Very cozy...nice place to stay

I love this place. It is always very clean and this facility is extremely pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do their best to accommodate families with small children. I enjoy having a kitchen to use while I'm away from home. It makes me feel less stressed and saves money. The rooms are a little pricey but well worth it. Especially during the week when they offer breakfast and a light dinner.

Stayed at Homewood Suites in Jax on Touchton Rd. The room was clean, new looking...hotel seems new. Nice big t.v., kitchenette area, comfortable bed and large bath. Staff was very friendly...used E-check in, keys were ready when I arrived. All was great. No complaints. Great hotel.

Staff is very helpful. The hotel was sold out & they went above and beyond to accommodate me! Located right across the street from Publix and next to CVS.

Very nice stay. Bath was a bit dated and the hot water pulsate most of the time, but overall good overnight.

Bed are comfy. Nice place. Good food. Very clean. Some of the front desk need to be alil more friendly and nice.

Made an excellent choice to stay here. Even with construction going on, this hotel was quiet, clean & the staff was very helpful & friendly. Even let me have a 2-hour late checkout for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this to everyone looking for a home away from home atmosphere during extended travel. Extremely clean and well maintained. Prior to staying here I had stayed at several other hotel chains, ranging from good to only enter or leave during daylight hours (really bad). This was an excellent property; would definitely stay here again. The staff, the breakfast (great coffee) and Tuesday - Thursday social hours...just can't say enough good about this hotel.
