It was a great stay. Great location, beautiful and clean room. A whiff of luxury without breaking the bank. CVS and restaurants right next door, a bonus.

Great room. Very clean, lots of space. Has a nice pool and exercise area. Great restaurant and bar with good food and happy hour specials.

Very nice facility and well located. But unfortunately, our room need a some serious cleaning. The floor would have appreciate a good vacuum and the kitchen table some cleaning. We even found a large pebble under the curtains (the size of a fist). Otherwise it was ok. The included breakfast was really nice with a large variety of stuff.

Can't think of a thing to criticize. Terrific service from check in to bar/restaurant area. Looks like great management since I witnessed several incidents where employees jumped in to assist another. Rooms clean and nicely arranged.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located near a small shopping plaza. A few blocks away from downtown Saratoga. Great complimentary breakfast, including and made to order omelette and waffle station. Also, offers an evening reception with complimentary drinks. Good outdoor space, as well. Courteous service overall.

One of the best spots in Saratoga. Although not a high end boutique hotel, the Embassy Suites is right off Broadway, on the corner near everything, and the all suite rooms are incredibly large, modern, updated and packed with amenities. Book a premier suite for a few dollars more and enjoy endless snacks, drinks, etc in room. The room layouts are large & open and feel like a large apartment more than “oh boy another Hilton or Marriott”. Add to that the Diamond Club Grill & bar downstairs that’s a great stop even if you’re not staying here, full menu and all, a custom made or buffet breakfast in the morning all complimentary...and incredible service. Worth a visit.

Mostly really great, except for the laundry...
Breakfast here is amazing!! The meeting spaces were comfortable. The kitchen staff were great about accommodating my picky tastes for lunch and dinners! And the desk area in the room worked very well for me.
What didn't work was their laundry process. 2 things: 1) They have the 'conserving our resources' signs that if you hang the towel, they won't replace it in the interest of conservation - however, they do anyway. When I asked the front desk about it, they had no explanation... 2) I ended up broken out in hives, progressively worse each morning (3 night stay); determined that I have an allergy to their laundry detergent. However, getting them to find out what they use was a major challenge and I had to come back to them a few times for them to figure out I did really want to know!

Very nice Hotel. Looks new. One my best stays at Embassy suites. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel is new, clean but the room is not spacious. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it's tight. Lunch, a tradition of the Embassy chain, is unbeatable. Varied and prepared in front of you. Only one thing that really bothered me at this hotel, it's funny and annoying at the same time, a waitress 'L **** e' picks up the plates in front of you almost you are eating. It's remarkable, she does it all the time, it's like her way of saying 'go eat enough, get away! . In this hotel you have every night drinks and snacks at will. It is appreciated by the guests and the famous waitress is not there

This hotel was outstanding. The front desk, doormen, valet, housekeeping, and room service was amazing. The concierge service was the only thing that kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars. Very cold and not helpful which was odd seeing the rest of the staff were amazing and friendly and super helpful. Hotel's car service was great as well. The driver was amazing too! Views of Bay Bridge with the lights at night is a must see. I will be back again!

The locations is perfect! It's close to downtown, can walk pretty much into downtown and eat or drink at any of the main restaurants. It's about a 15 min walk at most from the furthest restaurant. And if you don't want to go out they have a bar and pizza across the parking lot. They also have their own restaurant with a really nice happy hour! The room is amazing. Bed room is split away from the living room. I have 2 tv's one for the room and one for the living room. The thermostat is touch screen and can be a little difficult to use but the heat and ac work amazing. The staff is wonderful, the cook that works the breakfast is great! He always has a smile on his face, and he is so friendly. I am enjoying every bit at my stay so far. The gym is the next thing on the list for me to try out. They have 2 tread mills and a elliptical machine. They have a small rack of free weights and a small Smith machine over looking the pool.

Hotel is clean, new, and nicely decorated. The free breakfast has traditional buffet items, but also a really good made to order omelet bar. The oatmeal was also really good, and almond milk and fresh fruit are provided. Fitness center is small but nice. The hotel hosts an evening happy hour with free drinks and a nice assortment of appetizers. As far as location, there is a CVS right across the parking lot, a hair salon on premises, a nail salon around the corner, and a really fun downtown area with bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

The only downside to my experience was that I was given a handicap accessible room (which I did not need), and my parents who were traveling with me did not get one (which they needed). The front desk was unable to switch us for some unknown reason -- so we just swapped key cards, and worked out any room charges between ourselves.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in countrywide. Large, modern rooms. Amazing free breakfast where someone will make you an omlete. Free drinks and snacks for happy hour. Decent indoor gym and pool. Great location. Truly incredible stay. You won't be disappointed if you book here.

I stay in Embassy suites most and been to many, and this is the best of them all. I like friendly staffs, convenient location, and good value for money with free WiFi and breakfast. The breakfast in Saratoga is the best of the Embassy suites ever. Only wish I have is more attention to pool would make this hotel Perfect! Overall 4.9 out of 5

Great location close to Broadway and its quaint shops and bistros. Rooms are nice, big and comfy. Great staff always ready to help. Loved the comp bevvies and snacks at lobby bar and grill, from 5h30 to 7h30...and the comp breakfast comes loaded so you can fill up before a long morning of discovering the area. Would recommend no problem, and will come back for our ritual annual drive to NYC for New Year's and also for a "horse" weekend during the summer along with a refresh stop at the spas and springs. 👍👍

Nicer than average Hilton hotel with eclectic modern style. Clean suites that are a bit on the small side. Loved the 5 pm happy hour. The restaurant food was overpriced.. the shrimp cocktail was pricy for 4 flavorless previously frozen shrimp. The bar is stylish with very accommodating staff.

Perhaps worth a few dollars more than the Marriott residence inn for adults. However the rooms are a bit smaller & lack the better equipped kitchen which will serve families better. They have a generous happy hour for guests ! Any.drink you want from the bar ! Their breakfast is included and offers made to order omelets.

Excellent hotel that is managed very thoroughly. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The included happy hour and gourmet breakfast puts Embassy Suites above the Hilton. Had one issue with the bill at check out but was quickly rectified. Very professional.

The rooms were super well-appointed the breakfast was excellent that happy hour was well laid out and the welcoming staff were attentive. Embassy Suites iterated in its most perfect form.

The weather forced me to stay inside most of the time but I must say that this hotel offers 5 star service all around. From waffles to fresh omelets and everything you would need to start your day and then some. I wouldn't stay at another hotel but them.

My wife and I stayed two nights. Our suite was comfortable and nicely laid out. We were very happy with the complimentary drinks and breakfast. The outdoor area with the fire pits and patio heaters were great for winding down before heading back to the room. Room service was quick. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. It was within walking distance of the park and main strip with the shops and restaurants.

Excellent service. The room is spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast and happy hour are nice additions to a normal hotel stay. Saratoga Springs is a beautiful place.

Shelly and Karen did an amazing job in helping to plan and create a wedding one only dreams about. They were accommodating, professional and very personable. They went above and beyond what we would have ever expected from a wedding venue. Embassy Suites I'm sure already knows how lucky they are to have these individuals along with the amazing cooking and bar staff as well. We will be recommending our friend for events, especially weddings. The staff made it easy and a fun experience, whenever we felted stressed, they were there to calm us down and bring to together anything we could think of. We plan to stay her on our one year anniversary to help re-live the our wedding day!
Thank you again for being part of our special day that we will never forget!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Spacious bathroom, king size bed in a sperate room, full kitchen and living room... not to mention the amazing view...need I say more???

They had the fire alarm go off on the 5th floor and no one came to see if anyone was safe. The morning breakfast line was ridiculous. No organization and very unprofessional.

They totally took care of us. They were overbooked and didn't have the room we booked when we checked in. They comped a bunch of stuff and reduced the room rate significantly. Decor and rooms are super nice. Kind of like Adirondack chique. Restaurant and bar are like a real standalone place, not just a standard hotel bar. I'd go there even if I was staying st the hotel. Love the outdoor seating. Very trendy.

We got a room near the elevator. A little too much noise carried in from the hall.

The hotel decor was most appropriate for it's location. The desk staff was both very professional and curtious. The wait staff was on point and knowledgeable. Overall is was a very positive experience and would not hesitate to return.

The Suites provided a lovely stay- the breakfast was wonderful, and the happy hour was greatly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the staff was very friendly.

Went for a conference. Rooms are big and clean... Hotel restaurant has a free happy hour for guests. Buffet is delicious.... Restaurant food a bit overpriced but pretty good.

Stayed at the Hilton Embassy Suites in Saratoga for a wedding this past weekend. This hotel was Gorgeous!! The room was spacious, stylish, immaculate clean, and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding!! I wasn't expecting anything special and just needed a room for one night-but boy, was I impressed! Will come back for sure!

Absolutely love staying here. Staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds.

We met family for appetizers and drinks at happy hour. The bar area was full and active, a little too noisy for easy conversation. Food was acceptable but not note worthy. The staff let our large table linger without pressure.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet and unlike a lot of hotels I get full wifi signal everywhere in the room. It is a well worth it stay.

This weekend I stayed at the Embassy Suites for a bachelorette party and was so pleased with the service we were given. We showed up early and they allowed us to check in before our allotted time. Our room was clean and spacious. The service we received was fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!

We decided to stop here only because we were tired driving home from Canada. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was very big with a living room and large bathroom. This was the best breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel where breakfast was included . We now make it a point to stop here every time we drive back from Canada. Great stay!

They treated us like rock stars and at a great rate. Breakfast is included and is really good. Manger's happy hour includes 7 or 8 hard liquors and beer and wine! Hard to beat!

Stayed a few times here for work. Always nice, with great service. Complimentary breakfast has always had good food. The restaurant and bar are nice too. Near downtown. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

The bar and restaurant area has ample seating for over fifty guests. Live music was present during my stay and complimentary food was provided. The hotel itself is located within close proximity to a strip mall where overnight supplies can be easily purchased.

Rooms were very nice. Loved the free cocktail hour they do for the guests. The free breakfast was awesome so much food.

The hotel is located minutes away from all the food spots. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The only thing for me is the inside is a little cold for my liking and thermostat in the room wasn't working to increase the temperature, some kind if problem they were having with the system the maintenance guy told us. The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING, better than most paid breakfasts I've been too. Also the service in the morning was GREAT, in the evening could use some work. Overall good experience.

Located near Congress Park. Stayed a night to attend a wedding. Beautiful location and lobby. Food wasn't that great at the restaurant located in the hotel. Found brown sticky spots on the sheets and pillows on the bed as soon as I walked into my room. Wish it was a better experience. From this visit, it was not worth the amount my group spent to be there. Other people in my group didn't have the issues I had in my room. So could of been a one time deal.

Super convenient location!!! Room was clean and had pack-n-play ready as requested. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The room was quiet and had blackout shades. The biggest plus was the CVS right across the parking lot that had a surprisingly large selection of food.

Embassy suites is an amazing hotel. This is my second experience with this hotel and i have zero complaints. The service is impeccable and the staff is very friendly. Happy hour is also a plus, of course. 10/10 would recommend.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and reasonable rates! I have stayed in many hotels In Saratoga Springs. Embassy Suites is my new favorite.

Rooms are very accommodating. Quiet & restful. Beds very comfortable. Our room had a king size bed. There were three inside doors that added privacy to sections of the room. Two large windows with blinds that are sufficiently darkening to keep out the sunlight if you want to sleep-in. Heating & cooling system is quiet. Very handy kitchenette & computer desk. The complimentary breakfast is the best I have seen anywhere!

Great hotel. However, a package addressed to me that was delivered to the hotel mysteriously disappeared without a trace. The receptionists had no idea where it was. USPS website tracking says delivered.

In town for only one night, and don't like staying at the hotel where my conference was held. Usually stay at the Hampton Inn, but discovered that they had just opened an Embassy Suites. It is a bit tricky to get to the hotel, but that should not be held against it. Spotless décor. My room was not ready - but my bag was held for me. I had a corner room on the top floor. Absolutely gorgeous!! Roomy and well lit. I did not take advantage of the Happy Hour, but did take advantage of the made-to-order breakfast. Typical of all Embassies I have stayed in. I love to have a wide selection of foods. It will be my go-to place to stay when in town.

A very nice brand new hotel. with a little tweaking still needed. The room was nice and well appointed (not too 'carpetey'- which I like). The beds/pillows were super comfy. The front desk was filled mostly with very friendly accommodating (and sincere) staff. Personally, I hate that there are no operable windows in the room. However, the climate control worked well and we were always comfortable. The polish I would add would be a little more care in pre-room prep. Sofa bed had some crumbs (though the rest of the room was very clean). TV stations didn't work (and the fix was something that should be routinely done at every room-prep). I feel like all these things will easily be tweaked in the coming months (They just opened 2 months ago). The only really low point was the desert at the restaurant (we only got dessert there). The desserts were mediocre (diner-level) and they screwed up the order and gave our 2 year old an espresso cake (which is kind of funny, but it really ruined our night). The restaurant management was very low-rent and didn't 'get it' but the Hotel management totally realized what a screw up that was and took care of us appropriately. I would try them again and give them a shot to earn 4 or maybe even 5 stars. NOTE: I am starring them in comparison to other hotels in their class. Obviously not comparing to Westin or W type spots.
