My wife and I recently stayed at Embassy Suites. We love it here!!! We always have a great time and love all the friendly workers. The bartender is always great to talk to and the associated are always very warm and welcoming!!! I highly recommend staying here!!!

I stayed at Embassy Suites with my wedding party so that we'd have space to prepare for our wedding and the hotel services were extremely accommodating. I was able to request rooms right next to each other, but we were also allowed to freely take pictures in their beautiful hotel, which was decorated nicely for the holidays. Complimentary breakfast and drinks at the bar as well as an indoor pool make this place an awesome stay at any time of year!

Stayed here while attending a convention at the hotel next door. I'm a big fan of the Embassy Suites chain, especially when I'm attending a con, and this one was no exception to the pattern -- hot breakfast included, living room with a sofa bed in every hotel room, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, all things that make a tired nerd's life easier for a weekend of nerdy fun. This particular hotel is also really lovely, with attractive indoor landscaping and water features in the public space on the first floor, and huge skylights. Makes me wish I had more reasons to go to Piscataway, now that I know such a nice hotel there.

Whenever we go on vacation we almost always stay with the Hilton family brand. They are consistently Stellar in their customer service and appeal. This time the customer service was outstanding as always but their appeal is lacking. We have stayed at this specific hotel for four years in a row. We saw some stuff that required maintenance. One example is our guest Suite did not have a deadbolt that worked. It had a deadbolt, it did not lock. The toilet in the bathroom would leak or drip if you didn't sit on it very gently. The light in the living room could have induced a seizure, it kept flickering for no reason it, wasn't when the microwave was running or when the fridge was powering down it would just be on the fritz. And also their breakfast this year seemed to be a little rushed on the weekends, the eggs were very undercooked. The positives with this place as always is they have a very nice bar which sometimes you get complimentary drink tickets and indoor pool and a hot tub that's always very clean and a beautiful Atrium to walkthrough and enjoy if you don't want to be in your room. We do understand that Hilton brand offers a 100% guarantee if you complain but this time we didn't really feel like complaining as we understood that they must be doing some sort of Maintenance because when we came up the elevator we saw a wet paint signs, so they may be in the process of renovating which seems like that's a good idea. All in all we do really like this place and will most likely stay here again in the future because again the staff is amazing. Everyone is always kind and has a smile on their face, it's incredibly welcoming and nice.

Nice hotel though the interior looks slightly dated. The central common area of the hotel is nice and breakfast was better than most breakfast-included hotels with made to order eggs. Not much within walking distance.

Must be brand new. Rooms were nice. Big lobby area good for gatherings. Free breakfast and got free drink coupons too! Gym isn't the greatest but will get the job done. Hotel is in an industrial park, but don't be fooled, its pretty nice.

Attended conference in ballroom. Ballroom was well lit and air conditioned. Bathrooms were close and well maintained. Lobby was spacious and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot had enough slips and parking on all four sides.

Lovely large rooms. Nice public area. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Not near a lot of entertainment, but a $5 taxi gets you there. I enjoyed my stay

We have been coming here for years. Always our first choice whenever we come home to visit. We have always enjoyed it and now with their upgrades it is even nicer. Not the least expensive but certainly not the most. My only critique is that the night manager, Harold I believe, was rude while we checked in on 09/10/2017. Grumpy, barely spoke. One word answers. Mumbled. Really seemed annoyed to have to check us in. If not for Harold, I would have given 4+ stars.

Great accommodations, rooms and bed comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good, free drink coupons were great.
Waitress in lounge was slow, and VERY non attentive. Also, front desk never had change for laundry. Had to go out for it.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the AC is easy to use unlike most hotels in this price range. Happy hour every night with free firdt drink. Great option if in the area for the night but is not placed close to food and shops as would be expected.

The hotel room is roomy and comfortable however the room cleaning service could be improved. First night found coffee pot still have previous coffee bag in it. Second night the replaced coffee machine was not working. Breakfast is wonderful, interior indoor courtyard was nice and clean. Wifi should be improved on 5th floor rooms.

A beautiful hotel with a gorgeous interior atrium. There is a wide open interior with water features (including several decorative pools with falling water). A perfect place to socialize since there is a restaurant and a separate bar. Rooms are clean and modern.

Was at this hotel for an event. Didn't interact with to many staff but the housekeepers were lovely & did an excellent job. Room was imacculate & the shower had both amazing water pressure & good temperature control. Breakfast was just okay. The orange "juice" was clearly an orange drink made from a mix - way too sugary - & my made to order omelette was pretty greasy. Overall it was a pleasant stay just not perfection.

Love the indoor pool during winter. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Food is hot to warm but the fresh cooked omelet makes up for it. The variety is great. Something for everyone. Staff are nice & helpful. The bar is great. Your free drinks are a great starter. The food is great & a nice addition to your drinks. Rooms are exceptional which is why I always stay here when I visit NY. I don't care about the drive because it's out of the city & its quiet so I can unwind after being in NY.

Very open space as soon as you walk in. Beautiful scenery and comfy atmosphere. Stayed in a suite. Nice and spacious. However, don't know why I need 3 sinks...? Overall a great stay. Highly recommended.

It was okay. They are really strict about checking for breakfast vouchers in the morning. "Per NJ law" the managers reception allows only one complimentary beverage. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds but my shower curtain did have visible mold on it. I did voice my concerns but then received a phone call from management at 9:45pm. That was far too late at night considering I had an early morning ahead of me.

Location is quite convenient, just off of Route 287. The hotel is immaculate and quite modern looking. My interaction with the staff was minimal but all seemed pleasant and courteous. Rooms were large and adequate, and cleanliness was never an issue. This would be hotel chain I would definitely frequent again in the future.

Mid to low tier Embassy Suites. Fairly dated property, with a need for a renovation soon. The rooms are clear, but very used and worn, with decor from the 80s.

They have removed their Diamond vending machine with no explanation from the desk staff, just a shrug and an offer for a free bottle of water. Fitness center is clean but dated.

Interior was nice. Greenery was very pleasant. Rooms were a little warm. All of my group ended waking several times in the night to turn the air colder. (colder then they should, like 60°) Other then that great stay!

Room was great, service was very good. The free breakfast and drinks really made it awesome, however I had a couple of concerns/problems. Firstly, their hvac system triggered the fire alarm and we all had to leave breakfast to stand in 95 degree weather at 9am. The other person in my room was in the bedroom with the door closed and *never heard the alarm until leaving the bedroom.* later, the steam from my 10 minute shower set off the room's smoke detector (thankfully only for our room, not the hotel)

I've been to Embassy Suites several times. I like the location as it is easy to get to work from here. The amenities aren't great in my opinion, but for what is there I'm happy. The service is exceptional as you will definitely be taken care of quickly. If I come to NJ again, I'll stay here again.

Attended an event at this hotel. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant could have been better however. They were slow with service and the burgers were undercooked.

The space looks absolutely amazing the indoor courtyard had the feel of being outdoors with all the creature comforts and an indoor creek. The entire hotel felt relaxing and spacious,both of which are inorganic to us. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed in executive suite. Room very clean. Breakfast was average but appreciated. Looks like it was remodeled recently. Staff incredibly helpful.

I've frequently visited this hotel. The service is always top notch, with a great breakfast buffet each morning. Requests are completed promptly. I'm sure I'll be back here when I need to visit the area again.

Great hotel. Wifi was very speedy and reliable. The free breakfast was ok, but the peanut butter pie was a great dessert. The location has a pool (I sadly did not have time to swim) and a great workout room. However, do not keep your room key and a piece of metal/phone in the same pocket; they demagnetize very easily (you can go to the front desk and ask for them to reset it). It was also very pet friendly, as well as a smoking free environment. The AC is very strong, and the free TV is great for normal channels, such as Fox or Disney. The pillows were very nice :)
Would defiantly stay again.
