The hotel was reasonably close to the airport but a shuttle only left on the hour. The breakfast was typical as we're the rooms. Workers were friendly. Room layout was different, the tv did not face an area to sit or the bed. I was satisfied with the hotel.

Staff were super nice. Room was great and thought it was great that they have a happy hour Monday to Thursday where you get free food and drink (including alcohol).

This is an older hotel, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, and there's a free shuttle to and from the airport. There's a free evening reception during the week, and free breakfast each morning. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but the price was right. All in all, a pretty decent choice.

Rooms were incredibly spacious and nice, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious as well.

Did not stay at hotel. Used their parking to fly out of Houston Intercontinental. Very easy and everyone was really nice. Will be driving back in with husband next week and thought this was an easy option for retrieving my car.

I started In a suit on the second floor that had stained curtains then moved to 1st floor. Room was better, guest laundry rooms on 1st & 2nd floor. Pool & hot tub outside with basketball court. breakfast was great.

Excellent service! Very friendly staff that makes you feel at home. Wonderful breakfast and dinner during the week except on Friday as part of the service. I highly recommend staying at the Homewood Suites at North Beltway 8. You won't regret it!

Excellent service we rented a conference room to do a presentation to train our team. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful and very polite. Dave and provided dinner for the staff for a nominal charge overall very happy with the experience I rarely get 5 stars but this place because of their staff really deserved it.

Dave the General Mgr lost power in the System but he went above and beyond in customer service in making sure he accommodated n met the needs of his customers in such horrifically times here in HTOWN! Our go-to place when we stay ay Houston. We love the sevice they offer. The rooms are spacious and the beds feel like you're sleeping on clouds.

Clean room. Nice little kitchenette...very convient. Breakfast and dinner complimentary. I wish it was a little closer to a better variety of restaurants, but for the price and the compliments, I can't complain

In houston texas, near the airport, i arrived to Homewood Suites late at night after a 10-12 o'clock flight. The room i stayed in was decent. Big. There were two rooms, both of which had a bathroom. One room had 2 qieen sizes beds and the other had only one slightly bigger bed. The tile floors were a bit greasier than id like, bit the carpet was fine. The bathtub couldve been a little more clean as well.

Great suite, spacious and very clean. Fitness center is small but open 24 hours as well as a pool to enjoy. Free breakfast and dinner served in the dining area with complimentary beer and wine.

Had a couple issues with my room card not working for a couple days on and off, and my faucet in bathroom was not properly working. Service was good and food was good. Very polite employees. Would stay again

I had no complaints the staff is excellent rooms was always cleaned 100% food was great front desk clerks was wonderful every single employee. My sink was clogged and i called front desk and they didn't have a maintenance person present so they offer to move me next door so i just said i can wait, someone came the next day and fixed it.

The best thing about this location is their customer service. I came here for an overnight stay while visiting family. The location was convenient for me and Homewood Suites has always treated me great with each visit, especially this location. Back to the customer service aspect. I had an emergency laundry situation and although they could not help me as needed (because it was the start of the day), they went above to make sure to do as much as they could. Now, most people give bad ratings for such situations, but this was handled in the most professional and sincerest way possible. And that made my stay so much more pleasant. I wish I could remember the names of the staff members, but I thank you so much for being great employees. Customers like myself appreciate it greatly.

Great hotel, they are currently remodelling, it's going to be fabulous when they are done. The shuttle to and from the airport was rather interesting.

I just arrived at this hotel and the people are very friendly, and the rooms are. Very clean,plus very good accommodations with stove,fridge microwave.

Everyone was very friendly at the hotel. The people working breakfast were friendly and very attentive. When I returned for dinner they welcomed me back. The food they prepare was yummy. The cleaning staff did a very good job in clearing out any trash I had left and returned the room to a nest and orderly fashion. I was amazed to see a full sized fridge, microwave and a stove top in my room. That is so,etching that really amazed me.

It is hard to give the hotel a fair rating. The lobby was under major renovation. As far as the room it was just passable. There was a 1 foot stain on the ceiling of the living room in the corner. I was on the second floor so it was not a roof leak. They did not serve breakfast on Sunday morning due to a church renting out the room that was being used with the renovation going on. Maybe after the reno it would be better.

Great room, free dinner for all guests when we checked in. The only thing I didn't like is that to access the airport shuttle, I had to stand outside in 100* heat at the airport for half an hour breathing in all the fumes from the vans and buses. No other place to wait. And they are so far from the airport with only one van servicing multiple hotels and 5 terminals. Next time I will just get a taxi.

Just stayed ine night on a lay over. Staff was friendly and shuttle was very convenient to and from airport. Overall pleased.

Pro's: The rooms are nice enough, and clean. The pool looked ok, although we didn't swim in it. We missed our airport shuttle, and one of the drivers was nice enough to take us to the airport at an unscheduled time. Con's: There is only one person at the front desk, so whenever this person needs to handle something elsewhere in the hotel, there is no one there. We waited for 5-10 minutes upon arrival. On our return we called to schedule a pick up from the airport, and waited for over an hour for someone to pick us up. Once we were picked up, he had other passengers to pick up, so it took an hour and a half just to get to the hotel. After 14 hours of traveling, 1 1/2 hours is a long time. I wouldn't stay here again, just because I wouldn't want to chance that long of a pickup again. While sitting at the airport we noticed several hotel shuttles coming multiple times.

I wish I could give this hotel a better review; however after experiencing a bluntly THEFT encounter, that was lightly viewed by the manager and staff, I will continue on with my upsetting story.
I am a person who enjoys the outdoors and I specifically enjoy quads (four-wheelers). I had four quads, at the time, on a trailer. I brought them down to Houston so I could explore the outside regions of Houston, TX and let my family (the ones who reside here) enjoy them as well.
Unfortunately, these quads were stolen while I was staying at this hotel. I had them locked a trailer but the lock was broken between 11pm-7am.
I understand that at most hotels, the outside property is your own responsibility. I know this from working at a Hampton Inn for 2 years.
However, there is a security guard in this area that is supposed to take down license plate numbers after 11pm and their is a surveillance system as well.
With that kind of security, you would think that someone taking away $5000+ of property would be caught!
This sadly was not the case. The cops called onto the case, of course, just shrugged their shoulders; they just took down what necessary information they had to and then left. The manager just seemed to throw it off as if it were our "problem", by just seeing the whole situation as a nuisance to his everyday managerial responsibilities!! Which is a little ironic because at the top of his list should be customer satisfaction, ALWAYS! (There are 2 hotels right beside this one I could of spent my money at.)
All I wanted was a little sympathy from the manager especially and staff because I was robbed while on their property!

Honestly, I've been more impressed with La Quintas. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast spread was actually quite good. The room however, was another story.
The hallways and elevators were not air conditioned - or felt like it wasn't on - and absolutely wreaked of smoke. We stayed in one of the suites that had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms connected by the living/kitchen room. The beds were saggy in the middle, and only had a very worn out sheet and a rather old looked, thin comforter. The air vents pointed directly at the beds, so we all woke up congested from having cold air blown directly into our faces all night.
The couch bed was AWFUL. It was broken, and the mattress was beyond well used. We were planning on using it, but then just decided to squeeze into the beds because it was in such terrible shape.
The actual kitchen area worked very well for us. The living area was significantly smaller than the pictures portray.
The bathrooms were clean enough, however I did notice a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom and left it there to see if the maids would clean it - they did not - at least not during our stay. This is trivial, but the tv's were quite old too. I just expected nicer ones.
I would not stay there again, and I would not recommend it to others. I was very disappointed, and we did not get very good sleep. There is a La Quinta down the street from this hotel and I will stay there next time I have to be in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 days and was miserable. The location is terrible, off of an alley off the freeway. Some of my friends were in the dining room and left their purses by their chairs to go get some food. When they came back they had been stolen.

Besides the staff not being very well trained, the rooms are paper thin and you can hear people talking and using the bathroom. Needless to say I had many sleepless nights. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
