I have never stayed here, but they let us stow our luggage between cruises so we could explore Vancouver. That alone deserves 5 stars for just being willing to help out. The baggage guys were friendly and helpful!!

Went to this hotel for a conference in the attached conference center. First impression was that it was clean and well-organized. It was very convenient that there was an underground tunnel to the west conference center, as well as the attached east conference center so we never had to go outside in the rain. It is also connected to the nearest subway station, which is a direct shot to the airport. Overall, very convenient location.
The rooms were clean and had great views of the water. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a very good experience and I would go back to them.

One of the best locations in Vancouver. Excellent views. Quiet, spacious, clean suite. Excellent service. Great restaurant (beautiful opera performance during my visit) and lobby bar. Bonus: allowed early check in for me (low season)

Not a bad option when I have business trips to Vancouver. It's right next to Miku Japanese restaurant which is phenomenal. I like the big huge windows and incredible views from the hotel bar/lounge. Only problem is if there is a cruise ship docked, it is RIGHT next to the windows and blocks the entire view.

One complaint is that there isn't a coffee shop attached or in the hotel. That's inconvenient if you just want something to go in the morning as you head out for the day.

Love the location and their friendly service. The rooms have great views and the beds are comfortable. I was able to get my room early and I definitely appreciated that.

There are free shuttle pick ups for some of the sites around Vancouver at this location and tons of great restaurants near by. So if you are looking for convenience, look no further.

Bottom line: If I book another cruise out of Vancouver, it will be here.
