The staff was incredibly accommodating and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and fully stocked (full size fridge, dual-burners, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, toaster, etc). The breakfast was incredible yummy and they have complimentary dinners with free beer and wine. The pool was small but looked clean. I will for sure go out of my way to stay there again.

The dishes could have been cleaner, but everything else was absolutely fantastic. And the evening social was a pleasant way to end the day, great idea and I very much appreciated it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice experience overall! Stayed in a suite with a full-sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher (LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!), microwave, and coffee pot. There were real dishes and a stove! Like a home away from home. The breakfast was fabulous! Loved the bacon and waffles with all the toppings! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Coffee was much better downstairs than in the room, and I think they serve it all the time downstairs. Definitely would come back to one of your locations!

It looked like new but it is three years old. We enjoyed evening complimentary refreshments so we did not have to go out to eat after a long drive. They provided beer and wine as well. Hot Breakfast was complementary as well. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was nice. Very comfortable beds. Food was good. And the social gathering in the evening sets them apart from most other hotels. Wonderful value.

Overall a nice hotel, can tell that it is relatively new. We had a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils in our suite (the kitchen knives were rusty, and there was no chance of me using them.) The problem however was with housekeeping. The hotel just was not very clean. As soon as we got into our room I could tell that they hadn't vacuumed from the last guests. My boyfriend who hates to complain told me to stop worrying about it, so I assumed that they would at least vacuum the next day and I let it go. We have been here 4 nights now and the floor is FILTHY. I put the card on our pillow to get new sheets each morning and we still have the same stained sheets! The breakfast bar was so so, pretty much what I would expect from a hotel breakfast. But the plates were wet and some had crusty spots. The coffee mug I picked up was sticky in the inside, so I opted for a travel cup. We were upset because this looked like a decent hotel and definitely has the potential to be one with proper upkeep. If you don't mind filth and you do decide to stay here, bring your own pillow - theirs are all flat and terrible.

We arrived late, and check in was a breeze. Unknown to me my son packed his game system and how I was glad that the television was able to connect with the console, which made our night quieter, because he was entertained while my husband and I got some sleep. Tha k you Homewood Suites for the Home away from Home!

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Located near many places to see and do. Close to downtown Cleveland and lots of nearby shopping and restaurants.

No complaints whatsoever! The location is incredibly convenient, the rooms are spacious despite all of the accommodations, and the breakfast is much better than I anticipated. I highly recommend choosing this lodging option if you're staying near Cleveland or just want a comfortable getaway!

Nice location, very quiet. Rooms nicely decorated. Staff was kind. Smaller pool but inside and warm. Beautiful breakfast room. The day we were there they were swamped but staff was working to refill food as fast as they could.

It wasn't horrible. But I must say that the staff at breakfast, at least, is rude. I was getting my meal, and they pushed myself and a few others out of the way saying "You need to move". Some resident also took my waffles and the staff didn't care! The pool was also bad. It is extremely small a be the floor slopes. The floor is always wet and the people in the pool are loud and obnoxious. The staff didn't seem to care, so I left.

I booked this hotel for out of town guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making reservations. My guests absolutely loved it! The decor is gorgeous and the suite was perfect! The location is great, as it is off the highway with stores and restaurants in the immediate area....so convenient. If we need a hotel in the future, this will most certainly be on the top of our list!

That's one the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's perfect for business and has plenty of space. I've never been disappointed with a Hilton bed either.

OMG this place is awesome. You get breakfast and dinner, which are very well done home cooked meals. They have bud Weiser on tap for free for dinner!!! The help are really nice. Nice rooms. I saw some negative reviews and just couldn't believe them after staying there. I figure it was some sort of review extortion. This place tries harder than anyplace I've stayed in years.

Very modern decor and new hotel feel. Rooms were nicely designed and comfortable. Free hit breakfast was good, wifi was strong, close to shopping and restaurants. Cooling system when it comes to turning on the heat needs to be improved (blasts cold air before getting hot). Kitchen cookware is included-suite have electric range tops, but NO Oven. Would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Wow ! Clean, comfortable, affordable! We stayed there on Halloween. They have a complimentary dinner Monday-Thursday. It's really good and simple. The breakfast was supurb, we made waffles with strawberrys and powder sugar. The staff is really friendly. Try that potato salad , if I'm not there and eat it all. I read through the reviews and noticed a few "prissy" negs claiming to be diamonds. The place is hands down fantastic and these people wouldn't be totally happy with a power ball jackpot ticket.

We rented a room for an event and rooms to stay at for some of the attendees. Service was great. Staff very friendly. Building is well newer and well maintained.

Hotel is very nice and very clean. Double bed suite is huge. Staff was super friendly. Nice outdoor fire pit and lounge. My only problem was the milk at breakfast was warm. Other than that...5 star.

When I walked in, my first thought was "this place is beautiful". It is new, clean and the staff was so polite. The rooms are large and the beds/bedding we're SO comfortable. I was so impressed.

My issue, there were a bunch of kids in the room directly above us. We check in just after 9pm after a long drive. They were running around for over 3 hrs (yes, past midnight). They were running and jumping. Sounded like a heard of elephants. It took me 3 calls (with a bit of time in between) before they finally stopped. At that point it was about 12:40. Such a long night. Very disappointed we weren't even offered to move to another room.

Lovely, clean, quiet. Free breakfast and evening "happy hour" was a bonus with free beer or wine. We stayed on a Thursday and the dinner was burgers, however there was a Quaker State & Lube right across the parking lot, and we ate there.

We spent the last five days traveling 1400 miles and stayed in four different hotels. The Hilton Homestead was by far the best. From the staff who were engaging, friendly and awesome making every effort for us to be outrageously happy. To the hotel appearance and condition of the room. We will look for the Homestead brand the next time we travel on vacation.
Side note the automated Homestead phone message for the hotel for those of us not familiar with the brand sounded like homeless.

Rooms are what you'd expect or nicer from a hotel in this range. It's missing a couple things I've come to elect from Hilton. There is no complimentary vanity kit or q-tips available. The staff was awesome and did everything they could for the guests. Overall, a very quality place to stay.

Incredibly nice room, very large and much better than other Homewood suites I have stayed at. Bed was comfortable, modern finished and plenty of lighting. Wifi was decent speed as well. Breakfast was bad, as they ran out of food, but apparently a delivery truck showed late so I can't hold that against the hotel too much. Would stay here again

This seems to be a newer facility. The rooms are in excellent condition and the kitchenettes work and are fully stocked. Sheetz are still newer so they're not as scratchy as an older place. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Breakfast was yummy and always full. Good service with the food. Pool was perfect for my kids. And the room was clean and comfy.

I'm a diamond member, so I stay at Hilton hotel all the time. I made for room reservations for my family the other day and specifically requested in the notes that we all be together. My brother went to check in first and so the front desk called me and politely asked me to in the future put other guests names on the reservations so they can check in without me. He was very adamant about it. So I asked him if he had us all together and he said he had to give us first come basis rooms. I really wanted to politely ask him to read the reservation first the next time, before he called and asked me to do my reservations different. It turned it ok, but we didn't have time next to each other, but were on the same floor. Then my wife left her expensive face wash there and of course it didn't turn up in the lost and found. I'm sure the house keepers make out quite well when they find stuff like this and don't turn it in.

After being warmly greeted by the front desk worker we retired to our room. The bed was super plush and had fluffy pillows. The shower was great and the room quiet!

Breakfast buffet kept running out of plates. Why not use paper instead? Just went to cracker barrel across road. Staff suggested grab and go items. Would have liked hot meal instead.

Stayed at many Hilton properties all over the U.S., as a Diamond member this location needs help with managing house keeping. Stayed at this Homewood Suites several times over the past year, most recent this first weekend in June.

Nice property and front desk staff always helpful, house keeping not so, room left unattended on multiple stays. Talked with front desk /several managers and GM over past year. Always told "sorry" will talk to house keeping. Last conversation with GM, told we are willing to give this location another try with improved service...kept my word and returned this past weekend, guess it was just customer service talk.

Wonderful stay. Me and family stayed here for a week on vacation and it was truly a delightful experience. We go on vacation every year and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed thus far. A hot delicious breakfast every morning and during the week a hot evening meal served in lounge. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. From front desk to kitchen and even housekeeping no complaints at all, customer service is exceptional. The room was great and bed very comfortable. The hotel is decorated well and is modern. The lobby is warm and inviting and has free breakfast. The room was very clean and modern with a good amount of space. Really liked the full kitchenette.

This is a pretty new hotel and the Team there is meshing together very well. It's nice to return and have then remember you and your preferences.
The rooms are nice and welcoming, always cleaned and restocked as needed. The morning breakfast is doing a great job of handling the sudden jnvreases as people come jn for a quick bite before leaving and the evening reception has the best staff I've had the opportunity with which to stay

I stayed at this Brand New hotel. when I pulled up it was amazing. indoor pool, full fitness room. you can relax outside by the fire pit patio. full hot breakfast serve in the morning and the rooms was fully equip with everything you need. the beds were comfortable. I sleep like yoga bear in the winter.
