My family had the best time and we would return anytime in future when we come back for leisure. This time it was business related extended stay.
Nearby shopping areas are walkable and beach is within few miles.
For extended stay and to relax this is the best in North Palm Beach Area.

I stayed here for work and this is a very nice comfortable place to stay. They were doing some room upgrades at the time but the stay overall was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is good and the light dinner Monday through Thursday is very good. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed her overnight on our way down south. It was a large room and the sofa bed my child sleep in was as big as a queen size bed! Loved it. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed here for my birthday weekend. Upon checking in, a hold of $140 was placed on my card. I had everything budgeted because I was celebrating the entire weekend. Long story sheet, Chase, the front desk agent was rude and dismissive. I spoke with 2 others over that weekend but no one could help me. After checking out, I called and asked for the GM, Liz Oliver, but she was not available. She then called me a few hours later, I explained the situation and she told me that she would see what she could do and give me a call later that day. She further stated that I should have had the option of turning everything (phone, movies, etc) off and the hold would have been lower. Chase did not explain this to me.

It's been a week, I have not heard from Liz; I've reached out several times and have sent her an email...at this point, it's safe to assume she's ignoring my attempts to contact her. Chase answered on yesterday and he wasn't aware of my complaint and was very apologetic. This means that Liz never spoke with him regarding my check in as she stated to me she would, and it's safe to assume that she does not have intentions of reaching back out to me as she stated last Monday.

The front desk manager, Marcus, I just spoke with him and he was no better...he wasn't listening to my actual complaint, but recommended that I contact Hilton...yes, Hilton directly. I don't think they want me to contact Hilton, as I'm a Hilton Honors member (btw, I was using points and money for this stay), as well as a travel agent who does business with Hilton properties all of the time. I do have the contact information for the CEO and his staff in Texas.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. I had a 2 bedroom suite and it was impressive. I just wished they were more customer service oriented. At this point, they could have offered me points for all of the confusion and lack of customer service that I've endured, especially on my birthday. I just hope that this is a one all and no one else is faced with terrible lack of customer service and lack of follow up. This is why I couldn't give this hotel 5 stars...and I'm sure Liz won't respond as she has on other unfavorable reviews.

Friendly,always smiling service,willing to go above and beyond..clean and spacious suite. The hotel's in a perfect location, just behind the gas station, couple of steps from several dining options.

The room was spacious and orderly. There was a musty smell and the deck looked onto a parking lot, not the pool, as mentioned. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is just a few steps away from the beach and there is a good variety of local restaurants within a block.

The new hotel is absolutely beautiful inside! When you walk inside, you think that you are at a much higher end hotel brand! Wonderful service!

I stayed here for 8 months during a short-term work assignment in the area. I had a very pleasant experience. A lot of the clientele were repeat customers coming for vacations to the area. Front desk staff were always very friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast and (Mon-Thu) evening social service staff were always very pleasant. The evening social maître d Carmella was always very attentive and friendly. Greg the chef did an excellent job preparing the food and ensuring customers were satisfied. Food was always fresh and tasty. Hotel lobby and rooms were always kept clean. Adjacent gas station & upscale Donald Ross Village strip mall area offered a great selection of restaurants and was safe and excellent for nightly walks. Parking was always available. Pool was partly shaded and clean. This is a great hotel for a family with children.

I travel a lot for work and this is a really comfortable and clean place to stay. The free food and staff are also huge pluses.

Would have loved it except for the Internet. Slow even if you pay for premium. Dining room staff was fantastic especially in the evening.

Lobby and pool are nice. So rooms have been updated. They gave us a room that looked like it was from the 70s.

Great hotel, it is close to shopping with restaurants. Juno beach is 3.6 miles away. Pool is a little on the small side and rooms are a little dated...but looks like they are staying to update rooms.

This hotel is top notch... 5 star service all the way around... clean rooms and friendly staff. I have stayed here multiple times, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this hotel is one of the best!

Homewood is a very family-friendly atmosphere! They are friendly and helpful especially the reception staff.

Always try to stay here when I'm in town. Rooms are very nice and always clean. Breakfast is really good considering it's free. They also give you a pass to the golds gym nearby which is great (even though the hotel gym is fine for basic exercise). Only thing I wish was better was the cell service. Several dead spots in the hotel. I don't know if they can do anything to fix it (like purchasing a cell phone signal booster), but other than that I love staying here.

The suite was very spacious and luxurious. Everything in the room was clean and well maintained and provided for an amazingly cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was a great size and the beds very comfortable. I would recommend Homewood suites to anyone looking to get away or have a change of scenery but still enjoy the luxury of feeling at home.

The room was very comfortable and a good size, the beds were of very good quality but for my liking they were too soft. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. The building layout was very confusing, navigating to and from the room, to the poo andl dining Etc was not a simple task

They were undergoing a renovation so other then the banging from time to time great service and decent rooms (will be great once renovations are done!)

Staying at the Homewood Suites has been a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and had one bedroom with a king sized bed. It would have been nice if there was access to the single bathroom from other than the bedroom. The kitchenette area worked well for our needs, though the paper towel holder was in an odd spot under the sink. The grounds were well kept and the lobby area was inviting. We would stay in a Homewood Suites again.

The rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast is included as well as dinners on most weeknights. Wifi is fast. Plenty of local restaurants and right across the road from Publix for some quick shopping.

Perfect place to stay. Nice rooms, contains all the essentials to run a family. Lot of restaurants nearby. Only negative is outside pool, a very tiny one.

The Homewood Suites provided a typical, wonderful, Hilton experience. Clean, well maintained, quality stay. Parking is a little tight if you have a boat, but it worked out just fine. Meals, rooms, location... all just fine. A great place to stay.

Great location for enjoying golf, Spring Training, the Palm Beach area, etc. Easy drive to Juno Beach. Love having breakfast ready in the morning in a very roomy dining area. Feel very safe there, even when traveling alone.

Solid place for families. They kept the rooms in great shape. Breakfasts were solid with eggs waffles cereals and a variety of meats. For the price this was nice. They had other activities we didn't get to try. The staff was very responsive.

Rooms are great and have a kitchen. Really comfortable beds. Staff is great, breakfast is great. A lot of amenities located in the same Plaza, easy walking distance.

Cons: pool closes at dusk for no reason, even though there is never a life guard on duty.

The staff was super nice and helpful and the bed was really comfy (with awesome down pillows I might add). Unfortunately the room as a whole was underwhelming to say the least. The burners on the stove were the spiral type that were popping off/at an angle even after placing a pot on them. The shower curtain rod was about ready to come down. The wifi was spotty to say the least - connection was being constantly dropped (though there was a hardwire available). For what it's worth every hotel has a few rooms in not so prestine shape, I probably just got unlucky. I do believe the staff would have moved me to another room had I requested it. Also they promised me to address my concerns at the time of check-out when I informed them of the issues. I would come here again.

Property was clean and impressive. The room was also clean and had everything I needed (fridge, microwave, etc). I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one complimentary and was nice about it. The breakfast was included and was decent. I also have Hilton honors so the WiFi was complimentary. I would stay here again.

My wife and I needed a place to stay with our 2 small children while our house is being repaired. We stayed in s king suite size costing us $133 TOTAL. And I have to say, great size. We even have the queen pull out couch setup already because my wife says I snore loud sometimes lol. Space is great, and in addition we have the 2 cribs parallel against the wall. Kitchen with full fridge size including top freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, regular size microwave, 2 adult kitchen table, office desk. Separate sink area away from bathroom with mini small walking closet. No tub, but nice shower space with seating. Carpet, and laminate wood floor by kitchen area. GREAT AC UNIT. Free breakfast between 630am and 9 something i think, and free drinks between 5pm and 7pm. Overall great price for what you get.

The best hotel in its price range in the area. They have free breakfast and an evening snack. Their internet is fast and the sheets are always nice and clean. I love the full fridge and stove to cook my own food.

Found this place after quickly checking into than out of a nasty Laquinta hotel in Jupiter. Got a King Suite. So roomy with a gorgeous kitchenette, very clean, very affordable. Very happy, will stay here again!

Born and raised in Jupiter, I had never noticed the Homewood Suites before my assistant recommended having our quarterly retreat at this location. Just from the professional courtesy, prompt follow up and thorough tour Jason DelGrosso demonstrated, I knew this was the right choice for the experience I wanted to create for my 6 clients.

Now that the retreat is over, we cannot thank the Homewood Suites staff enough for the AMAZING experience we all had! Everyone loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the overall ambiance of the hotel, the intimacy of the meeting room, and the breakfast selections. The staff made sure we were taken care of at every moment, and Terry was a delight for transportation and letting us in the meeting room.

I will be highly recommending this hotel for anyone who needs a clean, elegant, and friendly location to stay. The overall experience was just fabulous. Thanks again.
