The Homewood Suites was a very nice hotel overall. The main problem, and reason I am not rating it five stars, is that our first room had a problem with the thermostat, so we had to transfer rooms. But, all of the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. There is a very nice courtyard with a fireplace and lounge, a training center with treadmills that have TV's, and a seemingly nice pool.

The rooms are huge, clean, and styled well. Good breakfast every morning (aside from the waffle iron in the corner... you'll understand if you stay here and use it). The gym has machines, free weights, TVs, and is clean. The pool and hot tub are relaxing. They also have loungers next to the pool so you can enjoy relaxing a bit poolside.

First off, the location cannot be beat. Near the airport, and everything you could ever need, from food to entertainment. The breakfast is typical and delicious. Room layout is amazing. Two separate rooms with TV'S. A kitchen with a fridge, drawers, microwave, coffee maker. And what everyone has been waiting for, yes, the beds are extremely comfy with 3-4 pillows. Either soft or hard just as you like it!

Location is great. Close to the airport but not close enough for the planes to be loud. Lobby was nice and staff is helpful. I got upgraded to a room with a fireplace but the room wasn't as nice as I expected. Some of the furniture is outdated and my ceiling fan is filthy. The full kitchen is nice to have, minus the oven. Overall it's a decent room but looks better on the website.

I nailed it by booking here. Was in town for a golf tournament with college buddies and this place delivered! My room had a nice place to hang out, place cards, watch tv etc. Beds were in another room and the bathroom was modern, the entire place was. Dont worry about breakfast because they have it covered. I would certainly stay there again.

Front desk (Josh) greeted me with a smile. Very polite and professional. Explained the offers that were available during my stay. The room was so clean you could eat off the floor

Homewood Suites was very good. Going back again this week to visit relatives. Staying there was much fun.

The location is great. Quite and pleasant place. Love the amenities and the rooms.

The room was very homey. Not exactly a 'luxury' suite but much more luxurious than your average hotel. Full kitchen,living room and bedroom made for a more spacious area. Large pool with hot tub and fitness center located all next to each other. Breakfast was a nice typical hot cold buffet. Very nice stay and would recommend.

Hotel is definitely on the newer side. Rooms are very nice and modern. Staff are also very friendly. Usual Homewood amenities, my only knock would be the gym. Has all the basics, but cables would be nice. Keep in mind the hotel is very close to the airport. Fortunately there are no super late or early flights out buffalo, but you will hear air traffic.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. Wife loved the jacuzzi tub. Entire hotel was clean, whole place is near brand new. Kids had fun in the pool. If I was really looking for something to knock the place for it'd be the breakfast. The variety is there, they just need either another waffle maker, or get one for pancakes. They had two employees watching the buffet, give one of em a griddle and let em make omelets. Oatmeal was a let down, they had the extras but the oatmeal itself was no good. Eggs were good, they had cheese to put on them which gave them huge bonus points. Of course your standard mini cereals. Nice layout of toastables; bagels, English muffins and of course, toast. A couple juices and various coffees/tea. I thought the coffee was fine, wife complained. Location in close to the airport which is good if you're into that. If you're looking to be near the city, you're about 15+ mins away.

Check-in was smooth like usual. Staff was friendly as expected. Rooms were nice with full kitchens. While I didn't take advantage of it, they will even shop for groceries for you and put them in the fridge. Great hotel for long work excursions that will keep the budget happy. The loss of the star was for the quality of the bed, I didn't have a great sleep. Possibly due to the closeness of the airport so you do hear the planes taking off depending on which way the wind is blowing. Possibly due to the weird way they made the bed. I would stay here again though.

Great suite, great employees, great free hot breakast, and great light evening free meals M-Thurs which includes beer and wine. They make you feel like "home."

A great and comfortable pace to stay for the weary business traveler. It has all the comforts of home and plenty of shopping and movies nearby.
Less than a mile for Buffalo International Airport, is pretty close to downtown Buffalo, roughly 35 minutes from Niagra Falls.

Priced pretty competitive, and good front desk staff. I’d stay here as often as I could.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting friends and family! We're here for Christmas and am enjoying having our own space while spending time with our family. The kitchen space is very clean and living area. Bedroom is a bit tight for all our bags plus a pack n play, but nothing to complain about!
We even brought our tree to make it feel more like Christmas!

Love this hotel. The staff is fantastic and treated me like a king. My flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. I had to stay another night in Buffalo. They provided me with a room upgrade and several toiletries since I had to wait on my suitcase to be brought to me from the airport. My room had a fireplace which was a nice touch. They drove me to the airport at 4am. Great customer service, clean room and an overall great experience. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Homewood Suites had a great amount of comfort and care put into it. The rooms given were very comfortable and easy accessible from everything in the room.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and considerate, efficiency room was large and had a home like feel. I really like the daily replenishable snacks & drinks. Breakfast was nice.

Very kid friendly, pets allowed. Perfect pool for young kids. Fridge and microwave awesome in the room

Rooms are getting a little run down but OK overall. Beds were not very comfortable. Airplanes were loud outside but not inside. Breakfast was great. Social hours with free drinks was a nice touch. Kid's loved the cookies at the front desk. Staff was very friendly. Loved that my puppy could stay. We will stay here again.

Amazing place. Super clean beautiful layout and very well maintained. Every little detail is covered from antibacterial wipe for remotes to earplugs by the bedside. Rooms are spotless. It's the best Hilton location by far and manager Patrick is absolutely amazing. He was so SUPER nice and friendly and made us feel at home. I truly hope his hard work is well recognized with in your company!!!!

This a beautiful hotel. The complementary breakfast and dinner is amazing. The staff greeted us every time we entered or left. The room is almost the size of my apartment. The kitchen has all the basics. Overall I was very pleased with the experience there!

Their spaces​ are clean. The breakfast is ample and well supplied. The pool area seems well kept and safe.

Greeted warmly by a lady who obviously cares about her job and her customers! The room was good and the evening reception with food, beer and wine is nice. Location near the airport was great for me.

Extremely friendly and nice staff from the house keeping lady who gave us our room keys until the check in lady came back to the very nice man who picked us up from the airport without any delay.

The place was a mess. Hair in the sink and tub, candy rolled into the rollout sofa, and the sink leaked from the handle when it was turned on. Not just a dribble, a nice stream. They gave me a complimentary stay for the problems but overall I expected more from a Hilton

Front desk staff are very nice, rooms are clean and large and it's central to all shopping locations. Hot buffet breakfast is also included. Great place to stay!!

Great first impression.... I called the front desk from the airport and they sent a shuttle that arrived within 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have large, multi room suites that are very clean with updated furnishings and floor treatments. The bedroom had a ceiling fan and that was good because the air handler was in the bedroom and it was fairly loud (low pitch rumble). I agree that the lighting is dim in some areas like the vanity and shower. This property is near the airport so you will hear occasional jet noise although it was not bothersome to me. The hotel is otherwise very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very quiet and very spacious. It is literally like being in an apartment or a dorm suite. There is a nice size kitchen area with a stove, fridge, and dishwasher. The living to has a coffee table with a couch. There's even a dining table off to the side. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed, so comfortable.

Because of the homely style, housekeeping is not like the average hotel. If you need extra towels or anything during your stay you will call the front desk. Housekeeping doesn't come every day, it's more like every 3 days if you are staying for a long time.

Located near the Buffalo airport, this hotel is in right outside of the city of Buffalo. If you are not driving, this may not be the hotel for you. But if you do stay here, you will receive a free continental breakfast every morning.

We've stayed here a few times with the kids and it's great for the price. They have a kitchen (and even an oven, who uses those anymore?) in the room and everything was clean and child friendly. They have a little store near the front desk that sells healthy prepared and frozen foods, which is great for busy parents.

We a family of 7 stayed in this hotel for our Niagara 3 day outing. Its very family friendly. Clean, convenient, friendly. Break fast and complimentary dinner was really good. The distance to Niagara is decent. I highly recommend this hotel for family stay.

Excellent staff and management. Clean, comfortable quiet (NO airplane noise) location to spend three days touring Niagara Falls and Buffalo area. Very nice enclosed pool and hot tub area- roasting hot in there. Great courtyard to sit around a fire pit and relax in the evening. Big breakfast room with two large tv's to catch up on the mornings news. Nice and fresh breakfast offerings.

Loved this hotel!

Even though we were a bunch of loud girls here for the weekend, the way they treated us was amazing!

Our concierge, Matt, was incredible!! He took us to the mall for free, fulfilled our requests and so much more!

The breakfast was really good as well.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone - can't wait to go back.

Great room with a lot of space. Monday to Thursday having dinner too, with wines and beer included . Not cheap but good deal for the price.
I enjoyed in all HOMEWOOD location and I would say they are pretty consistent. I recommended to anyone who can afforded.

This was our second time staying at the Homewood Suites in Buffalo. We loved it the first time so stayed there again. What a great little hotel. Pool was nice. We stayed in a suite and it was fantastic. Room was clean and kids loved the complimentary popcorn. We also had complimentary breakfast in the morning. Superb. Better than going to a restaurant. Also close to great mall. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice enough. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast the first morning was good. Make your own waffles, fruit, eggs, sausage patties. The next day it was inedible. Dry hard "french toast", green eggs and sausage links that had been microwaved until they were bullets. At $165.00 a night, there should be a better breakfast.
