So far so good, mid-week stay nice buffet (very nice omlet maker crew, they are very polite and diligent!) Comfortable room and bed in the suite and crew seems to take care of things each day! Haven't used the gym but looks nice!

Great location if you are visiting both Boulder and Denver. The staff was always very friendly when coming and going. The breakfast was better than average and it was great to have a kitchen in our room.

I stayed in two rooms on my trip.
When I got there, my first room had a broken toilet and my second room had no problems.
Two days later, my second room locked me inside. The door knob was stuck and wouldn't let me twist it to get out. I kept trying to open it for 15 minutes, until my brother opened it from the outside.
The pool was hell. My sister's feet ended up bleeding from the pool floor and my face had hives all over it.
The workout room was kinda nice, but nothing spectacular.
I'm only giving them three stars because of their above average staff members.

The hotel is nice, but to get more clients, they purposefully name it as Boulder/Broomfield even though they've a separate Hyatt in Boulder. They should definitely correct their name.

Nice hotel, but the toilet handle would come off and the toilet kept running. We dropped food off early because our room wasn't ready when we got there and they lost it. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but some of the food was good for our 11 month old child.

The location is easy to find off the highway. My wife and I had 4 planned nights at this location for our short trip to Colorado. When we arrived to our room and opened the door there was the smell of smoke. The door stop was also bent and there was a hole in the drywall from the doorknob. I went back down to the front desk and reported the issues. They sent maintenance to fix the doorstop and said housekeeping would come the next day to deep clean the room, but the smell never went away when you first entered the room. I also had an issue with my payment. I booked the room via Priceline, but when we checked in something had been messed up and they ended up charging my card. The front desk straightened it out and provided a refund, but it was still a pain. If it wasn't for the smoke smell in our room I would say it was a 4 out of 5. The breakfast was good and changed slightly each day which is nice.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Getting checked in was a nightmare. I was going to stay at this hotel for two weeks due to business. I asked them to put me in a quiet area. I was told I had to wait an extra hour for a room on the top floor. When I came back I was told that I was no longer allowed to stay on the top floor and instead I was given a room on the first floor in the middle of the property since I had a service dog. This has NEVER been the case staying at other Hyatts around the country. I just accepted the room since I was tired and wanted to rest. The room was disgusting. It smelled musty and and the floors smelled like pee.

I tried to just grin and bear it since it was near my job site. The trash cans outside were not emptied and were always full. They never had any doggie bags. There was also cigarette butts all over the property and outside the doors. We are talking like 30-60 that were not cleaned up for over a week.

My room key kept malfunctioning. I either couldn't get into the property or my room. This happened 4 different times in one night just trying to get in.

The breakfast is not very Gluten friendly. I was able to have fruit, eggs, or cereal. That's it.

Now reviewing my receipt they attached a pet cleaning fee of $100 which I am not supposed to have since I have a service animal.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Worst Hyatt experience I have ever had. I am switching back to Hilton properties.

The hotel was just okay. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The kitchen area and bathroom were nice. The bed was hard which isn't something I like. The breakfast was good. Different choices than average hotel breakfast although I wish there was flavored creamer choices.

It's a great hotel located close to the Rocky Mountain range. About a 40 min drive. Best thing about it is a complimentary hot breakfast. Bad thing is there's no locks on the bathroom door.

Easy to access location off 36 with plenty of parking. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable with a full kitchen.

I LOVE this place! The price is right and the staff is incredible. Morning breakfast consists of made to order omlettes. I always stay here when I am visiting the area.

Went here for a company meeting. Very nice hotel, beautiful inside and out. Not sure what the rooms are like and didn't have any interaction with the staff but it is dog friendly and very nice looking hotel with a pool.

Excellent hotel! Always super clean and the staff is very professional. Any issues (albeit VERY rare) are always taken care of promptly and we have rarely had an issue. Also, this is the ONLY hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has a complimentary FREE made to order omelet station!

I stayed for 6 nights and very much enjoyed it. First, the hotel is slightly older than the Hyatt House downtown, but it's in great condition and I preferred the slightly warmer decor. The front of house staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and the staff helped me out by wrapping my lunch, made in the room, so it would stay fresh. The room was well designed and I found the kitchen very useful and fully stocked with utensils, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hot plates, combination oven, coffee maker, etc.

In terms of location, there's a bus stop about 15 minutes walk away that is served by a number of buses including the FF1 that takes you to Union Station in Denver and into Boulder in comfort. It's a very decent service with nice coaches and wifi... And you can go anywhere for $9 a day. There's also a big shopping mall within walking distance... About 25 minutes walk. It has restaurants, shops and a big movie theater with reclining seats.

Would recommend whole heartedly... Especially when Downtown Denver is at top dollar prices during events and conferences.

I reserved a suite thru Hyatt for my mother in law. I was very impressed that the kitchen and dining room was a separate room from the bedroom. Also the rooms were specious and very comfortable.

Good parking. Clean hotel and rooms. Great free breakfast. Doesn't seem to be many quick places to eat or pick stuff up but there are a number of places that deliver.

The staff were friendly, the room clean, and the breakfast was probably the best I have ever had for a free hotel breakfast

I love this chain, Hyatt House, and I stayed in the Boston/Waltham hotel more than twice. I enjoyed the rooms, the full size kitchen, free breakfast and wifi. Looking to have a great experience this summer in Boulder with extended family, but I can't find the rates and availability. Any help from management is appreciated.

Very clean all around. Stayed here twice now and can't say enough. Perfect location between Denver and Boulder. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with a patio and some grills. Plenty of rooms have views of the Flatirons. Love the suites with the kitchenette for those who look to cook occasionally in room.

I just stopped in to meet some people. Pros: the room was nice, and the lobby was fine. Cons: the elevator had huge ads for the bar, and the lobby had a strange smell.

In our reservation we ordered two separate beds. But when we walked in your room, there was only one. We went to the front desk, they fixed the problem. But it took 1.5 hours to fix

Nice stay. Staff was friendly enough, clean & decently appointed rooms. Shower configuration was a little weird.

Incredible room. Good breakfast options. Mixed drink options at the "bar" are limited but they had a reasonable selection of alcohol. Can't speak much to the cost, but they do honor government per diem rates for contractors which isn't all that common. Overall great location.

Close proximity to food and shopping and a short drive away from hiking trails. Very modern amenities and a lot of room in the suite.

Everything except breakfast was good. At breakfast every dish we pulled was dirty and the omelet bar omelets were tiny and they only had one person working it. That being said everything else was exceptional

One of the best places I've stayed. The management is fantastic.

Rooms are well laid out, with a small but usable kitchen area and comfortable couch. The bed is one of the nicer hotel beds I've slept in. The desk is actually large enough to be useful and unlike many others, isn't an odd shape that makes it hard to work on. Finally, the TV actually has an audio/video input box that makes it very easy to hook up external electronics. I frequently stay in the Boulder and Broomfield area and this is by far my preferred hotel.

Love this hotel for a quick start. It's not posh or high-end by any means. But they don't advertise that. The kitchens in each room are well stocked and their breakfasts are pretty good. Their room service food is the worst. But they have been so good to me over the last few trips I won't take away a star. Plenty of restaurants around to make up for it. :-)

The king bed suit we stayed in was clean, and welcoming. We had a drink and a snack after returning from a wedding reception and though the snacks were priced as hotel food usually is it was actually pretty tasty. The breakfast buffet they had was leagues above most other hotels. Will stay again if in the area or if we want a weekend getaway.

My mom stays here every time she comes out to visit. There's a shuttle that will take you to places within a certain mile radius of the hotel. They are always immaculately clean inside, the entire pace just SMELLS fresh, and the rooms are very nicely done.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It felt like I was staying at an apartment because of all the space and amenities I had available in my room.

It was so good that I looked up reviews to see if ANYONE had ever said anything bad about it. To my surprise, there were negative reviews.

Great experience! Friendly staff and fresh clean rooms. The full kitchen was a great bonus to our 3 night stay as we were able to make meals in our room. The pool/outside sitting area was peaceful and relaxing. Easy to get to and not far from Walmart and many restaurants.

Fantastic spacious room. Updated and very clean. Service personnel are friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The front desk was very friendly upon check in and they granted our request for a late check out with no issues. We were visiting with two small kids and found the room and the pool perfect for our family. The hotel was exceptionally clean and we had the pool to ourselves most of the day.

Breakfast being included is a wonderful extra with great choices for the whole family. They even had games to check out like checkers, Yahtzee, etc.

Great stay!

Located conveniently close to the Oracle Uni campus and the shopping mall. Rooms are spacious and clean with large bathrooms, seating are and a kitchen. The hotel also features a comfortable patio area with Weber BBQs and an outdoor swimming pool. The gym and business area are great as well. I've stayed here many times and their staff has always been very professional, informative and courteous. Their beds are very comfortable and the only thing which will keep you up will probably be the jet lag or the BBQ dinner. For those that stayed here before and plan on coming back, don't be surprised to find out that they replaced the social hour with restaurant service hence you can order food and drinks now and there will be a charge. The menu is great however and has good options.

The best thing about this property is that it is brand new. The kitchen in the room is great, but eneded up not using it much the week I was there. Front desk folks were nice and helpful. Breakfast and happy hour food was some of the worst I have had[cheap] and ended up not even eating it after the 3rd day.The menu appearded to repete itself every few days... The food staff was either unattentive or rude when asked when the food would be replenished. Ran out of regular 'happy hour' beer the first night of my stay and never replenished it. I asked the server when it would be replaced and he said he had no idea. Miller Lite was the only choice my whole stay, so i passed on that service after the first day. Why offer these services if you aren't going to do them cheaply?
Alot of construction workres and such are staying there with all the building going on. Just didn't think it was worth what they charged me to stay there. I won't stay there again.
