In general, space was clean from bed to sofas relative to some other places. Suites are showing there age and need renovation. Free Breakfast was a plus. We were looking to accommodate 3 adults and 3 kids, it was little tight but it did accommodate us.

For an extended stay hotel it's nice. Big rooms. Bedroom and bath are separated from the living room and kitchenette. Great breakfast in the morning, a lot of options to choose from, waffles, made to order omelets, fruit, juice, bacon or sausage, toast etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were treated well. Bed is great. Breakfast is delicious. Quiet and relaxing.

Great location off Campbell, lots of dining options nearby and the area feels quiet and safe. Rooms are clean but the hotel is getting older, I noticed some peeling paint and worn furnishings. Overall a good, basic option.

This is a good medium level hotel, there is a bar but no restaurant. There is a seated breakfast area. The rooms are brilliant and clean. I had a large room with small lounge and a kitchen and a walk in closet. Queen sized bed with a reasonably roomy bedroom area - many hotels have more space but it is not tiny

Was a great place to stay while my daughter had her special needs pageant. The hot breakfast was a plus. Omelets made-to-order, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, & waffles all good.

It's worth every penny!!! Helpful friendly staff, Delicious variety on the buffet, and clean fresh, modern buildings...The location was perfect. I'll be staying here from now on when I come to visit.

The guest room was set up like an apartment- complete with appliances and a walk-in closet. The air conditioning was a little tricky at first but that wasn't a major problem. The (FREE) breakfast buffet was delicious! I wasn't able to make the evening snacks/happy hour but I thought it was very nice that they offered it. I definitely would love to stay again!

Convenient location off of 75. Multiple restaurants nearby. Clean updated room. Comfortable bed. The room was a little smaller than the Addison location, but they have a tub here and a smaller closet, which is a better use of space for my needs. I think this is my new favorite local property.

Nice rooms, but the overall experience was ruined by a constant indian cuisine cook off with other guests. The smells everyday in the halls and in the room were just too much.

Simply put rooms nice but bring a glade plug in...

This hotel is awesome. This is a hotel with great staff, it is very organized, clean, structured well, and your stay is pleasant. Great complimentary breakfast, they will give you extra items such as bath items, more towels, more pillows and blankets. Very nice interior and a great selection on their TV channel. I highly recommend this hotel and give it an A++++

Large campus layout. Nice, spacious rooms. The rooms are grouped into several small buildings and separated by the well-kept landscape. The parking lot is large. Hotel is located directly off of one of the busiest highways in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Location is convenient, but noise is a factor. Overall, this hotel is clean, and I enjoyed my time there.

AAA+ rating in my book! Great complimentary breakfast and service. I've been living here for over 6 months in a 2 bedroom apartment like suit (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and a kitchen) that's extremely nice. and don't have nothing bad to say about my stay! Thumbs up!

I love this place. The rooms are like studio apartments and are well kept up. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin and there was someone with a small yappy dog that the front desk had to go talk to about the noise but that's not necessarily the hotels fault. We stayed in the first floor so the no elevators wasn't an issue. We will probably pick you hotel as our preferred place to stay when we come into town.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We brought our own blanket and pillows, and the maid ended up making our bed with our stuff. It made us feel at home. Great area for food, drinks, and entertainment. Fox and hound pub and grille is just around the corner. The only thing I didn't like was the complimentary breakfast. Everything else was fantastic.

Room was nice. Toilet easily plugs so needed a plunger. Hotel would not unplug the toilet for us but gave us a plunger. Room had a nice sitting area, and small kitchen with cutlery and dishes supplied.

Pleasant and helpful staff, nice room setup with a studio design (fridge, microwave, stove top, dishes and dishwasher).

Great breakfast served every morning with variety and even custom made omlettes. No complaints here, just a great stay!

Location was great, close enough to visit north Dallas areas and downtown. The rooms were perfect for families, room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Staff has been super helpful when there were issues. Breakfast was nice and filling. Made to order omelet was delicious!

Front desk and breakfast personal were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Located in a good area, no security issues.

First off, this place has complimentary alcohol and complimentary headphones. Solid. The rooms are beautifully designed. The kitchen area may be small but includes everything one needs. The setup is very open with a swivel TV for viewing from the bed and living room. Standard bathroom. But it's all very clean and the building is quiet.

Staff is pleasant. Beds was comfortable. Shower was short. It doesn't appear to have been redecorated or invested in since the late 90's dotcom boom. It's not bad - if you have no other choice.

Has been a great stay so far. Clean environment and convenient for our family's needs.

This is a great place for a long term stay. Here in town for training and this is a great hotel. Nick in the front office is a great guy. He has bent over backwards to make the stay even better. He deserves a raise!

Nice converted apartments to spacious rooms. Could use some fresh remodeling and definitely newer, quieter AC units but the rooms are great for extended stay. Right off Central Expy and minutes away from eateries, groceries and shopping. Rates are reasonable for the rooms.

Excellent rates, lots of space. Rooms very open, location overall quiet. Restaurants close by. An older construction with very good customer service. Sometimes adjustments to your reservation don't save properly so be sure to verify upon check in and check out.

Clean rooms, good prices, accepts pets, and reasonably priced. Everything we needed.

Overall a good place to stay if you want to have an apartment like stay. Kitchen has all you need to cook a meal, minus the food. The breakfast is very good, especially the omelet bar. The rooms are clean, good location. It my go to place for a week of business in Richardson.

Location is a little further out from where I was wanting, but the rooms are sizeable and comfy. For some reason, the 1st floor hall smells like dog food and the 2nd floor hall smells like burning dust, but the smells aren't very strong, just when you're in the hall

Rooms were fairly spacious, modern and clean. Staff was cordial. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced but acceptable food. Wouldn't mind the price if they had a person making fresh eggs. All and all, I liked the hotel and would stay there again anytime.

Perfect for the business traveler who spends more than 75% of their time away. Quiet, clean and spacious each 1 bedroom suite has 2 TVs, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a pullout couch to accomodate family should they visit. Hyatt House also provides freshly made to order free omelets!

Great place. Nice room with a great free breakfast. Only problem which I am removing one star for is for the very firm bed which I was not expecting. Overall really enjoyed my stay here

Very spacious and comfortable room. We had no issues getting set up. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Had a little trouble getting in.(They thought i was at the regency across the street.) The room was excellent though and the staff was very helpful.

I love it! June 9-12 ..I went in with 4 children, me and husband. They offer game boards which was a plus. I liked the kitchen, so instead of having to go to fast food places I went to the grocery store and bought food to make at the room I was staying in. House keeping did an amazing job. The front office are very friendly and did a well job to make me feel more at home. If it had a balcony and a good view I would probably never leave! haha. I would recommend this to family and friends and to you. I would bring my own pan the next time I tend to book at Dallas. The Pool isn't deep its 3-4 feet. The only problem I had was the room key. My card key was locked. but, I text them (they are doing the text thing if you need anything, instead of calling, you could do both) I text and called. The guy came to my room and used the main key cause my room key didn't work, he called and let me know that he made a new one and he would be up there shortly to give to me. they are remodeling the main entrance. but as long I am not near it. I am good. =) . .

The room was very nice we got the king suite. It had everything I could imagine I would need.. Toaster coffee maker pots pans knifes all of that. Staff was great only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the breakfast..... They had a very small selection. Only eggs, cereal, bagles, toast, biscuits, yogurt and sausage. No waffles, pancakes, fruit, omelets or much that had to be cooked...

I have not had much experience with Hyatt properties, but during my recent 2 week's stay here (during my relocation to Dallas), I would say I was surprised to see the quality (or the lack of it) at this place. Cleanliness, and daily breakfast was as per standard. However, the room that we stayed in, had a work table and chair, and the chair's upholstery was torn ( I still have those pictures). I really didnt expect to see that in a Hyatt property....what was more surprising is : even after repeated complaints, nothing was done about it. Also, the so called shuttle service that they provide is erratic, and highly confusing. On one occasion, I was left waiting for over an hour at the address that I had clearly mentioned (from where I had to be picked up). When I finally managed to come back, I realized that during all the 3-4 calls that I had made while waiting for the shuttle, everytime they got the address wrong....while the fact is: when I was initially trying to mention the address, I was cut short by a curt reply saying "I know where it is"....its time for them to pull up the sleeves and get their act together.....
