Very clean rooms with some great extras, breakfast was good compared to what most other hotel serve as free breakfast. Staff was very helpful and set us up with a great room

Arrived here around 7pm Fri July 20, 2018 after driving all night from NJ.
We were both exhausted after the long drive.
I went inside to checkin and get situated.
To my shock they told me i had no reservations to their hotel. Even though i had my email confirmation from when i booked the hotel in May.
The front desk supervisor Jeffery Sullivan was so amazing. All the while i was freaking out.
3 phone calls and 45 minutes later Jeffrey while on the phone with who I booked my reservation and he helped to straighten everything out for me...what a relief.
They offered me a cold drink while i was having a meltdown and were just so wonderful while the situation was being straightened out.
They are all so nice here and its a great hotel overall. It's close to the Atanta Braves Sun Trust Stadium, we took the free shuttle Sat night...that was a great perk for this place as traffic is crazy here sometimes. As is parking at the stadium.
The breakfast was very good. We made our own waffle too. It was well stocked, plenty of seats and everyone is just so friendly here. From the staff to the guests its been a great stay so far.
They say first impressions are important.

Very nice hotel. Very nice rooms that are like mini apartments. Staff is awesome. So is the bar I recommend you stay here.

Great property with very spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly. Located close to highways and not far from downtown Atlanta. This property has a nice fitness center, pool, and a pool table plus bar.

Fairly good. Very nice staff. Room ok. Rusty shower doors. Closet doors barley opened. Bathroom door very hard to open. AC didn't work great and odd smell out of it later at night.

Great service. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Location is very nice, quiet suburban area with lots of restaurants and close to mall. Close to major highways in Atlanta. Rooms are decent size, fairly clean and spacious. Service of the hotel staff is amazing. Great option if requiring to stay north of Atlanta for a few days

Great place to stay. King room has stove, sink, full size fridge and sofa. Very clean. Very nice. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. I will always come here when I come to Atlanta. The only complaint I could have is there isn't a hot tub in the pool area, but that doesn't keep this from being a 5 star review for me.

The staff. The room. The location. All three exceeded my expectations! Very professional ! I will certainly stay here again! Loved the suite style room VERY CHIC and the TV swivel towards the bed or the couch. Great concept. Next time I will stay longer. The only tiny thing I did not like was no room service/ restaurant on site.

Comfortable, clean and friendly. In a great location. But, they should tell you that when you check in that they will charge your credit card $40/night for "INCIDENTALS", which was not on the website or the travel website I booked on. The money is refundable, but this is absolutely ridiculous!

Clean rooms, great bed, spacious. Purchased same two items at the front desk water and juice, showed up ad two different prices when I checked out. Asked them why and they said sometimes they charge either at bar or from the shop. So there is no consistency. Housekeeping was fantastic.

Great place to stay with our dog! Room was large and comfortable. Dog relief area was spacious and gave plenty of room for our black lab to run. Staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Only feedback was that while breakfast hours were advertised until 9:30am, most of the food was depleted and not replenished when we arrived just after 9am.

This hotel is great! The rooms are very clean and modern, and the beds are nice. The hotel was very quiet at night. There is a bar for drinks- but be carecareful because the drinks are INSANELY expensive. I ordered a double vodka cranberry and it was $23.98. That is why I didn't give this hotel 5 stars.

What an upgrade from comparable hotels! Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was great, very clean and a nice style that could fit most people's aesthetic. The breakfast was great, and I loved the location.

Room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was a step above the standard hotel food with someone making omelettes. Everything was clean and really nice. The workout room was good for a hotel as well.

A very nice and apparently somewhat new property right off of I-75. The rooms are large and accommodating. They are pretty clean with a couple of very minor maintenance issues. The breakfast is a bit sparse, which is common to all Hyatt locations I have been to, but they had an omelette maker working this morning which was nice. Overall I enjoyed the stay and the location and would return to this particular property.

FANTASTIC staff and very Nice property. Great rooms, excellent location and just overall great hotel. Included Breakfast (at least for Hyatt program members) is spectacular as it includes omlete station and super nice nutritious delicious food. Highly recommend this terrific hotel. Every hotel should be this Good.

We had a loose faucet in the bathroom, the bathroom door did not lock and had a broken handle. The property is great, but the upkeep is lacking. We do appreciate the free shuttle to the Braves game. It's in walking distance of SunTrust... If you don't mind walking about 40 minutes.

This place was amazing! I have NO COMPLAINTS! Service was so so good. Free breakfast in the mornings! The room that i had stayed in was so big and so beautiful! 100% i would stay here agian!

Decent stay, no complaints. Clean quiet hotel--even with my daughter's bday party of 12 young girls. Breakfast wasnt anything fancy but they did have special omelets everyday. When reserving, I overlooked that this was a dog friendly hotel--not a fan of those, as most hotels barely cleanup after humans well, but the housekeepers were sweet. Also, traffic is a B!=@#, so much construction on the interstate nearby. Yikes!

The doors are extremely hard to open and many people don't realize they also don't shut easily. Walking down the hall you can see half a dozen ajar doors which can pose a very serious security risk. Other than that, the rooms are newly remodeled and are of a satisfactory quality.

Really nice hotel. Nice breakfast spread. Just outside Atlanta city limits with free on-site parking. Comfortable beds. Taxes a bit more than I was anticipating, but overall a really nice stay. Satellite TV goes out in light storms.

The room was clean and it had nice amenities. Location was close to downtown but yet in a quite spot. Bed was comfortable and nice size bathroom. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. Evening drinks were pricey but this is a hotel and not out of the norm. The staff was courteous. The shuttle service was great. We will stay there again. Great job Hyatt.

Definitely a welcome home experience! 10 out of 10! If you're desiring that home feel stay experience this is the place! Large rooms with full kitchen appliances and eating utensils. A++ front desk service! Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean very modern. It feels like you are staying in a brand new facility. I would highly recommend staying here. Staff had been very nice and helpful.

I stayed here for a week from the 10th of April through the 14th. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The driver for the shuttle Dario was A++++! So warm and friendly and safe driver! But the afternoon driver was nice to and Justin the afternoon front desk was great as well! Free Complimentary breakfast 🍳 I will definitely book Hyatt in the future!

Hyatt House has a friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. Everything works as it should (hot water, shower, bathroom, fridge etc). There is a small lounge area and a work station. I have been very happy with my stay here.

My Stay at Hyatt House Was Fantastic, the Staff was Very Helpful, and Wonderful, the Morning Breakfast was Delicious Every Morning, the Indoor Pool was Lovely, and Well-Heated, and the Hotel Itself Is Absolutely Stunning. I went to the Artmore after work for drinks during happy hour with a coworker. It was a great experience. They opened up the lawn for us which was spacious and comfortable with stools and couches. The front desk woman April helped turn the heat on for us since it was still cold outside and let all the candles making...

This was a very nice hotel. We had drove for over ten hours after work and arrived at 4 in the morning. The staff were sooo nice to us that it made it a relief because i thought they had cancelled our rooms. The room was very spacious. the hotel was super close to the hotel and right off the Highway. I will stay again when i am in the area.

My girlfriend and I spent our Valentines weekend here and I must say we enjoyed the amenities. Our room was A 1, it felt like an apartment and the bathroom was beautiful. Great staff that was friendly.

First time at this hotel. I was very satisfied. I was in a two bedroom suite and there was plenty of room, two full bathrooms with walk in showers in each, a king size bed and large TV hung on the wall in each room, a large living room and full kitchen with full sized stainless appliances. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard - exactly what you would expect at a hotel with free breakfast. Staff was nice, amenities I saw were nice and well kept. Definitely recommended - I will stay here again next time I'm in town.

My stay was comfortable. Its not my typical choice but I was pleasantly surprised.
As a last minute option I was happy with the value. Since it is outside of the Downtown/Midtown/Buckhead area they actually have a parking lot. This will save you on average a $120 in comparison to valet charges at the downtown etc hotels.
I will consider the Hyatt House again on my next visit.

This is an excellent motel to stay. Full kitchen, including garbage disposal, refrigerator and dishwasher. So for staying for any period of time, it is fantastic. The staff is friendly, helpful and very courteous

Beds are amazing and so was the service and my stay! The free breakfast was AWESOME! My only complaint would be the parking. The lot isn't the biggest, especially recognizable during the weekend. They have vouchers set up with the building across from it which has a parking garage. Still loved it.

Conveniently located just off of I-75 exit 258. This place is clean, modern and staffed with an amazing crew. I found the room to be cozy and spotless. If you need internet access the connection was dependable and fast. I can't say enough positive remarks about my experience.

Had a great time with my family and friends very good spending time in Atlanta Georgia close by all businesses and restaurants they offered good food in the morning the staff was very good very helpful in the morning and in the night the rooms are kept clean all the time very good service over all will stay there again...

Nice hotel, almost like a small apartment. My husband and I stayed here because of a work conference he had, so we didn't get to pick the hotel. Free breakfast but they didn't have anywhere for me to eat for lunch at the hotel unless I wanted to buy way overpriced frozen dinners and heat them up in the microwave in our room.

The hotel was nice. Room was great. Breakfast staff lacked friendliness and bar service was horrible. While we were there, we witnessed 3 cars side swiped in the over-full parking lot. Police came out. Bad experience for them. Need more safe parking.

Excellent, customer-oriented staff and well appointed rooms. I've used this particular location on multiple occasions to house family, friends and guests when our accommodation limit is exceeded. Nice selection of rooms including a 'connected' two bedroom i.e. two bedrooms adjoined by a shared space. Very nice option for families. King beds in both rooms. HUGE bathrooms. Middle area has a small kitchenette including full refrigerator, table and chairs, etc.... Highly recommend this venue.

Great place for extended stay . It have 2 bedrooms suite which is like an apartment. Very nice and clean, also a wonderful staff. They have great customer service here, the front desk, housekeeping, and management are all great. I going to be honest best hotel I have been to in a long time. Most importantly the breakfast is off the hook. It's free and awesome.

The rooms are nicely sized and have mini kitchens. Seems recently updated and is clean. The breakfast is comparable to any other hot complimentary continental breakfast. Good location and convenient to southeastern Cobb.

Great hotel! GREAT location!! Awesome free breakfast (omelette station!!!) Great service!!! Rooms are modern decor and updated. The suites offer a lot of space, kitchenette, and 2 large TVs!!!! You are 2 minutes away from movies, restaurants, mall, shopping, church, and the near by Cobb Galleria!!! Overall you can't beat the amenities, style, comfort, location this hotel has to offer. My ONLY complaint, and that's if I HAD to list one, is that the clientele seems to be a little suspect after hours on the weekends. But never any danger or threat of safety. I just noted that the last couple visits. Otherwise, my family and I stay here anytime we are in the ATL area.

Absolutely loved it! Comfortable beds nice shower great amount of soace. Staff were all friendly and housekeeping made sure you had everything. Satued there for 3 nights and enjoyed it. Quite in the halls and great view right over the pool. Breakfast was amazing. On busy mornings it takes a lil longer to get your omlet but i can honestly say even that is worth the wait. Just great overall. I was very pleased by the end of my trip.

This hotel was above & beyond all our expectations! I spent two weeks looking for hotels, being that I am very very picky about where we lay our heads. The pics are not lying. The hotels are clean and modern just as they're seen online. The price you pay for the service you receive is tremendous. WiFi is FREE & works great. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the omelet bar. No complaints. Everywhere we go, my husband and I will be searching for a Hyatt House!

Friendly and energetic staff. Plenty of Free On site parking. Spacious rooms with the ability to cook and store food in a full size refrig. Meeting R9oms, small bar, longing / socializing areas. Pool table, indoor pool, outdoor patio, nice size gym with 2 bikes, 4 treadmills, 3 ellepticals, 5 lb to at least 50 lb dumbells, multi station weight machine, etc. Chattahoochee River with kayaking, walking jogging trails. Lots of entertainment and dining very near. Houses of Worship and Bible study ate here as well. *Clean & well maintained!*

Good price and very clean. But poor wi-fi and no desk - need to work at kitchen counter.
