Place is well maintained and clean. Stay here around 5 nights a year and all have been perfect. Will be coming back again.

Great hotel. Not the best location (nothing easily in walking distance) but they make up for it with a well staffed, clean hotel.

This hotel really suprised me. Everything seems updated. Staff was friendly with plenty of activities for kids to do like swimming, basketball or the fire pit. Breakfast was just ok but we made it work. Also don't be scared off by it not being in Pittsburgh, its only a quick 15 minute ride to downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean with great amenities! Didn't get to check out the pool but it looked inviting! Near lots of good restaurants as well so that was nice.

I think this hotel was definitely a five star because it came with every day things you need at home; milk for your baby, a crib for your baby, clean bathrooms, etc... The employees are very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, location was a bit difficult to find but most hotels in the area are. Olenty of parking. Great staff. Homewood usually has happy hour where you pour your own beer and wine but this one had a 1 drink limit at the bar.

Awesome place to stay. Hotel is clean and spacious, staff is super friendly. Breakfast every morning and Managers Reception Monday thru Thursday. Rates were terrific over Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is close to Robinson mall, Costco, Sams Club, a great Mexican Restaurant(Plaza Azteca) and much more. Close to airport and not far from downtown. Room was just perfect and so comfy.

The staff has been extremely accommodating during my work trip to Pittsburgh, even going out of their way for my wife and daughter when they came to visit me while on a trip of their own. Having to re-login to the WiFi gets a bit annoying but it may have been my Surface as much as it was their setup. The breakfast has been really awesome, but the bar prices seem slightly high, but I live in Cincinnati which has a much lower cost of living than the Pittsburgh area. Gas is about .30-.50 more per gallon here than WV and OH, along with everything else being slightly higher in price as well. The pool is nice and so is the outdoor lounge/fire pit area. The access to comouters and the printer is nice and the staff even scanned my work documents for me. All in all I would recommend this location.

Visited my parents staying the night there. Looked very comfortable and an easy drive to the airport!

Great hotel. Free shuttle can take to the airport and local restaurants. Hotel is in a small industrial park area, which is very safe, but too far to walk to anything.

Convenient to a lot of stores. Clean, great staff, and not too far from downtown

Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. Free breakfast daily and free dinner Monday through Thursday.

I stayed at the hotel for work conference and it was excellent. The staff was amazing and overly friendly. The shuttle driver was incredible as weird as that is to say. Roger shuttled me anywhere requested in the area, had great recommendations on places in the area to eat/go and was so friendly. Shout out to Roger :)

This place makes you feel right at home. Everything you need for an overnight stay or longer. Shopping close by and they are great at taking you and picking you up at the airport.... just leave your car with them!!

The room and service received was great. They have an airport shuttle that can be scheduled as well My only complaint is breakfast during the week being served only until 9am, feel like it should be 10am.

Absolutely fantastic...got the deluxe King suite and was greeted in the lobby by a fantastic maitre'd named Zebediah. Before we even got to the room, he gave us takeout menus for surrounding restaurants, told us about food and activities in the surrounding area, and generally was extraordinarily pleasant. When we got to the room, we found snacks and treats laid out for us, tasteful and well appointed decor, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a newer Samsung TV. The kitchen was already stocked with silverware and diningware, the fridge had its own ice maker, and the room generally had all of the amenities that you miss from home, but don't expect from a hotel. A lovely experience all around. If you're staying in Pittsburgh, or especially the Robinson area, this would be the place to go if you asked me. The cost to value ratio is one of the best in town.

Upgraded from original king suite due to overbooking. Linens we're fresh, added amenities were very welcome. I stayed in room 426. Very wonderful staff.

Great view. Close to shopping. A great spot to plan driving trips into Pittsburgh. Missed out on using the outdoor gas fire pit.

The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was a highlight and perfect for our kids - our toddler loves the steps into the pool! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options.

Hotel lobby nice but nothing incredible, hallways and hotel exterior in general average. The rooms... wow!!! I wish all of my 3.5 star hotels had rooms this nice, I felt like the name says "home". Dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove, dishes. Couch nice tv room was modern and so was the bathroom. I loved this place, like I said the exterior is bland and nothing special, the magic is in the room.. which is all that matters. Quiet good sound deadening, breakfast was above average. I was so happy to stay here and hope to stay here again!

Our room included all the necessary amenities and was extremely clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately the room did not block out noise very well but the ceiling fan helped immensely! Great location, overall good experience.

We stayed here with our three kids and extended family over Memorial Day weekend and were really impressed with how nice it was for the price we paid. The place looked brand new and had everything you could ask for (pool, free full breakfast, workout room, basketball court, outdoor grill, etc.). The two room suites were huge and the kitchen in our room was fully stocked with dishes and utensils so were were able to save money on not going out every meal.

All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome but we were especially thankful for the breakfast staff, who were extra helpful. One of my kids cannot eat dairy products and they went out of their way to check the labels for me and also suggest alternatives. My wife was so impressed she took down all their names. So Carol, Carolyn, Phyllis, Kristi and Cara, thank you for making our stay more enjoyable and safe!

We definitely recommend staying here if you are in Pittsburgh!!!

Super nice hotel. Clean and feels good. Located very close to the mall with every virtual food choice near by. The shuttle will take to you to all your mall options. Only 30-45 minutes away from downtown by car. I'd stay here again.

Awesome hotel! So clean. Not really a fan of the food from their kitchen but then again I've never had good hotel food

i stayed here for one night with my two daughters, ages four and seven. It was very nice to have the separate room, that way I didn't have to go to bed at 7:30 like they did! Thankfully, it is a completely separate room with the bathroom in the master suite. Although, if the kids need the bathroom in the middle of the night, as all kids do in a hotel, you will get an unexpected guest (or knock if you lock the door).
The room has a full kitchen, with a full size fridge, small range and oven, toaster, dishwasher and sink. THey provide cutlery, dishes and drinkware,. Since the supplies are limited, they do also supply dish detergent.
Separating the kitchen from the living room is the table with two chairs. In living room you have a dresser with flat screen TV, a full size sofa bed, arm chair and ottoman with a tray. There is also a trash and recycle.
A door that locks separates the master bedroom from the living room. There you can have a king or two queen size beds, a dresser and two night stands.
There is also a closet in this room next to the sink and mirror. The bathroom has a full bathtub and toilet.
Overall a well appointed room, the only change I'd recommend is that the bathroom connect with both the living room and bedroom. But, obviously it's too late for that here!
The hotel has free hot breakfast buffet. Additionally, Monday through Thursday they have free appetizers and drinks in the breakfast area. Which is a big plus. Unfortunately my kids didn't like the appetizer options that night, nor did the clients like my kids being there, so we ordered Dominos. But the kids loved the breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and the usual cereal, bagels, muffins and danishes. Plus juices, milk and coffee.
The hotel has other nice features like grills outside, a half basketball court and patio area. Als indoor pool and fitness center. Plus office work area if you forgot your laptop and small convenience store with overpriced items.
My only complaint is traffic in the area, it's terrible. No easy highway access without going through a lot traffic in this congested shopping area. Traffic this day was particularly bad and it took us 20 minutes from the highway to the hotel, mostly due to waiting through three turns of the light at the Costco traffic light. To make matters worse, although you are near shopping, nothing is within walking distance. So, it means getting in your car to fight the traffic.

The suite was very nice. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool that evening and the provided breakfast the next morning. The hotel offered lots of amenities and was within a couple miles of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again.

Great value for your money, but definitely not the cleanest. There were stains on the pillowcase and dust all over the headboard. But the bed was comfy and we got a good rate :)

It's a short drive from the airport. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast had a good assortment. Honestly my entire experience from the time I walked in was just about perfect.

Friendly employees, quick check in and check out times. Building was very quiet, room was very clean. I tore the bed apart to look for mold, bugs, etc and found none. A+ hotel.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel while in the area for a wedding. Clean, comfortable, updated, spacious rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, full bar (and Heather is awesome by the way), etc. Nothing but positive to say about this property. Highly recommended.

This is one of the nicer suites I have stayed in. The shuttle service was nice. The breakfasts were fair. But one of my favorite things was the height of the shower head. I'm a tall person and normally showers hit me in the stomach at a hotel. This one I could get my whole head under. I would stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Customer service is excellent. Free breakfast in the morning is good. It's always a wonderful experience when I come to the area for work.

Newer hotel, very clean, friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again if we're ever in the area.
