I really enjoyed my stay at this Hyatt. The staff was very professional. The room was really nice . It had a mini kitchen,a king bed and it was very clean . The location was also prime with alott of night clubs ,bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also most places deliver to the hotel . So you can just kick your feet up relax and have food delivered to your door.

Guessing this is a new hotel or newly remodeled. Very nice and clean. Only con was they have too much fragrance in the lobby, they really need to time that down. Great little breakfast in the morning including a chef made omelet (made to order). I would definitely come back. Note parking is very close in a garage right next to the hotel. Do not worry about parking, a very quick, brief walk. Excellent stay and customer service.

We stayed in a one bed king suite, the furnishings are very standard and make for a very practical place to stay. There as a pullout sofa, counter bar, and fully equipped kitchen. The complementary breakfast is nice with quite a few choices. It's at a very central location and is close to quite a few restaurants, malls, and even the airport. Parking is 10 overnight in the garage next door, very convenient. The staff are also quite nice and helpful.

Comfortable suite. Clean and organized. Complimentary breakfast is actually a step above most other hotel breakfasts I've had. Definitely recommend a stay.

Nice room with mini fridge and microwave. Delightful full breakfast and enjoyable pool and hot tub. Room wasn't as clean as could be. Saw the stem to a cherry under the desk when I was packing up and we didn't come near any cherries during our visit. The staff were friendly and professional. Would appreciate extended bar service during the day, as it is only open from 5 to 10 p.m.

The rooms were great. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. My issues were that the TV in our room had issues a few times (staff helped but it was inconvenient) and the shower is built weird where water will always leak out the sides and the floor gets pretty wet. I will stay here again and everything else is good about it.

Excellent rooms. Kitchette suites available. Beautiful facility with heated pool and hot tub. Above-par workout facility. Easy access to restaurants, convention center, and stadium. Affordable parking on site. Would recommend!

Service and room was good overall. Parking was $10 day..a $2 discount but is often full due to being near arena so often no parking there. Staff was nice and room layout good for extended stays as they have stove and most things to cook and eat. Walk in glass Shower is nice. Seemed to only have single King beds when I booked though. Very big open lobby and free breakfast . They have omelette of the day as well as many newspaper picks

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights. It was very clean and quiet. We slept like babies and used the kitchen in our room every day. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Some people turned their nose up at it but come on its free breakfast served by nice people. More for us I guess. The pool is heated and they provide towels. We noticed several pilots checking in after long-haul flights. Pilots are pretty picky about where they stay so this place must be good.

This hotel is a great stay away from home. I had my own little kitchenette and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was cold and snowing so the kitchenette is perfect for warming takeout or bringing your own and having leftovers. Look forward to returning when the weather is warmer for exploring.

Perfect service, from the start they had concern for our placement on the first floor and offered moving rooms if we needed. Hot tub was a perfect Valentine's evening experience, only wish it was open later. Room was of course clean and had everything we needed. Hotel was close to everything as well. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic facility and amazing staff. The facility is clean and extremely functional. The rooms are modern and carefully designed to be useful. Overall operations was great, and I would stay here again.

Comfortable rooms. The cleanliness of the linens was a bit of a question. Seems like someone had been eating cookies in the bed. Everything else was great. Love the room layout. We had a room that looked out directly on the HVAC chimneys on the roof. Not the view that I expected, but that's okay. The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is adequate at best. The staff is not helpful and everything seems like an hassle. The hotel room was not clean and had someone's under garments in our room when we arrived. I normally stay at Hyatt's and this experience has made me think twice about my choice.

The rooms are large, clean, and has a ton of amenities like a small kitchen. Beds are comfy. Shower is awesome. I loved it.

Pretty amazing hotel. Good staff very friendly and the hotel rooms are super new. Two blocks from the arena station on the green line and right nexr to the Utah Jazz stadium. We experienced both the basic room and the one bed room suite. Be aware the cheapest room does not include a kitchen stove. The breakfast has a good selection. The one problem is breakfast ends too early. Bad for vacationers as it ends at 9am on weekdays and 10am on werkends. Othereise love this hotel, just extend breakfast hours!

Absolutely wonderful. I would live here if I could. Amazing studio suite. Perfect furniture, comfy bed and pillows, huge shower. Great free breakfast. Only problem was that the breakfast dishes on the counter were not warm (bacon, waffles, etc). Omelette chef!

The hotel is imaculate the staff is amazing. I stayed in a one bedroom suite for three days and it was flawless. Could not recommend a better hotel.

Excellent rooms and service was excellent. Only 4 stars because the beds were a little firm and very warm. Ended up sleeping with just a sheet over me and the AC cranked down to 65 degrees, yet was still sweating wherever I was in contact with the mattress.

Great space with lind and attentive staff. I love the feel and layout of the building. The major down side is that their breakfast is mostly warmed frozen foods.

We had a nice quiet stay at this Hyatt on a Sunday in Salt Lake City. Downtown on Sunday is a ghost town. The staff was very accommodating by letting us check in early. The lobby is very large with many seating areas. The room was a good size and would make for a nice extended stay, though we were only there for one night. This location is a fifteen minute walk to Temple Square and a ten minute Uber to the airport. I was disappointed that we had such an early flight, as we missed their included breakfast that looked pretty good.

This was my first experience staying at a Hyatt House. It was very nice. More like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel. It was nice to have a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

After a long 10 hour drive to Utah, I Just Checked in this evening today 7/12/17 and requested a new set of sheets after I inspected my bed and there was hair on the fitted sheet. As I was waiting for the new set I then proceeded to take the sheets off and there was more hair , some pubic and used dental floss on the mattress cover. I was disgusted and informed the front desk to see if someone was able to change the mattress cover for me but the staff that handles that was already gone for the day. Unfortunately the front desk informed me there wasn't another room available as all of the rooms were booked. I took pictures for evidence and kept the card with the name of the housekeeper who supposedly cleaned this suite so I can bring this up to management in the morning. I informed the front desk if housekeeping can change the entire bedding in the am so I can feel better about laying on the bed at night. I still feel uneasy as I now have to wipe down the entire suite to feel better about the cleanliness of this suite.
I have not inspected the sofa bed yet for my kids as I will do that soon. Stay tuned for update if there is more to tell. We will be staying at this hotel until Sunday as we have already reserved these days. It is sad that the employee who turned over this room thought cutting corners would be unnoticed as the bed is the most vital thing in a hotel room. Thinking twice about staying here again if visiting Utah in the future.
Day 2 Breakfast was great so I had to up the stars 2 more points.

Checked in yesterday to a lovely one bedroom suite with kitchenette. Place is very clean, big and comfortable! There is a great outdoor sitting area with a barbecue and a fire pit as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. Haven't used either yet but intend to do so. Breakfast included in room rate which is a huge plus. Attending an event at the convention center and it's right across the street so a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend the Hyatt House.

Wonderful rooms, good staff, delicious food and nice hotel. With a work conference right inside the hotel's meeting room, we enjoyed the comfortable beds inside the rooms and delicious breakfast. Omelets-to-order are included with your stay, which was great.
The food that they had made for us for the meeting was very good as well, ton of options and none of the items were cheap/low quality. I would definitely stay here again, given the choice/chance.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay here! Friendly staff, healthy and great tasting breakfast options, close and convenient parking. Good little gym and comfortable pool with jacuzzi! What more could you ask for? GREAT location too!

It's SLC!!! This is where I get a great nights rest!!! Its QUIET and Clean!!! Their Breakfast buffet bar is so much better than most hotels that offer this buffet style breakfast and you can request customized egg omelets, so its fresh off the grill!!! 💖💖💖 The staff is very pleasant 😊

Clean and modern rooms. Great continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub are outside. Which is a bummer when it's cold. Good price.

Nice big room, great location and lovely staff. The train is just a block away and free within the city, great way to get around. I came for business and stayed for vacation. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

All around this was a great hotel. Nice room, good breakfast, friendly workers. My only complaint was that the only pool is outdoor.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are well laid out and modern. The bathroom is spacious and the huge shower stall is very impressive. Another huge perk is the complimentary breakfast in the morning. Not quite as good as an embassy suite breakfast but close.

So glad we choose to stay here on our vacation to SLC. It is super central and easy to get to the public transit or walk to all major shops and restaurants. Hotel itself was very clean and the staff was always friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in central SLC.

Great service and new building, comfy bed. Wi-Fi has been tricky to sign in to, similarly the wifi printing has been difficult to manage and only one of the two computers in the business center was working. It is right next to the sports center where the Utah Jazz play, very convenient, and the breakfast was nice to have an omelet made to order.

Hyatt House SLC is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The kitchen + kitchen bar and small living room area make Hyatt's rooms great for getting work done between meeting and unwinding at the end of the day. I also really enjoy the common areas.

Very comfortable Hotel extremely clean and brand new. Wonderful stay!

Stayed in a studio suite. More than enough living space. Storage is a little tight for more than a few day stay during the snow season. One complaint is fridge is very small if you are staying more than a couple days and plan to make a meal or two a day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a good stay. The lady at the front desk was quick and very friendly. The room needed a little work. There was dust on items and slots on the bathroom wall that wiped right off.

The suites are awesome. The bar down stairs is small but a great addition to the hotel. They have a patio with fire places and BBQ grills.

Wonderful staff and its about a 15 minute walk to the mall. The hotel rooms are amazing and feel like mini apartments, I almost forgot I was staying at a hotel. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of.

The rooms were nice, the place is clearly designed around the idea of someone staying longer than a few days because the rooms have some extra amenities. It's not quite as nice as Hyatt place but it's a bit cheaper so it's tough to complain.

First time staying here and it was very clean and comfortable. We had a king bed with sofa suite and we loved it. I loved how comfortable it was and enough room with our two kids. Gym is excellent and pretty good size for a hotel gym. We loved the pool and used it a lot. It is good size pool and spa. Breakfast is pretty blah nothing special besides they have an omelette station which was okay. Front Desk weren't too welcoming when we arrived and didn't really give us information on parking (they validated our tickets which is a good thing I asked) and directions to our room. She handed our keys and expected us to figure it out. Natalie (?) worked Saturday night to Sunday when we checked out. She was the most friendliest staff we've encountered there. She greeted us when we walked in and was very sweet. Thanks Natalie! We will go back but work on the customer service with a smile. :)

We used the parking garage here for an event at Vivint arena. We walked through the hotel and grabbed a drink. Very clean and new. The facilities were very clean. It was a great place. Can't wait to stay here as an overnight guest after a concert so we don't have to drive home.

Not a bad hotel to stay! It is pretty new and has modern decor and... free omelet bar in the morning? Pretty awesome. Pool is outdoor and the jacuzzi pool (that is right... pool not tub) is spacious but doesn't like it's warm enough. Location is right next to Utah Jazz's home so if you are Jazz fan catching a game you can't be closer than here.

Everything was great here. First arrived at the parking lot which was very spacious. Lobby was clean and very inviting. Very comfortable seating and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was gorgeous. The only con would possibly not having a safety deposit box in the room. Didn't get to try out the pool or Jacuzzi but they were pretty big!

Nice staff, good breakfast, and recently renovated rooms. The child safe electrical outlets were overly resistant to an appropriately inserted plug (NEMA 5-15). In room wireless was 17 ms ping, 2 Mbps up and 1 Mbps down.

This is what a hotel is all about. We stayed in many hotels on our trip across America but this was the best in so many ways we don't have enough space here to write it all. Pointing the remote at the TV will not work. The receiver is located in the wall to side of TV. At least in our room. That's my only small small and I won't even call it a complaint but just a comment.
