What an incredible hotel / chain. I've found my new hotel when travelling. This location was clean and the staff really made the stay enjoyable.

Excellent room. Nice staff. Free snacks in the evening and nice breakfast in the morning. Also walking distance from some nice places to chow down on international flavors.

Good hotel for families with kids. We stayed here with our baby for 1 night and having a suite with a crib was way better than a normal hotel room. Good warm breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles. Looked like a nice fitness center but we didn't use.

The facility is modern and clean. I ended up in a two bedroom suite because they were out of the room type I had reserved. The fitness center is open 24 hours and has multiple treadmills and other equipment. The free breakfast is good and the food is kept well-stocked. The hotel is easy to spot from the road and has ample parking.

Great location, quiet area, easy to access. Spatious rooms with all the accessories for business travel. There is also a guests' laundry facility in the premises. Great staff, clean and well kept property. Well lit parking. Very good and varied breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is conveniently located off of major thoroughfare. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Everything was very clean and modern

Hotel is ok, just some minor annoyances. TV remote and room phone didn't work, smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night, room seemed a little dingy. Location and staff are both good.

I booked this hotel as a weekend getaway with my significant other, we stayed 6/29-7/1. The staff was very friendly - better than staff members at other Homewood Suites we've visited in the past. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the indoor pool area and bedding. The pool looked cloudy as if it wasn't cleaned in a while - best way I can describe it, is like bath water. It didn't have the crystal blue appearance as you see at other pools, and there was only one pool towel that was available to use which hinted to me that the staff wasn't there in a while to restock towels, etc. So how would they know if the pool needed to be clean? So we didn't take the chance to swim and decided to call up to the front desk to see how frequently the pool was cleaned so hopefully we could go later. The staff member at the front desk informed us that the pool gets cleaned everyday - therefore, early the next morning we went to go see if the pool had been cleaned & this time no pool towels were available & the water looked the same as before. For the bedding, usually when we leave, we strip the beds to make it easier on the housekeeping staff. When we did, we noticed a huge stain on the mattress pad but decided to overlook it because at least it wasn't on the sheets directly touching our skin. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. It was very relaxing.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Comfy king size bed and nice couch. TV channels need to be fixed. Pool a bit small, but nice workout facility. Happyhour food nothing special, breakfast standard. Would stay here again.

I can honestly say that my husband and I had a great stay from May30 - leaving on 6/1. The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I would rate the service as a 10 with 10 being the highest.

I visited this hotel while on business.

Pro's: Friendly staff, location was convienent and had several food options close by. Available breakfast and evening apps with beer/wine (breakfast was ok, the dinner stuff wasn't very appetizing)

Con's: No ac in the hallways (felt and smelled like a swamp), no local shuttle to any of the businesses near by or the airport, Room was sub par on the cleanliness, no umbrellas available for check out (if you travel for work you know how nice of a perk this can be, hard enough to fit everything into that suit carrier as it), No Restaurant/Bar

If there was another option near by this place probably wouldn't make it. Also there is still the duct tape issue in the elevator that was reported in other reviews over a month ago.

If you can stay somewhere else, you should probably do it.

This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites. We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The suites were nicely sized, and the hotel was very quiet.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean, except for a couple bottles left in the fridge from a previous guest. We got a one bedroom suite. The temperature control panel didn't work in the bedroom, so it was too warm in one room and too cold in the other. The pool area was nice, a heated salt water pool. There was plenty of hot water for my family of six to get showered/bathed. The breakfast was good to me. But it wasn't so good for the rest of my picky family. There were no fresh waffles or pancakes for the kids. There were cheese omlets, Canadian bacon, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal and the normal continental breakfast. Overall it was a good stay. The beds we're confortabke, and so was the pull out couch according to my son.

The place is really beautiful but the elevator needs to be fixed. One of the tiles on the floor needs to be repaired. Almost broke my ankle. Its only covered in duct tape. Other than that its a gorgeous place!!

Room and bathroom we're large and we'll appointed. Clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Onsite restaurant is delicious.

Very nice hotel and rooms are so spacious! Staff are so friendly and helpful and will answer all questions you have. This have very nice breakfast and snacks on most days after 5pm. I recommend this hotel yo anyone coming to this area it just worth it

Excellent room. Very clean, nice amenities. Pleasant surprise when I saw the ceiling fans. The TV's are nice, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is hot with good water pressure. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, so you can store some drinks or leftovers.

The location is perfect for what I was visiting the area for. The staff was VERY helpful in making it easy to check in and out, the rooms make everything feel so homey, and the service is just wonderful. I have a feeling that I'll definitely be visiting again!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a convient location, and you can see the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Labratory from the hotel. the rooms were comfy, and had the usual amenities you'd expect from an extended stay suite. However, the room I stayed in (not sure about all of them) did not have the usual separation from the "living space" / kitchen that many similar hotels have. depending on what you are looking for this may or may not be a big deal. The shower was nice, and had aerated water for less water usage so it's a bit more green friendly. The free breakfast was the standard but nothing special. The business center is very open, so some may not like that, but it does have a Mac which I was surprised to see. There is a pool, but NO HOT TUB. There is a fireplace outside, but it was not running when I was there.

Very nice and spacious room for the price. A couple things didn't work perfectly, but with the value of the hotel i don't mind at all. I'm sure they hotel would have given me a different room in perfect condition had I asked. I am thrilled by the value here.

I've stayed in this hotel multiple times and have always had a great experience. The front desk people are always nice and the room is always super clean and spacious. The breakfast has a ton of options and the free social dinner (with wine and beer!) Monday-Thursday is delicious! Saved my husband and I money on dinner when traveling for work.

Excellent! Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was patient and helpful, and my room was very spacious. There was a stove, a refrigerator, and everything was extremely clean; it was like staying in a condo! I woke up late every day because the beds were so comfy! Also, there was parking, and happy hour and breakfast at the hotel. Wifi was great. Thanks for making my stay wonderful!

Very nice hotel, both of the front desk employees were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I found uncomfortable was the comforter and if you spend a lot of time watching t.v. this is not the room for you. We did not use any of the other amenities as the pool or gym as we were just getting a quick nights sleep while traveling. However I would definitely stay here again if I found myself visiting the area.

Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The room was clean, big and beautiful. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. The management was also great. Very accommodating and polite. 5 stars

Nice location for a wedding, convenient for parking additional guests not staying at the hotel. Staff was helpful in directing patrons to the event. The ladies room was tastefully decorated and stocked well for feminine needs. Overall this is a very elegant place.

I like the hotel, the room was impeccable and the staff was friendly. Here was my only issue: I checked in on the Hilton App and chose Room 505. As a female traveling by myself, I usually choose rooms on a higher floor and close to the elevator. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told my room was changed to #221: low floor and all the way at end of the hall take a right in the corner near a stairwell. SOO not my forte and spooky!!!

Very nice new hotel, great room options such as 2 room suites. Good breakfast and view of John Hopkins. Conveniently located about 25 min from FedEx field, with some good restaurants close by.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are really nice. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the complimentary food and wine in the evening. The staff is friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Maryland

The Homewood suites are a very nice, very clean establishment. The rooms are exceptionally nice. Very spacious. The managers were able to help us without any delay. There is a complimentary breakfast that was astounding. The evening meal was complimentary as well. There's an indoor pool along with a exercise facility. Well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a clean and decent place to stay for any occasion.

This place is run like a well-oiled machine. I’ve stayed in much more expensive places where I wasn’t treated as well as I was here. The staff is incredibly kind and considerate and they work to make their customers happy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service was above average! They accommodated our every need and desire. They were very nice and remembered our names. The food was ok, nothing special. But the staff were so nice. The amenities were really nice. We especially loved the indoor pool, laundry and home like common dining area. The room was very clean and perfectly sized. Having a separate bedroom made our long stay very comfortable. The kitchen in our room was perfect, although it could have used more tools like tea pitcher, scissors, can opener. There was also a shortage of hangers too. But everything was so nice that we didn't get upset. Thanks for the nice accommodations!

The location is excellent with plenty of good restaurants within waking distance. It is easy to get to DC via 29 and the staff has only been friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the rooms are very spacious.

The staff were very friendly and courteous! The hotel, including the room, were very clean. The overall look was more modern themed, which we really liked, and the layout of our room was great! The bed was super comfy! The only qualm my wife and I had was there was a damp smell in our hallway. It wasn't dirty and it didn't feel damp, but there was an unusual smell.

Excellent service! I have stayed at this hotel on my last two business trips and have been impressed. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, and good atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Like most Homewood Suites, this hotel is nicely decorated and clean, but we must have stayed on an off-day. Our room never got cleaned after our first night of a weekend long stay, despite me asking the front desk to do so at 2:30 in the afternoon, and again when I asked a cleaning lady in our hallway at 4:30. We had two other rooms in our party, and one of the others never got cleaned either.

The beds here are quite comfortable but the real deal is the lady running the breakfast. She's cooking, cleaning, stocking everything, and generally rocking the show all by herself. Fantastic service!

If there were more than five stars I will give it to this wonderful place, they have one of the best front desk I met.

Very nice hotel. It's new. It's also across the street from a strip mall which is a huge plus after traveling and wanting a quick bite to eat. The mall is about 10 mins away. Staff was nice. Enjoyed my stay as well as the event hosted at the hotel for me!

Hotel lobby and conference rooms were very nice. My only complaint is that there were only 2 stalls in the ladies room and one toilet was broken. I was at a work meeting with 35 other women, so our breaks took longer than usual.

Very friendly staff - breakfast stayed open late because of bad weather in the area and they wanted to accommodate folks stuck in the hotel.

Couldn't believe how nice this place was. Only spent a night here and I didn't want to leave. Very well appointed room, one of the nicest I've stayed in that wasn't part of some resort. Evening social with free beer and wine, c'mon! I'll definitely be looking for other Homewood Suites on every trip.

The room we stayed in was a king suite. It was very comfortable! I had no idea pots were provided to cook with. If you don't want to cook then that's not an issue for this location. There is a nice variety of restaraunts and fast food spots directly across the street from Homestead. It was a great experiencw

This place was exactly what we've come to expect. Clean, friendly and warm. The breakfast area is WAY too small, but it comes with the over-priced room so we had to middle thru it.

This Homewood Suites ROCKS! If you are staying local go here. Clean, friendly, din & lunch included option is great. I stayed here for two night and then was back a week later. I have stipped looking for alternaye places to stay. I was able to even get the single night stay the same day. 100% this was a wonderful experience!!!

Rooms are large, modern and clean. Gym is small but has everything you need, didn't visit the pool as it was full of kids when we arrived. The breakfast is decent. Really appreciate the full kitchen in the room!

Very nice pool, although a spa would be nice. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. Their "evening socials"are a nice way of getting dinner without dropping a hundred bucks somewhere. The management was chatty and kind. It's a brand new property, and the rooms are modern and comfy. Would visit again

Conveniently close to the Merriweather Post Pavilion. Went to a show there, stayed at this hotel. Clean room, free breakfast the next morning, friendly staff.

I came down for a meeting at APL next door. The location is fantastic. On top of that though, the complimentary breakfast is great. Cocktail hour is a wonderful thing for a hotel to have. Everything is clean and well taken care of. My only wish is for a row machine in the workout room.
