good location with an good connection to the city and friendly staff. the view from our suite was awesome. the menues from the card will be delivered by an extern-company, and not very delicious. parking possibilities in an carpark roundabout 10mins footwalk from the hotel.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel staff is extremely helful. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are brand new and the beds are super comfortable. Be sure to check out the cafes on Montemarte hill. Eiffel Tower is a long walk so bring comfortable shoes.

Stayed at the hotel for few nights some three years ago.
Pluses:
+ Friendly staff upon check-in and check-out. They also attended to our needs and offered a lot of help. Restaurant staff were also nice.
+ Rooms were clean (the holiday inn standard). They were also convenient: it was like a two bedroom apartment.
+ Good number of shops, coffee shops and public laundries around the hotel.
Minuses:
- Overall the rooms were small (I'd say typical of big cities' hotels).
- Breakfast was OK but can be improved.
I don't mind staying there again on my next trip to Paris.

A bit on the expensive site. There was a rather young lady standing at the breakfast next to our table doing NOTHING for 30minutes+ which was akward.

Rooms were amazing (two connecting rooms), with two cellphones (one per room) to take along!!! Imagine having all convenience of the internet on your hand without worrying about your data plan being expensive or not even available abroad. Breakfast apart from being "monitored" :-) was great , too!

Absolutely fantastic staff! So helpful with everything, we even wanted a different layout of room and they accommodated for us. The hotel itself was very clean and we'll located, very close to metro station and Sacre Coeur.

Thank you very much, it was really a nice stay at your hotel, we got detailed information about sights and traffic, we were impressed by the help which we got from the member of your staff Margi, she even contacted a travel agency ant we got the entry tickets to the Louvre delivered to the hotel. Besides next day she asked us how it was and it was very nice of her. I can´t but mention that breakfast was very delicious.The room was tidied up perfectly. I would like to recommend this hotel and surely will choose it next time.

Nice clean hotel with great friendly staff! Very newly refurbished - rooms are not huge but really a very convenient location- close to shops and restaurants a little walk up the hill.

I recommend this hotel for those people for make final trip as is good place and near to shopping center. I had two room very big space and clean and if I come next time to Paris I visit it again.

The hotel is situated within a few hundred metres of Monmartre and a short walk from Sacre-Coeur. Check-in was swift and easy with the reception staff speaking perfect English, to my poor French. My room was on the 6th floor, overlooking the backyard terrace. The room was small, but for a city centre hotel in Paris it was adequate. There was a lack of power outlets near the bed, but that is my only gripe. The bathroom was clean and presentable, with OK pressure from the shower. For Paris, I found the room quiet and didn't hear the street noise at all. Breakfast was a very good spread, with excellent attentive service from the waitress. I would recommend the hotel.

Amazing experience, though just during overnight stay. Extremely friendly staff, were more than happy to accommodate my requests for last minute change to reservation. Also offered to help with reservations with restaurant around the local area.

Had a two night stay in this lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced and feel for a hotel room in Paris were a good size. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the nearest metro was only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was perfect with a selection of continental and English style with plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend it.

A very nice hotel on the side of Montmartre. Staff were very nice and helpful with recommendations. There is a boulangerie just across the street and there is a mild walk to several Metro stops. Room was super hot and even with the heat off it was uncomfortable for us, but the windows did open which allowed us to be comfortable in the room.

We stayed there for 2 nights in Oct 2016. Big rooms and very clean toilets. But you have to pay 5 euro for a bottle of Water.
About 15 mins walk to the Metro station.. but plenty of restaurants and pubs around the area.. Moulin Rouge is walking distance. You can get the Hop On Hop Off Bus out front Moulin Rouge for a city tour.

Exceptional staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the room was decent, clean and we'll maintained. Professional service at every corner. We would definitely stay again. Even though it's a chain, it felt like a family run business nothing we too much for them. Bravo .

Staying here was a great experience for me and my mom since its our first time to be in Paris. We even loved Handy, free phone with unlimited international call and wifi, that made our tour easier. The location is very convenient since the public transit, restaurants, Sacre Coeur, and Moulin Rouge are just footsteps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Margi in the front desk as she is always on top of all our questions and concerns. A big thumbs up with you guys! We would definitely go back here with our family next time.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Après investigation, il s'avère qu'aucun refus de vente n'a été fait mais il s'agirait plutôt d'un refus d'achat selon nos conditions sur une période très chargée. This hotel is in a nice location, but we had a horrible experience here straight from the start when we arrived at 6pm to find that our 2 bedroom family suite that we booked/confirmed/and had printed documentation for was not available and instead they had decided to move us to a large single bedroom.

The staff was completely unapologetic and let it slip that they could get 400 euros a night for each of the two bedrooms of our 2-bedroom family suite, which was more than what we had booked for.

After making us wait around for a long time while calling the elusive manager, they tried to show us a slightly larger single bedroom (meant for 3, not 5) which again was not half as big as the 2-bedrooms we needed, and only finally relented in giving us two rooms non-adjoining that we could use for the first night.

However, they then made us check out the next day and check back into a smoking 2-bedroom family suite when we had reserved non-smoking. The rooms were disgusting as one smelled strongly of human excrement and the other had an incredibly strong stench of smoke.

The front desk also just goes out of its way to not be helpful and they charge for even really small things like 1-2 euros charged to your room for calling a taxi on your behalf, etc.

When we checked out they had the temerity to ask for payment of the full amount of the rooms we booked despite booking us in much smaller, smoking rooms despite our reservation for a larger non-smoking room.
