This is definitely a Hotel to stay in, such helpful staff and service, lovely rooms, close to train station and buses, really lovely to stay here, will definitely recommend!

The hotel is very well located near the train and metro station from where you can reach major important touristic sites. The rooms are ibis classic: simple but reliable. The sleeping quality is average but we were surprised by the quality of the breakfast and the hotel had some playing machines for kids and grown ups for free.

Continental breakfast is sumptuous (purchase is extra). There's a self help laundromat very close by, helpful for those traveling with family/children.

Good rooms, nice breakfast

One of the ideal hotels closer to the Paris Gare de Lyon train starion & surrounded by shops & restaurants. Staffs are able to give me a room in my early check in request without prior advice. Room is clean, decent size but maybe too small for some guests. My main complaints are no in-room coffee stuff and no 24/7 access to ice. Staff has to go to nearby restaurant just to get ice if you request for it. Otherwise, we're satisfied & may stay here again in the future.

The hotel, rated 3 stars, is very conveniently located (a stone's throw away from Paris' central Gare de Lyon railway station).

Excellent location, right next to Gare de Lyon; we had no problem whatsoever with our reservation, the staff is professional, clean and nice room. Just one thing, heating was really high and I had no luck in trying to lower it.

Clean, close to gare de lyon, the service is fine, the rooms are correct. Quite expensif for a 3 stars hotel (about 180 euro the night)

3 étoiles en face de la gare de Lyon. Propre calme et très bien situé. Ne vous attendez pas a du sélect malgré le prix ça reste esprit populaire avec baby foot a l'entrée et des salle d'eau très étroites.

Relativně levné ubytování kousek od metra. Pokoje mají standardní vybavení. Na přespání a snídani dobrý.

Sehr gut gelegen zur Veranstaltungshalle in Bercy. Allerdings müffelte das Bad etwas und es gab während unserer Zeit Bauarbeiten im Haus. Service sehr nett und Preis war in Ordnung.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner sympa, cependant salle de bain exigue, et escalier hyper pentu, dangereux et un sel ascenseur lent.

Et je recevais l'appel pour aumoins savoir j'ai besoin d'aide. ...erci pour cette marque....t le départ c'était vraiment sympa au moment du chek out...

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, molto vicino alla stazione e anche ad un piccolo supermercato e ad una farmacia. Ci siamo rimasti solo una notte ma lo valuteremo per un'eventuale ritorno a Parigi.

Je me suis trompé de jour lors de ma réservation pré-payée pour laquelle j'avais un tarif intéressant mais non modifiable 2 semaines à l'avance. Le choix de l'hôtel était pour sa situation en face de la gare pour mon train de 6h23 le lendemain.
Je suis arrivé la veille de la réservation. Dans ce cas l'hôtel propose de payer le complément de tarif à 165 € qui correspond tarif du jour soit le double ce ce qui est pré-payé 88€05. Cela ne correspond en aucune mesure au tarif si j'avais pris une option modifiable qui était 15% plus chère que le pré-payement.
Je suis allé dormir ailleurs pour le même prix et ai perdu mon pré-payement.
J'ai du réclamer deux fois pour obtenir une facture.
Cela ressemble à une politique de prix bien peu recommandable lorsqu'on s'adresse à des clients qui sont régulièrement en déplacement.

Comodissimo arrivando in treno alla Gare de Lyon... ci si arriva a piedi in meno di 5 minuti! Le camere sono pulitissime, l'arredamento é nuovo, c'è tutto quello che occorre per trascorrere un buon soggiorno. Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma onestamente penso che la pulizia sia comunque un punto a suo favore. Contrariamente a quanto scritto sul sito, c'è anche l'asciugacapelli! L'aria condizionata funziona benissimo, il Wi-Fi (gratuito in tutto l'hotel) funziona bene ed ha una discreta velocità. Non ho provato la colazione in albergo (di fronte all'hotel c'è una panetteria che fa dei dolci spettacolari). Fuori dall'hotel c'è tutto a portata di mano... ufficio postale, supermarket, tabaccheria, metro, ristoranti e bistrot un paio di farmacie... isomma comodissimo per tutto. Il personale è molto cortese. Lo consiglio a tutti, ci ritornerò.

Un hotel situé a coté de la gare de Lyon ce qui est bien quand on a des valise très lourde !
On peut manger a la bastille ( 5 minutes a pied ) ou il y a un peu tout les restos et pour tous les goûts !

L'emplacement pour le petit-déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus spacieux, car il faut parfois attendre en cas de forte affluence.
