We stayed 2 nights in a 2 room suite. Great room, good breakfast served daily. Very close to malls, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and very quiet. This is the second year we have stayed here, and we will be back again next year.

Rooms are very clean. Front lobby is spacious and offers free breakfast. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. Hotel is in the same plaza as the mall and tons of eateries. Interiors are dated such as carpet and furniture but a sign in the lobby said in October they are being remodeled. Our one bedroom suite had a full size fridge & sink, real dishware and silverware plus a dishwasher. Overall a good value.

The room is nice, the evening comp meal was great (free beer & wine!) and each room in the suites have their own TV. The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of room for our family and our belongings. We enjoyed our swim in the pool and the pool room (with hot tub of course) is conveniently located, clean, and had complimentary towels as well. Breakfast each day was well stocked and you can easily leave full!

You can use your own electronics on the TV by using the input button. Very nice stay!

After a long day on the road we needed a place to stay with our dog.
We had a king bed room and it was very large.

Pros: It was not expensive and it he room was mostly clean.

Cons: The mattress looked like it was 20 years old
The sheets didn’t stay on the bed
And most annoyingly the the air conditioner was unbelievably loud
It is at the back of the mall making it somewhat difficult to find.

For the quick night in and out of here it was ok but I wouldn’t make this a long stay location.

We stayed here for an Erie vacation and were absolutely satisfied. Everything about the hotel was really nice. The staff was very good and helped with the few minor problems we had. We do plan on returning

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Mattress was not great. Good location. Unfortunately, had a loud party going on at the outside gazebo area, which was outside my room.

The beds are to die for! Upon our arrival we found the hotel clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, they had eggs, hash brown potatoes & chicken patties ( which we thought was a little weird) but tasted good. There was & cereal and oatmeal. Different breads for toasting and yogurt with nuts and cranberry or granola topping. Apple & orange juice and even make your own waffles with strawberries and whip cream! And lastly fresh fruit. Very substantial. The pool is small but adequate, the staff amenable. We stayed 2 nights & had a very pleasant experience. LOTS of shopping & restaurants nearby. We recommend Pramenti's, WoW!

The hotel is very, very clean. The lobby is welcoming, and has room for people to gather. The hotel is pet friendly, which is a great plus. For what you pay, you get your worth.

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Easy to find and plenty of parking. We got the two bedroom suite and it felt like home... everything we needed and more!

Very nice. Relaxed and cozy feeling. Nice and neat conference rooms. The location is on the busy side. The service is not the greatest but okay to have a meeting there.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They made sure all our needs were taken care of and gave us great recommendations. We chose this hotel for our anniversary and they even left us flowers in our room! Best hotel we've ever stayed at and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel that also has a great price! 10/10

Nice place. Good breakfast. Courteous service. Terrible mattress and pillows. Your head and body sink all the way down. Near every possible restaurant or retail shop you could possibly want. A+ on location.

Full sized fridge, two burner stove, microwave, dishwasher. Right next to the mall and lots of places to eat both fast food and sit down dinner.

Nice Hotel. Pretty large room. Offered me a glass of wine as they had a special event the night I stayed there. Nothing major, but rooms could be refurbished. Again, nothing major and probably one of the best hotel in Erie.

Nice hotel tucked behind a shopping plaza and a Marriott. Offering free hot breakfast along with a light dinner in the evening including beer and wine. Last night it was tomato basil soup and make your own salad with many toppings to choose from. Highly recommend.

Suites are fairly well kept despite being a little older. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was very polite. Good location related to local attractions.

Great staff, very nice breakfast selection (something for everyone), well-appointed suites, plenty of space, nice layout, even has small sink/fridge/microwave out of view of sleeping area.

Staff were nice, hotel was not full, would have prefered room on other side to avoid traffic noise. Tub drained very slowly and there was loud rumble sometimes after flushing toliet, sondid not sleep that well

The staff were pleasant and professional. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the evening meal with wine or beer and breakfast that were provided with our room.

For almost $200/night I would think to be treated with a little bit of respect by the front desk employees. Nope. The gentleman needs customer service training and fast!

When in the privacy of the room I'm paying almost $200/night for, I don't expect random hotel employees to just let themselves in the room to "check" it? I know what you're thinking and no, it wasn't housekeeping. I'd been there about 45 minutes and thankfully was not in the middle of something that would have embarrassed me. This is my second poor experience at this hotel. I'm going with two strikes and you're out.

Free breakfast clean room friendly staff great place to stay if you're going to prepare your family meals I recommend this place to anybody can't wait to come back just wish the prices wasn't so high

Suite was clean and comfortable, staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was decent. I would stay again.

Disappointed with this visit. Although everything was clean, other things were less than we had experience here before. Some things were small, such as the poor quality tissues that felt like sand paper on your nose. Others were major like the soggy mattress that was so soft that I woke up with back and neck problems. My son's room smelled horrible. The details that had always been carefully taken care of on earlier visits to this place were missing. With so many choices of hotels in Erie I wonder why I should come back to the Homewood here again.

We luv it here. Stay here every time we come up to see family which is almost every year. Best hotel in area. We won't stay anywhere else. Hotel staff is the best.

Hotel staff working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is pet friendly, and the room has nice amenities. Free breakfast in the mornings is hot and delicious. Only complaint was that I wasn't expecting any carpet in the room, which to me is a bit of an odd choice for a pet-friendly location; made me worry about pet accidents but overall a very nice location.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, service, and rooms were superior in size! Two bedrooms separated with living space and kitchen. Even had a fireplace! Each bedroom had own bedroom! Loved it!

Very friendly and attentive staff, convenient location directly attached to shopping but still secluded, and great rooms. The breakfast was honestly not the best I have had at a Homewood Suites, but it was still free and fine. Plus that bourbon caramel sauce was good in everything.

Normally is a nice visit; however, the hotel is falling apart, and the fire alarm was set off in the morning by the construction workers in the lobby. The hot tub has also been broken for months.

Had a good stay here. Room was clean and nice. Had fridge, stove and microwave as well as cooking utensils. Would definitely stay again

I was so disappointed this stay... they don't tell you the hot tub is down and until spring!!! Also I left my iPhone plug/charger plugged in on the desk in the room and called to ask the housekeeper to pick it up for me well before they were done cleaning rooms. Called three times because my calls weren't returned as promised and they tell me it wasn't found but insist that no one goes into the rooms but the housekeepers. Really? Then you have another problem here clearly. Last stay there.

Room was clean and well kept, general manager checked us in and she was so rude, she was asking us many many questions on why we were in Erie for the weekend, so if you're young and going to stay here get prepared to get grilled on the reason you're staying there and getting your id checked when you're paying with YOUR credit card. The floor above us had tons of kids running up and down the hall and nothing was done about it, also the pool was closed, very disappointing I wasn't alerted of this on booking.

Stayed for a family wedding. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return!

Nice place,in good area close to the shopping alot of restorants around, got kitchen inside the room full fridge dishwasher,cable TV,microvave,small store on site to buy water and soda and some small stuff, office table in king suite as well as gym and swiming pool. Clean and comfy. Helpfull and friendly stuff. Loved over all.

Great place to stay. A little dated, but excellent accommodations.

It was clean, and had good breakfast choice. But it was not the easiest to find, rooms are quite outdated and clerk wasn't customer oriented. Love Homewood suites but would definitely find something else in this area.

Great location, and staff is very nice. That being said, we had a queen suite which was nice, but looked kinda rundown. The bed was comfortable bit the pillows were much to flat for me, and the comforter felt like sandpaper. The bathroom was spacious as far as hotel bathrooms go, and it looked fairly clean. But my main complaint is the noise. There seems to be no sound proofing at all in this building. I could tell you everytime the guest above or next to us went to the bathroom or even just walked around the room. And you can hear the constant hum of the highway. So would I stay here again? Maybe, but only if I could haggle to a lower price.

We enjoyed a very nice stay at Homewood Suites over the past weekend. Erie was a quick stopover an route from Ohio to upstate New York and the room was exactly what we need with a separate bedroom from the living area which was equipped with a pull-out couch. There was a kitchenette that would be perfect for healthy cooking if one was to be staying there for any length of time.

The property was clean and very well maintained with an indoor pool/hot tub area and workout room. The staff was nothing but friendly and accommodating! When leaving the next morning we took full advantage of the massive free hot breakfast full of options for the entire group with eggs sausage a variety of fruits, cold cerals, and pastries plus yogurt and waffle making stations.

Hotel is close to shopping areas and Penn State Behrend. Easy to locate from major highways, yet off the main thoroughfare. Some highway noise in rooms on backside of building.

This place has it all. Hot breakfast, hot dinner 4 nights a week with free beer and wine. Daily room service, kitchen and pretty decent wifi. Close to Splash Lagoon and Erie Zoo. Staff is excellent. My room is in great shape and has a very nice bathroom.

Stayed one night. Nice hotel. Good food. Pool. Fireplace for the winter. Plenty of stores around.

The employee that checked us in was welcoming and friendly. She was very helpful during our stay as well. The room was clean and comfortable, as expected (we stay at Homewood wherever we go). The suite contained all the amenities that we needed for our stay.

The customer service at the Homewood Suites in Erie, PA was the best I could have ever asked for. Amy and Sarah B. went above and beyond to help with special requests. Additionally, they went out of their way to reduce expenses as much as possible. I truly appreciate their help.

We stayed here on a Thursday night & didn't know they had a little dinner buffet Monday-Thursday nights. It was a nice surprise & also very good! We enjoyed our stay here except for the bed! I thought I was booking a double double but ended up with just a queen bed and we are used to sleeping in a king bed so we were very uncomfortable plus the mattress is way way too soft! It was like sleeping on a big old fluffy marshmallow! Neither of us slept well at all. But the staff was nice, the hot tub was nice (but the control for the jets is hidden by the fire hydrant!) and everything was very clean. But we probably won't stay there again as the bed was too uncomfortable.
